3 INTRODUCTION Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: Expose the faajir regarding the evil in which he indulges so that people remain safe from him." IMAAM ABU HANIFAH RAHIMAHULLAHS ADVICE TO THE TRUE ULAMA: "When you observe a Deeni danger in a person of worldly pomp and rank, then proclaim it (to the masses), and do not be deterred by his pomp and rank. Verily, Allah is your Supporter and your Helper, and the Helper of the Deen.. In matters of the Deen if you see someone flagrantly committing evil, then expose him to the people so that they do not follow him, and so that they remain aloof of him. Verily, Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: Expose the faajir regarding the evil in which he indulges so that people remain safe from him." Al-Ansaar literally means The helpers more specifically Helpers of the Deen. It also means followers, adherents, friends, etc. It is obvious that the title Al-Ansaar is to give the impression that Radio Al-Ansaar, the Al-Ummah paper and the entire Al-Ansaar foundation is a Deeni structure. But, far from it being an Islamic organization, it is more like a Nasaara entertainment enterprise. In fact, it is a flagrantly shaitaani institution crafted by shaitaan himself for deceiving and misleading Muslims. Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: Most assuredly, you will follow the ways of those before you inch by inch, cubit by cubit so much so that if they enter into a lizard s hole, you too will certainly enter it. The Sahaabah asked: O Rasulullah! (Do you mean) the Yahood and the Nasaaraa? Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: Who else? (Bukhari, Muslim, etc.) The above Hadeeth is to warn Muslims not to follow the Kuffaar. Emulating the Kuffaar is Haraam. Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said that He who imitates a nation, he is part of them. Everything of the Haraam Al-Ansaar souk is in emulation of the Nasaara! Radio Al-Ansaar is part and parcel of the Kuffaar and the Mudhilleen who are misleading others, apart far from being helpers of the Deen, they are in fact destroying the Deen with all their Haraam propagation. Hence, it is not at all harsh to say that they are Radio Nasaara although they are worthy of being called Radio Kufr! Radio Devil! Radio Iblees! Radio Dajjaal! etc. When people indulge in Kufr, make statements of Kufr, belittle the Deen, and justify explicit haraam deeds, then they are guilty of Kufr. There is Consensus of all the Fuqaha of all Math-habs on this matter. We are very aware of the fact that the Al-Ansaar Foundation of Shaitaaniyat propagates, supports and promotes the views of Kuffaar, Shia Kuffaar, Salafis, Bid atis, Murtads, Zindeeqs, and other Mudhilleen. The title Radio Al-Ansaar is thus an extremely deceptive title to conceal the massive kufr and evil which this un-islamic, anti-islamic, haraam Radio is propagating. In fact, it outstrips the Kuffaar radio stations in evil and kufr. And all its haraam propagation is done under Islamic guise. Despite their Kuffaar behaviour, their Kuffaar ways, their Kuffaar style entertainment, their Kuffaar amusement and their Kuffaar-style shows, the mudhilleen consider themselves to be a Muslim radio station. 4 When a person openly indulges in Haraam knowingly, perpetrates his Haraam in the name of the Deen, and shamelessly encourages others to do the same, then such a person is indeed very disrespectful towards the laws of Allah Ta ala and His Rasool Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam i.e. the Shariah of Allah Ta ala. We all hope that this Ummah could come back on track. But, majority of the Ummah is not interested in Deen. They find Deen to be boring and burdensome (Nauthu Billah). They want kaafir-style entertainment. They search for peace of mind, enjoyment and fun in haraam functions and haraam festivities whereas Haraam invites the wrath of Allah Ta ala. They love all the haraam carnivals, haraam shows, haraam parties, haraam anniversaries, haraam fêtes, haraam expos, haraam celebrations, haraam weddings, haraam festivals, haraam circuses, haraam tournaments, and haraam extravaganzas, especially if these Haraam events are painted with Islamic colours and Islamic names. They are addicted to Haraam outings, haraam picnics on the beach amongst naked women, haraam reunions, haraam souks, haraam plays, haraam ceremonies, haraam TV, haraam comedies, haraam movies and haraam fairs where many laws of the Shariah are trampled upon without any shame and fear for Allah Azza Wa Jal. All the evils and sins are also justified which is one of the main causes why this Ummah is drowning in its sin and grovelling at the feet of the kuffaar. Nobody is ready or willing to speak up for the pleasure of Allah. No one is really prepared to stand up for Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam and proclaim that Haraam is Haraam! Instead, many Muslims and so-called ulama have a plethora of excuses to justify their silence and participation in all the Haraam. The Souk of Al-Ansaar is an immoral mockery of the Deen! The Al-Ansaar Souk is a very evil extravaganza. It is filled with Haraam just like all other Haraam events and shows. The Al-Ansaar Souk can never be permissible. It contains too much Haraam. The Al-Ansaar souk is a kaafir-type show. It is Haraam just like Ratanga Junction, Gold Reef City and all other amusement parks, arcades, theme parks and entertainment centres. There are many reasons why the Al-Ansaar Souk is Haraam! It is not permissible for a Muslim to be present at a place where the laws of Allah are violated. This is common-sense. This is the law of Allah. But many Muslims are not interested. Merely a few fortunate ones are spared from these Haraam events for which they should make Shukr unto Allah for protecting them from all of these Haraam events and Haraam places. The following reasons explain why the souk is Haraam. MUSIC Music is Haraam. There are four Aayats in the Qur aan and over 40 Ahaadeeth which prove that Music is Haraam. In the Qur aan Shareef, music is described as Sowtush Shaytaan (the voice of Shaytaan). Furthermore, the prohibition of music is unanimous according to all four Math-habs. The verdicts of the Fuqaha of the four Math-habs on the issue of music are final and binding. Any view contrary to the unanimous Fatwa of the prohibition of music, is rejected as baseless. Hadhrat Abu Maalik Ash ari (radhiyallahu anhu) says that he heard Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) say: Most certainly, there will be in my Ummah people who will make lawful fornication silk, liquor and musical instruments. (Bukhaari) A person who halaalizes something which is Haraam is a kaafir in the unanimous verdict of all the Authorities of the Shariah. The organizers and legalizers of the Devil s Souk all fit into this category. If Music was halaal as some deviates claim, then it would be futile for Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam to say that they will make it (i.e. music) Halaal! 3

5 The presence of Music is enough to condemn and criticize the evil Al-Ansaar Souk to be a Souk of Shaitaaniyat. Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said that he was sent to destroy musical instruments. You call yourself Al-Ansaar (the helpers), but you inviting people towards Haraam! You call yourself Al-Ansaar, but you openly make tableegh of haraam music functions? What type of Al- Ansaar are you? Whose helpers are you? Are you not shaitaan s helpers? SINGING There is absolutely no difference of opinion among all Authorities of all Math-habs, from the era of the Sahaabah, that singing for an audience is haraam. Such a singer is Mardudush Shahaadah (i.e. his testimony is not acceptable in the Shariah). Explaining this issue, Allamah Ibn Nujaim states the reason: because he gathers people for a major sin Bahrur Raaiq. Professional singing is Haraam according to all four Math-habs. Singing for an audience is Haraam. And the Shahaadat (testimony) will not be accepted of that singer with whom people associate and he gathers people (for his singing functions). (Mabsoot) gathering people for singing (such as Al-Ansaar Souk, Concerts, Nazm Jalsahs, etc.) is very sinful and Haraam! This is mentioned in many kutub. The Mashaaikh have explicitly mentioned that to sing for enjoyment/pleasure or to earn some money is Haraam without a difference of opinion (Fathul Qadeer and other kitaabs) The fussaaq of al- Ansaar clearly state: The Al Ansaar Souk strives to provide different forms of entertainment as well as shopping varieties every year. Some of the highlights include the following: Local and International nasheed artists These local and international Shaitaani artists are Fussaaq. They shave their beards and are dressed up like the kuffaar clowns. They are Shayaateen! And even if they wear so-called kurtahs or maxi dresses and even have beards, then too they are fussaaq clowns and coons. Their act of singing for entertainment is Haraam. The Al-Ansaar clique don t seem to know anything of the Shariah! Does the Al-Ansaar foundation even follow any of the four Math-habs? In fact, they are promoters of shiism. The Al-Ansaar Shayaateen are followers of their Nafs and Shaitaan. Their entertaining leader is Shaytaan! They are deviated neo-salafis misleading the Muslim public! Hadhrat Ali (radhiyallahu anhu) narrated that Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: I have been sent (by Allah) to destroy musical instruments..the earning of a male singer and a female singer is haraam. The earning of zina is haraam. It is incumbent on Allah not to allow a body nourished by haraam, entry into Jahannum. (Kaf-fur Ruaa ) The evil of music and singing is sufficiently abominable to warrant it being lumped together with zina (fornication). One Hadith describes singing as the spell of shaitaan. Hadhrat Abdullah Ibn Mas ud (radhiyallahu anhu) was invited to a Walimah (marriage feast). When he arrived at the house he heard singing. He halted at the door. He was asked: Why have you halted? He replied: I heard Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) say: He who increases the number of a crowd is of them. He who is pleased with an act of the people is a partner in its commission. 6 Whilst singing to a public audience is Haraam, let us not be fooled into believing that there is nothing wrong to listen to this Haraam singing. Composing songs is Haraam. Singing songs is Haraam. Likewise, listening to it is also Haraam. Hadhrat Abu Hurairah (radhiyallahu anhu) narrates that Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: Listening to music and singing are sinful. Sitting at such gatherings is fisq (immoral transgression). Deriving pleasure from it is kufr. (Nailul Autaar) Hadhrat Ibn Mas ud (radhiyallahu anhu) narrated that Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: Beware of listening to musical instruments and singing, for verily, both these acts germinate nifaaq (hypocrisy) in the heart just as water causes vegetables to grow. (Kaf-fur Ru aa ) It is Haraam to listen to Faasiq Shaheer Karrim, Faasiq Waleed Bata, the Fussaaq Southul Imaan clique who are more appropriately known as Sowtush Shayaateen, Faasiq Muhammed Shaik, the Fussaaq Khudaamul Islam gang more appropriately known as Khuddaamush Shayaateen, The Unity group of Shayaateen, Faasiq Bid ati Milad Raza Qadri, Faasiq Bid ati Inayet Petkar, Faasiq Imran Dahya, Faasiq Ahmed Bukhatir, Faasiq Shahid Al-Kone, Faasiq Zain Bhika, Faasiq so-called Haafiz Abu Bakr, Faasiq Muhammed Saalih, Faasiq so-called Qari Ziyaad Patel and all other Fussaaq and Shayaateen singers who sing for public entertainment. FEMALE EMERGENCE FROM THE HOME Allah Ta ala says: (O Women!) Remain firmly in your homes. It is also mentioned in the Hadith that woman is an object of concealment. When she emerges (from her house to participate in Souks and to roam around shopping malls), shaitaan waits in ambush for her. Women are allowed to leave their homes only for necessities according to the Shariah. There are several Aayaat and Ahaadeeth to prove this. Visiting shopping malls is not a necessity for women. In addition, the Al-Ansaar Souk is absolutely Haraam. Thus, it is not permissible for even males to visit the Haraam Nasaara Souk of Al-Ansaar. According to the Shariah, it is Haraam for women to attend the Masaajid and the Eidgah. We have a detailed article regarding this on our website. Those interested, may pursue it. When women are not allowed to attend the Masaajid, then how is it possible for them to attend the Nasaara Souks of Shaytaan hosted by the corrupt Al-Ansaar foundation of Bid ah and Baatil? NO HIJAAB/PURDAH AT ALL There is no Hijaab whatsoever at the souk. Observing Hijaab is Waajib. The one who does not observe Hijaab is a Faasiq/Faasiqah Faajir/Faajirah. Hijaab is for Muslims not for Nasaara and animals. The fact that Al-Ansaar does not observe Hijaab is a clear indication that Al-Ansaar is deviated. They are Mudhilleen about whom Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) has said: Verily, I fear for my Ummah such Aimmah (muftis, molvis, scholars and sheikhs) who are mudhilleen (men who mislead others). INTERMINGLING OF THE SEXES According to the Qur aan, Sunnah and Ijmaa, intermingling of the sexes is Haraam. It is so severe that the Qur aan Shareef prohibits anything which leads to Zina. It is commonsense that intermingling of the sexes leads to Zina! They call themselves helpers of the Deen Al-Ansaar, but they break every law of Hijaab mentioned in Qur aan and Hadeeth. That is why we say that this Al-Ansaar clique is more of a Nasaara clique. They are unable to distinguish even between left and right. 5

7 SHAMELESSNESS AND IMMORALITY One does not need any proof to understand the amount of Be-Hayaai (shamelessness and immodesty) which takes place at the souk of Al-Ansaar. Shaytaan encourages people towards shamelessness and evil and this is precisely the case with Al-Ansaar. They are actually promoting Zina with their Haraam Souk. Zina of the eyes is Haraam and this is looking at the opposite gender. They are Al-Ansaaruz Zina! A souk which caters for the immoral gazes of shameless people. They are, in fact promoters of Haraam Zina. The amount of Haraam which takes place at Al-Ansaar souks and shows, makes us realise why the Ummah is so fallen and disgraced. The corrupt Ummah enjoys corrupt people as their leaders and consequently are fragrantly indulging in Fisq and Haraam with the excuse of the Ulamae-Soo approving all the Haraam! WOMEN EXPOSING THEIR FACES IN PUBLIC According to all four Math-habs, it is Waajib for a woman to conceal her face from ghair mahrams. In fact, the Fuqaha have written that it is not permissible for a Muslim woman to expose her face even to a Kaafir woman or even a Faasiqah! But, how many Muslim women are interested in this Qur aanic law? And how many molvis know this or teach this or ensure that this Law is adopted in their homes? Instead, they love the Ulama Soo who promote the opposite which is in conflict with the Shariah. Anything beyond the four Math-habs is deviation. The Fatwa of all four Math-habs is that it is Haraam for a woman to expose her face to a ghair Mahram or to reveal her face at any place where the gazes of ghair Mahram men will fall on her! Any view contrary to this, is nothing but dhalaal deviation. Not following one of the four Math-habs is confirmed deviation! PROMOTING TABARRUJ According to the Qur aan, it is Haraam for a woman to beautify herself when she leaves her home. This is known as Tabarruj in the Qur aan. One of the stringent conditions which women have to adopt when circumstances compel their emergence from the home, is Rasulullah s command: They should emerge tafilaat which means shabbily and most unattractively dressed, with even a slight pungent odour emitting. It is among the gravest of the Kabaa-ir for a woman to emerge into the public domain after applying perfume. Such a woman has been condemned as a prostitute/adulteress by Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam who said: A woman who applies perfumes and passes by a gathering is like this and like that (i.e. an adulteress). Once Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said to Hadhrat Ali (radhiyallahu anhu): What is best for a woman? All the Sahaabah present remained silent. Hadhrat Ali narrates: When I returned home, I said to Faatimah (radhiyallahu anha): What is best for a woman? She responded: She should not look at men nor should men look at her. When Hadhrat Ali (radhiyallahu anhu) mentioned Faatimah s response to Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), he commented with delight: Faatimah is a portion of me. THE SHAITAANI SUMMER LOOK Advertising Haraam Nasaara appearances and trying to make Muslim women as Zaaniyahs, the Al- Ansaar Shayaateen state: Ladies! Look dashing this Summer! To help you "get the look" is Shagufta! It is Haraam for a woman to apply make-up and perfume when she leaves her home. Read again the Hadith of Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam above. In Islam, such a woman is a prostitute! Shagufta 6

8 is there to help you get the Un-Islamic looks of a prostitute with the blessings of the Al-Ansaaruz Zina clique! FOOD DEMONSTRATIONS Men and women together observing food demonstrations are exhibitions of Jaahiliyyah. The Shariah commands that men and women must be separate. Although the presence of females at souks, fetes and at evil places such as the ICC and exhibition centres is Haraam, another Haraam act takes place at the souks. The males and females are able to view the men without any screen in between. The men and women even sit and stand mixed at the Al-Ansaar Souk. In the Islamic conception this is zina intermingling. The pure wives (Azwaaj-e-Mutahharaat) of Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam used to wear the Jilbaab. The Jilbaab is such a garment which covers a women from head to toe including the face with one of the eyes exposed. The Jilbaab is Waajib upon very woman when she leaves her home for a necessity. Women are allowed to leave their homes only for necessities. But, despite the wives of Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam wearing a Jilbaab which did not reveal the shape of their bodies like the shameless Abayas of this era, Allah Ta ala commanded that there should be a screen/curtain/wall between them and ghair mahram males! Allamah Baghawi who is a Shaafi, has mentioned this in his Tafseer. This is mentioned by the other Mufassireen also in detail. (Aayat 53 of Surah Ahzaab). COMEDY FESTIVALS Comedy festivals are Haraam! In Islam, there is no scope for such futility. Maut (death) is coming closer, but we have time for such Haraam entertainment. Comedies are the ways of the kuffaar. Muslims mimicking others! Is this the way of Islam? There is really something wrong with the Al-Ansaar Mudhilleen and all other Shayaateen who hold comedy shows, etc. There is total emulation of the Kuffaar in this. In fact, the radio presenters of these so-called Islamic stations are worthy of attaining degrees and accolades from Shaytaan for their imitation mimicry and clowning of Kaafir presenters on Kaafir radio stations! MERRY-GO-ROUND Merry-go-rounds are Haraam. Carousels, roundabouts, big wheels, anaconda and all the other Haraam stupid rides are not for Muslims. A Muslim was not created for such nonsense which leads to Jahannam. Muslims are unable to understand this because they have acquired kaafir mentalities. They have forgotten their objective in life. Wasting time is not permissible. How much Haraam intermingling takes place at these merry-go-rounds, Gold reef city, Ratanga Junction, amusement parks and circuses of the devil? Do you think Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam would be happy with all of this intermingling of the sexes, and with the abundance of other haraam activities taking place at shaitaan s souk? At least have some Hayaa and understand that all these Kuffaar types of entertainment are not for us Muslims. The Sultan Bahu fete of the Bid atis is the same. These Sultan Bahu Bid atis and Saaberie Chisty Bid atis claim to be Sunnis, but they rudely flout all the laws of Hijaab. The Al-Ansaar souk and the Sultan Bahu fete indicate the Ilmi bankruptcy of the so-called Ulama involved and it also shows how academically and spiritually poor these Bid atis are who stupidly call themselves Sunni! Majority of the participants of these souks and fetes are dressed like Kuffaar! What s the use you call 7

9 yourself a Sunni, but you don t follow the Sunnah or even at least in your dressing and appearance? Who are you so-called Sunnis trying to fool? HARAAM ENTERTAINMENT The Haraam entertainment of Al-Ansaaruz Zina has no limits. What the hell is an entertainment lounge? People sit in lounges and watch Haraam TV. But. According to Al-Ansaar, TV is not Haraam. The worst of Shayaateen is the Radio and TV molvis/scholars. They are amongst the worst of Shayaateen misleading the masses. The Qur aan makes mention of devils in human form. Those who propagate that video clips and ITV, and pictures of animate objects are permissible are the Shayaateen in human form! THE ENTRY FEE Al-Ansaar states: With almost 20 years of experience, the Al Ansaar Souk promises to be another spectacular event. A donation of only R15 per person as an entry fee, profits raised from this initiative are injected back into the Al Ansaar Foundation and are utilised for other various operational activities and projects founded by the organisation. The Al-Ansaar organization is not an Islamic organization. They might be Muslim, but they NOT Islamic! Breaking a multitude of laws of the Shariah, among which are intermingling of the sexes, promoting kuffaar appearance, indulging in music, honouring fussaaq, public entertainment, calling out Muslim women to participate in various degrees of zina, engaging the fussaaq men in such zina, etc. etc. is not a service to Islam. There is nothing spectacular about such a Kaafir souk which is in conflict with the Shariah! The only spectacular perpetration is the promotion of shaitaaniyat and egregious pillage of the Deen. The entire gamut of the shaitaani souk is pure Satanism. Al-Ansaar and the Souk and their Haraam awards evenings conspicuously highlight the moral corruption which is being sold in the name of the Deen. It is not permissible to give even half a cent to these Al-Ansaaruz Zina Mudhilleen! Prohibiting any contribution to a satanic institution, the Qur aan Shareef states: Do not aid one another in sin and transgression. Every contribution made to this evil institution will bring about calamitous consequences in Qiyaamah. They promote Salafi deviates like Ismail Kamdar and others. The fact that they promote Ismail Kamdar who was influenced by deviates such as Qardawi and Abu Ameenah Bilal Philips is enough to show that Al-Ansaar is an Islamically corrupt organization run by Human Shayaateen whose merchandise is Haraam and whose preaching is shamelessness and Shaitaaniyat which take a person to Jahannam. The gutter level of fisq and fujoor induces them to promote Haraam kaafir appearances for women! They promote music! They promote TV! They promote even Shia views on their station of Shaitaaniyat. MISLEADING THE PUBLIC Al-Ansaar, mentioning who they are, states: A group of prominent Muslim businessmen set out to establish The Al Ansaar Foundation in 1994 (1414 AH) in the hope of uplifting and improving the Imaan of the Ummah (Spirituality of the community). This is a classic example of these Mudhilleen and Ulama-e-Soo. They say that they wish to improve the Imaan of the Ummah, but they host programs which do not even fulfil the basic requirements of Hijaab! These Al-Ansaar Shayaateen are most probably dreaming that they would uplift the Ummah 8

10 with music and all the Haraam Bid ah they are propagating. How does one expect the Ummah to progress, when music is the weapon of Shaytaan and Dajjaal? Haraam kaafir-style entertainment will not uplift and improve the Imaan of the Ummah. On the contrary, Al-Ansaar is responsible for destroying the morals of the Muslim public and destroying the Imaan of the masses with all the Haraam souks and haraam propagation of Shaitaaniyat on their evil radio station! TASHABBUH BIL KUFFAAR The entire souk and entertainment carnival is in emulation of the Kuffaar which is obviously Haraam. There is no difference between the Haraam Kaafir malls and the Al-Ansaar Souk. There is no difference between Ratanga Junction, Gold Reef City and the funfair of Al-Ansaar. They all are Haraam. The only difference is that the one is organized by the Kuffaar and the other is hosted by persons who say that they are muslims, but they are openly in denial of the Shariah of Islam, and they have forgotten that one day soon they also going to die. PHOTOGRAPHY Much photography and videoing takes place. This is Haraam. Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said that the person who will receive the worst punishment on the day of Qiyaamah, will be those who make/take pictures/photos. WOMEN S VOICE A woman s voice is also Hijaab. Her voice possesses the ability to incite passion in man. She may not unnecessarily speak to men. Speaking to a ghair mahram is zina of the tongue. Nabi (sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: And, the tongue its zina is speech (with lust). It is extremely shameless for women to sing in public and recite Qiraat in public. This is the way of the Kuffaar not the way of a decent Muslim female. Hadhrat Abu Hurairah (radhiyallahu anhu) narrated that Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: During the last of ages (in close proximity to Qiyaamah) a nation from my Ummah will be disfigured (and transformed) into apes and pigs. The Sahaabah said: O Rasulullah! Will they be Muslim? Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: Yes. They will be testifying that there is no god but Allah and that I am His Rasool, and they will be fasting (in the month of Ramadhaan). The Sahaabah asked: O Rasulullah! What will be their condition (to warrant such chastisement)? Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: They will be indulging in musical instruments, singing girls, musical drums, and they will be consuming liquor. They will one night go to sleep after their liquor and amusement. When they arise in the morning, they will have been disfigured (and transformed into apes and pigs). (Kaf-fur Ruaa ) It is apparent from this Hadith that the musical drum (the tablah of the qawwaals) and similar other kinds of musical drums are not the duff mentioned in the Ahaadith. Musical drums have been declared haraam unanimously by all authorities from the very age of the Sahaabah. According to another Hadith, also narrated by Hadhrat Abu Hurairah (radhiyallahu anhu), Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: 9

11 I take oath by The Being Who has sent me with the Haqq (Truth)! The world will not come to an end until earthquakes, the descent of showers of stones (from the heaven) and disfigurement of faces (which will be transformed into apes and swines) had not taken place. The Sahaabah said: When will that happen, O Rasulullah? He replied: When you see women seated on saddles (i.e. riding horses and in this age, driving cars); when singing girls are to be found in profusion; when false testimony becomes rampant, and when homosexuality and lesbianism become prevalent. (Bazzaaz and Tibraani) All these evil deeds mentioned in this Hadith are widely prevalent in this age. Women driving vehicles has become a norm in even Muslim society. Music and singing have become accepted practices in even Muslim homes. Among the signs of Qiyaamah are the acts of music and singing which have permeated every facet of life. Even the pious people who are averse to music and singing are unable to protect their ears from the satanic din of music and singing which blares in the streets, in the shops, in the factories, in the planes, in the offices, on the cellphones and even in the public toilets. Even the Musaajid are becoming proliferated with musical tunes of the confounded cellphones belonging to confounded people who have absolutely no fear and shame for Allah Ta ala, no respect for His Musaajid and the musallis of the Musaajid. In flagrant violation and total disregard for the divine Shariah of Allah Ta ala, Muslims in this age step out of the way to ensure that the ringing tone of their phones is the voice of shaitaan (music). And this evil is terribly defiling the holy atmosphere of Musjidul Haraam in Makkah and Musjidun Nabawi in Madinah. May Allah Ta ala save us from His chastisement. We now only have to wait for the disfiguration and transformation of faces of these evil people into apes and pigs, and also for the showers of stone to rain from the heavens. LOOKING AT THE OPPOSITE GENDER This is so obviously Haraam. This is in fact one of the first steps towards Zina. Everything which leads to Zina is Haraam. Whatever leads to Haraam, is likewise Haraam. This is a principle of the Shariah. The Shaafi Fuqaha and all the Fuqaha clearly mention that it is Haraam to look at women. But, the Ulama-e-Soo and Bid atis who participate in Fetes, Souks and Mouloods, break this law of Allah without any shame. Too much Zina of the eyes take place at these functions of the devil. Luring women out of their homes to participate in the Souk is amongst the worst crimes of the Al-Ansaar clique. When it comes to Deeni matters, then one should be very careful from whom one acquires one s Islamic knowledge. MANY OTHER HARAAM SHOWS There will be many other Haraam shows such as reptile shows, five pillars game, amabutho jumpers, etc. The five pillars of Islam are treated as a game for entertainment! Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilayhi Raaji oon. Karate shows, Samurai and all the other shows are Haraam shows! BID AH THIKR Congregational loud thikr is obviously not permissible. It is worse when men and women sing together. The programs of Faasiq Nour Aswad are not spiritual. They are Haraam Bid ahs which Shaytaan had innovated for his Ansaarush Shaytaan progeny and the balance of their followers. There is nothing spiritual in Bid ah Halqah Thikrs. 10

12 Among the strongest dalaa-il (proofs and arguments) in refutation of bid ah acts such as collective Thikr performances in the Musaajid which appear in the form of ibaadat, is the expulsion of a halqah zikr group from the Musjid by the illustrious Sahaabi, Hadhrat Abdullah Ibn Mas ood (radhiyallahu anhu). A group of people engaging in halqah Thikr were reciting Lailaha illallaah, Subhaanallah, Alhamdulillaah and Allahu Akbar in chorus. They all recited the Thikr loudly and congregationally. Hadhrat Abdullah Ibn Mas ood (radhiyallahu anhu), the eminent Sahaabi of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), branded the group as Mubtadieen (bid atis) and ordered their expulsion from the Musjid. The action of Hadhrat Abdullah ibn Mas ood (radhiyallahu anhu) is the strongest and most direct rejection of any superficial act presented in the form of ibaadat. Any act which was not ibaadat to the Salf-e-Saaliheen but presented as ibaadat is bid ah in the light of the Qur aan, Sunnah and practice of the Salf-e-Saaliheen. FAASIQ QURRAA There are Faasiq Qaaris also at the souk. Moreover, every Qaari and Aalim/Sheikh who participates in Moulood and the Al-Ansaar Souk is a Faasiq. It is Haraam to honour fussaaq. To allow these fussaaq the stage to render a Qiraat, is honouring a faasiq. Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam mentioned that most of the Qurraa will be Munaafiqs. GATHERING OF FUSSAAQ AND ULAMA E SOO Keeping the above in mind, it is undoubtedly a gathering of Ulama-e-Soo and Fussaaq. Radio Nasaara is a deviate radio station. It is not permissible to listen to Radio Al-Ansaar. And how can it ever be permissible when they are Fussaaq and they are propagating so much Haraam which mislead many Muslims. The Souk comprises of a conglomeration of deviates. They are so deviated that they don t even know that music is Haraam and they don t even know the difference between Hijaab and Aurah. I AANAT A LAL MA SIYAT Calling people towards the Al-Ansaar Souk and Sultan Bahu Fete is Haraam. Thus, the proponents of Souks, Mawlids and fetes are guilty of I aanat A lal Ma siyat which is Haraam according to the Qur aan. DEFENDING ALL THE HARAAM The worst of all is that the Ulama associated with the souks are defending all the Haraam. They participate in all the Haraam and obviously defend all the Haraam in order to achieve their despicable nafsaani motives. But, the evils of the Al-Ansaar Souk and Sultan Bahu fete (and also the Mawloods and Milads) are so apparent that the Fisq of the Mawlid, souk and fete participants is confirmed. CONCLUSION The Al-Ansaar Souk and Sultan Bahu fete is Haraam! It is Haraam to participate in Souks, Fetes and Mouloods. It is Haraam to support it. 11
