2 The Symposium Problematic Facing the challenge of the millennium, and at the time of isolationism and tension, we believe it is urgent to build a fully integrated dialogue with clear objectives, targets and indicators in policies, programs and practices of development. Only such framework can block the misunderstanding, rejection and inequality and can guarantee all development initiatives and building a human society. The role of dialogue of mutual knowledge and respect of culture diversity can forge stable and resilient societies and through educational programs, communication, art and by dedicated approaches to promote a space of tolerance and mutual acquaintance. Dialogue, does not it create sufficient conditions for development? Build by the policy of dialogue: To what challenges and how? This symposium proposes to confront the specialists theoretical bases, thinkers and actors in the dialogue of cultures and civilizations in various fields: philosophy, literature, anthropology, art and analysis of the experiences. A symposium which looks like as interdisciplinary meeting, aiming to review the strengths and weaknesses of the dialogue process in the achievement of peace and development. Speakers will explore the two proposed dimensions: the culture of dialogue and the development and security policy.

3 * Axes: The expected contributions should be a priority concern of the following aspects: 1- The culture of dialogue between yesterday and today: state of play. 2- Culture of dialogue, culture of peace: necessary concept for any development. 3- Education and culture of peace: which link, which relationship? 4- The religion and the problematic of security in the human society. 5- Artistic practice and the culture of peace.

6 Participation requirements and deadlines: The proposed papers should be in a Word RTF format and should respond to the already mentioned drafting patterns. Then, it should be sent in a file on time to the forum electronic address: moltaka.mostaganem27@yahoo.fr Taking care of the participants is guaranteed, however, the university does not guarantee the tickets. Deadlines: January,1 st, 2016: forum s announcement. March,1 st, 2016: Deadline for receipt of proposals (title + brief su10 summary). March, 31 th, 2016: answering participants summaries. June 31 th, 2016: Deadline for receipt of final papers according to the desired shape. July,25 th -30 th, 2016: Informing the participants about the scientific committee s decisions. November 14 and 15 th, 2016: launching the forum. The formal Criteria of Participants interventions: Interventions can be edited in one of the languages : Arabic, French or English in a range of 15 pages. The font type for interventions drafts is either in simplified Arabic for drafts written in Arabic whose size should be 14, or Times New Roman who size should be12 for the intervention written in other languages.

7 The intervention s summary should not accede 150 words and should be accompanied with key words which do not accede 10 words. The references should be attached to the end of the article and should correspond to the drafting standards displayed in the following way: - The author, the title of the reference in italic, the name of the translator in case of translated work, the name of the publisher, place of publication, edition if found, year of publication and finally the page. - The references retrieved from the net should be displayed in this way: Gutierrez-Jones, C.
