5 1 FAITH-FAITHFUL & FAITHFULNESS New Testament Pistis Greek word That we translate faith Includes the meaning of faithfulness and steadfastness. Pistos You can see that the two Greek words are related Pistos means faithful steady stable. Old Testament Emual and Aman Translated into English means...faithfulness stability. A man of faith is faithful He can be counted on in the good times, and when there is trouble or problems. Psalm 15:4 He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not. A man of faith his word his commitment does not change. Proverbs 28:20 A faithful man shall abound with blessings. A faithful man A man of faith is the man or woman who receives from God. Mark 11:24 Moffatt So I tell you, whatever you pray for

6 2 and ask, believe you have got it, and you shall have it. II Timothy 2:1-3 Goodspeed Basic Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. Acts 13:1 This verse lists five prophets and teachers in the church at Antioch. Acts 13:2,4 Barnabas and Saul (Paul) were sent out by the Holy Ghost to the mission field. The Holy Ghost called them to go together to work for God.

V37- And Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose surname was Mark. V39- and the contention was so sharp between them, that they departed asunder one from the other: and so Barnabas took Mark, and sailed unto Cyprus; V40- And Paul chose Silas, and departed, being recommended by the brethren unto the grace of God. V7- My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house. V8- With him will I speak mouth to mouth Deuteronomy 7:9 Know therefore that the Lord thy God, He is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with

I Samuel 2:35 Torah And I will raise me up a faithful priest, that shall do according to that which is in mine heart and in my mind: And I will build him a secure house; and he shall walk before mine anointed for ever. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in the his own blood WE SHOULD ALWAYS BE FAITHFUL WITNESSES TRUSTWORTHY STEADFAST NOT LIVING LIVES THAT GIVE A WRONG TESTIMONY TO OTHERS. Revelation 2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
