Three Great Events to finish the MDTG 2012 Season Thank you to all helpers that made these events happen; despite weather conditions not always in our favour teams of people worked well to pull together a new event at Onley Grounds Farm which ran a marathon in a new format, as Angela was abroad supporting the Para Drivers Ben & Jane Smith took on all the organisation of Widmerpool and Catton provided the first frost of the autumn ( and Bob wearing his Sunday best on Saturday eve). 4 AGM/COMPETITORS CONFERENCE Sunday 25th November 2.00 p.m. Whitehouse Hotel, Packington Hill, Kegworth, Derby DE74 2DF Junction 24 off M1 Motorway, 2 miles from East Midlands Airport You are invited to join us for our annual AGM/Competitors Conference at The Whitehouse Hotel, Kegworth. We will also be presenting the points league rosettes and the Club trophies. If you have a Club Trophy please make sure it is returned for the AGM. If you are unable to attend and have won a trophy or rosettes please can you arrange for someone to collect them for you. If you wish to add an item to the agenda at the AGM please notify Lesley West in writing by November 5th. Please note that only items put to the committee in this way will be discussed at the meeting. 5 MIDLANDS DRIVING TRIALS LIMITED NOMINATION FORM FOR ELECTION TO THE BOARD We have three members of the committee who could retire this year: Wendy Peckham, Dave Smith and Bob Auton, all have agreed to stand again. We also have one vacancy as Keith Harding will be standing down.
