Children K-6 grade were invited from the church and community. 13 kids participated in the bible lesson from Luke 5:11 Jesus said to Simon, From now on you will be fishing for people. The children sang songs, did crafts, ate a snack and played some fishy games. We will be trying to host this event at least once every couple of months. Susan Hill is the wonderful organizer of this event and she requires about 12 people to bring it all together. It was a lot of fun for adults and children both so please sign up in the future and invite more kids!

4 Page 4 November 2016 Women s Fellowship-October 2016 President Leisha Hill opened the meeting. Refreshments were provided by Trina Smith and Pam Stevenson. Devotions were given by Trina Smith. Titled The Inviting Colors of Fall. Scripture was read from Col. 2:6-7 referring to the color brown, Matt. 5:16 the color red, Eph. 4: 32 the color orange, Gal. 5:22-23 the color yellow, Rom. 8: the color purple. September minutes were provided by secretary Brenda Johns. Treasures report was given by Vicki Criswell with a balance of $ For the Young at Heart Cards for the sick and shut-ins were provided by Mary Black. Committee report were given by material aid, bereavement and fall harvest brunch and bazaar. Brunch menu was discussed and volunteers agreed to bring all breakfast items. Bazaar setup will be Friday night before the bazaar at 6:00PM. Old business Remember to pray for your Secret Sister every day. The thank offering will be collected in November. Women s Prayer is Saturday, October 15th at 8:30AM. Craft Day is Sat. October 22nd 9:00AM to 9:00PM New Business Emmaus...be thinking of items for Bingo and menu. Consider December 3rd for the date.
