5 Each participant can attend the congress with one paper only. PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES Abstracts Book The abstracts book will be published online or in printed form. It will be published on September 24, Papers Book Papers will be published online or in printed form. It will be published on December 24, National Editor's Written Book with Sections Each participant may request publication in the National Editor's Book. Having passed through the editorial and referee processe, have provided the material and other conditions of the publisher, declarations will be published. Each participant who requests a publication in the Book will be charged a certain amount of publication fee. International Editor's Written Book with Sections Each participant may request publication in the International Editor's Book. Having passed through the editorial and referee processe, have provided the material and other conditions of the publisher, declarations will be published. Publications in the Journals After passing through editorial and refereeing processes of journals, articles can be published in the Academy Journal or Political Sciences Faculty Journal. The admission and approval process belongs to the editorial boards of the journals. WORKSHOP In the days that organized the Congress, there will be a workshop to discuss the Turkey - Turkish World relationships. CULTURAL TOUR On the last day of the Congress, a cultural tour will be organized in Istanbul. Participation is optional.
