1 THROUGH YEHOSHUA MESSIAH I SERVE THE TORAH OF ELOHIM (Through Jesus Christ I serve the Law of God) PUBLISHED BY SOWING THE WORD OF GOD APRIL 25, 2017 Mattithyahu (Matthew) 26:28 For this is My blood, that OF THE RENEWED COVENANT, which is shed for many for the forgiveness of sins. Iḇ`rim (Hebrews) 9:13-17 For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the defiled, sets apart FOR THE CLEANSING OF THE FLESH, HOW MUCH MORE SHALL THE BLOOD 1

2 OF THE MESSIAH, WHO THROUGH THE EVERLASTING SPIRIT OFFERED HIMSELF UNBLEMISHED TO ELOHIM, CLEANSE YOUR CONSCIENCE FROM DEAD WORKS TO SERVE THE LIVING ELOHIM? And because of this HE IS THE MEDIATOR OF A RENEWED COVENANT, so that, death having taken place for redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, those who are called might receive the promise of the everlasting inheritance. For where a covenant is, it is necessary for the death of the covenanted one to be established. For a covenant over those dead is firm, since it is never valid while the covenanted one is living. What did Messiah do for us? What did this renewed covenant through Him do? Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 31:31-34 See, the days are coming, declares YHVH, when I SHALL MAKE A RENEWED COVENANT WITH THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL AND WITH THE HOUSE OF JUDAH, not like the covenant I made with their fathers in the day when I strengthened their hand to bring them out of the land of Mitsrayim, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, declares YHVH. For THIS IS THE COVENANT I SHALL MAKE with the house of Israel after those days, declares YHVH: I SHALL PUT MY TORAH IN THEIR INWARD PARTS, AND WRITE IT ON THEIR HEARTS. AND I SHALL BE THEIR ELOHIM, AND THEY SHALL BE MY PEOPLE. AND NO LONGER SHALL THEY TEACH, EACH ONE HIS NEIGHBOUR, AND EACH ONE HIS BROTHER, SAYING, KNOW YHVH, FOR THEY SHALL ALL KNOW ME, FROM THE LEAST OF THEM TO THE GREATEST OF THEM, declares YHVH. FOR I SHALL FORGIVE THEIR CROOKEDNESS, AND REMEMBER THEIR SIN NO MORE. Yes, Messiah died so that our sins would be forgiven; He cleansed us, but many miss the rest of this renewed covenant. He died and rose again in order for us to receive the Spirit of Messiah in our flesh vessels, who then writes the Father s Law (Torah) in our inward man. His Spirit causes us to know Him by teaching us to walk in His Ways, and our past sins are forgiven and forgotten. The flesh man cannot know that which is spiritual without the Spirit of Yehoshua Messiah, the Mediator of the renewed covenant, who was sent to teach it to us. It is the Law (Torah) that condemned this flesh body to die because the Law (Torah) reveals our sin. The Law (Torah) is not sin, rather, it is the Law (Torah) that exposes sin, like a light shining in darkness. 2

3 Romiyim (Romans) 7:7 What, then, shall we say? Is the Torah sin? LET IT NOT BE! However, I DID NOT KNOW SIN EXCEPT THROUGH THE TORAH. For also the covetousness I knew not if the Torah had not said, You shall not covet. The Law (Torah) cannot be sin, for it is this same Law (Torah) of the Spirit of Yehoshua Messiah that is IN me, that gives my inner man life. Romiyim (Romans) 7:14, For WE KNOW that THE TORAH IS SPIRITUAL, but I am fleshly, sold under sin. FOR I DELIGHT IN THE TORAH OF ELOHIM ACCORDING TO THE INWARD MAN, but I see ANOTHER TORAH in my members, BATTLING AGAINST THE TORAH OF MY MIND, and BRINGING ME INTO CAPTIVITY TO THE TORAH OF SIN WHICH IS IN MY MEMBERS. 22 Wretched man that I am! WHO SHALL DELIVER ME FROM THIS BODY OF DEATH? THANKS TO ELOHIM, THROUGH YEHOSHUA MESSIAH OUR MASTER! SO THEN, WITH THE MIND I MYSELF TRULY SERVE THE TORAH OF ELOHIM, BUT WITH THE FLESH THE TORAH OF SIN. Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. All flesh must die. Qorintiyim Aleph (1 Corinthians) 15:22, For as ALL DIE IN ADAM, SO ALSO ALL SHALL BE MADE ALIVE IN MESSIAH. 45 And so it has been written, The first man Aḏam became a living being, the last Aḏam a life-giving Spirit. The spiritual, however, was not first, but the natural, and afterward the spiritual. THE FIRST MAN WAS OF THE EARTH, EARTHY; THE SECOND MAN IS THE MASTER FROM HEAVEN. As is the earthy, so also are those who are earthy; and as is the heavenly, so also are those who are heavenly. And as we have borne the likeness of the earthy, we shall also bear the likeness of the heavenly. And this I say, brothers, that FLESH AND BLOOD IS UNABLE TO INHERIT THE REIGN OF ELOHIM, neither does corruption inherit incorruption. This flesh man cannot be declared right by the Torah. The Torah condemns this flesh to die because it reveals our sin. Romiyim (Romans) 3:19-20 And we know that whatever the Torah says, it says to those who are in the Torah, so 3

4 that every mouth might be stopped, and all the world come under judgment before Elohim. Therefore BY WORKS OF TORAH NO FLESH SHALL BE DECLARED RIGHT BEFORE HIM, FOR BY THE TORAH IS THE KNOWLEDGE OF SIN. Yet, by the spirit of Yehoshua Messiah that is in me, my inner man is declared right by doing this Torah, because it is HE who does the work. The Spirit in me teaches me how to be a doer of the Word of Elohim by His Spirit. We all have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23), but is it not better to be judged by the Torah than to perish without it? Ya aqoḇ (James) 2:12 So speak and so do AS THOSE WHO ARE TO BE JUDGED BY A TORAH OF FREEDOM. Romiyim (Romans) 2:12-13 FOR AS MANY AS SINNED WITHOUT TORAH SHALL ALSO PERISH WITHOUT TORAH, AND AS MANY AS SINNED IN THE TORAH SHALL BE JUDGED BY THE TORAH. For not the hearers of the Torah are righteous in the sight of Elohim, but THE DOERS OF THE TORAH SHALL BE DECLARED RIGHT. The Spirit of Yehoshua Messiah that is IN US enables us TO SERVE ELOHIM BY KEEPING THE TORAH OF ELOHIM! We cannot keep it of ourselves, and we cannot earn our own righteousness because our flesh is weak and unable. But GREATER IS HE WHO IS IN ME than this flesh man who is in this world (1 John 4:4)! His Spirit is greater than my flesh, therefore, THROUGH HIM I CAN DO ALL THINGS (Philippians 4:13), and WITHOUT HIM I CAN DO NOTHING (John 15:5). Romiyim (Romans) 8:1-14 There is, then, now no condemnation to those who are in Messiah Yehoshua, WHO DO NOT WALK ACCORDING TO THE FLESH, BUT ACCORDING TO THE SPIRIT. FOR THE TORAH OF THE SPIRIT of the life in Messiah Yehoshua HAS SET ME FREE FROM THE TORAH OF SIN AND OF DEATH. For the Torah [without Messiah] being powerless, in that IT WAS WEAK THROUGH THE FLESH, Elohim, having sent His own Son in the likeness of flesh of sin, and concerning sin, condemned sin in the flesh, SO THAT THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF THE TORAH SHOULD BE COMPLETED IN US WHO DO NOT WALK ACCORDING TO THE FLESH BUT ACCORDING TO THE SPIRIT. For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the matters of the flesh, but those 4

5 who live according to the Spirit, the matters of the Spirit. For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace. BECAUSE THE MIND OF THE FLESH IS ENMITY TOWARDS ELOHIM, FOR IT DOES NOT SUBJECT ITSELF TO THE TORAH OF ELOHIM, NEITHER INDEED IS IT ABLE, and those who are in the flesh are unable to please Elohim. BUT YOU ARE NOT IN THE FLESH BUT IN THE SPIRIT, IF INDEED THE SPIRIT OF ELOHIM DWELLS IN YOU. And IF anyone does not have the Spirit of Messiah, this one is not His. And IF Messiah is in you, THE BODY IS TRULY DEAD ON ACCOUNT OF SIN, BUT THE SPIRIT IS LIFE ON ACCOUNT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS. And IF the Spirit of Him who raised Yehoshua from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Messiah from the dead SHALL ALSO GIVE LIFE TO YOUR MORTAL BODIES THROUGH HIS SPIRIT DWELLING IN YOU. So then, brothers, we are NOT DEBTORS TO THE FLESH, TO LIVE ACCORDING TO THE FLESH. For if you live according to the flesh, you are going to die; but IF BY THE SPIRIT you put to death the deeds of the body, you shall live. FOR AS MANY AS ARE LED BY THE SPIRIT OF ELOHIM, THESE ARE SONS OF ELOHIM. Are you still walking according to the flesh? IF the Spirit of Elohim is in us, it will cause us to walk according to His Laws and do them. Yehezqĕl (Ezekiel) 36:24-29 And I shall take you from among the nations, and I shall gather you out of all lands, and I shall bring you into your own land. And I shall sprinkle clean water on you, and YOU SHALL BE CLEAN from all your filthiness and from all your idols I CLEANSE YOU. AND I SHALL GIVE YOU A NEW HEART AND PUT A NEW SPIRIT WITHIN YOU. AND I SHALL TAKE THE HEART OF STONE OUT OF YOUR FLESH, AND I SHALL GIVE YOU A HEART OF FLESH, AND PUT MY SPIRIT WITHIN YOU. AND I SHALL CAUSE YOU TO WALK IN MY LAWS AND GUARD MY RIGHT-RULINGS AND SHALL DO THEM. And you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers. And YOU SHALL BE MY PEOPLE, AND I SHALL BE YOUR ELOHIM. AND I SHALL SAVE YOU FROM ALL YOUR UNCLEANNESSES. And I shall call for the grain and increase it, and I shall bring no scarcity of food upon you." Pick up your Bible and pray for the Spirit to teach you, and to help you to be more pleasing to the Father. Start in Genesis, and never stop. Hunger and thirst after righteousness, and be blessed. Receive the Torah of Elohim, the Word of God, into your inward man through the Spirit of Yehoshua Messiah, and live! 5

6 Luqas (Luke) 8:11 And this is the parable: THE SEED IS THE WORD OF ELOHIM." Ya aqoḇ (James) 1:21-22 Therefore put away all filthiness and overflow of evil, AND RECEIVE WITH MEEKNESS THE IMPLANTED WORD, WHICH IS ABLE TO SAVE YOUR LIVES. AND BECOME DOERS OF THE WORD, AND NOT HEARERS ONLY, deceiving yourselves. Tehillim (Psalms) 119:142 Your righteousness is righteousness forever, And YOUR TORAH IS TRUTH. Kĕpha Aleph (1 Peter) 1:22-25 Now that YOU HAVE CLEANSED YOUR LIVES IN OBEYING THE TRUTH THROUGH THE SPIRIT to unfeigned brotherly love, love one another fervently with a clean heart, HAVING BEEN BORN AGAIN NOT OF CORRUPTIBLE SEED, BUT INCORRUPTIBLE THROUGH THE LIVING WORD OF ELOHIM, which remains forever, because All flesh is as grass, and all the esteem of man as the flower of the grass. The grass withers, and its flower falls away, BUT THE WORD OF ELOHIM REMAINS FOREVER. AND THIS IS THE WORD, ANNOUNCED AS GOOD NEWS TO YOU. Mishlĕ (Proverbs) 4:1-2 "CHILDREN, LISTEN TO THE DISCIPLINE OF A FATHER, And give attention to know understanding; For I gave you good instruction: DO NOT FORSAKE MY TORAH." IF BY THE SPIRIT you put to death the deeds of the body, you shall live. FOR AS MANY AS ARE LED BY THE SPIRIT OF ELOHIM, THESE ARE SONS OF ELOHIM. 6
