2 BISHOP DARRELL O. WILLIAMS FOUNDER & SENIOR PASTOR Powerhouse of Deliverance International Ministries Atlanta, Georgia Bishop Darrell O'Neil Williams was born to Supt. Edmund and Pearl Williams on March 15, 1969 in Chicago, Illinois. He was educated in the Atlanta public school system, graduating from Fulton High School. Continuing his education, he earned his Bachelor s degree in Music at Alcorn State University in Bishop Williams began preaching at the age of nine and was ordained a minister at age twelve. In 1986, he was appointed Assistant Pastor of Monument of Faith COGIC under his father, Supt. Williams. There, he served as Assistant Pastor for many years. Over the course of his spiritual life he has served in many capacities of ministry, of note: the Power To Live Crusade Administrative Team and Assistant Pastor of Powerhouse of Deliverance Cathedral in Ocala, FL. Bishop Williams has also served as Chaplain and Instructor at Life Christian Academy in East Point, GA. In 1992 Bishop Williams joined Powerhouse of Deliverance COGIC under then Supt. Murphy Pace. After many years of dedication to ministry, Bishop Pace promoted him to Associate Pastor in In October 2010, he was consecrated a Bishop in Bible Believers In Covenant, Inc. by the late Bishop M. J. Pace (Presiding Bishop, BBIC). Bishop Williams held the position of Associate Pastor at Powerhouse of Deliverance Cathedral until the life transition of Bishop Pace in February In April 2011, Bishop Williams founded Powerhouse of Deliverance International Ministries-Atlanta, over which he is the proud Senior Pastor. His mission and vision is to lead Powerhouse into the destiny which was preordained of God, while winning souls to Christ and liberating those who are captive to the enemy. Bishop Williams was joined in holy matrimony to Lady Bridgett (Norris) Williams in November Together they labor to bring wholeness, healing and deliverance into the lives of God s people. They are the proud parents of four beautiful children: Darrell II, Darius, Darrese and Darre on. Bishop Williams has traveled the country as an evangelist teaching and preaching God s Word. His motto is: "GOD'S WORD IS YOUR FINAL ANSWER!"

3 MY TESTIMONIES HEALING I was born in Chicago in 1969, in an area then known as East Chicago Heights. Upon my birth I was diagnosed with a muscular impairment known as cerebral palsy, in addition to other ailments. My parents, Elder Edmund Williams and Pearl Williams, were saddened to learn from doctors that I had a 50/50 chance of survival. Doctors also said that even if lived, I would never talk or walk; that I would only exist in a vegetative state. This diagnosis and prognosis was of no discouragement to my parents, as they had crazy faith to believe God for a miracle! At the age of three years old, they took me to a revival held by Elder Randolph Moore. Elder Moore laid hands on me and prayed for my healing, that I might walk and talk, defying the doctor s claims. Elder Moore gave my mother a word of knowledge, instructing her to put him down and he will stand up...as he stands he will walk and he will talk! My mother and father obeyed the man of God; however, my healing was not immediate. Two months would pass and nothing changed, but my mother and father kept believing God and being obedient to the prophet to put me down. By that third month I began to stand...walk...and talk! By God s healing virtue and strength, I have been operating physically and verbally every since! I am a true testimony that God is a healer and deliverer! SABBATH-KEEPING I was 2 nd generation born and raised Church of God In Christ (COGIC). I went through all the great institutions of the COGIC organization: Sunday School, Bible Band, Home and Fund Mission, to name a few. Throughout my COGIC rearing when it came to the subject of the Sabbath, I was told it was nailed to the cross, and that it was under the law. In my mind, I had a real problem with this explanation because remember the Sabbath was a commandment of God. Even at the tender age of nine years old, I remember wondering, why would God nail a commandment to the cross...and just that one? I never let that settle in me and began to study it from that day. I believed that if remember the Sabbath was a commandment when God spoke it then, surely it would always be a commandment. Only God can change a commandment. Man has no authority to change or deny what God has commanded. After many years of independent study, and being under the leadership of my spiritual father, the illustrious Bishop Murphy J. Pace, God would so ordain that Bishop Pace would yield to Sabbathkeeping in September I knew then, that it was the set time for me to take a stand on and for God s Word. Therefore, I am a Sabbatarian a keeper of the Sabbath day. I believe God would so have all men to remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Bishop Darrell O. 4 POWERHOUSE OF DELIVERANCE INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES (A Fellowship of Sabbatarian Churches) OVERVIEW MISSION STATEMENT The overall mission of Powerhouse of Deliverance International Ministries (PDIM) is simply to seek God s will for it, and as His will is revealed, to strive with all diligence to perform it. PDIM is about restoration. One of the objectives of PDIM is to restore downtrodden communities through spiritual awakening and revival. PDIM fellowship churches will come together to participate in community events, activities and human interests; by which we will introduce Christ to the unsaved, and encourage the saved to continue to press toward the mark. PDIM is about companionship. As Presiding Bishop, I have a personal interest in strengthening the pastors of this organization. I am obligated to help these pastors birth and sustain the vision God has given them for their individual churches and ministries. I believe that if you have good, strong pastors, consequently you will have better churches. Likewise, better churches mean better communities. FINANCIAL OPERATION It is through the tithing and free-will offerings (in accordance to God s word) that PDIM will primarily be financed. It is my desire that all churches affiliated with PDIM will acknowledge the tithing and freewill offering system in support of this establishment. There is no requirement for pastors to provide financial reports of their individual churches. My request is that each church will tithe into PDIM from the conglomerate tithe of that respective church. Pastors will be assessed an Official Offering during annual holy convocations, and the expectation is that they will give liberal free-will offerings during the same. All funds channeled into the general treasury of PDIM will be distributed throughout the PDIM affiliations as needed. Each pastor in PDIM is an automatic member of the Outreach Delegating Committee, having a voice in the decisions of financial requests. After due process, requests for funds will be distributed according to priority and the financial ability of PDIM to render requested assistance. Assisting churches not affiliated with PDIM may at times be considered; however, churches within the fold will always have precedence.

5 SABBATH KEEPING It is a requirement that PDIM fellowship churches keep the Sabbath according to God s commandment. An indoctrination grace period will be extended to assist the pastor and church in transitioning. EPILOGUE I have observed during my years in ministry that people and organizations lose sight of what God intended for them. The adversary, outside influences, and at times, our own will, gets us side-tracked and caught up in things that are not the will of God. It is my fervent prayer that PDIM will always remain headed in the direction that God leads, and that we encourage, stimulate, and provoke others to get in and stay in good fellowship with God. This multipurpose compound will encompass: The Cathedral, a Family Life Center, 24-hour prayer tower, 24-hour day care center, housing for senior citizens, transitional housing, housing for college students, K-12 Christian school, and a credit union. We are believing God for manifestation of these resources according to Habakkuk 2:3. Our theme - Powerhouse is a holistic ministry, making people whole - summarizes the intent and direction of our ministry. We purpose to involve ourselves in the whole aspect of a person s development: spiritually, naturally, economically, and academically. The Vision of Bishop Darrell Williams, our Senior Pastor, is to develop the whole man through a holistic ministry that teaches and preaches the Word of God with power and the demonstration of the Holy Spirit. If you asked Bishop Williams to sum up his ministry in a few words he would say, My ministry is a holistic ministry making people whole. God has given him the reassurance of Ephesians 3:20 declaring, Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Bishop Williams knows that if he allows the power of the Holy Spirit to work in him, he will triumph over any adversity that satan will bring. Powerhouse is committed to serving God and the needs of His people by teaching bible-based principles of spiritual growth and Christian conduct. We offer practical, life enrichment tools for leading a joyous, abundant and victorious life! We aspire to offer the free gift of salvation to every lost soul we encounter, and to strengthen all believers to remain steadfast in the fight. 7 POWERHOUSE OF DELIVERANCE INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES Statement of Beliefs We believe the Bible is the only inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. We believe in the Blessed Hope the rapture of the church at Christ s coming. We believe the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ. We believe regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation. We believe the redemptive work of Jesus Christ on the cross provides healing of the body, soul and spirit in answer to prayer. We believe the baptism of the Holy Spirit is given to believers who ask for Him. We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life. We believe in the resurrection of the saved and the lost; the former to eternal life, the latter to eternal damnation. We believe in keeping the Sabbath day holy as God commanded.

8 POWERHOUSE OF DELIVERANCE INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES Sabbatarian Statement **We Are Pentecostal Sabbath-Keepers!** In 325 A.D., Sabbath (seventh day) keeping became Sunday (first day) keeping, according to the decision of the Council of Nicea, whose members were the Roman emperor Constantine, Pope Silvester I, and over 300 Catholic bishops. This decision was endorsed by civil law and backed by military force. God never changed Sabbath keeping to Sunday keeping. Sunday keeping is a tradition started by man, nearly 1700 years ago. Elohim (God, the Creator) put the seventh day above all other days when He blessed and sanctified it. He blessed and sanctified it for rest, fellowship and worshipping Him, then commanded us to keep it holy. Genesis 2:2-3; Exodus 20:8 Jesus, who is our example, kept the Sabbath. He kept the Sabbath even in the grave and did not rise until early Sunday morning. Mark 6:2, Luke 4:16, Mark 16:1-2, 9 From the beginning and during the time of Jesus, the majority of the world kept the Sabbath. Acts 13:14-15, 44; 16:13 Jesus did not take Sabbath keeping out of the way; neither did He take the Sabbath day out of the way. He only took the seven ceremonial Sabbaths out of the way. Colossians 2:14-16 The seven ceremonial Sabbaths were: 1. The 1 st day of the feast of unleavened bread 2. The last day of feast of unleavened bread 3. The day of Pentecost 4. The feast of trumpets 5. The day of atonement 6. The 1 st day of the feast of tabernacles 7. The last day of the feast of tabernacles God has promised special blessings to those that keep the Sabbath. Isaiah 56:2; 58:13-14 In Isaiah 66:23 God says, And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Special note: You can go to heaven worshipping God on Sunday, or any other day that you choose to be your high day. We have chosen the Sabbath (seventh day) for our high day to worship God, because it is His command. {Genesis 2:3, Exodus 20:8}
