3 B. Significant Comments 1. Turnout 90 internationals & 111 from HK (paid participants) Total - 201!!! (HK participants half from Camp s side and a sizable number from non- charismatic churches!! (65 turned up from Ps Gloria's church - invited )

4 2. Shofar coaching activating team surfacing!!!! So that the sound will begin to release the voice of God...a very clear part of Jubilee sound and voice Must encourage this coaching team to move more together to coach in other Ap centres!!

6 4. Worship team upgrades comprising folks from all 4 nations (Sabah, Sarawak, SG and HK)!!

7 5. HK s God-given identity coming forth clearly and complementing the 3S!! not descendants of the dragon/serpent linked to month of Sivan and tribe of Zebulun (with ship as symbol), prospering in business. This is so fitting as HK s Chinese name means a fragrant port!!

8 However, HK must learn to hear God and break occult trade structures and expose the mammon spirit behind trafficking!! completes the 4 th piece of the jigsaw the 4 th wind, a sending, multiplying centre!! 3 babies birthed out signifying God has come to release the Prophetic, Apostolic and a big Apostolic Centre in HK!!

12 WHAT ARE THE FOUR WINDS? Ezekiel 37:9 10 (NIV84) 9 Then he said to me, Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe into these slain, that they may live. 10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet a vast army. The Four Winds are distinguished from the Breath in Ezekiel 37:9 The same Hebrew word (ruach) is used both for Breath and Wind. The only difference is that Breath is the singular form of ruach while wind is the plural form of ruah. The singular ruach is a personal expression of something that has a much greater capacity when it pluralizes. The phrase Four Winds speaks of the pluralization (1 wind x 4) or intensification of the breath.

13 WHAT ARE THE FOUR WINDS? Psalm 104:1 4 (NIV84) 1 Praise the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, you are very great; you are clothed with splendor and majesty. 2 He wraps himself in light as with a garment; he stretches out the heavens like a tent 3 and lays the beams of his upper chambers on their waters. He makes the clouds his chariot and rides on the wings of the wind. 4 He makes winds his messengers, flames of fire his servants. Hebrews 1:7 (NIV84) 7 In speaking of the angels he says, He makes his messengers (angels) winds, his servants flames of fire. God uses winds to send a message When God employs the (Four) winds He does so to deliver a particular message. Whereas breath (singular wind) imparts life; so winds (plural) impart message. The Winds are also connected with the angels. The word angel literally means messenger. Winds are an expression and tangible movement of God s host

14 WHAT ARE THE FOUR WINDS? With each wind God sends a particular message that combines to produce a complete cycle of messages in the end. Exodus 10:13 (NIV84) 13 So Moses stretched out his staff over Egypt, and the LORD made an east wind blow across the land all that day and all that night. By morning the wind had brought the locusts; East Wind brings in elements of judgment and/or curse makes moist land dry (Exodus 14:21) divides seas (Exodus 14:21) scatters things from their place (Job 27:21) withers things (Ezekiel 19:12) breaks ships into pieces (Ezekiel 27:26) plunders (Hosea 13:15)

Job 37:13 (NIV84) 17 You who swelter in your clothes when the land lies hushed under the south wind, South Wind heats things up makes moist land dry (Exodus 14:21) Demonstrates the power of God (Ps. 78:26) Blows hot (Luke 12:55) Exodus 10:19 (NIV84) 19 And the LORD changed the wind to a very strong west wind, which caught up the locusts and carried them into the Red Sea. Not a locust was left anywhere in Egypt. West Wind blows away (expels) the curse from a land

16 WHAT ARE THE FOUR WINDS? Proverbs 25:23 (NIV84) As a north wind brings rain, so a sly tongue brings angry looks. Song of Solomon 4:16 (NIV84) 16 Awake, north wind, and come, south wind! Blow on my garden, that its fragrance may spread abroad. Let my lover come into his garden and taste its choice fruits. North Wind Sends rains Brings rain that waters for blessing of fruitfulness

17 WHAT ARE THE FOUR WINDS? Together the Four Winds impart a clear message of judgment and blessing. The objective of this message is to help God s covenant people by removing the cause of a curse and replacing it with a source of Blessing. The East Wind releases a judgment where the curse is called for that dries up the land and consumes what the land produces The South Wind intensifies the curse so people are willing to turn from the ways that brought on judgment. The West Wind blows away the curse from a land and people when they respond to the voice of the Lord and step into His favor. The North Wind releases the rain in a land that restores fruitfulness to a land The Four Winds together release the complete cycle of restoration on a land. Only when curse is removed and blessing restored can life be imparted (Ezekiel 37)

18 THE FOUR WINDS AND THE TWELVE TRIBES The movement and placement of the 12 Tribes of Israel was established according to the four compass directions. Three different tribes were positioned to each compass direction. East: Judah, Issachar, Zebulon South: Reuben, Simeon, Gad West: Ephraim, Manasseh, Benjamin North: Dan, Asher, Naphtali Each tribal group reflected the same purpose released by the winds East Tribes carried the governmental purpose that judges Southern Tribes released the greatest level of curse Western Tribes succeeded in removing curse Northern Tribes -- released blessing and fullness

19 THE FOUR WINDS AND THE TWELVE TRIBES Each month of the calendar was associated with a unique tribe that followed the pattern of their position. This divided the year into a cycle of four seasons. 20 Fruit Harvest Season (Blessing Restored) West/Restoration 7 th Month Tishrei Tribe of Ephraim 8 th Month Cheshvan Tribe of Manasseh 9 th Month Kislev Tribe of Benjamin Rain Season (Blessing Multiplied) North/Latter Rain 10 th Month Tevet Tribe of Dan 11 th Month Shevat Tribe of Asher 12 th Month Adar Tribe of Naphtali The Four Winds establish the Four Seasons which are demonstrated in the Four Groupings of the twelve Tribes

21 The position and order of these four entities reflect the direction and sequence of the Four Winds. Sabah is the easternmost land of the four Sarawak is the southernmost land Singapore is the westernmost land Hong Kong is the northernmost land. This means that each land as it moves by the command of God will (the angels assisting) will demonstrate the unique calling of each direction, season, and tribe connected with that land.

22 THE FOUR WINDS REVELATION PENTECOST 2016 The revelation released during the 2016 Pentecost Gathering in Hong Kong identified four areas to function as the Four Winds. These included the following order: Sabah Sarawak Singapore Hong Kong

23 EACH LAND AND ITS CALL TO BLOW PENTECOST 2016 Sabah will demonstrate its call (Kinabalu) East leading in with the righteousness of God Tribes with an anointing that leads the way Months opening the way for God s restoration cycle Passover opens the way to restoration through redemption Pentecost establishes the relationship for restoration through covenant

24 EACH LAND AND ITS CALL TO BLOW PENTECOST 2016 Sarawak will demonstrate its call (Rhinos) South intensifying the heat of God s righteous judgment Tribes provoke entities to receive the Lord s way rather than resist it Months taking a narrow path that leads to blessing Month of Ab pivotal time of the year that pinpoints whether people resist or receive the covenant terms and enter their covenant promise (inheritance).

25 EACH LAND AND ITS CALL TO BLOW PENTECOST 2016 Singapore will demonstrate its call (Global PMs) West removing curse in lands and opening the way of blessing Tribes defeating the iniquitous sources that have brought curse Months opening the way for God s restoration cycle Feast of Trumpet -- release the call that realigns with blessing Day of Atonement remove the roots of defilement Feast of Tabernacles receive the fruits of restoration

26 EACH LAND AND ITS CALL TO BLOW PENTECOST 2016 Hong Kong will demonstrate its call (Global Distribution) North releasing the rain for next season Tribes demonstrating a capacity to distribute blessing (Asher and Naphtali) on a wide (Dan) scale. Months watering a wide open path of blessing.

27 Revelation 3: Uncovering the Treasure Around mid-2008 Allen had a vision at midnight in his home. He saw a large angry pirate enter his home through the front door. The pirate walked quickly and forcefully toward Allen before turning to the left and walk out of sight. The next day the Lord spoke to the vision saying, Follow the pirates and you will find the treasure.

28 Over the next several years Allen researched and paid attention to a number of resources and references related to pirates. The observations and study revealed a close connection between pirate routes and trade routes around the earth.

29 It also identified key locales where historically pirates congregated. These included the Indian Ocean and the South China Sea. In modern times-modern expressions of piracy = trafficking. These considerations kept Allen alert to things in that area and an expectation of finding some kind of treasure connected to it.

30 In early June 2016 Allen received from a Vietnamese friend a National Geographic article that documented the South China Sea area in ancient times. Over 3000 years ago the sea was known as the Champa Sea. It was overseen by the Champa people, a native people extended from Malaya and the Polynesian islands. The area of the Sea of Cham was described as a vast treasure land dating from the time of David and Solomon (1000 to 900 B.C).

31 The National Geographic article describes the wealth: Their wealth gold and silver, gems, spices, aromatic agarwood, exotic animals, and slaves was renowned all the way to India, the Middle East, and even the farthest reaches of North Africa.

32 During Champa's golden age, a Muslim geographer wrote that the islands "produced ivory, camphor, nutmeg, mace, cloves, agarwood, cardamom, cubeb, and other substances.

33 Possibly the wealth brought by the queen of Sheba to Solomon came in part from the Sea of Cham. Pirates still surround the sea today. Some of the largest global pirate enterprises take place in this region including, corporate piracy, human trafficking, and exotic animal trafficking. It is also home to expansive farming and planting that destroys ecologically sensitive areas and habitats.

34 In 2015 while in Kruger National Park in Limpopo South Africa the Lord spoke to Allen and said, It is time for my people to learn to poach the poachers. God has declared His reprisal against piracy.

35 In the months ahead God will release His strategy for the Winds in various areas against specific piracy enterprises. He will use the Four Winds to watch over these lands so that a restoration consistent with the winds can come into those lands. These watches will target the pirating centers and preempt their intentions as the Lord destroys their strongholds. As the strongholds are destroyed the treasure will be able to be recovered and God s covenant with the land and people reestablished.

36 Revelation Four: The Four Winds, Kingdom Structure and the Shofar of the earth. In previous years the Lord has given revelations about the role Sabah, Sarawak, Singapore, and HK. In 2012 He said Sabah carries the sound of Jubilee and will release it to the earth ultimately extending it to the African continent.

37 In 2016 the Lord revealed that He was demonstrating in Sarawak what the Father s House looks like on the earth. This is a picture of a full economic demonstration as the word economy literally means how the house works. God is already demonstrating in Sarawak how His kingdom works in real time circumstances

38 During Pentecost 2016 the Lord said to Singapore that wherever their foot leaves an impression in a land there the kingdom will be extended. Cambodia India Philippines China

39 In HK the Lord said that HK would send this demonstration around the world.

40 One of the primary connections the Lord will make is between the 4 winds and Africa. In 2014 the Lord said that Africa is His shofar in the earth that He is preparing to awaken, alert, and announce to the earth the things that are about to take place (Heb. 12:25-29). He also added that the breath/winds from Malaysia would connect to South Africa (Cape Town) where the sound would begin through the African shofar. This is already advancing in South Africa.

41 D. Challenge The Wind of God is blowing!! Let s just flow with His Wind and allow God to change & reorder whatever He deems fit for this season. Prepare to go Davao for the Regional Celebration of Tabernacles Oct 20-24!
