2 Antichrist Waging Jihad Daniel 11 4/4/ Daniel 11 provides the longest section on Antichrist in scripture 2. The text gives insight into the theology and belief system that drives Antichrist 3. Note the religious flavor in these 4 verses. The word god appears times! Daniel 11: Then the king (Antichrist) will do as he pleases (Caliph Supreme Ruler of Caliphate), and he will exalt and magnify himself above every god and will speak monstrous things (blaspheme) against the God of gods ; and he will prosper until the indignation is finished (no one can stop him), for that which is decreed will be done (Events of the 7-Year Tribulation). 37 He will show no regard for the god ( elohim Yahweh the Lord) of his fathers (shows contempt for the Lord-God of the patriarchs) or for the desire of women (Sharia demeans women), nor will he show regard for any other god (Despises all other religions) ; for he will magnify himself above them all (Islam s messiah Mahdi Twelfth Imam sits as god). 38 But instead he will honor a god of fortresses ( ma uzzim military stronghold aka Jihad conquering for Allah), a god whom his fathers (Abraham - Ishmael) did not know; he will honor him (his god of war) with gold, silver, costly stones and treasures (pour financial resources into his military). 39 He will take action (war Jihad) against the strongest of fortresses (resisting nations) with the help of a strange god (Allah); he will give great honor to those who acknowledge him and will cause them to rule over the many, and will parcel out land for a price (allotting land as reward for loyalty). 3 A One-World Religion or One Religion Taking Over the World? There s a difference between a one-world religion, which the Bible does not teach, and one religion attempting to take over the world, of which it does speak. Let s start making this distinction. I. This section outlines the final war campaign of Antichrist 2. With a series of military victories, he will be established for a time 3. His final stand takes place while ruling from God s Throne in God s Temple Daniel 11: At the time of the end (second half of the Tribulation) the king of the South (Egypt) will engage him (Antichrist) in battle, and the king of the North (Antichrist) will storm out (retaliate) against him like a whirlwind (air-force), with chariots (tanks) and cavalry (army) and a great fleet of ships (navy).
