In Exodus 4:, the children of Israel stood on the shores of the great Red Sea, sore afraid, with the Egyptians coming after them. The Israelites were looking to Moses in fear and anger, but God made a way and delivered His children through the Red Sea on dry ground safely to the other side. God conquered the enemy, and the chariots and all the army of the Egyptians were drowned. We see, just a few years later, another overwhelming obstacle as daily the giant Goliath came and stood on a ridge to defy the armies of Israel. God used a shepherd lad who later became a great king of Israel. In Samuel 7:29 David asked the question, Is there not a cause? Throughout the Bible we can see so many instances where God s people had to look to God by faith, and every time, God made a way! Right in the middle of a recession year, God has made a way for us to continue to print the Word of God and send it around the world. He has also shown us we could double our production of tracts with an extra $20, per month. This is simply 000 people giving $20.00 per month that would enable us to buy an extra tractor and trailer load of paper each month. Right now, we are at approximately 0 percent of our goal of 000 people giving an extra $20.00 a month. 4 4 God makes a way Through difficult financial times Director, Bill Burrows We praise the Lord for all that He has allowed the Fellowship Tract League to do. With your help this past quarter, we have printed and shipped 33,07,584 Gospel tracts, including more than 2 million tracts to India, 0 million of which were shipped by container May 3. Although we are experiencing the summer slump financially, we remain busy at Fellowship Tract League printing hundreds of thousands of Gospel tracts every day to reach the lost. During this difficult time, we continue to look for ways to save money and be even better stewards of the funds that God has given us. We want to share with you some of the ways that God has showed us to use the available funds to ship more Gospel tracts around the world! God recently made a way for us to have a mail center in Canada to ship French, English, and Spanish tracts within that country. We praise the Lord for Bible Baptist Church in Ontario, Canada and their willingness to ship Gospel tracts for us within Canada. This not only saves postage, it also decreases the time involved in receiving tracts in Canada. Please see page 3 for more information about our Canadian mail center. Another way that God has made for us is to have a mail center in the West Indies. We are thankful for Missionary Nathan Brock in St. Lucia and for the Lord opening this door and making a way for us to better reach the lost throughout the West Indies. Please see page for more details. The third way that God has made for us is in the area of international shipments. He has allowed us to be better stewards through shipping the majority of our international shipments by surface mail instead of by Flat Rate International Boxes. This will enable us to ship approximately 40 percent more Gospel tracts with the same amount of money that we were previously spending to ship. For more details on surface shipments, please see page 5 of this On Tract. We praise the Lord that we were recently given a Canon ImageRUNNER copier. Through this, God has made a way for us to print doctrinal booklets here at Fellowship Tract League. Please pray with us for the Lord to supply a booklet maker, which will enable us to more efficiently assemble booklets and our On Tract newsletter. We are currently printing 0 million Gospel tracts for shipment this fall to the Philippines. Please continue to pray for the funds for paper and all aspects of the ministry. Thank you for being a part of the Fellowship Tract League and for helping us reach the lost around the world.

FIJI: Hello, my name is Francis Joseph. I m married and have four daughters. We live in the islands of Fiji near the city of Suva. We are members of a church here in Fiji. My heart is always burning for lost souls, that none should perish. My wife, four children and I have been giving tracts out as a part of our normal service for the Lord. I had received some tracts from a friend of mine who pastors a little Baptist church in a nearby town, and we helped distribute them. But, I have ran out of them. My friend has started another work in another town, so I decided to write you myself and ask your persmission to distribute some more tracts. I am the leader of two of our church s groups, and we are starting to use tracts to reach out to people. We give them to families, we stand outside of night clubs and give them to people walking in and people walking out. We take them on the streets, to where the sinners are. The only tracts I had were #5 and #4. We would love to have them again, and any others you have. Please just give as the Lord leads you. We will receive them joyfully and we promise to distribute them. Francis Joesph and Family UNITED KINGDOM: I would like to request,000 free tracts, as qouted on the back of the tract I received: Tract #0, God Loves You. I will use them when I go evangelizing from door to door. Thank you! Daniel Hilton GHANA: Grace, mercy and peace from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord. We wish to express our gratitude to you and your ministry for the various Scriptural materials sent to our distribution centre for further distribution. All materials received have been fairly distributed to schools, hospitals, homes, orphanges and prisons, where many souls have been turned from the power of darkness to the Saviour. We continue to receive requests from new institutions for supplies of these materials. I am therefore appealing to you to send us more Scriptural materials to meet the growing demand. We pray that the good Lord will grant you the grace to meet the cost of printing and shipping. May God richly bless you as your labour in expanding His glorious Kingdom will not be in vain. Yours faithfully, Rev. Simon Y. Akli NIGERIA: Dear Brethren, I have the honor to write to you, and inform you that the carton of sample packs that you have sent me has arrived safely. My writing is inadequate to express my joy! I have already began to distribute them here in Nigeria. May our Heavenly Father reward you accordingly. Thank you for your valued cooperation. Yours in the Lord Jesus Christ, Benjamin C. Kwus 5

We begin preparing for every Bread of Life Camp Meeting months in advance. There is always plenty to do around here to get everything ready. As always, the devil fought our efforts. Our song leader developed a terrible pain in his hip, and was barely able to stand for more than one or two songs at a time. The church elevator broke down the day before the camp meeting began. Some of the scheduled preachers were unable to come for various reasons. Some of the church s video equipment was misplaced, and we couldn t show any presentations for a couple nights. We even had trouble at the motel with a man harrassing some of the people that were here for the camp meeting. But, every time the devil begins fighting, we always know we can expect a good meeting! The Monday services were great, and we had a large crowd. Tuesday was great, and the crowd was growing! Around noon, we all came over to the Fellowship Tract League and loaded a 0,000,000 - tract container to India. There are few things more touching than seeing a crowd of people gather around a container and shed tears as they pray for the souls that will receive the tracts (please see page 2 for more about the container). Brother Phil Salerni was nudged by the Holy Ghost and began preaching about the Word of God right there in the parking lot! By Wednesday, no one had any idea who was preaching, because the sheduled preacher was unable to come due to surgery. The Lord spoke to Pastor DeLange, and he had four preachers preach Wednesday night. We began with Will Burrows, the son of our Assistant Pastor, Bill Burrows. He recently surrenderd to preach, and we didn t waste any time in giving him some hands-on experience! Next in line was Riley DeLange, the grandson of Pastor Bruce DeLange. Following him was Riley s father, Matthew DeLange, who was featured in the Fall 2008 On Tract after nearly losing his life in a terrible accident. It was a blessing to see him up behind a pulpit, preaching the Word of God! What a miracle God did for him and his family! We closed out the evening with a message by Scott Matthews of the Rochesters. Scott preached on revival, and the Lord gave him a powerful illustration that touched many hearts. He challenged the audience with a question: What are you willing to sacrifice to have true revival? It was a very good sermon, and God used it in a mighty way. God used all four messages in a 8

9 special way, speaking to hearts, and before long, the auditorium was full of people getting right with God and with each other, confessing sin and praising the Lord! God met with us special that night, and we pray that the visitors present were able to go back to their churches and be a blessing. Thursday brought more good preaching and the meeting ended with a teenage girl getting saved. The music throughout the week honored the Lord, and blessed us all greatly. The Rochesters have been coming to the Bread of Life Camp Meeting for many years, and they joined us once again this year. What a blessing to see a whole family excited about serving the Lord! We also heard special singing from the Nale Family, the Burrows Family, the Carricos, the Matthew DeLange Family, the Drummonds, the Fellowship Baptist Youth Choir, the Fellowship Baptist Men s Quartet and many others! We even got to hear Brother Joe Arthur tear up that mandolin! All of the music was great, and we thank God for it! Of course, being Baptists, we can t talk about the meeting without mentioning the food! Breakfast and dinner were provided every day of the meeting, and we thank our church people who worked so hard to prepare it. The food was great, and we all enjoyed it! We are already praying and looking forward to next year s meeting, and we would ask that you would also pray! The devil is already thinking of ways to mess things up, so we should be praying that God would bless the meeting in a special way! Pastor s Note: Many people said that the 2009 Bread of Life Camp Meeting was the best one ever! God raised up more churches and individuals to join ranks with us to fill hundreds, even thousands of orders world-wide for Gospel tracts. It s not too early to begin praying for the 26th annual Bread of Life Camp Meeting! Please make plans to attend!

God makes a way For our first foreign mail center! Because of the expense of shipping to foreign countries, we are so thankful that God made a way for us to have a mail center in the West Indies. In May 2009, Missionary Nathan Brock and his family began shipping from our first mail center outside the United States. Although in the past, we have had missionaries receive containers of tracts for distribution, this is the first foreign mail center we have had. They ship to the southern part of the West Indies, including Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Saint Vincent, and Jamaica. Brother Nathan Brock and his family are members of Light of Calvary Baptist Church in Conyers, Georgia and are serving the Lord with Macedonia World Baptist Missions, Inc. in Saint Lucia. They are in the process of starting Vision Baptist Church in Saint Lucia and Brother Brock is also currently filling in as pastor of Solid Rock Baptist Church while that pastor is on furlough. Brother Brock is busy with 5 services a week between the two churches. When they are not at church, the children enjoy passing out tracts, singing, reading, playing instruments, making crafts, and swimming. The children also love to box tracts and help get them ready for mailing! He says, My wife, Monica, keeps the home, teaches the children, and is a big help in keeping me organized. Please keep the Brock family in your prayers as they help us reach the lost in the West Indies. * Most future shipments to the countries marked below will be from the West Indies mail center. second quarter flat rate international box (frib) shipments Country Antigua * Australia Bahamas Bangladesh Belgium Belize Brazil Cameroon Canada Chile Costa Rica Dominican Republic East Africa Ecuador El Salvador England Estonia Europe France Gauteng Germany Ghana Boxes Tracts 7,000 52,500 38,500 7,000 7,000 35,700 56,000 0,500 7,000 7,500 2,000 0, countries Country Boxes Great Britain 2 Greece Grenada Guyana Guyane Francaise Haiti Hampshire Hungary 2 India 5 Ireland 3 Italy 3 Jamaica * 3 Kenya London Malawi 5 Mexico 9 Netherlands 6 New Zealand 20 Nigeria 9 North Wales Northern Ireland Pakistan Panama 268 boxes Tracts 7,000 4,200 7,700 7,500 0,500 0,500 0,500 7,500 67,200 9,600 70,000 Country Boxes Papua New Guinea Paraguay 6 Peru Philippines 6 Poland Portugal Romania Russia Scotland South Africa South India Spain 7 Tobago* Trinidad* 5 Caicos Island Uganda 5 Ukraine United Kingdom 20 Venezuela 3 West Africa 3 West Indies * Zambia 3 Tracts 22,400 2,500 56,000 4,200 25,200 52,500 7,500 69,700 0,500 0,500 0, ,400 tracts

3 God makes a way To reach Canada with the Gospel Our newest mail center is operated by the Bible Baptist Church of Ontario, Canada. Dr. Al Stone, a native of Canada, and his church are dedicated to reaching all of Canada with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They are also home to Bearing Precious Seed Canada, and are currently working on putting a John and Romans in every home in Canada! That s an incredible goal, and we thank God for letting us work with people that are excited about reaching the world around them! Bible Baptist Church began shipping the Fellowship Tract League s Canadian orders in May of Their ministry is a huge blessing to the Fellowship Tract League, and we are excited to see how God is going to use us as we serve Him together! If you would like more information about Bible Baptist Church, please visit If you would like to learn more about Bearing Precious Seed Canada, you may visit Please pray for this church and their ministries. Canada is a country of many people and few Bible-believing churches. Dr. Al Stone, Pastor President, BPS Canada If you would like to learn more about how your church could become a mail center, please give us a call at We would be happy to answer your questions! 14 Brother Dick & Sister Lois Mitchel Brother Bob & Sister Della Quatman Lois Mitchel, wife of former FTL representative Richard Mitchel, went home to be with the Lord on February 2, God s Word says in Proverbs 3:30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised. It also states in Proverbs 3:28 that Her children arise up, and call her blessed, her husband also, and he praiseth her. It is only fitting to speak of her testimony, concerning the life she lived. I, as her son, and as a pastor myself can testify that her burden for the work of FTL and lost souls was paramount. This she accomplished not by taking it upon herself, or in any way being at the forefront, but by being a scriptural helpmeet to my father. Both my parents, being in frail health sometimes, did not think it too much to give their all to the Lord. They lived and breathed the ministry that God had called them to. Many decisions were made for salvation, and many decisions to dedicate lives to God were the fruits of their labors. Many churches caught the burden that they had, and saw the opportunity to serve God through the printed page. Yes, they could have retired a long time ago.yet as a couple in their late seventies, they believed in the promise of Psalm 92:4 They shall still bring forth fruit in their old age; they shall be fat and flourishing. As I look back, I can rememeber her excitement as she told me of the churches that they shared the ministry of the FTL with. She was especially excited when these churches took part in supporting the ministry in some way.yes, she will be missed, but we know she is rejoicing in heaven with her Saviour, whom she loved with all her heart. No doubt, these words were heard in her ears: Well done, thou good and faithful servant... (Matthew 25:23). May her testimony inspire many. -Pastor Dave Mitchel, son of Richard and Lois Mitchel Brother Bob Quatman, former FTL office manager from 994 until February 2003 went home to be with the Lord on April, He was saved out of Catholicism on April, 973. At the funeral, Brother Dave Jones, Brother Bob s first pastor, told how Brother Bob called him every April, whether he was in Ohio, California, or India and thanked him for leading him to the Lord. On April 6, 2009, Brother Bob was laid to rest in the Union Cemetery in South Lebanon, Ohio, just down the road from FTL. As office manager, he jokingly said many times that he wanted to be buried down the hill from FTL, so he could keep an eye on the ministry. Please remember to keep his wife, Sister Della Quatman, in your prayers. Thank you. Psalm 6:5 says Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints. Goodbye (for now) dear friends, we will miss you. 4

God makes a way To ship more tracts for less! Do you remember when we shipped a mail bag (m-bag) of 2,500 or 5,000 tracts to any foreign country for less than $20.00 postage? We used the m-bag method for many years until 2007 when the US postal service increased the price of the M-bag so much, that we began using Flat Rate International Boxes (FRIB s). Although the tracts do arrive at their destination much quicker, the cost is $4.95 for postage to send one box of tracts, and the price continues to increase annually. We praise the Lord that we now have another option, surface mail, which is similar to the m-bag program. A box of tracts sent by surface mail costs $23.00 to ship anywhere in the world instead of $4.95. The surface mail is a slower form of shipment, but we are grateful that it enables us to put more tracts into the foreign field. Recently, we were able to ship 03 boxes by surface mail, with a total of 402,400 tracts, for $2, This same amount of tracts would have cost $4, to ship by FRIB. If you would like tracts to a foreign field to arrive quicker, you may pay for the postage for a FRIB, and we will ship it that way. If you can help in any way with shipping to the foreign fields, whether by FRIB or surface mail, it is greatly appreciated. Shipping is a very great expense of the ministry, and the more economically we can ship, the more tracts we can put into the hands of the lost. 5

Dear Fellowship Tract League, I picked up your tract After Death, What? one day as I was waiting for my husband in his doctor s waiting room. I have used it numerous times to tell others about being ready to meet Jesus. I decided to contact you to see if you would be willing to send me at least 00 to give out and leave there and around central Kentucky. I find this tract to be on target with the Bible, and a very helpful tool in witnessing for Jesus, to God be the glory! I thank God for whoever left that tract for me to find. I will keep serving Jesus until I fall down at His feet! D. H. Hi, my name is George. I am in a detention center/treatment program. I read one of your tracts, How to be Saved and Know It. I read it, and I thought it was great. You would be surprised at how it just takes little words to change someone s life, and yes, I repented and received Him as my Saviour. We only have church here every Sunday for one hour, but when I get out in 5 months, I will be attending church more often. Thank you for your time! G. S. Hi, my name is Brittany. The tract I got was This Could be Your Last Five Minutes Alive. I know that I have sinned so much, and if I only had five minutes to live, I would go to Hell. But, after reading the tract I asked the Lord to forgive me of my sins. I mean, it s hard when you re by a lot of people who sin all the time as well, but I know Jesus can help them as well, and I can tell them that Jesus died for their sins. Could you please help me know more about God? Your Friend, B. P. I just wanted to share with you my gratitude for your ministry. Just two nights ago my wife and I led our 27 year old son to salvation using your tract #28, The Romans Road to Heaven. The Lord had been working on him recently and he had many questions. The tract made it simple to explain to him why he needed salvation, what salvation is and how to receive it. I pray for God s richest blessings on the Fellowship Tract League. Thanks so much! W. L. The Fellowship Baptist Church and Fellowship Tract League family would like to extend our condolences to the families of Sister Ella Thomas, Sister Lois Mitchel, Brother Bob Quatman and Brother James Clayton of DeLand, Florida. Gifts have recently been given in memory of: Ella Thomas, Lois Mitchel, James Clayton and Bob Quatman
