3 A. Quantum Leap 1 26 th to 28 th Apr, In Kuching and Betong

4 1. 26 th Apr, Tues Celebrated Passover Seder with Asone network in Kuching Serena, Mei Chan and Allen joined them.

5 2. 27 th 28 th Apr Visited Noel s constituency around Bukit Saban and vicinity Allen and Mei Chan joined a team from Asone network, taking a journey of about 4 hours from Kuching. Allen s comments are revealing of what God is seeking to do in Sarawak.

6 Noel Bucking This was the first place I could truly see the incredible role Sarawak plays locally and regionally. I was there at the invitation of Noel Bucking, a well known leader among the Iban people, the largest tribe in Sarawak. He is the eighth generation of the key leaders of the tribe since the time of their headhunting past.

7 Over the years God placed Noel in positions that gave him the opportunity to personally walk the land and find those to place in various leadership positions in the region (a modern version of headhunting).

8 The Iban are the leaders of this land (Sarawak in Malaysia). For me they are comparable to the Maasai in Kenya, the Zulu in South Africa, or the Sioux in America. Everyone recognizes the warrior/leader role of the Iban. Maasai Tribe Iban Tribe

9 Noel fits that role in a way that sets him apart. He and the Ibans are a kingdom people unlike any other I have seen.. This is the time of their transition into this and they are boldly taking the step to unlock the kingdom

10 The longhouse is the covenantal center of Sarawakian culture and especially of the Ibans. I first encountered the longhouse in Bario but I was unprepared for what we encountered in Betong. Ibans uniqueness What was totally surprising to me was to see the Iban s true corporate identity as a people of covenant. I saw this when we had opportunity to visit the Longhouse that belongs to the family of Noel s mother.

11 The longhouse demonstrates what it looks like for every tongue to become a tribe, and every tribe a nation. The longhouse is a generational house that is the center of their inheritance in the land. Among the Ibans it shapes every aspect of the lives including identity, economy, government, and relationship to one another, the land, and God. This is the place where the threads of life and culture are woven together.

12 A longhouse is a long building that has a huge amount of common space where generations come and go and interact. In each longhouse each of the families of the extended family have fairly large apartment like rooms. These rooms represent their share in the generational family inheritance.

13 In Noel s case he has two longhouses, one from his mother s side and one from his father s. The longhouse sets all the boundaries for the generations and their inheritance through a specific covenant passed down orally from generation to generation. This covenant is very sophisticated and is the real rudder of the people. In Iban culture if you are not connected to a longhouse you have very little future in the land.

14 While we were visiting with the longhouse the Lord repeated Jesus words In my Father s house are many rooms. The Spirit came and burned within each of us. I could see the true meaning of Jesus words in the framework of creation and Life rather than a vacation destination for the afterlife. This led to an amazing prophetic word and assignment to go along with the word He gave when we were in Bario back in early March.

15 In Bario, the Lord said, The people of Bario have kept the embers burning on the altar God established there in Now the time has come when a fresh and mighty wind of the Spirit will blow into Bario (from Sabah) and cast those embers throughout Sarawak and beyond. Bario Fish pond & Paddy Field

16 In Noel s family longhouse the Lord added, These embers of Bario will ignite a consuming fire in the longhouses of Sarawak. Those longhouses that receive the fire will be greatly refined and those that resist will burn down. Noel s family longhouse In the midst of these revelations (both in Bario previously and Betong now) the Lord gave very specific assignments.

17 In Bario, the Lord poured this piece of revelation in a very unique demonstration and the people rejoiced to receive it. At Rosh Hashanah (Oct 3) this year, Bario will have its annual conference! Sabah is to deliver 100 shofars to Bario and equip them all to release the sound of the Lord (there are currently 7 shofars in Bario).

18 In Betong the Lord said, Over the next 5 months (up to Rosh Hashanah) they are to go and personally speak blessing over the Longhouses of Sarawak (the blessing of Numbers 6 ) that God is turning his face and His countenance toward them in favor and wholeness. They are to focus on imparting these blessings each month around the time of Rosh Chodesh.

19 There are around 5000 longhouses in Sarawak so they will have to listen to the Lord where they are specifically to go. As this assignment comes to pass, the longhouses of Sarawak will be ignited with fire across the land. Malaysia will never be the same.

20 About the time I arrived in Kuching I received word that the political party Noel is a member and candidate of has taken on the Rhino as the symbol of their party. This is a clear sign of how the Lord is using Noel and those he is with to crash the current system that has corruptly controlled and used the Borneo provinces.

21 In early March I prophesied to Noel that he was to take up the warrior/leader mantle of his forefathers and let the Spirit show him how to demonstrate this in a powerful way. The powerful demonstrations are showing up every time we show up and release the sound of the Lord over the land, people, and places He has prepared.

22 Unusual Signs given Most recently it was reported that the leaders of the main party that has unrighteously governed there had a meeting to offer gifts to their idols in a cultic ceremony called the miring. Each time they prepared to do this the particular item central to the event fell on its own to the floor and shattered. The ceremony was unable to be completed.

23 On 4 th May, the news reported an unusual wind brought down a helicopter killing all the support staff of the candidate Noel is opposing. Beyond that, the Chief Minister himself has come down with a sickness that has limited his campaigning.

24 During our last time together with Noel and Anna at their house in Betong our group laid hands on them and a new mantle for what the Spirit is preparing to do. The shofars were blown.

25 Noel gave me a special Iban tribal vest that belonged to him - a surprisingly wonderful gift.

26 Sarawak s State election was on May 7 Sat. The government won a landslide taking 72 out of 82 State seats. Noel did not win to our disappointment!!

27 3. What did the local Rhino New Born (Asone team) have to say? As we reflect, the consensus is God has been thrusting us folks out on His bigger assignment lighting up of long houses!! In His amazing foresight, He uses the current election to bond us together & thrust us out!!

28 PTL as we went out we discover our gifts & how HS can lead. we also discover how formidable enemy realities are but we are not afraid because He is with us!! So looking back, Sarawak Election is God's bait to thrust Sarawak out to Lead the way!! The journey has begun!! Sarawak continues to watch & lead the way!!

29 B. Quantum Leap 2 Passover Conference 29 th Apr- 1 st May in KK Again let Allen describe what he sensed during this Conference.

30 Biggest Gathering so far A giant leap Initially they planned to host a gathering of 200+ people. However they decided the Lord had other ideas and they were offered the use of a larger meeting facility. More than 800 people showed up!!

31 Greater than that was the places from which the participants came. From KK - Two new Chinese congregations that attended and played an important role in what took place.

32 The Sandayo tribe brought there more than 70 members from its tribe in Northern Borneo.

33 Representatives came from : Sabah Cambodia China West Malaysia Sarawak Indonesia Hong Kong Singapore Philippines

34 Several things distinguished each of the main meetings. 1. The worship was straight from the throne of God. I have never seen anything like it. There was nothing programmatically different familiar songs, leaders and such. People came to meet the Lord and the Lord came and met with them. Watching it take place was almost as if there were no leaders except the Spirit.

35 All the danced, sang, praised, and gave of themselves. One of the things that distinguishes their worship is their use of the shofar. More than half of the number attending blow the shofar and most of them blow it well. I have watched small children, youth, young adults, grandparents and many seniors blow the shofar with skill and might.

36 It was never out of order. The entire gathering was like that. People freely moved and flowed with the Spirit as the Spirit administrated it all. The worship leaders worshipped. At times people were dressed in Native Dress from their various countries. It was so diverse and free.

37 Prophecies flowed. A number of people prophesied with the word of the Lord that penetrated the hearts of the people so that there was vigorous joy to receive it. By the end of the gathering everyone was prophesied over in one form or another. Every group from other nations were apostolically sent back to their nations. The acceleration of the entire weekend was intensely good. The Passover demonstrated several things

38 2. Their ambition to stay in the timing of the Lord This year Pentecost will be celebrated in Hong Kong and Tabernacles in Davao City Philippines (Mindanao). These people have come into a clear revelation-based timing that has enabled them to go into key places and giant sized ventures in the South China Sea area.

39 3. Their readiness to let God s voice penetrate their hearts. The most important word came forth to the people from the statement made by God to Moses in Exodus 7, I will give you to be God to Pharaoh. The Lord gave me this word a couple of weeks before coming. When I delivered it the response was dramatic. I have already seen numerous instances where people were stepping forth in completely new ways to confront issues facing them and their land.

40 4. They stepped into a new role of as Warrior Watchers. This was new to most people yet the people stepped into it without missing a step. Old concepts about prayer and intercession were laid to rest so that this new assignment could be fully set into place.

41 Other Comments from Arise 5 Malaysia and Arise 5 Singapore a. Very apt to have the host peoples (Sandayos here) welcome everyone and the Presence of God. Subsequently, they participated so freely and at times in their simplicity led us to dance, move

42 b. Apostolic sending at the finale reflects God s heart for the nations. When it came to Singapore, Hannah gave birth to 3 nations Cambodia, Philippines and Indonesia while Victoria s birth sealed the contention of the AP centre in Changsha (China).

43 c. Philippines participation is spot on They shared the impact of Mt Kinabalu quake (Jun, 2015) over their land with the occult layer broken, God showed them how to open 3 key gates in the Philippines in Sept 2015.

44 d. Awesome to see how folks shifted mindsets (majority came from Chinese churches) and flowed with all that God is doing. God is clearly accelerating and expanding our influence.

45 As Philippines was prayed for, aunty Mae gave birth to a new Philippines to reflect their God-given destiny, as a evangelistic nation for Asia. Philippines was named after Philip King of Spain who took that name from Philip the Evangelist in Acts 8!!

46 C. Quantum Leap 3 Sukau and the Borneo Rainforest

47 5 times we toured through key areas and places. We also encountered a number of the unique animal speciesthat make up Borneo s own Big Five Orangutans (in rehab habitats), -Proboscis monkeys (in natural habitats) Macaque monkeys, Hornbills, eagles, Kingfishers, snakes, etc. - We toured by 8 passenger boats along the Kinabatangan River.

48 Allen insightfully writes: One of the groups apostolically sent out was the group of 16 to the Sukau rainforest in northeastern Borneo women (of all ages) and 2 men (including me). Coming from Sabah, Singapore, and Hong Kong. We went as part of an assignment to be warrior watchers over this very strategic area. - for a day and half.

49 We heard elephants and we saw an incredible number of signs including multiple demonstrations of God s favor. At key moments (usually after shofar blowing and some ministry) there was thunder and lightning and even a double rainbow over us. Our guide noticed on each of our tours how the animals were behaving differently as if they were there to see us and us them. Shofars were blown over people, places, and animals.

50 Our final assignment was fulfilled as we prepared to leave Sukau. Our exit boat took us to the spot where a controversial bridge building project in an extremely sensitive area had recently been stopped. The bridge highlighted the conflicted role of Palm oil plantations in diverse ecosystems like Sukau.

51 The bridge was planned to be built right in the heart of a key habitat for the pygmy elephants and the orangutans. The Palm Oil industry is almost singlehandedly responsible for the destruction of rainforest in various places around the world including Cameroon in Africa.

52 The Lord spoke very clear to me regarding His disdain for this industry so we blew the shofars from the middle of the river spot where the bridge was planned. We prophesied precisely what the Lord had spoken.

53 Through all this the Lord gave warrior watcher assignments over the following areas: 1. Sukau and rainforest destruction and diminishment 2. The release of the wind of the Spirit to ignite the consuming fire across Sarawak 3. The uncovering of hidden and unrighteous deeds of officials and their removal by the Lord

54 4. The uncovering and destruction of the human trafficking in Malaysia. Malaysia is the primary transit route for trafficking the South China Sea area. 5. The key development and implement of a Jubilee economic model for communities. (Philippines) This is a real movement of God and unlocking of the Kingdom.
