On the third day he rose again, he ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand of the Father; and he will come again to judge the living and the dead. Friday, 01/03/ Services for the World Day of Prayer will be held in St. Andrew s Hospice at 2:30 p.m. and in Ebenezer Church, Broomknoll Street, at 7:00 p.m.. Please see the Notice Board for more information. Lenten Study Book and Group At Home In Lent is an exploration of Lent through 46 objects along with Scripture passages. Robbie will be placing an order for these books in a the middle of February so, if you are interested in purchasing the book at a cost of 8.00, please put your name down on the sheet at the side table. The books will be available at the end of February when payment can be made. There will be an opportunity to join with others in working through group discussion questions in a Lenten Café which will be held each Sunday evening at 6.30 p.m. in the Session Room. The first gathering will be on Sunday, 10th March. Tuesday, 05/02/ In Stitches craft group will meet in the Session Room on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until 12 noon. The Senior Circle meets at 2:00p.m. when the William Hay Concert Party will provide the entertainment. Exploring the Faith On Sunday, 17th March at 2.30 p.m. the minister will be holding the first of a series of classes exploring the faith which will be suitable for those interested in learning more about the church, about membership or just wanting a refresher. More details will follow. Wednesday, 06/02/ The Kirk Session will meet for ordinary business at 7:30 p.m. in the Session Room. Thursday, 07/02/ The Church Choir meets for rehearsal in the Session Room at 7:30 p.m.. Friday, 08/02/2019 -The Snack Bar is open from 10:00 a.m. till 1:30 p.m., and the Nearly New Shop from 10:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.. The Church will be open from 10:00 a.m. and the Friday Service will be at 11:30 a.m.. The Art Club meets in the Upper Hall at 7:30 p.m..
