And I observed the heavenly tablets, and read everything which was written thereon and understood everything, and read the book of all the deeds of mankind, and of all the children of flesh that shall be upon the earth to the remotest generations. And forthwith I blessed the great Lord the King of glory for ever, in that He has made all the works of the world, And I extolled the Lord because of His patience, And blessed Him because of the children of men. And after that I said: ' Blessed is the man who dies in righteousness and goodness. Concerning whom there is no book of unrighteousness written, And against whom no day of judgement shall be found.

3 There are many issues concerning the biblical calendar, most assume the NM calendar as in use today is the same as the ancients used. No, it is not. This issue is not helped by experts who make the same claim as everyone else. This NM calendar can be traced back to the Babylonian captivity. Moses set up a calendar handed down to him from his ancestors, that was originally written by Enoch the sixth generations from Adam this was about eight hundred years before the Babylonian empire existed. (Exodus :) Genesis speaks of a calendar before the Egyptian civilization. (Genesis 7:) Until Qumran it was generally thought the earliest calendar was an Egyptian one, and inaccurate at that. Enoch was the first among men that are born on earth who learned writing, knowledge and wisdom and who wrote down the signs of heaven according to the order of their months in a book, that men might know the seasons of the years according to the order of their separate months... (Book of Jubilees 4:7) So, to Enoch son of Jared, is credited the honour of inventing the calendar to be in advance of anything operating today, the book of Enoch is ancient indeed, preserved by priest-astronomers and prophets like Daniel (Daniel :7) however over time, some edits and or additions, as was common among all ancient scriptures, has been made. The Qumran Yahad (community) rejected the post-babylonian NM calendar and the temple authority s festival dates because the Yahad believed the true calendar had been abandoned by the false temple priests and replaced with the Babylonian NM system. The DSS scrolls show instead a calendar that operated with a unique Sabbatical formula, 7 s. This, they believed to be the original, those who departed from it were apostate. (Book of Jubilees 6:33-37) (Enoch 7:,3) The book of the courses of the luminaries of heaven, the relations of each, according to their name, origin, and months (dominion and seasons) which Uriel, the holy angel who was with me, who is their guide, showed me the year is exactly as to its days, three hundred and sixty-four.... (Enoch 8:4-6) In the numbering of all their days in which the sun traverses heaven, entering into and departing from the doors for thirty days together with the four which are added within the calendar which divide the four portions of the year and the year is completed in three hundred and sixtyfour days. This formula keeps within our seasons, it also requires a leap week of seven days to the calendar every six years, this keeps in step with the solar cycle, the year consist of 364 days ( weeks) or 37 days (3 weeks) a further 4-day addition be made at the Jubilee. These ideas are very advanced concepts since it is of such sophistication. There is no such thing as a decade in the ancient calendar. It is a weeks of years, in other words, sevens. Likewise, there is no such thing as a century. It is a Jubilee, which is forty-nine years long. Two Jubilees equal ninety-eight years not one hundred. This is made obvious in the calendar writings of the Dead Sea scrolls. For example, in Jubilees 3:8 (cf. Genesis :7) we find the age of Abraham described as follows: He lived three jubilees and four weeks of years, one hundred and seventy five years. do the math: (3*4) + (4*7) = 7 years. / This cycle is demonstrated in the prophecy of Daniel :4. The 'Seventy Weeks Prophecy' as it is so famously known, is equivalent to ten jubilees, do the math: 70*7 = 0*4 = 40 years. Notice; if the Jubilee cycle had been fifty, the length of term would have been five-hundred years. (many modern day predictions fail due to their incorrect understanding of the 7 day / year cyclical system) The point being made is that the time cycles are strictly sabbatical and always divisible by seven. Leap years would have been added at special sabbatic intervals 7 extra days every seven years (end of sixth) and 4 extra days every forty-nine years. Calculate the number of days in the Jubilee cycle... The argument is that there is irrefutably 36. days in a year, Enoch says 364 days, how does one reconcile that. The total number of days per week of years (seven years) was: 0...(360*7=0) plus 8...(4*7=8 added over 7 yrs) plus 7...(added on 7th year) =...(total number of days)...(st week years -7)...(nd week yrs 8-4)...(3rd week yrs -)...(4th week yrs -8)...(th week yrs -3)...(6th week yrs 36-4)...(7th week yrs 43-4) plus 7...(added on 4th year) = 78..(total number of days) Divide 78 days by forty-nine years (not 0). The figure is now equivalent to 36.4 days per year! There is only one further small adjustment to go but for now, our t i m e p e r i o d, t h e c a l e n d a r synchronizes with mind-boggling accuracy over hundreds of years! Yes, there was an advanced ancient calendar! Yes, it is important to biblical understanding! Yes, it has a purpose! The Solar Calendar is the only calendar that retains Enoch s original 364-day count All other calendars must intercalate in extraordinarily complicated ways.

4 The Eternal Perfect Cyclical Calendar of our Creator that never ends, written in the heavens where no man can alter. Enoch observed the enters and moves through the six annual portals (windows) & twelve gates (months) As described in Enoch ch. 7-7 The book of the courses of the luminaries of the heaven. This is the first law of the luminaries: the luminary the, has its rising in the eastern portals of the heaven, and its setting in the western portals of the heaven. And that which (thus) rises is the great luminary, and is so named according to its appearance, according as the Lord commanded. As he rises, so he sets and decreases not, and rests not, but runs day and night. In that fourth portal from which the sun rises in the first month are twelve window-openings, from which when they are opened in their season. When the sun rises in the heaven, he comes forth through that fourth portal thirty () mornings in succession, and sets accurately in the fourth portal in the west of the heaven. During this period the day becomes daily longer and the night shorter to the thirtieth () morning. The sun rises from that fourth(4) portal, and sets in the fourth and returns to the fifth (th) portal of the east thirty () mornings. It returns to the east and enters into the sixth (6) portal, and rises and sets in the sixth portal one-and-thirty (3) mornings on account of its sign. SUMMER nd. Quarter The sun mounts up to make the day shorter and the night longer, and the sun returns to the east and enters into (stays in) the sixth (6) (4th month) portal, and rises from it and sets thirty mornings. And the sun goes forth from that sixth portal (4th month) in the west, and goes to the east and rises in the fifth portal (month ) for thirty mornings, and sets in the west again in the fifth western portal. The sun goes forth from that fifth portal and sets in the fifth portal of the west, and rises in the fourth (4) portal (month 6) for one-and-thirty (3) mornings on account of its sign, and sets in the west. On that day the day (the 3st day) is equalized with the night, and becomes of equal length, and the night amounts to nine parts and the day to nine parts. The sun has returned and entered into the second (nd) (month ) portal in the east, and returns on those his divisions of his orbit for thirty () mornings. On that day the sun rises from that portal, and sets in the west, and returns to the east, and rises in the third (3rd) portal for one-and-thirty (3) mornings, and sets in the west of the heaven. On that day the night decreases and amounts to nine parts, and the day to nine parts, and the night is equal to the day and the year is exactly as to its days three hundred and sixtyfour. (364) days. AUTUMN 3rd. Quarter The sun rises from that portal and sets in the west, and returns to the east and rises thirty () mornings in the third (3rd) portal (month 7) and sets in the west in the third portal. The sun rises from that third portal and sets in the third portal in the west and returns to the east, and for thirty () mornings rises in the second (nd) portal (month 8) in the east, and in like manner sets in the second portal in the west of the heaven. The sun rises on that day from that second portal and sets in the west in the second portal, and returns to the east into the first (st) portal for one-and-thirty (3) (month ) mornings, and sets in the first portal in the west of the heaven.. Earth rotates around the 360, returning again each year to the same Zodiac position repeating the cycle, creating 360 day solar year plus one added day representing the Intercalary of Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter, giving a perfect 364 day Solar Year Calendar. Due to Precession, as it drifts, we add One Week at the end of every 6th Year to keep within Season. 5 The New year commences AFTER the Spring Equinox on the FOURTH day of the 7 day creation week (. on Gregorian calendar) thereby will always be in the correct season, not as the NM system that is out of synch falling on different days of the week and at times, a month out. 6 Are these not the writings of the so called Essenes? The Essene context was suggested by the archeologist Eliezer Sukenik, who saw a tiny part of the huge priestly library in 47 at the beginning. Upon reading a few lines from the Rule of the Community, discussing the gradual acceptance of new members into the community, Sukenik said that it reminded him of the descriptions of the Essenes. If Sukenik would have been shown the very next page where the priestly leadership of the community is described in The Rule of the Congregation or where the blessing for the priests of the family of Zadok is described in detail in the Rule of the Community and where their priestly leadership is mentioned time and time again in the Rule of the Community and further on in the copies of Serechha-Yahad, where it is explicitly asserted: "and the deeds of the Torah, in accordance with the opinion of the sons of Aaron who have freely pledged themselves to establish His covenant and to observe His precepts which He has commanded" and "A most holy dwelling place for Aaron, with eternal knowledge, for a covenant of judgment, and to offer up pleasing fragrance" I suppose then Sukenik would not have thought on the Essenes at all, but rather on their biblical priestly predecessors, the Sons of Aaron The Priests from the dynasty of Zadok. Because of that brief perusal of the scroll we are now stuck with a very false and misleading label that is being perpetuated almost continuously by most everyone who fall for this lie. A little historical evidence. First, Philo introduced the Essenes, Philo did not mention any name, place, date, or historical circumstances, or any background to the consolidation of this group. There is NO Hebrew or Aramaic text before the Common Era or in the first century of the Common Era that reveals any data concerning this so called perfect group. Second is Pliny who Unlike Philo, did not mention any particular geographical location of the Essenes other than the whole Palestinian Syria", Pliny mentioned Ein Gedi, next to the Dead Sea, as their residence. However, Pliny never visited the Land of Israel and his testimony is based on second hand sources and not upon actual observation. There is no room next to Ein Gedi for thousands of people who are living celibate life, there is no memory in the Hebrew language that refers to any of the above. No noun, no verb, no adjective is associated with the term Essenes, no chronicle or recollection of the legendary Essenes is to be found in the language of the land where they allegedly resided for thousands generations Third is Josephus who mentions the Essenes on whom he related and apparently relied on the same information mentioned by Philo and Pliny. Josephus peaceful description of these virtuous people apparently numbered by the thousands, spread all over the country, devoted to asceticism, voluntary poverty, and abstinence from worldly pleasures. However it s un-connected to the belligerent world of the priestly oriented writers of the scrolls and to their biblical priestly world. There exists no known Hebrew or Aramaic text before or after the Common Era which supports any of these exceptional traits of the ideal society The New Testament written in the same time that Pliny and Josephus wrote, knows nothing concerning such defined holy communities in the first century CE. Judaea and the Apocrypha also reveals no hint of such exemplary moral achievements in any Jewish community. In the last centuries before the common era. Philo, Pliny and Josephus, each one, for his particular reasoning, were fascinated with this idea of a perfect community. No separatist context is offered for the peaceful Essenes while the writers of the scrolls are fighting against evil priests and impure temple of their time. Other Commentaries points again to the priestly context and priestly struggle in the wake of the era. In contradiction to this priestly struggle demonstrated in the scrolls there is no explicit priestly identity mentioned by Philo, Pliny or Josephus, no covenant is mentioned, no calendrical matters are discussed, no priestly laws concerning the Temple and the rites of the sacrifices are discussed, no priestly watches and no angelic-priestly liturgy are mentioned and Jerusalem, the chosen city of God, a central theme in many of the scrolls, this is not associated with the Essenes at all. In other words no subject which is attested richly in the Dead Sea Scrolls is described in any meaningful relation with the Essenes. Finally, Where there Essenes? possibly, maybe a small heretical group, there were many such groups, not just the two or three that we are familiar with, but no Essenes, as described, not connected to any part of the Yahad at Qumran as recorded in the DSS. There is no Hebrew or Aramaic text that mentions such a faultless group. No Jewish source written in Hebrew or Aramaic ever mentioned the celibacy of thousands of people who lived in defiance of the biblical commandment which expected marriage and procreation from all members of Jewish society. (including Yeshuah). No Hebrew or Aramaic source is familiar with the word Essenes or Essaioi in any way. This is all misleading nonsense based upon, historical inaccuracies, hearsay and false presumptions. Do your due diligence, but, that will require work.!!!

They had their methods of time keeping, Dials, Water Clocks, Candle Clocks. Time keeping was not as we use today, to the minute or the second although they were accurate enough to be able to know when a day started and ended and also the yearly cycle by observing both the sun and the stars, the mazaroth. The moon cycle, was used for verification only, every 3rd yr, th yr. and 8th yr. Was not used to proclaim the months. Watches of night The Temple system divided the night into military watches instead of hours, each watch representing the period for which sentinels or pickets remained on duty. Originally only three such watches, entitled the first, Lam : "beginning of the watches, the middle watch, Jud 7: and the morning watch. Ex 4:4; Sa : These would last respectively from sunset to 0 P.M.; from 0 P.M. to A.M.; and from A.M. to sunrise. After the establishment of the supremacy, the number of watches increased to four, which were described either according to their numerical order, as in the case of the "fourth watch," Mt 4: or by the terms "even," "midnight," "cock-crowing" and "morning. YHWH s 4 hr. day count commences at dark / sunset and the year starts from the Tekufah, the turn of the year, 4th day of the week commonly referred to as the Spring Equinox (not the Equilux, a relevantly recent modern technological ability to measure light ) A very misleading teaching say that in Scripture a high percentage show that a day commences at sunup, true, therefore the 4 hr day must begin at sunup, not true, most of society still do just that today, get up and do their daily chores from sunup till sundown. We still count our 4hr day during dark, middle of the night, midnight, Scripture says at sundown. There is clear evidence the 4 hr. day count begins at dark. No matter how one tries to manipulate the word to conform to this false teachings, darkness was there first,yhwh then creates the light to separate the two. Gen :3- And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. (what was on the face of the earth? first? Darkness) And the Spirit of YHWH moved upon the face of the waters and said, Let there be light: and there was light. (what came after darkness? light, second) YHWH saw the light, that it was good: (YHWH then does what?) and divided the light from the darkness. (creating a division between night and day) YHWH called the light Day, (some mislead here, by saying YHWH mentions Light-Day first then Darkness-Night, therefore day comes first, no, read on) and the darkness he called Night, HOWEVER YHWH then says: the evening (beginning of night, sundown - first) and the morning (beginning of day - second) the first day. YHWH then proceeds to pronounce the following six days in exactly the same manner: the evening (beginning of night) and the morning (beginning of day) 4 hour day were the nd and the 3rd and the... etcetera. Do not allow anyone to mislead you by this false teaching. 9 It s regrettable how a play on words so often takes the place of sound reasoning in discussing doctrine. A day crucifixion day resurrection does not equate, they play with words saying three days and three nights does not have to be exactly 7hrs. The day resurrection issue is a pagan system, Ostara: goddess of fertility, was adopted by the heretical Church of Rome, forcing Yeshau s resurrection to fall on the first day of the week then changing the pagan system Ostara to Easter. Where do you think you get all the Easter Egg nonsense from.? Also, a sunup start of the 4hr day does not follow the prescribed time lines / events, detailed in scripture, see below... Yeshua said three days, three night, 7 hrs. believe His word.
