1 THE FILTHY, IMMORAL SEX CONFERENCE THE CLOWN CANNOT BE FORGIVEN BY THE COMMUNITY It is heartening that so many Muslims from among the laypeople are voicing their utter disgust at the filthy zina and kufr performances which the NNB jamiat s cartel of zindeeq-munaafiq molvis had promoted. One Brother writes: Asalaamualaikum respected I am struggling with this matter and need your respected views on it: If 'X' slanders, mocks, abuses and makes jokes about 'Y' how can 'A' forgive him when 'A' has no rights to nor is 'A' family, friend or in any way closely associated to 'X'. As I've understood it is, you have to ask forgiveness from ALLAH the almighty and the person you've wronged and I've read this: 1 / 6

2 Repentance in the sense of regretting what one has done and resolving not to do it again is not sufficient to waive the rights that are owed to other people. Whoever has stolen another person s wealth, or seized it by force, or has wronged him in any other way, will not have finished with the matter by simply regretting it, giving up the sin and resolving not to do it again. Rather he has to restore those rights. This is a principle on which the fuqaha (jurists) are unanimously agreed. So, everyone is saying forgive the clown who attended the wedding conference, the thing that I am struggling with is: How do I or we as a community forgive a clown who mocked and jeered a Sahabi? Abu Hurairah RA did not give any rights to forgive on his behalf I do not have the permission of any Sahabi to forgive on their behalf. Ulama are even calling, saying forgive him, he knows not what he is doing. My response to this is, for as long as he has been doing this he has become a professional at it. 2 / 6

3 Imagine, Muslims PAID MONEY to hear their Islam and marriage of our beloved Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him and mockery of Abu Hurairah RA - being mocked at and laughed at. How low can Muslims stoop!? You know another matter is the Muslims in Palestine were getting shot at and killed and here we are sitting in a filthy convention centre laughing and mocking and enjoying ourselves and tomorrow we will call for a March in the streets for Palestine. Is this not double standards? How can Palestine be free from the Jews when you the Muslims were, moments earlier laughing at the Sahabi Abu Hurairah RA. If we forgive today, and I am still of the opinion that we cannot as we have no rights to forgive conferred upon us by the Sahabi, Abu Hurairah RA, if we say we forgive, we open up the flood gates for the other clowns to follow in this one's footsteps. Shapiro, Riaad Moosa & other up and coming clowns will enjoy this opportunity. You know I worked in Nigeria and Muslims there would rise up and burn down the newspaper, or convention centre and the clown will have to leave the country as his life has no value. Too many Ulama here have been brainwashed into thinking we the common people have rights to forgive and forget. How can we!? How can we!? How can we!? If he insulted me or my brother I'm sure I can forgive him but he did not. I will definitely not forgive him if he insulted my mother as can be witnessed in the video where he tells the Muslim woman that she is looking at his privates or area of something I'm not familiar with the term. 3 / 6

4 Let's look at that dayooth who allowed his woman to be insulted in such a manner by the clown who claimed that she was looking at his private parts, how is he responsible for the insult hurled at her: What exactly is a dayooth? Abdullaah ibn Umar (ra) reported that the Prophet (saw) said: Three people will not enter paradise, and Allaah will not look to them on the Day of Judgement: the one who is disobedient to his parents, the woman who imitates men and the ad-dayooth. (Ahmad) Ad-Dayooth is the man who permits women for whom he is responsible (eg: mother, wife, sister etc.) to engage in illicit sexual relations, or to display their beauty to strange men, thereby stimulating their sexual desires. That wedding conference where the clown performed at can be equated to this thing they have in SA called the sexpo just because of its nature and content being of an illicit nature. One has 4 / 6

5 to question were there young children in the room? Many so called Islamic schools and Masajids have labelled their doors with the names of the Sahabah yet all it was, was just that a naming exercise as some of the teachers and Ulama in those schools are teaching the children to forgive and forget and that it was an honest mistake. Had it been an honest mistake, how did the clown manage to breakdown how many hours and days and arrive at a total claiming Ahadith were recorded by Abu Hurairah RA. This clown and everyone involved are playing with us thinking us to be stupid. Whilst we may not have studied for several years to become Ulama the one which Allah gave us is common sense and respect for the 5 pillars of Islam, the Shariah, Qurʾān, Durbar of our Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him and the Sahabah and our Ulama who are on the Haqq. Insha'allah I invite the Ulama-e-Haqq of the Darul Ulooms and other upright Ulama to review this matter and conclude on it as we can no longer continue with the status quo.
