2 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 2 Mother Mary I shall speak of the emergence of the Masters of Wisdom into humanity. We are with you already. We are with you through guidance. We guide groups, we guide individuals. We guide individuals based on the intentions of their soul. But you see, the contract between a soul and a guide works both ways. Even though a soul may wish one of us to guide it in a given incarnation, we review the intentions and make an agreement that yes, we will, or no, we don't feel it's appropriate. We agree on how long we will guide this individual, for what part of this incarnation because guides do change. So in that way, in choosing who we will guide as an individual and for what portion of the incarnation, we are among you. This is a secondary way of emerging into humanity. We also guide groups. These are groups of individuals, sometimes rising to the status of institutions, sometimes smaller groups that one would simply call a group. Be they gathered as an institution or as a group, these souls have come together for a common purpose and that common purpose is aligned with the Plan for Creation, which we, as the Spiritual Hierarchy, have agreed to support and to work with humanity to implement. So you see, in those ways, we are emerging among you. It is my fear, my deep concern, that those who are expecting the emergence of the Hierarchy will be disappointed. Some are waiting for a magic date. The year 2025 is often mentioned. They expect that on such and such a date something will happen. I will tell you from my own personal pain, I have been through this before. Others are expecting a Messiah. Now that term may not be used outside of a synagogue or temple, but one way or another, they are expecting a Messiah. And just as before, all those years ago, they will expect a leader to come and show them what to do and how to do it, and how to change the world, and how to overcome their enemies and triumph. They expect proof that what they believe is the right belief. Ha ha. Now you see the proof. I was right. I told you so. I fear this expectation. I fear this deeply, for I have been through that mindset.

3 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 3 That is not what it means to have us come forth and be among you. We guide. We teach. We advise. We answer your questions. We do not lead. You lead. You lead each other. All we can do is offer our experience, our wisdom, our understanding of the Plan. We are simply elder brothers and sisters, further down the road of spiritual evolution than those of you we will walk among. We will not lead. That is not our role. We will help you find the leadership, the spiritual leadership, the Christ Consciousness within that enables you to lead humanity to a new future. This may be very short, but I assure you, it comes from my deepest heart. I would urge you understand that it is you who must lead from your own spiritual wisdom, from your own Christ Consciousness, from the Spark of God that lives within you. You must lead from your willingness to understand and apply and live in Oneness. You must lead from your ability to look around and see how Oneness has been abused, has been derailed, ignored, trampled. We will guide. We will answer your questions. We will share our wisdom with those who have ears to hear. We will help train healers in how to heal, but it is not we who can heal the world. That is you. There are very few of us spread across seven billion people. We cannot heal them all. We cannot advise them all. We can try, but the work that is done to build the civilization of Oneness and sharing among humanity of all sorts, of all races, in all nations that leadership comes from you. 4 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 4 Master Serapis Bey The emergence of the Hierarchy has been spoken of and written about for quite some time, as humans mark time. As time is marked for the purpose of eternity, it has been barely a noticeable blip. Either way, the moment approaches and we who are currently members of Earth s Spiritual Hierarchy are most pleased, eager, and I would say anticipating the emergence with joy and hopes. Hopes is the key. We have many beliefs, as well as trust and hopes, for what this emergence will mean. All of this depends on expectations on our side and on your side that are realistic, pragmatic and doable. Those may be three terms for exactly the same thing. As others have said, or will say, there is no magic. There is only the work of harmonizing. Harmonizing within the human kingdom, harmonizing between the human kingdom and the Hierarchy the Hierarchy as it exists now. For you see, the Hierarchy is not stagnant. The Hierarchy, like the human kingdom, is an ever changing milieu. Those who were once in the Hierarchy, those who had advanced in their individual spiritual development to the point where they had learned all lessons offered on Earth as incarnating human beings and as Elder Siblings guiding Earth s humanity these have moved on. They might have been humanity s Elder Siblings in the time of Atlantis, but they have moved on to greater cosmic lessons, and we have taken their place. The Hierarchy is ever changing. As souls from the human kingdom are eager to advance to the point where they join us and become one with us in our consciousness, so we who are here now are most eager, willing and joyful at the prospect of descending again to the realm of the physical where we will appear, and we will work with you side-by-side in forms physical forms that you can touch, see and speak with. Some of us have heard of these times and visited them only in the eternal now, for we were not of the Hierarchy in the time of Atlantis when those of the Hierarchy did walk beside the human kingdom. So you see, this is new

5 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 5 for some of us, as it is new for you. But we must manage the way in which this emergence is brought into the consciousness of humanity. We must manage the expectations, for there is no magic. There is only harmony and harmonizing. And in that harmonizing, the Christ Consciousness within comes through each of us, comes through and out into the world. We will work together, but it is, for your part, more physical, emotional and mental work more creative work than it is for us. For we have passed the stage where we are actively creating and building our own environment. That is the stage where you are. You are actively building and creating your own environment. We guide. We are your cheering section. We are your advisors, but we are not the ones who do the building. Our days of building have passed. Your days of building are here. When we come, it will be the equivalent if we are trying to create equivalencies that will guide expectations it will be the equivalent of opening to all who are willing to listen, the best school we know how to provide. But you see, a school is exactly that, be it kindergarten or the highest level post-doctoral degree any of your universities can offer. It is a school. It is a place of learning. It is a place of discussion. It is a place of expanding knowledge. This is what we offer. And from school, from this place of learning, it is you who must go out into the world and build. Now the difference between a school and what we offer is that we will have, if you will, a continuing Adult Education program, so that we will be there always for on-site advice, for additional guidance, for advanced course work. We will be there. We will work with you. We will walk beside you, and when I say work with you, I do not mean build with you. I mean stand beside you and offer what encouragement and advice we can so that you draw on the strength that is inside each of you, and you learn how to harmonize and work together and gather such a strength of creative force that you do not need us to build, for you are doing the building yourself. This is an exceptionally propitious time. Much is changing as the Earth travels through the heavens and various energies shift and change and make themselves available to those who are on Planet Earth. Do you call it

6 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 6 astrology? Do you call it astronomy? Interesting distinction. For the astronomers will tell you that Earth is shifting in relation to the distant galaxies, the distant stars, the various constellations. We are in a different relationship now than we were thousands and thousands of years ago. This is proven to the satisfaction of the astronomers and the astrophysicists and is accepted in various stellar sciences. This shift, that is much spoken of and written about, has a basis in both astronomy and astrology as well as spiritual realities. It is astronomy and astrology combined, plus the spiritual advancement of humanity to the point where it is now, that, taken together, create the environment that enables us to emerge. And emerge we will. But do not expect easy answers only the homework that will enable you to improve your physical life, your emotional life, your mental life and your spiritual life. We provide the homework, the advice, the information, the guidance and the love and encouragement that we hope will enable you to do the work. I look forward to meeting you. 7 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 7 Master Morya When we say that we of the Spiritual Hierarchy will emerge, this creates many expectations, much doubt, skepticism various reactions. And with all these reactions we must contend. We must manage the expectations for those who are overly optimistic about what we will do for them personally, and for humanity as a whole. If we do not deliver, they fall away. So one of the purposes of this topic, on this forum, is hopefully to reach those people, those souls, who are working for the benefit of humanity, that we may prepare them and manage the expectations that they have set, and work through these expectations, so that what we deliver is aligned with what they expect. As for the skeptics and the doubters, they, too, have expectations although they would not call them expectations. What they expect is a range from nothing to those who will form just one more secretive group that will delude its followers and lead them either to suicide or the need of some serious deprogramming. These expectations, too, we must contend with. We of the Spiritual Hierarchy have reached the point where incarnations on Earth are not obligatory. Now, not all of us working with humanity have actually reached that point, for we admit to the Hierarchy some who are, in essence if this were in a university, they would be the seniors ready to graduate. And we do consider them part of the Hierarchy. I speak of those you would call Masters. We do not have need of a physical incarnation any longer. What we have in common, all of us, is a deep commitment to life on this planet and to the enrichment, the spiritual enrichment of that life, that the truth of Oneness can be demonstrated on the physical plane by seven billion people. I would ask you, how many of us do you think it would take to help the spiritual advancement of seven billion people? What kind of energy do you think we would be forced to expend in order to reach seven billion people? Clearly, technology is in our favor. And what good is technology in a refugee camp where cholera is the main enemy? It should be clear to you that we have need of working through humanity, with humanity, with the leaders of humanity. And this means leaders in every field political, religious, scientific. We work through humanity.

8 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 8 Incarnate human beings are the ones who get down on the front line and help build those refugee camps and treat the cholera. They deliver the food, they help dig the latrines. We are One. And when part of the body of the One is suffering and falling apart and dying of starvation and disease, the body is not healthy. We are One. What does our emergence mean? It means that we are going to be among you in a physical form that you will recognize. And we are not there to work miracles, we are not there in physical form to demonstrate the various powers that we have accumulated over time, the various skills we have learned. That is not why we are there. We are there to help you lead others. We are not there for your personal advancement. We are there so that you can realize the Light of God within, and turn around, for your part, and help others. And we will help you help them. We will speak to those who will hear. We will guide those who will be guided. We will give advice. We will answer questions. We will pass on what wisdom we perceive you are ready to receive. We will become various oases of spiritual... learning? Wisdom? Encouragement is a much better term. We will bolster and assist those who in turn will commit themselves to be the leaders who will assist humanity to become the One that it is. Yes, we will emerge, but not to resolve your problems, only to be closer to help you lead the way to a better world. We will be closer to help you understand the full and applicable meaning of Oneness and unity and diversity within unity. But these realizations must be yours. It is not we who lead. It is you. And once you realize the leadership is yours, whether you express that leadership no farther than your immediate family or on the world stage, we will help you and back you. We will sustain you as far as we are allowed by Law, and as far as you choose to accept our advice and guidance. But the work is yours to do. Do not expect us to resolve the problems. We can only work with you, or offer advice as to how you may resolve those problems yourselves. And we will do this with all the love and all the wisdom and all the power that is ours. Thank you. 9 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 9 Master Hilarion... I have made it clear that my work in this era, my focus in this era, is the use of technology, the use of space. I have said, in my brief biography, that one of the things I do is prepare the reports that go to those who have the final decision about what can and cannot be released to humanity at this point in time, based on the spiritual maturity of the human race. When we emerge full force with the spiritual leader of the Spiritual Hierarchy, the one who is called by name Lord Maitreya, then we will be more accessible to more people. We can use the technology of the time to spread our messages, and they will be messages intended to lead humanity to spiritual maturity. They will be messages intended to connect with humanity from the energetic centers within our physical bodies, and by physical well now, I shall have to digress. The term physical is usually meant to be dense physical, and we will have dense physical bodies, but they will not be constructed in the normal manner, for we shall create those physical bodies. They will not be born of human women. We shall take the material, the rarefied material, the energetic material that exists on various planes and we will work with the Devic Kingdom. We will ask them to create for us the physical bodies that we will inhabit. That is another entire issue. Back to where I was. Once we are walking among you, working among you with every ounce of energy we possess, we will be working for the spiritual advancement of the human race. And by spiritual advancement, I mean recognition of the Oneness that we are. We will use technology to get that message across. And we will use channels. There are various reasons for doing this, one of them being energy efficiency on our part. Another being that those who channel each bring different perspectives and we will leverage the perspective brought by those we channel through in order to reach various people. That seems vague. It is vague that is why it seems vague. But in point of fact, one size does not fit all. The energies that comprise the universe are of various frequencies and the diversity within humanity enables various frequencies to resonate. Master Morya's message will resonate with some and not others. My message will resonate with some and not others. And so it is with the channels we use. We may each use a dozen different channels, and each of those dozen will find their own audience, as it were, those with whom the messages we

10 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 10 deliver through them resonates. It is an energy efficient means of spreading our message. We will use all of these means, and our objective is the same to raise the spiritual frequency of humankind. How will we know when we have done that? We will know by the behaviors that we see. We will know by the energy we sense on the mental and emotional planes, by the energy we sense in the etheric body of Planet Earth, and as I said, by the actions taken by all humanity so that we see demonstrable clearing of the violence and the hatred perpetuated in longstanding feuds, perpetuated in the lists of why violence and killing and war are justified. When these begin to vanish, when humanity begins to sit down at the table and talk, then we will know that the time has come to begin distribution of advanced technology. It is our commitment, as the Spiritual Hierarchy, to bring humanity forward towards unity and recognition of Oneness whether or not they happen to believe in the Creator. I wish to manage expectations, just like every speaker on this subject wishes to manage expectations. Because if those who are listening and those who are expecting are expecting wisely, then we shall be able to work together swiftly and effectively. That is our hope. Thank you. Master Hilarion

11 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 11 Lord Tabor I will be relatively brief on this issue, for you see I am already emerged for those I work with in the mountains. I have not gathered around me an ashram of students, but I do work with those who occasionally see me. They see me as a forest ranger, a patrol, a hiker, and we talk. We talk about the spirituality of the mountains, the spirituality of nature, the spirituality that can emerge as one human becomes One with the nature of the forest, and the creatures of the forest, and the rocks, and the trails in the mountains. The people I work with and the groups I work with are finding their Oneness with the power of Mother Earth, the planet on which we live. Oneness with Mother Earth is one of the ways that Creation becomes One and unified. Now speaking as one who has emerged already, it is very interesting to note the changes I bring about in my students, whether they know they are students or not. Then I shall call them colleagues who come and speak with me. We work on respect, respect for the planet, respect for ecology on micro and macro scales and, where possible, I get across respect for the Devic Kingdom that works with Creation in order to build what it is they are appreciating and unifying. They do not see themselves becoming one with the Devic Kingdom. They call it nature, and nature, like the Earth, has a great many dimensions, just as humanity has a great many dimensions. The beauty of the Hierarchy reaching out is that we are doing so as elder brothers and sisters of the human race. We will continue to reach out until we are all, or mostly all, working once again with humanity, offering our knowledge and such wisdom as we have to impart. We are united in our purpose to guide, advise and help every one of you find the path that leads you to your soul-chosen work groups and on to the place we now occupy. We are not unique beings, for in many respects we are simply further down the trail than you are. We have traveled farther, and in traveling farther, we have gathered knowledge that yet lies before you. We will share that knowledge as appropriate, and help you see things you do not see. We will

12 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 12 help you learn how to see what you do not yet see, and how to hear what you do not yet hear, that you may have that inner peace and know that Spark of the Creator within, and find that point of stillness, and turn to those who are not so far down the path as you, and say, This is what I have learned. Are you interested in knowing? Then, looking at those who are farther and/or at the same place as you are, or yet to reach the place you occupy, you can turn and say, Look what we can do together. Imagine what we can do together. As more and more Masters emerge to walk in humanity, and more and more humanity realizes there are Masters coming forth to walk among them, they will begin looking and seeking and finding the Masters with the messages that resonate most with them. It is not expected that every message from any Master will resonate with all who come to listen and learn. But when you find the message that does, then you light up from the inside and you go forth and you find your fellow workers and together you begin to build a world that is new, a world that is better suited for the spiritual health and growth of humanity. 13 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 13 Lady Nada I would have my message on the emergence be one of hope and promise, and one of a very deep partnership that exists between those who are still incarnating and those of us who no longer incarnate on a regular basis. Some of us do not incarnate at all, in any aspect. That relationship between those who regularly incarnate and those who do not is strong. That relationship is one of a loving elder sibling to younger ones following. Every one of you has this kind of relationship, for there are none of us who cannot look further down the road and see those who have traveled farther than we have. And I mean none of us on our side of the veil or on your side of the veil. Until such time as you reunite with the Creator, there will always be those who have progressed further. And there will always be those, when you look the other way, who are not so far along the path. And there are those we work with side-by-side, for they are as far as we and we are working together. So what does emerging mean? Emerging means that those of us who are further down the road will, as a group, as a unified group, return and walk with you. And we will establish a residence of sorts. Now residence that will be in a physical vehicle for our expression, a vehicle of our making. And we will become associated with a limited number of places on the planet, and those we guide will likely be the first to come to these places and see us with their own physical eyes and hear us with their own physical ears, rather than telepathically or through guidance filters. We will have we who establish these physical vehicles a limited number of forms that you will recognize. We who establish these forms and these places will have variations in our teachings, but the underlying message to those who find us, to those who listen, will be the same. I trust that by now those of you reading this have heard that idea expressed, that truth expressed over and over again, in many different forms. The truth can be expressed in many different ways, and each of those ways resonates with different souls and when I say souls, I mean the soul that dwells within the heart of every human being. So how do you know that you have found one of us? Your heart tells you. Your heart lets you know.

14 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 14 And you may have found one of us who delivers a message that only partially resonates, and your search continues. Now does this mean we only speak to those who come to us or find us? And the answer to that is clearly no. We have many ways of spreading our truths, our core truths, our message of love and hope and encouragement, our message of bigger-picture perspective, our message of possibilities for the world you are creating, for you do create the world you live in. There are many ways, many ways. This medium of an Internet website is only one of them, but it is one of them. And for some this way may be convenient. For others this way may be far less than satisfying. And that is just fine, because then you know your heart, and you know how your soul speaks to you, and you know how the Spark of God is attempting to speak through you. So you continue to seek until you find the way that you can express the Divine within you. When we emerge full force, we will be easier to find, and we may be able to provide for you the perspective you need to find your way forward, to find the group that you will work with for in groups shall this world change. Groups, working together, will enable this world to change. Working together, you shall build new and better institutions, new and better ways of communicating so that you can, across your oceans and across your great plains and across your mountains, work together. This is what the emergence means to me. It enables me to be there more prominently, both for those I guide and for those who find the words I bring of some use to them in their spiritual journey. I would ask you to make yourselves aware and be open to all the ways we are emerging, for the emergence has begun. It has not culminated, but it has begun. Thank you. Lady Nada

15 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 15 Master St. Germain If you have read those who have spoken before me and heard the message that they gave you, then you will begin to conclude, or you will conclude outright, that the emergence has begun, that we are becoming more active in delivering messages to humanity. That is part of the emergence. We are becoming more active, I would say, in healing and healing through the energies that we can distribute to humanity, through the messages we bring. You are aware that we have, from time to time, taken a dense physical form and walked briefly among you. So I am recapping what others before me have said. If you have not read them, then this recap may be useful. If you have read them, then I would endorse what they have said. What does emergence mean? It means we come as a team. We come to demonstrate a team, a group in action, working on a purpose. Our purpose is to inspire you, to aid you, to awaken you inspire, aid and awaken. I will take those terms in reverse order. Awaken you to realms that are not normally studied in schools, awaken you to realms that are not in the normal curriculum of reading, mathematics, history, chemistry, physics, nuclear physics, literature or art. I think you get the idea. There are realms with vast amounts to be learned and studied that are not as accessible as those topics I have mentioned. We spoke on consciousness earlier. 1 Now, as we emerge, awareness becomes ever more important. You will become aware of many things, not only these other dimensions, these other realms that exist as surely as the computer on which you are reading this message, be it one of your cell phones or a very large screen. These realms exist. They are real. Many visit them. Not all who visit admit it, for your science does not cover these realms as a normal part of its curriculum. But that time will come. That time will come. I speak of awareness of these realms, awareness of the inhabitants of these other realms, and I do not mean those energies wandering the astral plane, for the astral will eventually vanish. It is a human creation and it shall vanish. No, I mean the other realms that have existed before the astral plane became as thick and populated as it is. 16 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 16 One, for instance, is the Angelic Kingdom. Angels, particularly archangels, have remained a part of humanity s spirituality. But how many school courses teach about angels? They are left to the province of religion and this will change. This realm is very real and once your scientists look closely enough to study and acknowledge that this realm is very real, they will begin to understand some of the questions that have puzzled them for eons. But I will leave that to others. Awareness. Awareness of the life on other planets. Awareness is what we will bring, and assistance that you may expand your awareness. Aid. We will aid you as we may, through the information we can bring, the information we can help you access within yourselves, the guideposts we can set up for those who are ready for the journey, the aid we can bring to groups who have set an intention that will benefit all of humanity. For we will work primarily with these groups aid, for instance, given to groups of healers, the healers who have long known of the angelic realm, the healers who are working with energies as their tools. We can help them expand their understanding and their capability that they may take the message further and deeper into humanity. And we, who emerge as a team, will inspire we hope. That is the plan. That is our objective. To inspire you to turn inward and tap the God source within you and bring that out to the surface to work and spread among your coworkers in your groups, and out into humanity. To inspire you to appreciate the Oneness that exists, the Oneness that cannot be changed, only recognized, the Oneness that can be stifled or the Oneness that can be explored. The concept of Oneness is natural for some and very difficult for others. But Oneness is as real as the air you breathe and the earth you walk upon. I will let you work on that one. We come as a team. We come as a group. We come, from my perspective, to inspire, to aid, and to awaken. This is why we come. This is what we, as a team, are able to do with you, working with you. And this is what we hope your expectations will become. We do not come to prove anything. We do not come to work miracles. We will leave that to you. Thank you. Master St. Germain

What humanity has done, and is doing, that leads us to believe the time is come to emerge, is that, spiritually, you have been growing sufficiently to do the equivalent of a sketch. Let us call it a pencil sketch for a much larger work in color. You have done that, or are doing that. The sketch has some parts that are very clear and some that are not quite clear yet. We will give you tips and pointers and suggestions to help you clarify that which is not yet clear. This is what we will do as we emerge together, fully, for as my friends have mentioned, we are emerging. We have already begun, but we are not all here yet, and we are not all here in our final form just as the sketch of the New World possibilities humanity has drawn is not yet complete. But the schools of thought are there, almost like puzzle pieces that need to be put together in a cohesive sketch of the world to be built. This is one of the things that I am working on, helping those I guide, those I can influence, bring that sketch together to become a cohesive picture of what can be for the human race. Now when we come forth together, imagine each of us bringing a unique palette of color and that all those colors all of those colors are needed to make that sketch a real and vibrant work of art and beauty. This can be done. We do not bring, on our palettes of color, if I may continue the analogy, we do not bring colors other than those that will blend and complement every other palette. Each has their own place in this masterwork of art and beauty. We bring the palettes, we bring the colors in the words and lessons, in the advice, in the healing we bring. But we do not do the artwork. The artwork, the creation of the masterpiece, is left to you. We can critique and suggest that you move this section over there, or that painting this section in those colors will not let this work of art and beauty reach its full potential, and you need, we would suggest, to change this or that and it will work better. But we do not implement the change. We do not create that masterwork of art and beauty. You create that. When we emerge as a unit, then our palettes and our counsel will be available to those who take the trouble to look for it and understand what it is they have found. And they will then find those with whom they connect

18 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 18 and with whom they will work in order to build this masterpiece, to paint and create this work of art and beauty that is destined to be humanity's future. But just because it is destined, does not mean it will become reality. How many of you have seen in your museums sketches from those who are called masters, sketches that were never realized, that never became the full-color beauty artwork? How many pieces of artwork hang in museums with little notes, noting that this part of this wonderful painting, this part was never completed? 19 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 19 Master Yeshua What does the emergence mean for me? What I would say about emergence is that not only do we come to show you what's possible, we come to do a great deal of demystification. We come to destroy a great many pedestals upon which we have been placed. In this, I speak from personal experience. We come to make known who we really are and what we are really about. What we all have in common is that we are working tirelessly, even when we are weary because the progress we are making does not meet the need outlined in God s Plan. We are working tirelessly to bring humanity to a point of its own spiritual realization and its own commitment to grow spiritually, its commitment to understand its potential and responsibilities within Creation, and to realize the many pathways it can follow once those commitments are understood. My words and my teachings as Jesus of Nazareth have been much distorted. Much damage has been done in my name. Violence has been committed in my name. I was never about violence. I never advocated violence. I advocated connecting with the God Spark that lives within each and every one of you. I advocated using the wisdom of that God Spark to reach out to one another and work together to create the peace and the beauty that is possible when all Sparks of God unify here on the physical plane and work together, so that each of you knows that you can work together, even when your perspectives are different on the same issue. So what the emergence means to me is peeling back all the distortions and all the inappropriate rules that have been built around what my true message was, and getting to the core of the God Spark that lives within each one of you, and using the inspiration of that God Spark to get out there and build the kind of world where each and every person is provided for, where groups work together to build a place of peace and safety and growth for every single person incarnate. That is a very large task at this point. But that is what the emergence means to me, and that is the message that we will bring. And the higher the pedestal that each of us has been put upon, the more useful it will be for you to level that pedestal and turn around and look at the fellow God Sparks you are working with, and learn to work together. We will guide. We will guide groups. Some of us will guide individuals. That I don't think will go away. But we will be working with groups that realize that the time has come to work together in groups to build a world, as I said,

21 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 21 Master Kuthumi The topic under discussion is the emergence of the Hierarchy, the emergence of the Masters of Wisdom. Each of us is coming forth to walk among humanity consistently, not sporadically. That is one of the differences from what we have done in the past. The rest depends upon what you consider emerge, emergence to be and look like. There are many who are waiting for the Lord Maitreya to appear on television and there have been reports that he has appeared already, although not identified. I will let that story unfold. I will not speak to it. I will tell you that those who say we have emerged and are emerging already are accurate. What has not happened, is having us appear in consistent form, in consistent places, on a consistent basis appear with the intention of continuing to appear in these forms, in these places, to teach and answer questions and encourage humanity to achieve, understand and believe, probably in reverse order, their own divinity. That will be, for us, the full emergence. It is the consistency in appearance, in place. I would venture as well a consistency in those who come to us. And, yes, there are many ways we will utilize and announce and share and advertise our presence. I think that is a fair statement. We will ask questions and lead the thinkers of the time to fulfill their soul intentions and present to their fellows the images of what can be done. These thinkers are already walking among you, and many of them do have images of what can be done. These we will foster. There are habits, institutions, thought-forms, belief systems that need to change. Respect and partnership with Mother Earth must be established, must become part of what humanity teaches, must become part of living and breathing. There will be changes. We will not dictate what they are. We will support the ideas that come forth from leaders in every corner of humanity who are following soul intentions. And, yes, we will do what we can to influence those leaders who might be off course, and guide them closer to their soul s purpose. We do not interfere with free will. That will not change. So we will have a new and open, evolving partnership with humanity. There will be no dictatorship, no magic pill that will bring about the necessary change for the spiritual maturation of humanity and the salvaging of the

22 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 22 planet Earth from the ravages that have been perpetrated upon Mother Earth for generations. There is no magic answer. There is only work. We will aid leaders who, knowingly or unknowingly, are aligned with God s Plan. We will suggest appropriate changes when we find organizations that are working in a direction that will benefit humankind. We will, in many instances, be able to bring forth for those who would listen, those who are attuned bring forth knowledge, information that will be new to many but that will lead to the very roots of humankind and the original spirituality of humankind. So there will be doors opening, there will be doors opening to the potential of human consciousness. There will be scientific exploration of areas that were once considered simple figments of the imagination and/or fraudulence perpetrated upon humanity. The wisdom of this fraudulence will be revealed. These are some of the changes you will see. And you will see these changes as human consciousness itself expands. And we, as we emerge united, will foster this expansion of consciousness, this expansion of awareness. This is what you can expect. There will be new ways of working, new ways of teaching, new subjects to be taught, new institutions to be built, institutions to be modified to support new needs. All this will be part of the shift, as you call it. It is a vibrational raising of the consciousness of humankind as Mother Earth herself goes through a raising of consciousness. This is indeed an exciting time of change. We, the Spiritual Hierarchy, will develop a personal relationship with incarnated members of humanity that we have not had since the time of Atlantis. But as many of my colleagues have said, it is you, as incarnated human souls, who will do the work. We have done our work. We have walked that segment of the path and we now reach back to help you walk that path as efficiently and smoothly as possible. 23 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 23 Lord Maitreya I would say to the people of the world that what you have read in this panel discussion is wisdom to be considered. The work that is to be done must be done by humanity and we are teachers, and we are guides, and we are elder siblings. We care deeply for the survival of the human race, and the survival of the human race, as a human race, depends on decisions that are being made now decisions about getting along with each other and working together, and decisions about the way Mother Earth is respected and treated. Now I have been seen. I am emerged. Those who are waiting for this miracle, for the moment when I will usurp the communication channels of the planet Earth and appear to all with a message, that moment may or may not come. There was a time when we thought that would be the most appropriate way to get humanity's attention, and we may do that yet, but not yet. We will walk among humanity and those who have eyes and ears and intention to see and hear and work for the good of humanity will find us, for we will call them to us by our very presence, by our very vibrations. They will be guided to us, if not by their very soul, then by the guides who work with their very soul. These are the ones who will lead humanity into a new Garden of Eden, a Garden of Eden where the rhythms of Planet Earth are respected, a Garden of Eden where brothers meet brothers and sisters meet sisters and they do not have to agree, they simply have to respect the differences between them and understand that each is a Spark of the Divine. Each is part of God. Each is part of Creation. Each is responsible for their free will decisions as well. There are non-violent ways to settle disputes. There are ways to appreciate the differences and share ideas without trying to force someone to believe as you believe. That is part of sharing, as well as sharing the resources of Mother Earth, as well as sharing the God love that comes through you and out into the world. All these new ways of accomplishing what must be accomplished as part of God's infinite plan, God's infinite wisdom, can be implemented without violence. And when we are all consistently present, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the work to be done, to learn more about the intentions of your souls, to learn more about your history as human beings. All this will happen.

24 Emergence Of The Spiritual Hierarchy (12-04) 24 This is our prediction, but you see, any prediction of the future comes with probability and with work. One can predict that there is gold in that mountain, that there is oil under that desert. And one can predict because you have done this kind of surveying, and this kind of excavating, and this kind of scientific testing. But unless someone goes to work to extract those resources, as real as they are, they are not yet manifest in daily life. Thus it is with the plans and the possibilities for the human race. It is you who must do the work to build the new future, a future without violence. A future of shared resources, a future of shared ideas, a future of shared perspectives, a future of respect for the individual and the sustenance of the group, the sustenance of our planet. This is yours to build. We will do what we can to inspire you and to help you, to answer your questions, to offer our wisdom and our love.
