1 Soul/Sol Sourcing Practice Allowing You to More Easily Be in the World I am going to use the metaphor of a magnet. Naturally as an empath you magnetically attract energy, emotions, feelings, pain, thoughts, information, knowing, people, experiences and more into your multi-level physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy fields. Than depending upon your empath gift you transmute, transcend, clear, hold and many time unconsciously store those energies. When you are unconsciously attracting often you are at the affect of what is coming at you. Let s use that magnet to attract your soul/sol wisdom and light/creator/source energy! Do this practice consciously daily to allow you to more easily experience other people, places, emotions, feelings, situation and the cosmic shifts we on earth are experiencing and stay free of the chaos. Consciously connect to your Soul/Sol light and Wisdom. A basic knowledge of the chakras is needed for this practice. o Sit down and close your eyes o Allow yourself to see/feel/imagine/pretend that you are sending a pillar of energy/light from your root chakra down into the earth and it connects to your Earth Star below the surface. This will appear however it does for you. o Feel/see/notice/discern you are connected and grounded. o Now send the pillar of energy/light up from your Earth Star through your body specifically up your spine to your soul/sol star or higher self. You have no need to consciously know where that is located it varies. Trust and allow yourself to connect to it. o Next, send the energy/light from your Soul/Sol Star through your body/spine back to your Earth Star allowing a free flow of your soul/sol energy. This will be whatever color it is for you. o Allow the light, wisdom and energy to flow back and forth freely. 2 o Now the magic happens! See/feel/imagine/pretend your chakras magnets are reversed! Instead of attracting from outside you they now source from your soul/sol light and information inside you! o Ask your chakras 1-7 (12) to now attract magnetically from inside toward your spine where the stream of your soul/sol energy is flowing. You can ask silently or out loud o I ask my root chakra to magnetically attract from my soul/sol flow o I ask my sacral chakra to magnetically attract from my soul/sol flow o I ask my solar plexus chakra to magnetically attract from my soul/sol flow o I ask my heart chakra to magnetically attract from my soul/sol flow o I ask my throat chakra to magnetically attract from my soul/sol flow o I ask my brow/3 rd eye chakra to magnetically attract from my soul/sol flow o I ask my crown chakra to magnetically attract from my soul/sol flow o If you work with other chakra 8-12 make those requests too. You are now easily sourcing information and experiences from your inner world. Ask this way of sourcing energy to anchor, establish and maintain for you. I did this every morning and experience that life is much smoother J Your heart and other chakras are still able to be open and shared with others. You are now not sourcing your energies from the collective energies of earth. 3 The DRAIN - Empath Energy Practice Clean Your Energy Up You may spend your day cleaning up your house, office, language, thoughts or interactions, but do you consciously consider cleaning up your energy? Your energy is with you day and night 24/7/365 and it s affecting every second of your experience. On your job interview, at your cousin s wedding, when you are talking to a prospective client and in your intimate relationship. So let s clean it up! The Drain It s ultra simple to clean up the energy you carry around. Some of the energy you have chosen with your thoughts and feelings, and the rest of the energy you have picked up naturally in your energy field often without your knowledge. o Imagine a large drain in the floor below you like in a shower. The cover of the drain has holes that allow the energy to flow down. o Picture an unseen flow of water from your energetic shower (from Source) washing you off on all levels physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. o Now, ask any low vibrations, negative energy, and unbeneficial energy that you are carrying with you in your body and energy fields to be washed down your drain. Low vibrational negative energy is heavy and will easily flow down your drain. Positive vibrational energy stays high so it remains with you. o Feel the heavy energy release. *If it is intense feeling or you are feeling pulled downward ask the energetic shower to slow down and if needed, ask the size of the drain holes to decrease. o The drain has a one-way valve so that it only allows energy to go down and the drain empties into the ground. Ask your infinite Love and Healing Golden Light from whatever source energy is for you to flow in your crown chakra down through your entire being filling you up totally and completely. o You can put a drain anywhere you need one at anytime. Your drain will work automatically once installed. Klear Release Stored Anxiety Before you do your Klear audio take a few minutes and check in. Notice where you are creating anxiety, feeling anxiety and what you are worried about. Anxiety is the energy of F.E.A.R frantic energy affecting (your) reality or results.
