Attached is a communication letter from Reverend Gary Fondren, Missionary of ABBA CYilid Ministries Philippines with the Approval Letter from the Schools Division Superintendent to conduct Drug Prevention and Awareness" thru an information drive in every Public Schools in Negros Oriental. 2. In view of this, all Secondary School Heads are hereby requested to support this program by allotting 1 1/2 hours in your school.
