2 Action, Reaction and Successful Evolution (15-09) 2 Omstara Dear Readers, It has been a while since I have spoken on this forum, but this topic of reacting and taking action, this chain of events to know what s going on, react to what s going on and taking action this chain of events is something I wish to speak to. Without this chain of events awareness, response, reaction, making a decision and taking action which leads to new events and awareness of new events which leads to a new reaction, etc. without this chain, there is no evolution. That is the one point I wish to make. Without action, there is no evolution. But evolution does not necessarily mean action because that action must be based on a response to a new awareness. And once that action has been taken, there are new events bringing new awareness, bringing new action, bringing new response, bringing new action, etc. This is evolution. So there are two points I wish to make. One is that without the action step, you are stalled. And what we see on this planet today is people being stalled. There are many horrendous things going on and quite frankly, many beautiful things going on. The horrendous makes the news, the beautiful things generally do not. One way or another, people react. Now, that is the key: what kind of action do you take when you react? Do you ignore and pretend you didn t hear? Pretend there is no awareness? Or do you have an awareness, feel helpless and return to your life? Or do you take some action? Some different action? Some proactive action to change? That is the key: change. If you do not like what is happening in your world, you can take responsibility to change. That is my second point and that is where I wish to dwell. Changing what happens in your world may sound at first to be a horrendous responsibility, overwhelming in fact. It is not. It need not be overwhelming. One light, one candle can light many, many candles. One candle can light a lantern. I think you see where I am going. When you radiate joy, when you radiate light, when you radiate love, when you find and focus on the beautiful things that are happening, you begin to make change. When you bring your light and your awareness to the

3 Action, Reaction and Successful Evolution (15-09) 3 overwhelmingly dark side of events and take action, that too is shedding your light. There is not one of you who is helpless, not one. For each of you has the ability to transmit God s love through your heart and to transmit light and wisdom into the network that binds the human family together. You have the ability to help raise the vibrations of the entire human race. Yes, you. And you can do that in the way you smile, in the way you exhibit patience and the way you help negotiate the difficult situations that you meet day-today. In the way you live your daily life, you can help raise the vibrations of humanity with patience, with joy, with love. You can take that light and let it shine wherever you go. And you know what? You will discover that you find ways you want to help humanity. What you do might be very simple or seem very simple, but if you take your love and your light and your joy and you take it into the world in whatever you do in any given day, you are helping to raise the vibrations of humanity. And if you help to raise the vibrations of humanity, those who are on the front line defending against the creeping darkness will be strengthened because they will be able to draw light from the network. You can pour light into that network and they can help draw it out. You don t even have to think of them directly, although many energy workers do. So long as you pour love and light and joy into the network that binds humanity, you are taking action. You are taking action that helps raise humanity s vibrations. You can be aware of the gloom and the doom and the darkness and the difficulties. You face difficulties every day. Face them with love and light and joy and patience. Bring that high vibration to your local difficulties and you will bring more light to the entire network, and that light can be extracted by those who are on the front line of very, very, very difficult situations. But if in your daily life you respond to a negative situation and you react to a negative situation with anger and judgment and gossip, you are pouring negativity into the network that binds. Then those on the frontline against the truly horrendous activities that are going on will have less light that they can draw on for their support. That is how you, as you go about your day, can help raise humanity s vibrations and can help those who are on the frontline dealing with problems much more massive than those you might face in your day.

From awareness comes reaction, from reaction comes decision, from decision comes new action, from new action comes an event and from that event comes new awareness. And if you keep that cycle going in the most positive possible way in your own life, you are helping humanity personally. My blessing upon you. Evolution is the cyclic chain rising ever higher because you bring more light, more love, more patience, more joy into your actions and altogether humanity can move forward. Thank you. 5 Action, Reaction and Successful Evolution (15-09) 5 Master Hilarion... Humanity seems incapable of coming out of the darkness and the dense energies that surround planet Earth at this time. These dense energies are the result of centuries and centuries of bad deeds, negative thinking, negative attitudes, the result of cruelty and greed. I am speaking especially of the greed for power, which has driven some of your people to subjugate their fellow human beings, to step on and control them, leaving them unable to breathe freely, unable to react, unable even to think. The culprits have been controlling people s beliefs and food and peace and war controlling others through fear to such a point that humanity now seems incapable of any meaningful action or reaction. What surprises me and my colleagues from the Community of Masters and our friends the Off Earth-Allies is that collectively, as a human family, you are not able to react to what is going on. Your world is falling apart, your civilization is deep in negative energy, way deep in problems. An enormous percentage of your human family has nothing to eat, no homes, no healthcare, no education, no peace and the rest of you just look away or say Oh my God, this is terrible! but do not move a finger to react. We have been sending peaceful messages about what it takes to change the world, and that is changing your own attitude. This is, of course, the beginning, but something else is needed right now, a reaction from each and every one of you, a reaction from every group, from every country, from every race, to take a stand and say NO, this is not what we want. Ask yourselves, What is it that we do want, and how can we get there? That reflection is not happening, and because it is not happening, nothing is being done. Take a look at your decision-makers. They are doing nothing. They just want to feel safe in their own power and nothing else matters. As long as there is no unity in the human family in the sense of where you want to go, in the sense of a reaction saying No, this is not what we want. No, this is not the way we want to live, as long as you don t have that unity, nothing will move on your planet. You should all comprehend this and react, and in reacting, take action and move forward. Take action through expressing yourselves and your desire for a better life, a better world. This is not reacting against, it is reacting to move forward, which is different. You want no more wars, no more bloodshed. You want to move forward. Then say so and do so. If we could see some moving forward in the path of the human family, then it would be easier for us to come and help you in the many ways that we can, in the many ways we are familiar with because we

6 Action, Reaction and Successful Evolution (15-09) 6 have already gone through what you are going through in our own civilizations and in other lives. There is a lot we can do. But something is needed to propel you forward and that is for you to react to what is going on and then act to make forward changes. If the human family stays at the point where it is now, the future is not going to be pretty, and specifically not for humans. The other kingdoms on Earth are evolving much better than humanity. So please, take a moment to stop in the midst of your daily activities and problems, take a minute to stop and think. Ask yourselves if this is what you want, if this is the life you want, the world you want for you and your children. Ask yourselves what you can do to change things. If there is just one little thing that you can do, please react, take action and do it. The more of you who do this, the better for the human family as a whole. Humanity is not currently equipped to deal with the coming changes in an adequate and conducive manner. But with the proper frame of mind to react with action, you will radically change the outcome when it comes down to the crunch. Honesty will be a critical tool to marry with action-based reactions the honesty of relationships to one another in a group, collective manner. We truly strive to address this concept of preserving the civilization of humanity to the greatest extent possible. We cannot afford to fail. The consequences are that grave. Thus we, from our deepest hearts, urge that every manner of diplomacy be your first reaction to the changes you will see. This has always been the case throughout daily life and long past history, whether in the case of an individual or a country. There is a simple formula to peaceful progression and there always will be, but it requires the calm and collected response of checking one s heart, assessing a situation, and, long after an immediate reaction would have caused irreparable damage, to pause for the processing and making sure, and then, only then, make a certain bid for a workable action. The way forward carries within it a plethora of truth for humanity to discover. Rather than spending time running the loop of reacting to changes that occur, look inside these changes for the truths they reveal, the truths they kindle to power your civilization with conscious evolution. You truly are blessed with an exciting future to build if an attitude to team building and team expansion for the way forward can be but won in your hearts, if you can but recognize your solidarity as one family. I know that the possibilities will seem endless and much will be offered to process, but life is always an adventure waiting to take a turn. Well, the turn has arrived, in events large and small that cry out for unified response to benefit the whole. And a poor reaction to this turn will set humanity up for a more pronounced and harsh outcome rather than a smooth transition to a new and better civilization, a new and better way of life for every human being. Get to know your strengths and weaknesses as individuals and countries and understand the dynamics of your behaviors. Change your systematic reactions and see how the outcomes change in simple situations and make them flow more steadily. See how reactions at all levels can augur a very

We know that it may seem an impossibility to understand the very importance of this concept, but it is indeed a truly influential factor. Getting to know your own reactions and adjusting to a more even-tempered action will open situations to easier dialogue and easier conclusions. We come from a position of knowledge and greater experience than any human can comprehend and also a place of greatest love. These concepts are married to our guidance, but the implementation of this advice is up to you. Quan Yin

Action and reaction must be taken seriously by humanity if you are to succeed in dealing with the many problems facing the people of planet Earth. There can be no doubt that there is a constant barrage of news broadcasts available to report on these ills. Others may learn from personal experience if they live in areas where violence is spreading from neighborhood to neighborhood and country to country until it begins to destroy the infrastructure of those who are trying to govern. I wish to comment on this destruction and how it has produced an alarming amount of fear across the globe for all people. This is indeed unfortunate since the last thing either you or we need to deal with is fear, which will block your ability to make correct judgments on how to deal with the problem of violence. It is not only violence that I am speaking about here but the endless corruption at many levels of society in many countries. This type of corruption is destroying humanity s faith that there can be a solution to the many problems it is facing. Indeed, one can say that this greed, corruption and violence create a certain level of hopelessness because it is so pervasive and widespread. And yet, you all know that unless you react to what you learn and attempt solutions, things will only get worse. Humanity is expected to react to this world catastrophe and also respond, react, to local actions that create disunity among the people. We know from history that when people do not react to what they know is a threat to their civilization, they leave themselves open to the worst elements of society to step in and grab power. We Masters do not accept lack of response as the proper reaction to the negative actions of others. There should be a level of tolerance that you maintain but when things become life-threatening to yourselves, to other individuals and to civilization in general, then it is time for humanity to react and find solutions to the problem. The solutions may not always be what you would consider welcoming paths. What I am attempting to say is that true hatred and violence require strong countervailing actions. There must be a demonstration of true rejection of the negative that would destroy human civilization built over many centuries of struggle, a clear-cut rejection in order to create a level of freedom and government policies that are fair to all. You must not allow yourselves to ignore the fact that the powerful negative elements among those who are today seen as leaders often do not wish to play fair with all humanity. They would prefer to maintain a dictatorship of

10 Action, Reaction and Successful Evolution (15-09) 10 thoughts and take control of all those things in life that people require for daily living. We would admonish humanity not to blindly allow yourselves to become pawns of the power elite that would like to lead you astray. Also, beware of those who would falsely point the finger at those they believe are the cause of all your problems. Too often a mob mentality will look for a scapegoat and end up attacking the wrong people. This is why it is so important to be aware, to listen to what is happening, to listen to what is being reported in your country and internationally. Find those people who are honestly trying to make a difference in this world through building support groups that would energize right human relationships. It is not difficult when you can look at a situation and say, Are these the people who are developing a scheme of harmlessness and right human relationships? As opposed to those who wish to destroy the groups they believe are the culprits that encourage violence and corruption? This is indeed important. Change is everywhere and it will be coming to you faster and faster. It cannot be avoided. Nobody on the planet will be able to hide from the changes. As they manifest, it is up to you to react in a manner that will not produce yet more unneeded destruction. May a calm, measured attitude prevail with all good faith. The Venetian

11 Action, Reaction and Successful Evolution (15-09) 11 Ken u... Action versus reaction... a most fitting topic at this time of world disorder, wouldn t you say? The goal of action/reaction is meant to be progress, but all too often the opposite ensues, especially when the reaction is immediate retaliation or blind revenge. Your history is rife with sad tales of mindless reckoning. What can break this tragic sequence? I submit that it is expanded consciousness, expanded consciousness in a broad enough segment of the population for you to begin tearing down your ancient, seemingly intractable walls and your deep-seated conditionings. Many, many of your citizens, now as in times past, have already begun this task. In conflict resolution, it is generally a mutual or group decision that eventually prevails, a decision to cease the destructive cycle of action vs reaction, to lay down arms, no matter what, in favor of building trust. In due course in the best of worlds, individuals then yield for the greater good such that all can take their first steps, however gingerly, into a greater sense of Brotherhood, a growing Oneness, a higher state of being. The seeding of trust on a world scale is a great evolutionary step, a milestone. It often begins with exposure to more advanced civilizations and the desire to emulate those more advanced to achieve a greater measure of success, be it as a nation or a planetary race. Persistent trust and the discipline involved in building and maintaining trust lead to dramatic benefits. Peace in action creates fertile ground for an even greater sense of belonging and connectedness to develop individually, leading to yet deeper peace and more well-being and refinement in the evolving civilization as a whole. Action/reaction becomes a positive spiral rather than a vicious circle. Not immediately, not all at once, of course, but over millennia in our experience, the experience of your Off-Earth Allies, harmony inevitably prevails where there is trust, while tension and strife abate. Trust chips away or tears down ancient walls, making room for the new and better civilization to emerge. Trust eventually permeates the very fabric of society and war is no more, only Oneness. Many worlds known to us have long since completed this chapter in their natural and spiritual evolution. Now your Mother Earth has reached the point, is on the verge of, a possible evolutionary jump into a new and golden age. This you have been told many times, this your science is discovering with every day that passes, this your children have come to embrace. My hope is that despite the darkness

12 Action, Reaction and Successful Evolution (15-09) 12 engulfing this planet now, you can feel the immense quantities of light bombarding it at the very core. My hope is that many of you can sense the glimmer, can find the central flame, and that you will work together as one, each in your chosen way, to fan this flame into a blaze. In ending my thoughts on action versus reaction and the current plight of this human family, I would ask a question of you. How will you collectively react to our known presence among you, when we stand before you unmistakably, hands held out in friendship and brotherhood? How will you react? In fear, repeating the knee-jerk inclination to rush into madness and destruction that fear has so often caused down the ages in your world? Or with an inkling of curiosity, goodwill and trust, opening the door to the higher destiny it is your birthright to assume? We have been biding our time, working behind the scenes, awaiting the window of opportunity for a warm and cordial welcome. But soon, doors will begin to close inexorably if the humans of this sphere continue to rush blindly over the cliff and lose the earthly race. I do not say this to frighten or discourage you. You have eyes to see, a mind to reason, and a heart to guide your actions. We hope, we trust, that with the help that you as a human family can muster, the upward spiral of trust will soon burst its bonds like the seed it is, pushing up its green shoots into the light, the light of the shining future that is yours to grasp and to build. 13 Action, Reaction and Successful Evolution (15-09) 13 Master Yeshua... Action versus Reaction this is a never-ending circle and cycle on this planet action versus reaction. We, the Earth Advisors, feel that this topic has significance in your daily life. You act and react many times during the day. You expect people to understand and counteract your actions. They expect you to counteract their action. Many times it is a balanced interaction of giving and taking. But then there is also the opposite, i.e., egoistic action to place yourself at center stage, and by doing so you push others off stage, expecting that their reaction to your behavior is minimal because they have less power compared to you. Action and reaction. What do you think the reaction was at the time I was here around 2,000 years ago the reaction to me and what I stood for? Do you think there is a major difference today? Do you think that the majority of people would react differently to me and the messages I conveyed to humanity? What would the reaction be to what needs to be said to stir the ship called Human Kingdom of Planet Earth back on course? Would the majority of people take me seriously now? Or would they see me again as one of those weirdos that are on the alternative path, spreading dangerous messages while walking in Jesus slippers with long hair and tatty old clothes? What would they think of me? What would be more important to them in their reaction towards me: the content of my message or my appearance and the category they put me in? Reaction a very sensitive topic. I am not sure if more people would react to my guidance more open-mindedly and open-heartedly than they did 2,000 years ago. The reaction most humans demonstrate is to hold on to their belief as long as they can because it symbolizes their comfort zone. And who likes to let go of that? It is the comfort zone of the ego something that was artificially enhanced or better inflated over millennia, gaining more and more importance in the daily fight for survival. The process of action and reaction is very crucial to understand. It is like tide and ebb although the human version of action and reaction has a very human component: it can be very strong and out of balance. This is then called extreme. Action and reaction: what you sow, you shall reap. It is the law of karma in

14 Action, Reaction and Successful Evolution (15-09) 14 disguise. There is rarely a human soul that is able to be still when the world around him is in turmoil or on the verge of collapsing. It is important to learn to control yourself in many ways: a) to not initiate an unnecessary action that will cause trouble; b) to not over-react but keep a detached attitude when you feel challenged and ready to react explosively. But then there is reaction that is wanted, needed and necessary to keep this planet alive and aligned with its mission. A reaction that is desirable from our realm because it supports our work. A reaction that opposes the division humans can inflict on others due to their power, role or status. We need you to show action and assist us in awakening and strengthening others to be open to our presence and willingness to collaborate with humanity. We also need you to react to those who oppress others and spread fear among humanity to discredit us for the purpose of staying in power. We need your action and reaction to stay aligned with your soul mission since more and more of you do have a soul contract with us. A soul contract agreeing to collaborate with the Earth Advisors, helping us come to the open to guide and serve humanity. A soul contract assuring humanity s balanced interaction with all the other kingdoms of this planet. A soul contract healing the wounds of this planet. A soul contract smoothing the path for the new civilization. A soul contract triggering action and reaction for the benefit of humanity and this planet as a whole. A soul contract waiting to be awakened so that the conscious mind is fully aware of the responsibility and commitment it carries in this lifetime. A soul contract of becoming a doer, an activist carrying the torch, the light alongside us. Are you ready for this next step on your path? Are you strong and committed enough to hold the torch when times are tough and let your light shine at the darkness to cause a reaction that might be painful to endure? Are you willing to become a catalyst for change? Someone who is working on making this planet peaceful and harmonious again?
