Looking at the many scriptures that talk about love in the Bible, it is easy to say that there are more ideas about love than can be limited to one month a year. All residents are invited to be a part of the choir. Bible Study The February Bible Study sessions in the Nursing Care Center will begin the Bible Study series entitled Acknowledging God written by the Reverend Margaret A.

This Mass is open to all residents and their families. Praying the Rosary The Caring Community volunteers from the Sacred Heart of Jesus parish will lead a time of Praying the Rosary on Friday, February 1 st at 10 a.m. in the Multi Purpose Room at the Nursing Care Center. All residents are welcome to participate in this spiritual discipline. Bible Study The February Bible Study sessions in the Nursing Care Center will begin the Bible Study series entitled Acknowledging God written by the Reverend Margaret A. Krych and published by Augsburg Fortress. We will use this study to confirm our understanding of the mercy and faithfulness of God to the Hebrew people and to Christians today. We will recognize God s demand for faithful obedience and praise the Lord for forgiveness and faithfulness to all God s people. Sessions held : Nursing Care Center- Mondays, February 4 th and 25 th at 2:15 p.m. in the dining area of the Pheasant Ridge Neighborhood Personal Care Center Tuesdays in February at 11 a.m. - in the Library on the 500 Wing This is a Combined Bible Study with the PC and Independent Living residents Many thanks go to Sandra Evans who teaches our Tuesday session once a month.

Movie description: In this hysterical comedy that Movieguide calls, "fun, clean and exciting," a local Pinewood Derby competition transforms an average group of dads into overzealous rivals desperate to build the winning car. As egos swell, the kids are lucky if they get to pick the paint color. While the dads are busy with outlandish gimmicks and sabotage, the underestimated scouts pull together and discover the true meaning of sportsmanship! The second movie of February is entitled: Adrift showing on Monday, February 21 st at 2 p.m. in the main room of The Village Common building. Movie description: Tami Oldham and Richard Sharp couldn't anticipate that they would be sailing directly into one of the most catastrophic hurricanes in recorded history. In the aftermath of the storm, Tami awakens to find Richard badly injured and their boat in ruins.
