13 Leader: We may never be rid of our desire for more People: But what you have given is enough.

14 Leader: So let us worship you, God, with all our hearts People: Because to live with gratitude is enough.

15 Your Grace is All I Need Your grace is all I need. Let your grace flow over me. Your grace is all I need, All I will ever need.

16 All: Though we like to consider ourselves better than the creatures that surround us, God, our instincts aren t so very different. The urge to have more; the urge to be more; to guard against the possibility that someday your abundance might run out and we will be left with nothing.

17 But this urge it has taken a hold of us, God, and now we are content with nothing. Not our lives. Not our relationships. Not even ourselves. Nothing we have not even you can satisfy our relentless craving for more, and more, and more.

18 Help us to be content with what we have. To recognize that what you ve given us isn t just enough, but more than enough to last us all forever if we re smart enough and just enough to manage it with compassion. Help us, God, to find our forgotten gratitude as we come to you in worship this day.

19 Your Grace is All I Need Your grace is all I need. Let your grace flow over me. Your grace is all I need, All I will ever need.

20 God at My Right Hand God at my right hand, God at my left. God close behind me, God up above. God behind me, God before me. Fill me with grace and love.

He lived and loved this human life, taking upon himself our suffering and sorrow, being tested as we are tested and reaching out to those who re broken by our world s brokenness. In him we come to know your truth, to feel the life that is Christ within us. So it is that throughout these Lenten days and nights we worship you and bless your name:

55 Leader: Loving God, we rejoice in the gift of your grace, remembering Christ s life and death, proclaiming his resurrection, waiting in hope for his coming again. Grant that in praise and thanksgiving, we may so offer ourselves to you that our lives may proclaim the mystery of faith:

57 Leader: By these signs of bread and wine, we recognize the longings of all our hearts for a time when all humanity will be one family when justice and compassion will be the way we live according to the One we seek. Holy Spirit, hover over our lives, uniting us in these signs and strengthening us to live the resurrected life of Christ in the world.
