7 Leader: People: God is Holy Mystery, the Presence at the heart of all that is. We come to seek the light of divine love.

9 People: As we open ourselves to see and hear, to touch and feel revelations of divine energy, we sense once more the spark that energizes and motivates our own loving hearts, our creative thinking, our hopeful spirits.

10 Leader: We gather for worship as a community of separate individuals, united in our intention to root our days and our nights, our efforts and our joys, in deep faith, which sustains and enriches.

11 People: With God s help, may we be present to one another and to the Holy One in prayer and praise, in hearing and responding.

Sean: By these signs of bread and wine, we recognize the longings of all our hearts for a time when all humanity will be one family when justice and compassion will be the way we live according to the One we seek. Alicia: Holy Spirit, hover over our lives, uniting us in these signs and strengthening us to live the resurrected life of Christ in the world.

32 Sean: On the night before he died, Jesus took bread, and after giving thanks to God, he broke it, and gave it to those who sat with him saying: Take, eat. This is my body, given for you. Do this in remembrance of me. Alicia: In the same way he took the cup saying: This cup is the new covenant sealed in my blood, shed for you for the forgiveness of sins.
