The following examples are illustrative of the sorts of individuals and institutional infrastructure that are engaged in civilization and violent jihad in America s heartland.

54 SHARIAH IN TEXAS: HOLY LAND FOUNDATION The HLF Five The Holy Land Foundation headquatered in Richardson, Texas was, at one point, the largest Muslim charity in the United States. In 2008, the foundation and five of its leaders were successfully prosecuted in the biggest terrorism-financing trial in U.S. history The defendants were found guilty of providing over 13 years $12 million in material support for the designated terrorist group, Hamas.

It is believed he was looking to secure a sensitive position with the U.S. government at some point.

These schools are incubators for Islamism masquerading as Turkish nationalism.

70 COUNTERING THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD On July 24, 2014, Rep. Bachmann introduced legislation calling for the Muslim Brotherhood to be designated as a foreign terrorist organization. HR 5194 would impede Brothers admission into the U.S. and help roll-up its operations here. The Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist organization, and must be treated as such.

71 HOW TO COUNTER THE CIVILIZATION JIHAD In addition to supporting the Bachmann legislation, Americans must take other steps to spare our country the seditious and ultimately deadly effects of the Muslim Brotherhood s civilization jihad, they must act at three levels: As individuals By being part of larger groups or organizations: Collectively, as a nation

72 KEEP SHARIAH OUT OF OUR COURTS Help enact in Texas state-level legislation called American Laws for American Courts Counters the civilization jihad in our judiciary Prevents any foreign law not just shariah from being used in this state s courts if they violate constitutional rights or state public policy Adopted in Tennessee, Louisiana, Arizona, Kansas Alabama, Oklahoma and North Carolina endorsed in GOP 2012 Platform Considered in Austin twice, scuttled late in sessions

73 THE DOTS CONNECTED Shariah is the threat: a global, totalitarian and supremacist doctrine that obliges its adherents to compel the entire world to submit. The Muslim Brotherhood is the prime-mover behind this agenda. Civilization jihad has been waged by the Brotherhood and other Islamists against the United States for over fifty years. It is time to put an end to the Muslim Brotherhood and its civilization jihadist operations in America and the rest of the Free World.
