We have to recognize our limitations and weaknesses to the point where we say, Lord, I am weak, I need you. Sin sprouted in the heart of Lucifer when he said: I can be more than God, I have more strength than him, I can be independent. Our faith is totally dependent upon the Lord, to the extent that Paul says, When I am weak, then I am strong. There are times when we need to say, If the Lord does not go, I will not. If the Lord does not give me, I have not; If the Lord does not speak, I can not do it. We need to totally depend on God. The Word says, Blessed, happy, the man whose strength is in thee, in whose heart the high ways. Jesus says that without Him we can do nothing. We often think, we are very good at something, but the reality is that we will only be good if the Lord enables us; if we depend on Him. He Himself said: Without me you can do nothing. There are people who say, we have happy times, but true happiness is different. Jesus said that in the world we would go through afflictions, crises, but He also said to us, be strong, because He would be with us. So, it s time to say: Lord, I do not want to take a step away from your will; I do not want to do anything that is not for your glory. Lord, I want to live in your dependency; I need the Lord, because without you I can do nothing. In these days, how many worries have come to us? Many unemployed, very lack of housing. Chaos in safety, health and education. And how to live with this reality? We must fill our hearts with this Word: The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?. And again: I want to bring to mind what gives me hope. Whatever circumstance you are living, put your trust in the Lord, let him cherish your heart with confidence and strength. It is very important that, in situations that haunt us, to put in our faith in the Lord and, above all, leave our hearts in God. Take a rest in Him! God bless you! Pr. 6 CHURCH REACHING THE TARGET Book written by our church pastor gives direction for a full walk with God Fotos: : Paulo Zooi Our team of pastors has a partner who literally has story to tell, the pastor and DJ Adelson Raposo. His testimony as a servant in the body of Christ here in Lagoinha and in his ministerial journey has just turned into a book. Last Monday (26), in the worship Good Samaritan, was the launch of the work that is entitled Reaching the Target. This work is not a manual on how to reach the goal of your life, far from it, because according to Pastor Adelson, we are always in the process of learning. In his first literary work, he recounts the successful story of a man who left the streets to the pulpits, in the yearning to rescue the lost as it was. Pastor Adelson lived a life of many overcoming and achievements: ministerial and financial, through the mishaps of his walk, he learned what really makes a difference to take great steps toward what God has for the life of who intends to serve him in an effective way in ecclesiastical structure. At the launching opportunity, he honors his family and invites the brothers in Christ who are looking for a job opportunity to live a life with the focus adjusted and lined up with the will of the One who surpasses all our expectations: Jesus. 7 TITHE HOW DOES GOD SEE OUR OFFERINGS? The Lord sees our offerings differently than we usually see. Notice: Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts. But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a few cents. Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything all she had to live on (Mark ). Just as in tithe God has set a proportion of the yields to be returned to Him, leading us to give according to what we earn, so also, as regards the offerings, He considers the possessions (or gain) of each. This Bible text tells us that a poor widow gave more than the rich who threw a lot of money. For them, those large amounts were changed only, but for the widow meant all she had to continue to live. Who honored God more with your offer? Surely it was the widow, who gave everything, not the rich. She showed genuine love. The others just fulfilled their obligation. Unfortunately, however, we have a tendency to find that the offer is only really valid if it makes a good difference in the church s cashier. Similarly to the woman who broke the alabaster vase, this widow also made no difference to the church box (figured in the temple). However, she demonstrated honor, and that s what matters. I once received an offer, which came at a time of great need, at the beginning of our ministry. I said to my wife last night, which I did not see God s provision, bringing a certain amount of money so that we could proceed with our projects, I would stop everything. The next morning, a brother of the church called me, asking me to go into his office. I waited there for anything else, except what I received: the greatest offer that anyone had ever given to our ministry. I thanked him and his family for their generosity and commented that no one had ever contributed so much to our ministry. But when God began to speak to me about honor, He showed me that my statement was wrong. He made me calculate the proportion of what that family had given me in relation to their gains, in contrast to the deals that people living with only a minimum wage they had given me several more times. From this perspective, there was no doubt: others had given more. I m not underestimating the precious gift that I received on that occasion. Until today she is a milestone for my faith. It has become a reminder that I should never think of giving up the project that God has entrusted to me, and I have great gratitude in my heart for what those brothers did. But just as Jesus said that the poor widow had given more than the rich (who gave large sums), there are also people today who, although in accounting speak less, gave much more in the eyes of God! 8 PRAYER The intercession of Abraham for Sodom The Lord said, I will hide from Abraham what I am about to do, since Abraham will surely become a great and mighty nation, and in him shall all the nations of the earth be blessed? (Genesis 18: 17-18). In Genesis 18, Abraham is visited by two angels and the Lord himself in his tent. They talk at length, eat together, and then walk toward the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. These were cities full of sin, immorality, and much social injustice. And God reveals to Abraham his plans, to bring judgment upon these sinful cities: Sodom and Gomorrah would be destroyed. God never brings judgment without giving a chance to the convict, or raise an intercessor on their behalf. Therefore the Lord brought to Abraham the situation of the cities of the Jordanites, chosen by his nephew Lot to dwell and establish family and offspring with their residents. Abraham walks with the Lord and finds out that the cities are doomed and will be destroyed. Then he intercedes before the Lord: Will you destroy the righteous with the wicked? If there are perhaps fifty righteous within the city, still destroy and not spare the place for the sake of the fifty righteous that it meet? Far be it from you to do such thing, to slay the just with the wicked, as if the just were equal to the wicked; Far away from you. Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? (Gen. 18: 23-25). And God bestowed the petition of his friend Abraham, that the cities might be spared if there were fifty righteous dwelling in them. And the battle continued in prayer down the number of the righteous in the cities to 45, 40, 30, 20 and finally to only 10 righteous. Abraham was at peace with his request, thinking he had arrived at the ideal number and that would certainly prevent the destruction of the city chosen by Lot to live and grow his seed. Why did Abraham stop interceding when he arrived in 10 righteous? Why didn t he continue to intercede until he came to a just one? Abraham did some mathematical accounts mentally. Let s see: He knew his nephew was not good enough to influence people around him with his faith in God Almighty, the God of Abraham and his parents. But he thought that, at least the family of Lot, those closest to him should worship the true God, and therefore be righteous. And the result of his counts was 10; counting, as well as fair: his wife and two daughters; The two sons-in-law promised to their daughters; The 3 maidservants, companions of his wife and daughters (as had happened to the family of Abraham); the steward of the house, it should be a reliable man (as well as Eliezer, butler Abraham) and Lot himself, it was really fair and creates the living God. However, unfortunately, Lot had not the firmness of his uncle to influence the en- 8 ACTS TODAY 2th July, 2017

9 PRAYER vironment in which he lived and witness of their faith boldly. The two angels take Lot, his two daughters and his wife by the hand, pulling them literally from the city, and the fire and brimstone falling from heaven upon Sodom and Gomorrah. Lot s wife looked back and is transformed into a pillar of salt. Lot then lives in a cave with his two daughters, and Abraham sees the smoke of destruction rise to the heavens. God heard the prayer of Abraham, but only by God s mercy is his nephew saved. We learn from Abraham to intercede with certainty that God is just and faithful. We must always intercede for our families, for the people with whom they live, for the cities, Knowing that God is merciful and forgiving, always ready to love and give the sinner a new chance. We learn that the righteousness of God is to be taken seriously and that judgment certainly comes upon those who are living in orgies, injustices, and utter contempt for God s things and their will. So let us pray now? Intercede for the nations and the people who are living in spiritual darkness, in the darkness of deception and lies of false religions which do not satisfy the human soul nor bring assurance of salvation. Pray for Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, atheists and practitioners of the occult. May the light of the gospel shine in their lives and be saved. The spiritual blindness be healed, that they may see Christ and to surrender to his lordship, receiving the forgiveness of their sins and the seal of the Holy Spirit dwelling in their hearts. Pray for their families who do not yet know the love of God and the true life in Christ Jesus. Pray for your neighbors, relatives, friends, co-workers, and even strangers whom you spend every day going to work or school. Intercede! God hears our prayers. It pleased the Lord to perform his will on earth through our prayers. Call on the Lord of the nations to have mercy and bring His peace to the people, the knowledge of Christ on earth and the revival of the Christian faith for His church on all over the world.. 10 STUDIE SMALL GROUPS EXAMPLES OF GIFTS IN THE OLD TESTAMENT - DANIEL LESSON 17 OF THE BOOK REJOICE Biblical reference: Then King Nebuchadnezzar fell prostrate Daniel, he paid him honor and ordered him to be an offering of grain and incense. The king said to Daniel, There is no doubt that your God is the God of gods, the Lord of the kings and the one who reveals the mysteries, for you have been able to reveal This mystery. So the king put Daniel in a high office and the covered in gifts. He appointed him ruler of the whole province of Babylon, and charged him with all the wise men of the province (Daniel 2: 46-48). about 1,800 km from his homeland. The Bible says that Daniel was delivered to the care of the chief of the eunuchs, so Daniel was also forced to submit to castration, and was subjected to customs very different from his own. And in the face of so many adversities, the Bible clearly shows us that he remained faithful, no time murmured against God and stood firm of the temptations offered him, denying them all, for they did not agree with the law of God. 2 - Daniel did not let himself be discouraged or believe that God had forgotten him or even turned his back on him. In the face of so much suffering, far from his house, his customs, Daniel remains faithful, pure, without murmuring, dedicating himself to worshiping his God, even though there seems to be no hope. Exposition of the text: Daniel was of noble and royal lineage (Dn 1: 3), was taken as a prisoner to Babylon by Nebuchadnezzar, In 605 BCE, with other young Jews with the same qualities and capacity (1.1-7). There he spent the rest of his life and He gained prominence as a prophet and statesman. Daniel was instructed On the language and in the civilization of the Chaldeans (1.4). He and his friends were graced with the generous menu of the heathen court. As the Food was against the law of Moses, and could make them less efficient, Daniel decided not to defile himself with the king s delicacies and drinks (1: 8). Supervisors realized that Daniel and his friends possessed great skill and wisdom. Daniel revealed the meaning of the dream of the king and this praised and honored his God And rewarded him with precious gifts (2:46 and 47) and also the The governor of all the province of Babylon, also as chief ruler of all the wise men of Babylon (2.48). Discussion: In what way can we use our gifts for a common good of the community in which we are inserted? Objective: to understand how to behave before oppressive governments, and in what way not to contaminate or harm our gifts in the kingdom of God. Context: We live in a time when we are tempted to become discouraged and to cool down, because of so much bad news. We see in the media a frightening number of corrupt politicians, a series of deflections of public funds, preventing them from reaching their destination, such as health, education and Security, bringing us much frustration, because no justice is done about such a situation. We tend to question, Where is God to interfere in this situation? Why are not such politicians arrested? This frustrates us and can fatally contaminate us and render us ineffective in exercising our gifts. 3 - The nation of Daniel turned his back upon God, even though he was exhorted by the prophets. Israel kept its heart hard, the punishment was announced and came upon the nation. This punishment reached all, even those who did not serve other gods, who remained faithful to the God of Israel, like Daniel, who suffered for the sins of his people, but even under God s punishment was faithful. Conclusion: we see in Daniel s life a great example of remaining faithful, not murmuring, not letting himself be contaminated with grief and revolt, for he was faithful to his God. He could have questioned God about suffering, but stood firm, and put him able to develop the gift that the Lord had given, he interpreted The king s dream in an extraordinary way, saving the lives of many people. He acted as a great ruler, for he also had this administrative gift. We have seen the exercise of your gifts being used with great excellence and your life being honored before God and man. He was efficient in exercising his gifts, for he was not carried away by the general situation of his nation, which was under the- Justice of God. Application: this week do not let yourself be swayed by the news, even if everything seems lost. Exercise trust and hope in your God. Make an analysis of your gifts and how they have been exercised. See how your gifts will develop before the practice of not being contaminated by the situation of your country. You will certainly notice your gifts being more efficient.s. 12 LIVE LAGOINHA POLITICAL ACTION GROUP Ministry in order to awaken, empower and mobilize the church in strategic actions of political influence The Ministry of Political Action (GAP) was created in 2014 to awaken, empower and mobilize the church in strategic actions of political influence. The Bible says that the kingdom of God is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. Therefore, as ambassadors of Christ, we are called to establish the Kingdom of God where the empire of darkness is established. Every Christian has a political role, a commitment to denounce injustice and point the way. That is the nature of the gospel. As a Church we need to wake up, we can not close our eyes to the fruits that injustice produces in society. In addition to recognizing the need for awakening, we need to empower ourselves. It is necessary to know the biblical principles for a relevant political action, based on justice. After recognizing our role and preparing ourselves, we need to mobilize ourselves in practical actions in society, seeking social transformations through the action of the Holy Spirit in us. The GAP (Political Action Group) carries out several activities, the preparation of the seminar Biblical Foundations for Relevant Political Action, which includes materials from renowned Christian authors working on political issues from a biblical perspective. There will also be a launch of the Anti-Corruption Tools project on July 15 in the Temple from 7:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. for those who want to learn ways to combat corruption. The GAP (Political Action Group) also works with the monitoring of bills in legislative houses, production of articles of political reflection, with the objective of forming a political conscience based on the Bible, and there is also the course GAP in Lagoinha s with the proposal to develop actions policies in their own church operating region. The GAP also works with the monitoring of bills in legislative houses, production of articles of political reflection, with the objective of forming a political conscience based on the Word, and there is also the course GAP in Lagoinha s, with the proposal to develop actions policies in their own church operating region. The ministry has already carried out several activities that have been very prominent, such as: political awareness seminar, which dealt with the issue of Executive, Legislative and Judiciary. There were also seminars and chats on corruption, political reform, abortion, among others. In the training actions, several mobilization actions were carried out. Our church has participated massively in the campaign of signatures to prevent the legalization of recreational use of marijuana and abortion in Brazil. 12 ACTS TODAY 2th July, 2017

13 LIVE LAGOINHA The mobilization against the legalization of marijuana, in addition to the signatures, resulted in the publication of the book Cannabis, the drug of this book, on the most advanced studies of cannabis, by professor Antônio Alcântara from UFMG (University) and member of GAP. The material was recently released in Belo Horizonte and a few days ago at lawyers general headquarters in Brasília - DF. In the campaign against the legalization of abortion, more than 30 thousand signatures were taken to the National Congress. In addition, the ministry made a statement against abortion approval at a session of the Federal Senate with the help of political scientist Viviane Petinelli, a member of the GAP. The ministry carried out the March for Life, in Belo Horizonte, in partnership with the ministry Supporting Women in Unwanted Pregnancy (AMGI) and several other ministries of Lagoinha. The GAP also participated in the march of Protected Childhood, in addition to being in support of the 10 Measures against Corruption. GAP continues to support actions against abortion through the Acts for Life, which happen frequently in our city. Another ministry action is the partnership with the House of Prayer in the Streets, held in public places, where a cry for the Kingdom of God in our country is raised. Be a GAP volunteer. In the group s composition are people from diverse areas of activity, who work on training materials, developing articles, monitoring law projects and organizing events of mobilization, with the fundamental support of the intercessors of the group. GAP meetings take place on Saturdays from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in room 4 of the Casa da Juventude. As a church, as salt and light of this earth, we must restore the breaches of our nation, occupy strategic positions so that the light of Christ shines on Brazil. I want to challenge you who have been outraged by politics in Brazil and at the same time feel so powerless in the face of such immorality. Do not give up! There is hope for our nation. Any Christian, from the age of 16, who wants to know politics in the light of the Bible, awaken society to the importance of political awareness and work in social mobilizations, can be a member of GAP. If you would like to purchase the book Cannabis, the drug of this book or volunteer in the ministry, call the GAP leader, Carlos Said Pires (31) Follow the ministry s actions on the facebook page: GAP - Political Action Group Carlos Said Pires ACTS TODAY 2th July,

14 MINISTRY House of Grandmothers make a Family Party for the elderly women With the theme Family, a project of God, the event had the goal of approaching the elderly women of family and friends Fotos: Odilon Fonseca On July 17, happened the Family Party from House of Grandmothers, which is na institution of long staying for the elderly women. The event took place at the House of Honor, with the aim of approach the grandmothers with their families and friends and encourage the interaction and affection between them. Pastor Eugenio César preached the Word of God about the theme of the party: Family, a Project of God. The event had presentation of the elderly women with senior dance learned by them in Occupational Therapy, as well as gift raffle donated by Seara Bookstore. All enjoyed a delicious cassava broth, hominy and much more. The party was an opportunity to introduce the Word to their families. According to Eunice Carvalho, the house s coordinator, this party is what the elderly look forward during the year. They wait in these day to reune with family and friends. Some of the elderly women don t have family reference, just a few friends.the main goal of this party is the fraternization of the elderly with their families. It is very important to them to strengthening bonds with the family, extremely necessary for the health emotional and physical of them. The grandmas who receive visits from their family members regularly are more secure, joyful, and willing.the families of the grandmas are encouraged to always conduct visits in the home, hanging out with the elderly at holidays or weekend, and if this is not possible, we encourage the family to call to the grandmas by least once in a week. In this party God s presence was something remarkable, because some of the relatives of the grandmas came to us at the end of the event to say thank you. 17 COUNTRY OF THE WEEK BELGIUM Foto: Reprodução internet Population: 11,2 millions. Capital: Bruxelas (1,9 million). Christians: 6,7 millions. Evangelical Christians: Major religion: Christian. Fastest growing religion: Islam. With strong economy and highly workforce qualified, Belgium is a country deeply divided by idiomatic and politically unstable regions because of the many failed attempts to form a national coalition government. The capital, Brussels, has both poor neighborhoods and communities of professionals that are rich young people. For 2000 years, that land has been divided between the Latin/Roman world and the Germanic world because of the cultural factor. Os Walloons (South) and the Flemings (North) speak diferent languages and this situation affects the economy, the politics, the religious life and the worldviews of both communities. New communities immigrants increase the complexity of the division. The secular vision spreads themselves very quickly. The atheists and the non-religions people now are 31% of society. Although almost half of population considers themselves as Catholic, just 7% attend mass. Traditional protestant churches are also loosing members. During many centuries, until 1960, the Catholic Church had not encouraged the use of the Bible. In 2006, however, after the release of a new translation of the Scriptures, French and Flemish Bible Societies worked together to share the histories of the Bible throughout all nation. Belgian evangelicals are just 1.2% of the population, but faith is stronger than ever. Pentecostal churches has the fastest growing, but other churches, both in Flanders and Wallonia, also grow through deliberate efforts at church planting. About half of the evangelicals are foreigners, including immigrants who found Christ in Belgium. Many churches identify themselves as international churches instead of immigrant churches, which shows their multicultural character and their interest in reaching out to Belgians and other Europeans. The union and cooperation between many evangelicals and Protestant groups has increased significantly in the last decades. Since 2003, a national group represents denominations before the government, which gives them legal recognition and unified voice in society. More recent prayer movements now attract young people. They pray together and talk about God through websites, online chat rooms, and local meetings. However, Drug use, sexual immorality, and activities like occultism and others related to New Age are also growing. Pray for church to demonstrate unity and to be used to promote peace and true reconciliation; Pray for Word of God to create deep roots in Belgian society; Pray for the success of creative ideas of evangelism, such as floating biblical expositions on barges on the rivers, ministry to seamen whose ships docked at the ports of Belgium and Christian centers for marital and family counseling or for women in difficult situation. Pray for church and missions programs to reach out to the different groups of Brussels society. Operation World ACTS TODAY 2th July,

18 Buildings that make part of our history Our church is marked not only by the work of the Kingdom, but also by the works that house a people firmly established in the mission of Christ Construção do Tabernáculo, na década de 60 Construção do Templo em 1995 Our church began its work in the Kingdom in 1957, in Belo Horizonte, at Formiga Street, 322, Lagoinha Neighborhood. Its history is marked by a people who have been prepared to receive the Bride of Christ. Holy people, separated to be salt of the earth and light of the world, inhabited and guided by the Holy Spirit, redeemed by the blood of Jesus and submissive to the will of God, people committed to the King of the kings. Its trajectory is also significant for the region where it was established because it has giving life to the mission of this people. The history of the building of our church is not only concentrated in the people, but also in the place where it was planted through prayer, bricks, cement, sand and tools. Pastor José Rego Nascimento, leader of the church at the time, built a hall at Manoel Macedo Street, and with few people, the work grew pretty well. Many conversions marked that time. The dreams and prophecies about our church were beginning to be fulfilled. Soon, the church, with its more than 80 members, lived the time to move to a larger space. Another land at Manoel Macedo Street (where it is the Tabernacle) was promised by God, but the owner did not want to sell it. Pastor Jose Rego said God had told him that it was in this land that the church would grow, but the owner did not want to sell it at all. Then we made chains of prayer and asked during a time for Lord to touch the heart of that man. After praying a lot we got to buy it with the intention of building the Tabernacle says Mrs. Laurinda Soares, the Grandmother Laura, in an interview to Acts Today, in She was one of the first sisters in Christ to invest in missions. And with the members of that time, she placed a paper with the name of the church at the base of the construction of the Tabernacle as a prophetic act. And of that way it was founded on the current address Lagoinha Baptist Church in the 60s to spread its tents, during almost 60 years, and widen its borders in Belo Horizonte and to the ends of the earth. The Tabernacle was built at the height of the accelerated growth of the capital of Minas Gerais, where it was necessary to expropriate a large part of Lagoinha neighborhood to make room for the progress. Its construction was slow, there were few workers and the own brothers of the church helped. But with a lot of grace it was inaugurated in The opening of Pampulha Avenue, current President Antônio Carlos Avenue, caused the neighborhood to be divided, changing the location of our Church to São Cristóvão neighborhood. Since that time Lagoinha has been respected in the region for its dedication with the community through its works of spiritual and social assistance. In 1972, our pastor, Márcio Valadão, took over the pastorate of Lagoinha and continued this beautiful work of edification under the orientations and blessing of the Lord. The interesting thing is that before Pastor Márcio come to the church, God gave me a vision of a shepherd holding a sheep under his arm. When I looked ahead I saw thousands of people being taken care by that man. When I first saw Pastor Márcio then for the first time I realized that the man in my vision was just like him. And today I see the vision has been fulfilled, said Grandmother Laura. In fact, the church grew a lot, and soon it became necessary to build an even larger temple was called the year of conquest. Pastor Márcio challenged the church to expand its site and plans were implemented to buy lots around the Tabernacle. The conquest of every bit of land, every plot has a history of miracles, tears, challenges and a lot of grace from God, he says. The entire leadership of the church and the members passed through an intense period of prayer for the construction of the new temple, which began in September The project was done by an architect, sister of the church, named Eloa Cristman. It was a grand construction, a different and round project with capacity of 6,400 sent people and with the maximum capacity of 8,000 people, and with two galleries so that everyone could see the pulpit and took part calmly of the services. The construction was a real miracle! We raised an offer of $ 100,000 to initiate it. And in the end, the value was intact. It was a heavenly provision moved by the joy of the people, says Márcio. In the next three years there was a lot of work and there were many buildings to complete the project and the inauguration was a great party! The conviction of this work that was in the heart of the shepherd was based on Isaiah 54.2: Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes.. It was a great achievement, and from here on, the works continue, seeking to improve every day. Recently it was installed refrigerated air, but the access to the physically disabled persons and the renovation works of the facade and of the acoustics are being finalized. Today this temple may look great, but if all members have the need of getting together gather, it will be not possible. Therefore, we are continuing with the dream of building the new temple, on the land where the parking lot is, shares Pr. Márcio. Renata Giori 18 ACTS TODAY 2th July, 2017

19 MINISTRY Real Camp for girls aged 7 to 13 years old The best investment in your daughter s life, so that she has a real experience with God Parents with daughters aged 7 to 13 years old should take this opportunity to invest in their lives. The Ministry Protected Childhood from our church is holding between 21 to 23 July, the Real Camp, in the Green Valley country house, at Lagoa Santa. The camp aims to strengthen values such as self-esteem, identity, sexuality, media influence and personal organization, among others. During the camp there will be moments of ministry, alternating in recreation, dynamics and communion. The aim of the event is to provide an environment in which the girls have a real experience with God and relate with the other princesses. It will be a great opportunity for parents to invest in their daughters lives. The Camp is an extension of the course Princess in the eyes of the Father, carried out by the Ministry Protected Childhood through monthly workshops in four modules. The course aims to instruct the heart of the girl by means of principles contained in the Word of God and also moral principles and social factors which strengthen the formation of good conduct, leading her to live the true identity as a princess beloved of the Lord. To take part in the Real Camp they accept either girls who have already attended the course or not. Mrs. Virginia Prado, the shepherdess and leader of the Ministry Protected Childhood, together with Pastor Washington de Sá, commented on the importance of parents enroll their daughters in the event: participate in a camp is a unique moment in the life of a child. At the camp, the girls have the opportunity to have a relationship with God, besides being an opportunity to discover new abilities, enjoying the nature and making new friends. It is also the ideal place for teenagers to learn and grow, bringing back with them unforgettable memories of a precious moment in the presence of God. The camp is a moment that provides a tremendous experience with God, because we have learned that there is a kingdom and I do part of it, and as a Princess I can enjoy all that the King Jesus has for me. It is a time to make new friendships, have fun and work specific areas in our lives, as emotions, family relationship and time with God. There will be three wonderful days, do not let your girl out, ensure the camp opportunity for your daughter. We are looking forward to her presence, invites Virginia. Enrollment for the camp is carried out personally, at the Ministry Protected Childhood main office at Antônio Carlos Avenue, 2,646 - Aparecida - Belo Horizonte, from Monday to Friday at business hours. 20 PREACHING OF THE REGIONAL THE SECOND BIG BAPTISM Our second Big Baptism is coming. We are full of expectations for what God will do next Saturday, July 8, at 3:00 in the parking lot in front of the Temple. On this day hundreds of people will pass through the waters, publicly confessing Jesus as Lord and Savior. We have seen God doing wonders in our midst through the Lagoinha, the Small Groups, and every member of our church. The first baptism was historically, a day marked in our hearts and we believe that it was the beginning of a great harvest in our church. For the second baptism we will meet in the Temple. Let s organize ourselves in rows divided alphabetically by passing through the gradis. Each baptizing will take a photo with our beloved pastor Márcio Valadão and then will go to the waters. There will be four large swimming pools. We will have places for family members to take pictures, sound cart with great praise. It will be a very festive day. We need to embrace every event of our church, to get involved, for it is for the entire Lagoinha, so do not stay out of our Big Baptism. Bring your family, friends and come celebrate hundreds of lives with the whole church. More information about the Second Big Baptism, call Pastor Leandro Martins +55 (31) Pr.
