2 Post - 3/1/2017 What Ails Us, Others Have Overcome (1401) What we may find very difficult and almost out of reach has been overcome and surpassed by others. So it can be done and it has been. Those that have done it, could say: "If I did it, so can you!". Whatever we are going through is not impossible and be overcome because I am pretty sure in the history of the Earth much worse has been overcome and totally transformed. It is a matter of starting! End (1401).

3 Post - 3/1/2017 Using Our Imagination (1402) Our Imagination Our imagination is a very powerful tool. If we use it wisely we can help ourselves to understand a lot of what crosses our path. We can use to help us better understand what somebody is telling us in a given moment. We can use it in a talk to make the main points of the talk clearer and more impactful. More Awake Using Imagination When we use imagination during a talk we are actually making some kind of contact with the talk and this is what benefits us and does not allow the talk to be received so mechanically. We can infer from the above point that we are more awakened when we are using our conscious imagination. This has to be so, because when we don t use our imagination consciously we end up using it subconsciously, projecting our day dreams. With imagination we can also make the sequence of points in the talk clearer to our mind. End (1402).

4 Post - 3/1/2017 Divine Mother and the Cleaning of Our Third Eye (1403) Effects of Fantasy Due to fantasy and mental projections and the other wrong uses of our imagination our third eye and our faculty of imagination has become all foggy, cloudy and blurred. Divine Mother to Clean It is the job of the divine mother to clean our third eye. She uses her spear to clean away the hardened scaly grime that has accumulated on our third eye. In earnest we can ask our Divine Mother to do that for us, and of course being very vigilant not to misuse our imagination causing the grime to build up again. End (1403).

5 Post - 3/1/2017 Magnetism and Psychological Death (1404) Introduction By magnetism the atoms of the free essence will be attracted to the atoms of the Being within us. The atoms of the ego are logically magnetically attracted to the atoms within the same egos. In seems that in esotericism or in esoteric matters, the law of magnetism works to bring like in contact with like. Light will always attract light. Love always love, wisdom always wisdom, force always force etc. But in psychological matters related to the ego, like can repel like and like can be drawn to like. For example, two egos of pride repel each other. Two egos of control certainly repel each other. But two egos of lust attract each other or repel each other. Practical Application We can ask the Divine Mother to instil her values into our essence and into the sleeping essence! So to help the essence! Working with the mantra KRIM, praying to the Divine Mother and asking her to impregnate the sleeping essence with her values our essence actually receives a boost which help us to die quicker. As exercising the values of the Divine Mother shows us that the ego is not the way and at the same time it weakens the ego. End (1404).

6 Post - 3/1/2017 Our Job and Her Job (1405) Our Job Our job is to comprehend the various egos. Her job The job of our Divine Mother is to eliminate the egos we have comprehended. Unfortunately we can't change that! In eliminating the ego the Divine Mother eliminates that function of the ego from us, but her work consists in transforming the ego to be eliminated, into light. The essence in the ego is asleep and needs to be deconditioned and awoken, this is to transform it into light. We do part of this work in comprehending the ego but the rest of it is done by the Divine Mother. She produces the final seal of the transformation of the sleeping essence into light with elimination. Self-Hypnotised The very interesting question with the various egos that we have is that the essence inside of them, or Pistis Sophia is actually self-hypnotised. She, Pistis Sophia has her vision directed inside of herself, and as she looks inside of herself she is hypnotised from the inside! She has in effect hypnotized herself, and that is the worst case, because then Pistis Sophia can t see her own hypnotism or the one who hypnotised here because it was herself that did it and continues to do it. What makes dissolving the ego very difficult is that we still believe in the ego! This believing in the ego is this self-hypnotism. Intimate Christ The Intimate Christ in us, is the one that can help us to undo this inner self-hypnotism. Conclusion These two inner forces, the Divine Mother and the Intimate Christ are the ones to ask for help with in dissolving the ego. End (1405).

7 Post - 3/1/2017 Get to Reading S.A.W! - (1406) Introduction Gnostic students don't read very much these days. Really we should have read all of Master Samael's books. Or as many as we can. Reading Master Samael's books is very important because it gives you the understanding of the doctrine, upon which much or I would say nearly all of your esoteric works rests upon. It also imparts to you an esoteric culture, which is lacking in many students, and the main reason why this is, is because they have not read much of Master Samael's books. Reading Master Samael gives you new knowledge, and makes you smarter and quicker when it comes to esoteric matters. Reading to some degree influences our way of thinking and reading Master Samael's books opens our mind, and actually to some degree, it instils in us an esoteric and psychological way of thinking. At the very least, it gives us the seed to develop the psychological and esoteric ways of thinking. Even the Masters Read Even the masters read a lot. Even those very close to the end of the work read substantially. Because they are looking for more light or for any particle of light hidden in Master Samael's words that will help them.

8 There is reading Maser Samael's books, and then there is reading between the lines and this basically what the Master's do. Master Samael wrote for everyone, beginners, intermediate level and for masters and initiates. The later books of Master Samael are generally more profound and transcendental. End (1406).

9 Post - 3/1/2017 When it Comes to Dealing with People Take Advice from those who Face People - (1407) Introduction I would rather take advice about what to do with people from someone who often faces people and does well with people. To take advice totally about what to do with someone from someone who does not face people or has not faced a particular person that you have to deal with, is odd. I would take the good from what they advise and combine it with the way I usually face and deal with that person, that we may have to deal with. To follow the person s advice or order from someone who does not face people or has not faced that person that you have to deal with, to the letter, from my experience brings something that is a little painful actually for oneself and also for the other person but not for the person giving the advice or the order. The results often speak for themselves, if you follow their advice to the letter. Two people, you and the other person you have to do deal with are left feeling a little empty, perhaps disgruntled and upset, when that could have been intelligently avoided. Best Way By taking the advice or the order and blending it with the way you normally face that person is the best way. That way, the person giving the order sees the order being fulfilled, and the person receiving the instructions receives them in a normal way, which is a way that they are use to, and find palatable. 10 Post - 4/1/2017 Mythomania - (1408) Introduction This post are notes that I took on the long retreat held in Perth last year. Mythomania and Scepticism Mythomania and scepticism are both compensations for having lost the Being. they are all to do with a lack. If we lack something a natural mechanism is to create the will to get what we lack or create what we lack. Desire for Compensation When we have lost the Being we actually create the compensation that we were, or we are actually a great fallen master. Or even, that we are a great initiate doing well in the initiations. We by the desire to compensate so toque ourselves hope, we project into the world of desire (astral world) the compensation that we want. The desires and images of compensation come out of our subconscious. Then when we see them and believe them. This is how the mythomaniac is born. which is a demon totally divorced from reality. In our past history is our successes and failures. Our past history is our subconscious. Take Experiences with the Consciousness Every experience we have, we must take it with balance and with the consciousness, because the consciousness will always take it correctly and not create false expectations or conclusions. We should not put our path into plus or minus. whatever we are told about ourselves by a master physically or internally, does not change us at all. The desire of the subconscious is always to be. The egos come out of the subconscious to be in control.

11 We have to always contrast our experiences with reality, that is the three realities, the teachings and also the consciousness. End (1408).

12 Post - 4/1/2017 Scepticism - (1409) Scepticism and Mythomania: Opposites There on one side is scepticism and defeatism and then on the other side is mythomania. If we bring the two together we get realism. At the Base of Scepticism We can t be sceptical about something that we didn t know before. Right here is the earth shaking truth that can shake a sceptic out of his or her scepticism. Scepticism is something of a subconscious force or rejection that directs the mind into finding reasons why something cannot be. This force uses the mind to not find any valid reason to believe to accept. If it were not for this subconscious force of scepticism the mind would rest in its calm honest conclusion of I don t know, could be, I just don t know, Maybe I need to investigate and find out really truthfully.. Whereas the sceptical person just plainly rejects the possibility. Scepticism and Past Pain or Disappointment The subconscious force of behind scepticism comes from some previous painful history. We become sceptical about something that caused us pain, disillusionment and disappointment before. Scepticism is due to a past failure or a past painful disappointment. Believing and Scepticism The aim of the esoteric schools is to make its students non-believers but knowers instead. The esoteric schools wish to make us to know about God directly. God is not about believing. This point alone is sufficient to break the foundation of scepticism. End (1409).

13 Post - 4/1/2017 What Makes Your Personality Active? - (1410) Don t Tell Me you Don t Know! If you don t know, how are you going to make your personality passive then? Well who cares, just go and find out. Hang on a minute, we are interested in making our personality passive so that we can activate our consciousness. This post is about giving some ideas on what can make our personality active. Factors that Activate Our Personality Control Freaks When we want to control the way an event unfolds we have our personality active. When we are trying to control the decisions of others we have our personality active and often we can get into what is called a clash of personalities. When we are trying to control the impressions that we emit so to try and control what others are thinking of us we have our personality active and our consciousness is far from being active. Being in a Hurry When we are in a hurry or are doing things quickly we tend to go into personality mode. Importance When we are wanting to be important and taking things with lots of importance and placing an exaggerated importance on things we have our personality active. Especially if those things that we are making important are to do with the things of life. When we want to know everything and we are planning things we have our personality active once again.

14 Customs and Traditions When we are engaged in our particular customs and traditions we can have a part of our personality active once again. We don t have to have our personality active we can have our consciousness active here but by default we end up having our personality active instead. Family When we are with our family and we are engaged once again, giving advice, giving reprimands, talking in the way that they speak, complaining, eating all the way that they all eat etc. we have our personality active. We may feel quite good doing this and that is good, it good to know that these times can be enjoyed more intensely with our consciousness present, even we can get a glimpse into why we have the chance to enjoy such a time. Roles and Jobs When we are identified with a certain role whether it be a role in our physical work or in our family we have our personality active and it is for sure hard to get our consciousness active when actively engaged in such a role. 15 Post - 5/1/2017 What Would be of Kether Without the Essence - (1411) Introduction For the posts today I am rounding up some notes about the essence. What I hope to do, is to bring to light some of the qualities of the essence. These notes have been taken while listening to the various missionaries presenting talks in the retreat. Kether would Dissolve if the Essence was Dissolved What would happen to our Kether, our Father in secret, if our essence was destroyed? If we could dissolve the essence, our Kether would end up being dissolved as well. This is because Kether can not be without consciousness! Remember Master Samael says that the superlative consciousness of the Being is within the essence. End (1411).

16 Post - 5/1/2017 Absolute the Essence of Creation - (1412) Introduction This was a marvellous point made by a marvellous missionary during a talk. Question The question posed was: What is the Absolute?. The answer was isn t it the essence of everything?. The absolute is the essence of creation and more. The essence that we have is from the Absolute so we actually have in our essence the essence of everything. I m trying to grasp that and bring it into my consciousness. It has to be this way, that is pretty grandiose really. End (1412).

17 Post - 5/1/2017 We Can't See Ourselves as the Essence Because we are the Essence - (1413) The reason why it is difficult to see ourselves as the essence and what it actually means to be the essence is because we are the essence. When we can see something it is because we are not that thing. For example, we can see a car because we are separate from that car and we are not that car. We are not even our physical body, our vitality, our emotions, our mind and our will. We are something beyond that. End (1413).

18 Post - 5/1/2017 From Mars the Force that Maintains the Essences Standing - (1414) The force that keeps the essences of the birth standing, comes to us from Mars. By standing it is meant to keep the essence in some way active. To keep some level of honesty, decency, trust, good will and common sense. This force is also a platform in which to launch ourselves into the self-realization. End (1414).

19 Post - 5/1/2017 Difference Between Incarnating and Crystalizing - (1415) When we incarnate Atman is like water poured into a glass. Atman or the Spirit can leave and enter the glass once again. But when the water becomes part of the glass the water can not leave the glass. The first example is the incarnation of Atman and the second example is the crystallization of the Being within a person. This is why when master Samael was asked questions physically in Mexico, he sometimes said that if his Being were present he could do something to help. There were times though that his Being was present and he performed prodigies. End (1415).

20 Post - 5/1/2017 Who is Your Best Friend? - (1416) Your best friend is the one who teaches you transmutation. The one who teaches you transmutation is the one who is your best friend because that person has taught you to look after and cultivate the most precious values of your Being. End (1416).

21 Post - 6/1/2017 Some Points About Justice - (1417) Justice is to be given a task and to ask for information about how to do it correctly and for the correct implements to do it. Justice is also to ask to see the results of our work. Justice is to take what is our right and to not harm anybody. When we ask for something and we have justice within ourselves it can be conceded. This means that justice has an affinity with justice! End (1417).

22 Post - 6/1/2017 Key Points to Work on Pride - (1418) Introduction Here is another snippet from the retreat late last year. Key Points How do we express pride in our word? We may think humility is to feel less and to be quiet and careful with our words. But that is still pride. To be able to express the value of the essence called humility we have to go and remove all the traces of pride from our psychology. My marvellous missionary said that there are egos that belong to the region of the sun, meaning that there are very subtle egos in the Being that need to be dissolved. These are the egos of the P. P. P that are worked upon until the end of the work in mystical death. Pride can not be dissolved until a complete level of balance has been reached within us. Pride has to do with balance, majesty and dignity. Pride looks and seeks out injustice everywhere it can. It is very sensitive lo agate. It looks for unfairness in love, in being given importance, in friendship, in being cared for, in receiving passions etc. End (1418).

23 Post - 6/1/2017 P. P. P is the Bottom Layer - (1419) We have two layers in our egoic structure. There is a bottom and a top layer. The bottom layer is the thicker layer and is the P. P. P. The top layer is constituted by many different thinner layers. These other thinner layers are the many other egos that we have. A difficult ego such as lust may be very strong and bother us considerably, and so because of that we can get easily confused as to which ego our P. P. P really is. As soon as we work on lust for example. and bring it under control with comprehension we will then see something new about our psychology, and will generally be to see our life being filled with the P. P. P that we have. Which could be lots of pride, self-love, self-importance, self-consideration, anger, impatience etc. End (1419).

24 Post - 6/1/2017 Pride & Envy - (1420) The logic of envy is to feel either deserving or undeserving. Envy comes from pride. Envy because of pride, looks for every negative imbalance so that it can correct it. Deserving and not being granted what we desire is an unbalance from the point of view of pride, and being undeserving and being given something that we feel that we don t deserve is also another imbalance. Both sides of envy are an imbalance within ourselves. It is just like the two sides of pride, where we feel above others on one side and on the other side we feel below others. Instead of just feeling what we actually are and not feeling less or more. Not being envious is the same, it is to not feel deserving or undeserving, but to accept what comes to us. As according to the Divine Law we are always granted what we have the merits for and if it happens that we don't deserve something it because we don't have the merits for it, it will somehow escape our hands. End (1420).

25 Post - 6/1/2017 You are not Saying No to the Ego. You are Yes to a Higher Part of Yourself! - (1421) Sometimes Yes sometimes we have difficulty saying no to the ego. By duality, if we say no to something we are saying yes to something else. Always this is true when there is duality. When it comes to the ego that we are having trouble saying no to, think that what you are really doing is saying yes to peace, yes to freedom, yes to simplicity, yes to health, yes to more energy, yes to more light, etc. Be Concrete It Helps We really have to be concrete. The more concrete we are the more it helps us. So when you are saying yes, you have to know exactly what you are saying yes to. Every ego has a different set of things that we are saying yes to. Some egos of course overlap but others have differences. When the ego appears, say to yourself I am going to say yes to this and that and naturally that will imply doing something very different to what the ego wants. End (1421).

26 Post - 9/1/2017 Notes on the Origin of the "I" - (1422) A Difficult Theme This is certainly a very difficult theme to cover. For the main reason being that the actual events that took place and gave rise to the origin of the psychological "I" are very very, very remote. These events also, we are told, took place over hundreds of years, and so logically what we are left with now in this current time are various pieces of the puzzle, and the result of the puzzle. A detailed sequence of events is unfortunately not available because it is so remote, but what is available is a synopsis of certain very critical events and processes that took place. These pieces of the jigsaw that we do have, are enough I believe to allow us an understanding of how and why we have the pluralised "I". Thank goodness that those key pieces of the jigsaw survived the "terrible night of the centuries" as Master Samuel would say. My aim for this post is to lay down all that I have come across (in one post) in relation to the origin of the "I", in effect putting or trying to put together some of the critical pieces of the puzzle. This images reveals in symbols some of the key pieces of the jigsaw puzzle. More on that later. An Interesting Aside Just as an interesting aside, we have the result of the various events that gave rise to the "I" in our own egos, alive within our psyche here and now. By studying them deeply we can certainly get an understanding of the nature of the events that took place those several million years ago. In this post I am also going to link those events directly to the nature of our psyche. This proves that those events were real. Disclaimer Despite the reasons why we have the "I", the reality is that we have the "I" and if we want the development of the Divine inner presence dwelling within us, we have to work on dissolving it, whether it was our fault or not (yes it is said that some of the events that lead to the origin of "I" were not our fault but an error of the Gods, more about that later on). Adam and Eve in Eden. Adam and Eve are symbols for the Lemurian Humanity of those very remote and ancient times. Kundalini and the Kundabuffer 18.) Avatars over the Centuries 19.) Three Factors as the Remedy 1.) Lemuria The events that gave rise to the origin of the "I" took place exclusively in Lemuria. Which according to our Gnostic studies was the name of the continent upon which the third root race of our planet unfolded upon. Third Root Race and Third Sub-Race Master Samael specifies for us that the events which gave rise to the origin of the "I" began during the time of the third sub-race of the third root race. In other words the third of the seven sub-races that unfolded upon the continent of Lemuria. It is important to know that condition of the Lemurian humanity was special. In the beginning of Lemurian root race, humanity we are told was still experiencing the golden age. The Lemurians did not have the pluralised "I" and so they were intimately connected to their Real Beings dwelling within them. A proposed map of the continent of Mu or Lemuria. Master Samael gives account that Lemuria took up nearly the whole of the area of what today is the Pacific Ocean. Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea are certainly remnants of Lemuria. Australia is a very very ancient land. Most of its surface has been been turned into a desert because of having been under the sun for so many hundreds of centuries. The real exotic and unmistakenably different and vibrantly alive flavour of Australia is to be found in the North. Having been to Darwin, one can feel the conjunction of many alive and powerful esoteric forces. The North of Australia has a flavour so remotely different to that of Europe, America, Egypt, Asia, something so remotely ancient and unique. No doubt that is an inheritance from Lemuria.

28 Eden They were still very much in contact with Eden, which Master Samael says is a superior dimension of the planet Earth (it is actually the vital or etheric dimension of the Earth). A dimension beyond the physical and a dimension that we could call a heaven or paradise. In such a dimension peace and harmony reigned as did immortality. Sickness, death, war, conflict, borders, personal property etc. were totally foreign and unknown. The Lemurians lived in a paradisiacal state with of course a state of consciousness to and level of Being to match. Unity reigned amongst the Lemurians until the separation of the sexes. It is also good to know that the Lemurians Master Samael said were 5 to 6 metres in height. Foolasnitamnian and Itoklanos Principles To conclude this point, what is very important, is that the Lemurians before the fall lived under a principle called the Foolasnitamnian principle. Where they were given the necessary time to fabricate the superior existential bodies of the Being (solar bodies) which at that time was all that was needed to become self-realised (they had no ego so they didn't have to dissolve it). So the Lemurians (not sure if it was all of them) were working towards self-realiszaion according to this principle and once they had self-realisation they had the freedom to be less bound to the planet Earth. It was only after the Fall that they fell under the Itoklanos principle were by they served nature as do the animals and plants. Their life span was shortened and they were then subject to a limited number of lives to attain the self-realisation. If they did;t reach see-relasisation they were sent into eh prices of involution that previously before the fall did not exist. The lemurians were a mixture of those who had self-realisation and those that didn't. However, none of them had the ego and all of them were intimately connected to their Real Being, Monad or inner Divinity. 2.) Lemurian Hermaphrodites In the beginning of the Lemurian root race, the Lemurian humanity were actually a race of hermaphrodites. Meaning that they had in their body both sexes. They had both the feminine and male sexual organ present in their body. Sexually speaking they were complete and if wanted to reproduce they used their imagination and will and an egg Master Samael says was produced which later gave rise to the new Lemurian. However the hermaphrodictic state of the Lemurians did not last for the duration of the race. It was in the third sub-race (3 of 7) that the separation of the sexes became a consummated fact. Even today and throughout history of this race, people have been born as hermaphrodites. Not very frequently but there have been cases. In those cases the male and sexual organs are typically aligned vertically, with the male organ being situated above the female organ. As shown in the following drawing. Please take the following drawing scientifically and technically, and not in the wrong way. The fact that hermaphrodites have been born indicates that it was possible that hermaphroditesdid exist. 3.) Division of the Sexes Gradual Process Master Samael describes the process as it began to happen that a Lemurian hermaphrodite was born with one organ more developed than the other. This gradually over many years (Master Samuel says that it was thousands of years to almost one million years) became more pronounced until over

29 centuries Master Samael explains it happened that the Lemurians were born with one sexual organ fully developed and the other organ missing from the Lemurian's constitution. Master Samael Explains Why Master Samael also explained that this was no random occurrence, there was a definite reason behind. He explained that the time came for the two principles to take individual expressions. Here are some very precise excerpts taken from the transcriptions of some formal and informal talks that Master Samael gave. Excerpt 1 "Disciple: What was the origin of the division of the sexes? Master: The division of the sexes had to be realised owing to the divine entities, the Beings, needing to have separate masculine and feminine vehicle for their own individual development and experience. This is the cause..." Another Similar Explanation In the video documentary titled "Sex - the Secret to Eden", produced by Glorian Publishing ( it is said that the division of the sexes occurred so that the two principles - masculine and feminine could see and know each other better. This was needed it is said so that humanity could grow spiritually. It was also remarked that the separation of the sexes is the root of all sexual yearning where both man and woman seek to reclaim their lost unity. Rise of Duality The separation of the sexes represented the definite physical presence of duality. Whenever there is duality the potential for the loss of unity arises. The potential for conflict and suffering also arises. Therefore, with the separation of sexes the potential for the fall and for suffering was sown. There is never any conflict, suffering, sadness, difficulty, imbalance when there is unity. Sexual Co-Operation As soon as the sexes were divided sexual co-operation was needed in order to create and to create anew Master Samael says. Just as an aside, one of the functions of lust is to assist in this process of sexual co-operation. This indicates the before the division of the sexes there was no lust. Lust is about sealing the pact of sexual co-operation, however the way it is done is all upside down. 4.) Process of the Materialisation of the Planet The Lemurian race was very special because of the process that occurred during its time. As we may remember from the lecture titled: Seven Rounds and Seven Races, we know that creation unfolds in a sequence of rounds, moving down from the Absolute through the various dimensions to reach the physical and then ascend through the dimensions to be reabsorbed once again into the Absolute. The whole process of creation is like a great exhalation followed by a great inhalation. During the race of Lemuria the Earth was condensing out of the fourth, etheric or vital dimension of the cosmos into the physical, the third dimension. In other words, the Earth was in the process of becoming physical, that is the process of fully developing its physical dimension. This meant to the Lemurians that they were going to gradually lose more and more contact with the fourth dimension of the Earth. That is, they were going to lose certain significant spiritual benefits that the fourth bestowed upon them, with one of them being immortality. In the fourth dimension there

30 less laws then there are in the physical world. By becoming entirely physical the Lemurians were going lose their immortality and under come the influence of more mechanical and difficult laws. The Lemuruans even though once they were entirely physical they had a life span of 1200 to 1500 years Master Samael said, they were still not immortal. There were of course those who were immortal, because they had completed the work to become immortal but the majority of the population was without self-realisation and so they did not have immortality. This was process that had to be completed and there was no escape for the Lemurians that had to cooperate with this process. This process also meant certain modifications to their consciousness, basically it would cause the consciousness to suffer some losses. 5.) Resistance to Leave the Edenic State (threat of mass suicide) Naturally there was great resistance amongst the Lemurians to leave the fourth dimension and become purely physically. They understood instinctively at this point that they were needed by nature to cooperate with this process and that they had no other choice. They also knew that what they all were cells whose function it was to absorb certain cosmic energies, transform them and transmit them to the Earth so that the Earth would receive the nourishment it needed to survive. They did not like having to lose their immortality, and their consciousness to the physical senses and the reason for all of this to happen was just to continue the life of the planet and the unfolding of creation. There was naturally a great protest moving among the Lemurians and the threat of rebellion or mass suicide loomed in the air. Something had to be done to continue with the process of creation and to quell this threat of mass suicide and rebellion. The solution was the Kundabuffer organ. Straight away we can see here that the function of the Kundabuffer organ was to make the Lemurians by force of their own inner nature to accept the physical dimension that we were increasingly being introduced to and be happy living there. I will say more about in the following sections. This function reveal quite a lot actually about the nature of the Kundabuffer organ, telling us that it much to do with physical sensations and fascination. 6.) Comet Kondoor Gurdjief mentions that due to some miscalculations of the Divinities in charge of the movements of the planets and stars and comets a very large comet called Kondoor collided with the Earth. Master Samael says that this collision occurred in Lemuria. Master Samael goes on to say that due to the collision the Earth s crust became very unstable. There were constant tremors and Earth quakes and the Earth s crust was in danger of severely cracking beyond repair. If that were to happen, certainly the survival of the Lemurian humanity was at great risk, as well as the life of the planet. A solution to this problem had to be found and Gurdjief as well as Master says that the solution to this problem came in the form of the Kundabuffer organ. They explain that the kundabuffer organ was lunar in nature meaning that it would act as an antenna of sorts receiving the lunar forces in the cosmos and from the Moon and transmit them to the earth thus stabilising the constant tremoring of the Earth s crust. The lunar force by its nature is receptive, passive and stabilising, it is very different to the agitating and dynamic solar forces. This also goes to show us how important human beings are to the planet, human beings are powerful conductors of cosmic force. It is said that the Earth s crust did stabilise thanks to the help of the lunar forces being channelled through the Kundabuffer organ of the Lemurians.

31 The lunar nature of the Kundabuufer essentially imparted to the Lemurians and to us a new second nature which was a lunar nature and the ego is certainly entirely lunar in nature. W will see this point later on. The following excerpt from Gurdjieff s Beelzebub s Tales to His Grandson describes the incident of the collision of the Earth with the planet Kondoor. "As competent Sacred Individuals later explained to us in confidence, the line of this comet's path had to cross the path of the planet Earth. And as a result of the erroneous calculations of a certain Sacred Individual who dealt with matters of world-creation and world-maintenance, these two concentrations had to pass through the point of intersection of their trajectories at the same moment. Owing to this error, the planet Earth and the comet Kondoor collided, and collided so violently that from the shock, as I have already told you, two large fragments broke off from the planet Earth and flew into space. "This shock entailed these serious consequences because this planet had arisen so recently that its atmosphere, which might have served as a 'buffer,' had not yet had time to be completely formed around it. Of course, my boy, our Endlessness was at once informed of this general cosmic misfortune. And immediately, a full commission of angels and archangels, specialists in the work of world-creation and world-maintenance, under the direction of the Great Archangel Sakaki, was dispatched from the Most Holy Sun Absolute to the solar system Ors. "The Most High Commission came to our planet Mars, since it was the nearest to the planet Earth, and from there began its investigations. "The sacred members of this High Commission promptly reassured us by saying that there was no longer any danger of catastrophe on a great cosmic scale." What is interesting in this excerpt is that it verifies the process of materialisation of the Earth. The excerpt says that 7.) Introduction of the Kundabuffer organ In the previous sections the reasons for why the Kundabuffer organ was introduced has been touched upon. In this section I am going to bring them together. Perhaps just a few of the problems that needed solving back then were the constant tremors and earth quakes produced by the collision of the comet Condor with the Earth, the threat of mass suicide due to the rising discontent produced by the common realisation that the condition of immortality that was enjoyed through constant access to the fourth dimension was going to be lost due to the condensation of the planet into the physical and the meaninglessness of life, where it was discovered with their instinctive perception of the truth that the function each human being was to receive cosmic energies, transform and transmit the transformed form result to the Earth for its nourishment. A special committee of sacred individuals sent from the Most Holy Sun Absolute landed on the Earth to study what could be done to solve these two issues. The solution was the Kundabuffer organ which was designed to divert or transmit lunar forces to the planet, so to stabilise the earth's crust. It was also designed to fascinate the Lemurians with life, making them good citizens, loving creation, being kind to one another and forgetting about the past. The following excerpt from Gurdjieff s Beelzebub s Tales to His Grandson describes how the Kundabuffer organ was given to humanity.

32 And then, in fact, with the help of the Chief-Common-Universal-Arch-Chemist-Physicist Angel Looisos, who was also among the members of this Most High Commission, they caused to grow in the three-brained beings there, in a special way, at the base of their spinal column, at the root of their tail which they also, at that time, still had, and which part of their common presences furthermore still had its normal exterior expressing the, so to say, fullness-of-its-inner-significance a something which assisted the arising of the said properties in them. And this something they then first called the organ Kundabuffer. Having made this organ grow in the presences of the three-brained beings and having seen that it would work, the Most High Commission consisting of Sacred Individuals headed by the Archangel Sakaki, reassured and with good consciences, returned to the Center, while there, on the planet Earth which has taken your fancy, the action of this astonishing and exceedingly ingenious invention began from the first day to develop, and developed, as the wise Mullah Nassr Eddin would say like a Jericho-trumpet-increscendo. Now, in order that you may have at least an approximate understanding of the results of the properties of the organ devised and actualized by the incomparable Angel Looisos blessed be his name to all eternity it is indispensable that you should know about the various manifestations of the three-brained beings of that planet, not only during the period when this organ Kundabuffer existed in their presences, but also during the later periods when, although this astonishing organ and its properties had been destroyed in them, nevertheless, owing to many causes, the consequences of its properties had begun to be crystallized in their presences. 8.) Tempting Luciferic Entities in the Atmosphere Besides the matter of the Kundabuffer organ there was also something else happening. This something else was the desire or the temptation to spill the glass of Hermes. That is to lose the sexual energy or to perform the sexual act outside of the temples. Master Samael says that in the atmosphere of those times there were several tempting Luciferic entities that gave various human beings the idea of losing the sexual energy. These Luciferic entities were obviously from a previous cosmic day because the Lemurian humanity had not developed the ego as yet. 9.) Performing the Sexual Act Outside of the Temple The following is the process that master Samael gave explaining how, when the Lemurians performed the sexual act outside of the temples the roots of the pluralised I was formed. Note, you can find this text in a post ( on this blogspot site. Step One The sexual act was a sacrament before the fall. The sexual act was performed in the temple where the angels floated in the air directing the lines of pilgrims making their way to the temples, this is the real origin of the honeymoon. Step Two When human beings began to perform the sexual act outside of the temple, the sexual libido began to increase and develop. Actually the sexual libido had its origin from those times when the sexual act was performed outside the temples. The newly arisen and increasing sexual libido affected the five centres of the human machine.

33 The sexual libido also became a vice, or actually when the human beings performed the sexual act outside of the temple they created a vice and that vice caused the libido to arise, and that libido affected the centres of the human machine. Step Three The libido affected the intellectual centre and caused the formation of morbid mental forms. The consciousness of the human being became bottled in those mental forms and this bottling of the consciousness fragmented the consciousness, and then the intellectual "I's" were born. Step Four When the libido touched the emotional centre, it altered that centre creating passions or emotional egos that were of the infrasexual and inhuman type. Step Five When the libido touched the motor centre it created a disfunction within that centre that made the motor centre to operate in a way that was out of alignment with cosmic rhythms and harmonies. 35 Post - 9/1/2017 What Does Having Justice Inside of Ourselves Mean? - (1423) A Question In an earlier post about justice, a question was asked in a comment. The question was "What does having just inside of oneself mean?". This post is an answer to that question. Justice Inside To have justice inside of oneself means to not be lacking or needing anything in general or in particular. It also means to have balance and equilibrium inside of oneself, as well as to have merit and no debt in general or in particular. An Example When we ask for example for a loan and in the past when we have been asked by someone to lend them money and we have always said no, when we had money, we don't have justice inside of ourselves in relation to that particular question of being given a loan. In this case we are really unbalanced in relation to that, we don't have any merit or capital in relation to loaning people money. There is something unfair there within us, isn't there, and it may well so be that we are given a load or getting a loan becomes a very difficult process, with many delays and obstacles. For example, if we had before given people money and we ask to borrow some money, there is justice within us to be asking for that loan, and it is just that we receive that loan. This is how justice calls forth justice and how injustice calls forth injustice. If you have helped many it is just that when in a time of need you are also helped. I hope this answers your question. 36 Post - 9/1/2017 Recognising Karmic Instruments - (1424) People can be Karmic Instruments Our own karma needs certain instruments to be processed, and so we have people as karmic instruments for that purpose. We can be at a given time or for an extended period of time a karmic instrument for a particular person or group of people, and people can be a karmic instrument for us. In either case, whether we are a karmic instrument or they are, there is beginning and an end to it all and there is a reason why they or we are karmic instruments, and there is a reason why they and we behave a certain way as karmic instruments. The reason is basically that of cancelling a debt, and cancelling in accordance with the way the debt was incurred. In this Post In this post what I wanted to address is that there is a special flavour when we are subject to a karmic instrument and also when we are a karmic instrument for somebody. Even being a karmic instrument for someone may mean that we accrue karma. The degree to which we accrue karma, all depends upon how far we take it. If we allow the cruel egos that we have to take things beyond the limits of justice then obviously we will accrue karma or fall into debt. If we stay with what is just then it makes sense that we are not going to accrue karma. In any case it is not advisable to be a karmic instrument for anybody. Sometimes we can not at all avoid it, but if we can that is the best. So this post will help, I hope, us to better be able to identify the situation when we are under karma and when we are an instrument of karma. When we are a Karmic Instrument There is certainly a very special signature feeling or observation that we can make, that tells us straight away that we are acting as a karmic instrument. I'll tell you... When it happens that we have to say 'no' to someone or stop someone or block someone or avoid someone, we can know that we are a karmic instrument when a certain very tough, 'hard as nails', almost merciless force (unusual for most of us) enters us and we feel totally dedicated to saying 'no' and we feel determined beyond our normal level of determination to say 'no' and not give an inch. We remain unmoved when the person tries to negotiate or begs for a tiny concession. This force blinds us or turns our emotions off to the difficulty that the other person is facing and we remain committed to our position of saying 'no'. This force remains in us until the situation has been solved and has settled down or actually it remains in us really until the person begins to substantially pay off that debt. When Others are a Karmic Instrument So here is the key if you want a karmic instrument off your back. Work furiously, die and pay as much of the debt back as you can. Here, all night practices and other intense sacrifices are very very useful. But first you have to know what to work on and what to pay back. When someone is a karmic instrument for us, everything with that person is difficult. Ill-will abounds, things don't go smoothly and there is a feeling of being trapped and oppressed in the air. A certain feeling of being powerless to change the situation is felt. You may want to change it but you can't.

37 Authorities When others are above us as a boss, or in some kind of charge or role of authority they can certainly be at one point a karmic instrument for us. And vice versa if we occupy a position of authority we can very easily be a karmic instrument for others. Conclusion Have you been a karmic instrument at one point or another? We all have! If you are being oppressed by a person who you suspect is a karmic instrument for you try and observe this unrelenting characteristic in the person. This unusual hardness, this very inflexible stands, this very merciless position will be apparent in the person if you observe them carefully. If you see it, you have it, they are a karmic instrument for you. Work and work to get out from under it!!! Petitions to the Divine Law can help us to know who is a karmic instrument in our life and also for who are we a karmic instrument. The most precious piece of information that the Divine Law may leak out to us is the what needs to be repaid and how it can be. Once we know we can work to gradually end their function of having to be a karmic instrument in our lives. The main thing is to defeat the law with work and merits not by fighting and protesting or crying. End (1424).

38 Post - 9/1/2017 Desire Must Be Transformed Otherwise it Explodes and Anger Comes Along for the Ride - (1425) Introduction I would,really like to draw your attention to a very interesting and useful post found in the Blog section of the website. Here is the direct link: The first line of the post says the following: Wrath, rage, anger, is an explosion of desire. Sooner or later, a lot of accumulated desire explodes, that is why we must continually be transmuting, transforming, so as to not accumulate so much desire. Watch Anger Anger of the explosive type creeps up on us, we sometimes don t know how accumulated desire we have there within us. All of a sudden after receiving a certain key impression we can explode with anger, and what s worse - an anger that is out of our control, and that is something really worth regretting. Accumulated Desire The reason why we explode says this post is that we have so much accumulated desire and that is exactly right. It may seem strange at first if our anger is related to a person not treating us well. But looking into it is very true. This is because when we are angry at a person for not treating us well, there within us is a huge desire that they treat us well. We really desire that for certain reasons. There is the answer. I am very grateful to this post.

39 Transform Desires We have to really transform our desires constantly otherwise we are going to explode. This is a law or just the way things work. Anger by nature is frustrated desire and desire does not store well it is volatile by nature and when there is too much of it explodes. When it explodes, it explodes with the purpose of being fulfilled and that desire brings anger along with it to use anger as a tool to help to get that desire to be fulfilled. Conclusion Work to transform desire and be very very watchful about the desire we are accumulating so as to not explode unaware to us. This is part of being a good and responsible psychological house keeper. End (1425).

40 Post - 9/1/2017 Some Modes of Mind - (1426) Introduction Our mind has several functions which can it seems put our mind into a kind of operating mode for a short while. Doing or Action There is a definite action or doing mode to our mind where we do things in our mind. This includes planning and scheduling etc. Sometimes we can get carried away and do too much in our mind and not bring it down into areal actions. This is also the fix it now type of mode. There is also a certain way of thinking when this mind is in this mode. It can be a little impatient and aggressive. Accumulating There is a definite accumulating mode. Where the mind just wishes to store and accumulate data, information, experiences, advice, ideas, concepts etc. Comparing There is the comparing mode which is very harmful and painful. This mode has to be kept under check and used only for making better decisions, such as when choosing between two items of the same type. Association The association mode where the mind goes off thinking by association, associating one image, concept, word, with another and so on forming a long chain filled with association links.

41 The Best One - Passive or Being This is where the mind goes quiet and allows the essence to appear so that the essence can simple be. This is the best by far because this is where we really get to know ourselves the best and we spend time with our essence and in ordering and organising our psychology more. Conclusion The main lesson is that too much of these functions is just no good. The best way is to use them until their limit and then act. The best mode of course is the being mode or passive mode that allows our consciousness to be active. End (1426).

42 Post - 10/1/2017 The Mind Organizes - (1427) An Organizer The mind is an organizer. One of its functions is to organize things. It is also a bit of a truth seeker as well. It seeks out bits and pieces of evidence to back up its points of view. However, it is certainly a good organizer. It often organizes the will or the desires that we have. It creates a plan about how a certain will or desired can be best carried out. Be Careful Though Knowing that our mind is a powerful organizer we should be careful. Because the mind will organize naturally by itself whatever we feed it. If we feed it dislike, resentment it will organize all of that disdain, dislike, rejection and resentment into hatred. If we feed the mind a lot of impressions from movies it will organize those impressions into an elaborate fantasy. If we feed the mind negativity and subjective truths, it will organize these things into mistaken negative concepts. Positive Thoughts and Clear Logic On the contrary, if we feed our mind positivity and clear true contents our mind well organize these thigs into a clear, cohesive perspective and it will pass that clear perspective down to the emotional and motor centres producing balanced and appropriate feelings and actions. 43 Post - 10/1/2017 Attention - (1428) We have to learn how place our attention. We have to learn how to graduate our attention. Give everything the adequate amount of attention. To give too much attention is wrong and to give too less is also wrong! Our consciousness works with our attention. Wherever our attention is, our consciousness will be. Watching over our attention we keep ourselves conscious. Wisely placing our attention keeps us from identifying with the many I s. In order to live our day consciously we will come to the conclusion that we have to divide our attention. Half on our interior and half on what we are doing. End (1428).

44 Post - 10/1/2017 Person, Consciousness and Ego - (1429) The right position of the consciousness in relation to the ego is that the consciousness is located between the person and the ego, with the consciousness always watching the ego. Never with our back to the ego. Just as it was shown to Chord by his master in the movie The Silent Flute. This is the responsibility of the person or rather the essence in the person, to place their consciousness between them and the ego.

45 The free essence has the consciousness to focus it on what it wishes. It can be focussed on something beneficial for the essence or not beneficial for the essence. We have to choose. The best choice is to focus it on the egos so that we can not get identified with them and we can study and learn more about the, so that we can dissolve them. End (1429).

46 Post - 11/1/2017 The Human Side Falls - (1430) The human soul or human side of the Being falls not the upper spiritual part of the Being. The Being remains in the superior worlds while the human soul falls. The soul can then blame the Being for the fall. With this difference having been created, one part fallen and the other part remaining intact in the heights, the soul can feel resentment. Within every fallen bodhisattva because of that separation of the fallen and unfallen parts there is some kind of resentment towards the Being or the unfallen parts. Often this resentment or disappointment takes the form of scepticism. End (1430).

47 Post - 11/1/2017 How the Monad Can Lose Control - (1431) There is an abyss in the tree of Life called Daath. It is essentially a large gap between two the Sephiroths of Chesed and Binah. Malcuth can assault Kether by taking control of Jesod, Hod, Netzah and Tiphereth. If this occurs Chesed and Geburah are left without power or direct support from the higher parts. This is because of the presence of Daath. The gap ocalled Daath does not allow direct connection from the First Logoic triangle to Atman or Chesed. This leaves Chesed slightly vulnerable. 48 Post - 11/1/2017 Centre of Gravity in Matter Dangerous! - (1432) When our psychology diverts all the currents and forces of the Being into matter, over time what will happen is that the physical vehicle of the Being will become heavier and heavier and the centre of gravity will be more and more anchored in matter. Such a situation logically calls upon involution as the way to solve this problem of a centre of gravity in matter. When a physical vehicle is sent to the abyss it is because the Being has lost control. End (1432).

51 Post - 12/1/2017 Anger Inherent in Many Egos - (1434) Introduction Anger certainly exists by itself as an ego in its own right. Even though it exists by itself it works always in conjunction with other egos such as pride, fear, self-love, self-compassion, lust, laziness etc. What is interesting is that within some of the egos that anger works with, there is some anger. This is because the qualities of the essence that are trapped in these egos such as pride, fear, self-love, lust etc. contain some force. Force in Pride Pride being conditioned dignity, majesty and balance of our essence, certainly there is force inherent in each of these qualities. In love there is force, the force of love is tremendous, which is what the egos of self-love and lust trap or condition. There is also force in trust, which is the quality of the essence that being conditioned becomes fear. Can be Confusing I wrote this post because sometimes it gets confusing when working on pride and anger. The protest that pride has are always very forceful and strong and so one may think that this force is coming from anger. In most cases it does and it also comes from the force that within pride. If we observe all the very pride people over the centuries such as Napoleon, Hitler, Margaret Thatcher, you will certainly see that they were forceful and had a very strong will. This is because there is force and will in pride, and of course they could have also used their amount of will and force that was not conditioned by the ego. Conclusion Basically we have to work the anger within the ego just as we work on anger itself. They both obey the same principle and can be dissolved using the same methods or antidotes. End (1434).

52 Post - 12/1/2017 Anger and Lust are Very Similar - (1435) Introduction Anger and lust are quite similar. I you know how to work on one, applying the same antidotes you can work on the other quite successfully. Anger and Lust Similarities Both are active. They seek out their goal. They both have a force behind them. They both are driven by them. They both look for what will satisfy. They both agitate and destroy peace. Both make one to lose control of the intellect. Both are more emotional, motor and instinctive centre. Both have stop, think and direct the evoked forces into our interior to find a creative solution as the solution. With anger the forces of anger must be driven into the intellect to find the solution. With lust the sexual energy is driven into the brain and the heart using the techniques of transmutation of the sexual energy. Antidotes for both are drive the evoked forces into our brain. Both have dire consequences. Both waste enormous amounts of energy. Both are irrational. Both go against love and respect more than anything else. Both are appeased with breathing. Breathing calms anger and breathing transmutes the sexual energy.

53 Conclusion The antidote to both anger and lust is stop and wait and to drive the energies into the intellect. With anger drive the force into the brain to invent the solution and with lust use the transmutation to transmute the sexual energy and move it into the brain and heart. End (1435).

54 Post - 12/1/2017 Contrast for Heaven s Sake - (1436) Come On Contrast Use it! Take the ego and the way it made you think, feel and do and contrast that with you without that ego. See the turmoil in your mind, the tumult of thoughts, the guilt, the indecision, the strong processes of the ego and the thoughts that say it is wrong but unfortunately lack force to bring the balance in against the ego. Take the Ego See the emotions see the actions see the consequences. See the bitterness, see the karma in action, see the reactions of others. See the lament, see the regret, see the promises for the future, see yourself hitting your head against the wall clamouring Why why?. Take the Essence See the peace in the mind, the focus, the calm, steady and secure emotions. The content of walking in the right direction, the trust and peace before the ones inner Being and before the Law. The absence of debts tranquil freedom, the absence of painful reminders, the absence of contradictions of having to fulfil promises made and not wanting to. No frightening warning dreams. Wake up in the morning clear of anxiety, no more pangs of pain during the day only a clearer inner vision and a step closer towards the radiations of the Divinity that dwells within. Choose Bring both of these two experience together and ask yourself deeply and honestly, demanding an honest answer from ourselves: Which one do I want?. That is one way to do contrast. One can also choose the lives of others gone wrong and perform such a contrast. End (1436).

55 Post - 12/1/2017 The Formidable Implacability of the Law - (1437) All the Force of the Cosmos! The Law is implacable it has all the force in the Cosmos! The stupid ego within us does not understand that! The blind egos that we have always think that there is a way to escape! The formidable implacability of the law shows us that there is no escape! The Law is more powerful than any one ego. Sleeping Essence Thinks Wrongly! The sleeping essence in the various egos sees the law through the wrong reference point, it uses the reference point of others. It forgets that we have a relationship with the Divine Law. It is ignorant and so it can not choose the reference point for its thinking to be our own relationship with the Law. The sleeping essence thinks that somehow the law won t fall down upon us. It will fall upon others but not us. There will be time yet, it won t happen now! It thinks that the pride in one can rebel and push the law away. This is totally the wrong way of thinking, because the Law has much more power than anyone s pride! The Law has the Absolute behind it. See if your pride can lift the Absolute. It can t even lift yourself off the floor at times. Meet the Formidable and Implacable force of the Law Sometimes it is very good that we meet the force of the Law in action, and understand deeply with our consciousness that no one but no one escapes the Law. End (1437).

56 Post - 13/1/2017 Reference Points in our Internal Chatter - (1438) Introduction There is an observation that we can make here, and it is when we are internally chattering away positively about ourselves we think or chatter away using the "third person''. We chatter away internally putting words into the mouths of others about ourselves. The egos that have a reference point in other people are self-love, self-importance, and self-consideration. There is another interesting observation, it is when we chatter internally in a negative way about ourselves we use the "first person". We chatter away saying things like I can't do this!, "I can't cope!", "I am useless!, "I am a failure!" etc. all in the first person. Obviously, the reference point for the egos of self-pity, self-compassion etc. that chatter away in this way, is our own mind. Key to Defeat these Egos The key to defeating each of these egos is to change the reference point! With self-hove, self-importance, self-consideration we need to move our reference point into ourselves. With the egos of self-compassion, self-pity, we need to move the reference point to others or to reality. This is ratified by the fact or observation that when we become identified with self- compassion we don't want to believe others (the positive things that they say about us). When we are identified with self-love we don't want to listen to ourselves to love our inner Being. We only want love from others.

57 Changing the Reference Point To change our reference point we need some identification or fusion with that reference point. To locate the reference point in our essence we need to know ourselves as essence first, to know that we are the essence. Conclusion So here is the key to defeat these egos in our internal chatter. If when we are boasting about ourselves in our internal chatter we can change the reference point to be ourselves and we will see that we don't feel like chattering about ourselves at all. When we start chattering by saying I am this and that we feel sick straight away because it is just not palatable, so stop our internal chatter. End (1438).

58 Post - 13/1/2017 About Sexual Tension - (1439) The Term There is the term sexual tension that one hears now and then in conversations. It is understood as being the state where the sexual energy has accumulated within a person to level where some sexual unrest has become prevalent.

59 An Esotericist s View It seems that people in society don t like such a state and in the same or next sentence that they speak about releasing it. The esotericist is very different, he or she looks for the state of sexual tension because it serves as a spring to jump to a new octave in something. The esotericist uses the state of sexual tension to channel the powerful sexual energies into something. When the sexual energy has accumulated to some level that is when the sexual tension within one is at a high level that is when one esoterically speaking is the most powerful. That accumulated energy can be transmuted in any esoteric activity and channelled into that activity to give it great force. We are also more alive, more energetic and our best selves when we have sexual energy accumulated. The only trick is to know how to manage that state and not get burnt or waste such a marvellous opportunity like the ordinary person does through the vice of masturbation, normal sex, infrasex etc. The Gnostic Transmutes it While Others Waste it The Gnostic in summary deals with sexual tension by transmuting it and channelling it. It is the natural signal of the body telling any Gnostic that the sexual energy needs to be transmuted. To the Gnostic this state is not a problem but one that is highly valued. To the normal person in society it is a state disliked and unintelligently dispensed with as quickly as possible. End (1439).

60 Post - 13/1/2017 Lust is Major Fantasy - (1440) Based in Fantasy Lust uses fantasy most certainly but what is more, many of lust s processes are based on fantasy. For example, when a man looks at a woman and vice versa, and it happens that the ego of lust is looking, he or she are already dreaming. How is that? I ll explain. When a man looks or vice versa, and allows their attention to be caught then what keeps the man or woman looking is the fantasy that a relationship could start or there could be possibilities etc. etc. and then the "I" of curiosity begins to work... The mind begins to then function testing the ideas present in the fantasy by making various calculations of 'liking' or 'compatibility' by projecting scenarios and evaluating the various reactions to the scenarios that appear within one s emotion centre. This is pure fantasy, because nothing is going to happen, we don't know anything about that person, we only see and bite the unfounded assumptions of the ego of lust. To project these kind of things with some one driving past you in a car, walking past the front of your house or office, shopping at the supermarket etc. is just plain dreaming, deep sleep dreaming. It is pure fantasy because nothing is going to happen between you and that person ever, and reality supports that because you never see that person again and they don't care - why should they, you are probably a weirdo to them. And say if something does happen, it will never be as per the projected scenarios. If something does happen it will be totally stressful and out of order and not conducive to anything proper. Especially if you are Gnostic and you are thinking like that, how do you know that person will like Gnosis? Probably they will not like it and then what a difficulty you would have gotten yourself into. Another big time dream right there - for heaven's sake. Imagine a person is married and looks at people of the opposite sex and thinks in the way just mentioned above, such a person is hypnotised by lust. Only hypnosis makes a person look at, desire and fantasize about what they can not have and it is exactly this mechanism that produces suffering. Dreams with People of the Opposite Sex How can we trust our dreams at night with people of the opposite sex when lust is alive and lust is the major fantasy subscriber and fantasy projector in us? I would be able to retire early if I had a dollar for every time I have heard someone talk about their dreams with someone of the opposite sex, and for it to end up in a disappointing and embarrassing flop. There are so many useless dreams of this kind, but what is worse people believe in them. If you have a dream about someone you know like an ex-partner you could be really dreaming, if you think that because of that dream you have to contact that ex-partner and especially if you know that the ex-partner has a new partner and you are married. This could be like an intellectual and emotional type of adultery. Only we really know but worth looking into just to check. I would certainly take any dream with another person of the opposite sex with a pinch of salt because the ego of lust is there projecting, which is its specialty and it is there interpreting things as well, another one of its specialties. 61 Post - 14/1/2017 Pride as the Cause of Being Vomited from the Absolute - (1441) Introduction This post presents an excerpt from a transcription of one of Master's Samael's informal talks I believe. It is very clear in explaining how pride was a major factor in the Monads being vomited from the Absolute into creation. El Quinto Evangelio page V.M Samael Aun Weor. Excerpt "We are only no more than an atom, a simple atom in the bosom of the Absolute. The day that we achieve our integration we will be a luminous atom in the sublime bosom of the Eternal Cosmic Father, but nothing more than that, an atom. It happens that when one wants to be something else than a simple atom within the bosom of that which has no name, then, immediately, one falls into the world of three laws and afterwards into the one of six laws. A posteriori in the twelve and in twenty four and if his pride is very big, he will fall into the world of ninety six and continue submerging towards the second death. The grave error of those divine atoms, we can call them Elohim, Gods or however we would like to call them, is to want to be more than a simple atom within the bosom of that which that does not have name. If one would be happy being what one is (a simple divine atom within the bosom of the Eternal Cosmic Common Father) one would convert oneself or become in fact a paramartha-sathya submerging oneself each time into deeper and deeper states within the bosom of the Eternal Cosmic Common Father; one would enjoy states of infinite and inexhaustible happiness. But this desire to be something more brings one to the manifestation. Such a progressive desire in the beginning originates the protocosmos, the world of three laws. As the desire of being somebody else or something else becomes more progressive the world of six laws comes and then twelve then twenty four and so on. In this way the Universe correctly speaking, was a result of the karma of the Gods. The karma is the result of imperfection. And it is for this imperfection that one wants to be more than what one is. If we want someday to achieve the definite liberation, if one day we want to submerge truly into the bosom of the Eternal Cosmic Common Father, as of now we should concern ourselves with the radical elimination of pride. So we should put a lot of attention to this.... The disequilibrium of the Three Gunas is provoked when these divine atoms don't want to be submerged anymore in a Pralaya. To be capable of enjoying the cosmic night without disturbance of any kind, it is needed that the Three Gunas remain in perfect repose. And the Three Gunas are in perfect repose when the ineffables (those particulars that form the army of the voice) submerge tranquilly into the bosom of the Eternal Cosmic Common Father." 63 Post - 17/1/2017 Are you Scared of Mystical Death? - (1443) At Some Level we are Not but at Others we Are! At some level we are not scared of mystical death but on another level we certainly are. When we talk to other Gnostic people about the themes of creation, the absolute, previous mahamanvantaras, future maha-pralyas etc. a certain fear can emerge in us. Especially when we contemplate the non-being type of existence in the absolute. We feel so small, like such a beginner, so insignificant, we are not special in any way, we are one of the millions of billions of divine sparks. Even the Great Work seems small, because as Master Rabalu said the real development of the Monad begins while in the Absolute. How Master Samael says even that this is the third time His Monad has been a Cosmocrator or a regent of the planet of force known in this cosmic day as Mars. Master Samael says imagine how many times the regent of the central sun Sirius has been the abyss and back up again to be where He is right now, the regent of the central sun of our galaxy. Way of the Absolute To not be to not exist is the way to enter the Absolute. It seems that that is the way of the Absolute, and of course such a thing scares us. Because we are not ready for it yet. We are still fighting with trying to not identify with pride, lust, anger, intolerance that seem powerful and justified.

64 Our Work is Gradual Our work in mystical death has as its final goal the non-being of the absolute, where we will have to die to being so that we can merge into the non-being of the Absolute, which is the total freedom from everything, especially creation. If we are not we are totally free, it is like we never existed and that is total utter freedom. Our work for now is to come to understand how the various egos that we have are wrong and that the essence is of the true way, which is in order with our Being, the Absolute and creation. Then we can die in those erred creations which are the egos we have. One Day the Non-Being Will be Embraced Gradually, gradually we will too come to the point where the non-being of the Absolute will be the right thing and we will embrace it with our everything just as we embrace the death of an ego after much suffering with it. 65 Post - 15/1/2017 What Are Our Karmic Responsibilities? (1444)- Introduction Here is a summary of the things my marvellous missionary has said about karmic responsibility and karmic reparation. Direct Harm Certainly I think that everyone who knows about karma will understand that we are responsible for the harm that we cause others and ourselves, and so it will be us that will receive the balancing effect which will be to receive what we have given out. Indirect Harm What about the circumstances that our actions unfold? Are we responsible for them as well. For example, say we unfairly berate someone that we know is very sensitive and they leave in a very fragile state and they end up having a car accident. Because of the car accident that person can take his sick to her hospital appointments and that means that the other brother has to, and the other brother only has one car and the wife of the brother ends up getting late to work and she is late for an important meeting with a new prospective client and that causes all manner of worries and difficulties for her company because the meeting did not go to well. Are we responsible for these other side effect circumstances? The answer is yes to some degree. If we are responsible, we have to pay something. We are also karmically responsible for what we say and write as well. We can t have the attitude that it all depends on how others take it. It does of course to some degree but it is important to bear in mind that we have some responsibility there as well, especially for having spoken or written something it in the first place. If we tell somebody to do something and then we forget about what we advised them or we don t want to know anything about it when they come to tell us about what they did, we are avoiding our karmic responsibilities as well.

66 Reparation We sometimes think that reparation is to receive what we have been given or to just repay the damage if there is physical damage. But it could be depending on the case much more. For example, if we crashed into someone s fence and damaged. Reparation is not just to give them the money to cover the cost of repairing it but to repair it and to repair the psychological shock or difficulty it could have caused in them as well. Plus cover any inconvenience that having a damaged fence could have caused. Sometimes people give extra money and that is getting close but perhaps it is not quite as complete. Conclusion Our karmic responsibilities are wider than we think at times and this just means that we really have to be much more careful before we speak and do things. End (1443).

67 Post - 15/1/2017 Our Being Teaches via Duality? (1445) What Quality do we Need Most? Our Being teaches us about what we need the most and how to get what we need the most using duality. If Chastity If it is chastity that we need our Being will give us lust and provoke the I s of lust within us for us to know what it is precisely that we need and precisely how we can acquire it. If Tolerance If it is tolerance that we need we will be filled and provoked all of the time by annoyance, anger and feelings of superiority and inflexibility. If Love of the Being If it is the love of the Being that we need, we will be offended and feel offended, hurt, rejected, trodden upon, abandoned, isolated, lonely etc. all of the time. Apply Duality If we just apply the exact opposite of the egos that are appearing in us and apply the opposite to the way that they work, we can get to what we are needing.

68 We must really know things about the ego very first before we apply the opposite of them. For that we need self-observation. Conclusion Sometimes the answers are right there in front of us and duality is a an extraordinary method to turn the ordinary and overlooked into knowledge, consciousness and wisdom. End (1445).

69 Post - 15/1/2017 Chastity is Self-Completeness and Self-Containment (1446) Introduction A very lustful person is one that has lost self-containment and self-completeness. How unusual you say? Yes that is right, though, a lustful person is one who is not self-complete and not self-contained in relation to his or her sexuality. A lustful person is always looking for other people and is one that gives away his or her energy. Such a person has the functioning of their sexuality totally dependent on outside factors such as other people and their fantasies that are about of course other people. Role of Sexuality The role of sexuality is that, to always seek completion or unity and once something is a unity it is selfcontained. This is because with the sexual energy we can create our own universe or rather complete the creation of our own universe, which is what we in Gnosis class as the self-realization. All that we need to complete our inner Genesis or rather the inner Genesis of our Being is our sexual energy and what is in our sexual energy. No Inner Creation or Damaged So a lustful person does not have that inner creation or has damaged it (fallen bodhisattwa) and needs a new creation or to repair that creation. A lustful person is incomplete and so the sexuality of that person works to find ways to complete itself and looks for that completeness and self-containment by seeking out partners and becoming very dependent on them sexually and emotionally. Lust Always Seeking Lust is always seeking because, no partner can complete that inner creation (a partner is needed but having a partner does not do it), so there is always a void there and it looks and looks and thinks and feels that it is achieving something worthy when one finds a new partner. That is why lust has a roving eye, even when we are partnered etc. or not partnered. Only our own our transmutation fixes this issue by completing our inner creation or repairing it. No partner does that, but paradoxically we need an Alchemical partner to do that, because two opposite poles are needed to create. We esoterically need an Alchemical partner but psychologically to have our sexual energy dependent on outside factors is something very different, and this is lust. The egos are psychological remember. Lust compensates psychologically for the lack of a complete esoteric inner creation. Conclusion So the way out here is the esoteric work which has us understand that an esoteric inner creation needs to be completed and the sexual energy does that by us directing it inwardly voluntarily. Lust does not understand this and it tries to do the same, that is trying to achieve completeness and self-containment by obtaining a reliable partner (one that it depend on sexually) or several partners where here, it relies on the fact that it can obtain one partner after another reliably. We also understand that the sexual energy used in the way lust uses it is not the right way because having a partner or a new partner or several partners one after the other does not complete oneself and having our sexuality dependent on another person psychologically makes us a total slave (we can

70 not rely on another) and so we are not psychologically and in relation to our sexuality self-contained or self-reliant. Because the sexual energy itself is self-contained and self-reliant it has all that is needed within it to create. End (1446).

71 Post - 15/1/2017 I Feel Empty I Have Nothing, I ve Got No One. Ah Shut Up! You Have Your Being! (1447) Sometimes we have to say such a thing to ourselves. What more could we possibly do or have that could be more than our Being? Our Being is our ultimate reality Master Samael says. Obviously one or another I is thinking and feeling these things. It is an I that feels empty and bored. The solution is remembering the Being and as it is an I these thoughts and feelings will go, leaving the real thoughts and feelings. Don t allow yourself to feel this way because in you if you remember it and try to connect it to it is a rich life, a purpose and a powerful accompanying force. End (1447).

72 Post - 17/1/2017 Listening is Powerful Spiritual Practice (1448) Regular and Powerful Listening is a powerful spiritual practice, that we can participate in at any moment during the day and night. Listening to others and listening to ourselves. Usually we get annoyed having to listen, because we don t have time and people beat around the bush and talk a load of non-sense sometimes. To Listen To listen activating our essence, putting behind us moment from moment the impulses of impatience, the thoughts of slight anger that make us feel that we are being unfairly delayed and inconvenienced, the pride judging, and just listen with an open mind, then an open heart will follow. Something special then happens, differences disappear and a kind of joining or going into the person occurs and then we can perceive what that person more needs, more is upset about, more is etc. If Non-Sense If they speak non-sense a look with the essence can dissipate that by making their own essence more active. To Ourselves The exact same principles apply to ourselves. If we can do the same to ourselves very interesting insights and mini-revelations result, and that is what we are talking about! To Conclude Listening is such a common thing that can be for our amazing benefit and for the benefit of others be converted into a spiritual practice, practiced many times during the day. 73 Post - 18/1/2017 Annoyance (1450) Series of Posts For today and tomorrow I am going to post a series of posts on annoyance, where I ll be defining it, presenting some observations and explaining some remedies. Impetus for Posts My impetus to write these posts is I wanted an answer to why some people can be in such a bad mood all the time and it seems that nearly everything annoys them. So the only way sometimes to get an answer is to search within. The more we understand ourselves the more we can understand others. These posts are the result of that inner investigation. 74 Post - 18/1/2017 Many Things Annoy Us Right? (1451) Many Annoyances There are many things that annoy us in life. It is very difficult to find someone in life who does not get annoyed at something or the other. What Annoys Us Round 1 We may get annoyed with the humid weather, with the flies, with mosquitos, with dogs barking at night, with the cat spewing up inside the house, with the slow computer, with the car, with the traffic lights, with the weeds in the garden, with the wind, with the heat, etc. In general, we can get annoyed with elements outside of ourselves. Round 2 We may also get annoyed when someone chews with their mouth open, chews loudly, slurps soup and hot tea, coughs, sneezes, drops things, moves or fidgets a lot, eats non-stop, watches TV a lot, is on the computer a lot, smells bad, has bad manners, talks loudly, goes to the toilet all the time, breaks wind a lot, burps a lot, with bad breath, etc. In general, we can and do get annoyed at the small details or misgivings of human nature.

75 Round 3 We may get annoyed when people stare at us, we may also get annoyed with people s facial expressions, with people pushing-in in front of us, with somebody who doesn t hear what we are saying, with somebody who doesn t understand what we are saying, with someone who does not consider us and eats all of our food, with someone who lives in a mess, has a stupid look on their face, easily gets nervous, is scared all the time, bites their finger nails, has their hands in their pockets, doesn t help, is slow thinking and moving, procrastinates, hesitates, with people who get annoyed, with people who are angry, with people who are slow to understand, etc. In general, we can get annoyed with the peculiar psychological characteristics of people.

76 Conclusion So basically we get annoyed with things outside of ourselves, with the misgivings of human nature and the psychological characteristics of people. In general, though all of these things are neutral in nature they are certainly not voluntarily directed personal attacks, however the way we react to them is if they were. Most of them are very small in nature and there are really too many. It is worth working on them to get rid of them because in nature our annoyances produce a very out of proportion reaction, because what annoys us is a so quickly over and so insignificant, that it shouldn t even be worth our attention but for some reason we give it way too much importance, which in the end only makes things worse for us. Observer that it is very difficult to get annoyed at the Being or the Masters or anything spiritual. Mainly because annoyance only lives or exists in matter. End (1451).

77 Post - 18/1/2017 And Annoyance Is? (1452) Something Psychological Annoyance is something psychological in nature, which is very good news, because this means that we can modify our states of annoyance. The key observation that tells us that annoyance is something psychological is that we for example easily get annoyed with our parents but not so easily annoyed with our work colleagues when they all do the exact same thing. A Kind of Non-Acceptance Annoyance is a rejection or non-acceptance of something. We often get annoyed with what we don t understand (fear) or don t accept (pride). For example, when someone starts coughing and doesn t stop we may get annoyed, this is because of fear, because we don t know what is going on and our state of not 'having to worry about anything' is being disturbed. Because of pride we don t accept certain things and when people want these things or do these things that we don t accept, we can t help but get annoyed. Annoyance has behind it a lot of attachment to our way of doing things and the things that we like. Hypnotic Grip within Annoyance The strange thing is that we believe that someone for example, eating quickly and loudly somehow inconveniences us or a person who talks a lot is also somehow harming us. In reality we are not harmed usually at all, but something in our mind, something of a mental pattern is challenged and we to preserve this mental pattern feel a desire within ourselves to say something or do something to the person or thing annoying us. Our anger and annoyance are more detrimental to us than the things themselves which anger or annoy us. In many ways annoyance is the force applied outwardly to preserve the superiority or even existence of our mental patterns. More to do with the Senses Annoyance in general tends to have more to do with physical sensory and intellectual issues rather than moral and deep psychological, emotional issues. Constant Annoyance Indicates a Low Level of Being People who are annoyed at everything or so easily get annoyed, always seemed to indicate to me a low level of the Being. Many annoyances are really silly and it shows that we lack a lot of control and that we are too full of ourselves, because we are far from being able to surpass ourselves on that superficial level of the senses and the intellect. End (1452).

78 Post - 19/1/2017 Annoyance is not Anger but the Start to it (1453) Not Quite Anger Just Yet Annoyance is not anger but a precursor to anger. Before anger erupts we are often irritated or annoyed. Annoyance is mostly a silent state in which anger brews in. An annoyed person can usually be spotted because annoyance can easily be seen on one s face. The words and actions of annoyance are not as dramatic or intense as anger. They are also not as definite or decisive and irrational. The main action of annoyance is to reject or to avoid or to block. Annoyance Superficial What annoys us is usually something that does not bother us too deeply. When something bothers us deeply the usual response is emotional pain and anger. Annoyance dwells on the plane of the physical senses and their connection to the intellect. It does not concern moral issues or deep psychological issues, this is left to other egos to deal with. Shares the Patterns of Anger Annoyance interesting enough follows many of the patterns of anger. There is desire behind it, there is intolerance behind it and there is impatience behind it. In general, there is the sense of inconvenience behind annoyance. There is also a mental pattern behind annoyance where we think that our pattern is superior to what is happening or to what another person is proposing.

79 A Downward Spiral It is very good that one knows about this downward spiral transformation process. So to avoid it like hell! Annoyance turns into Anger and Anger turns into Hatred and hatred turns into Violence. Sometimes the transformation into hatred and violence can be simultaneous or occur in rapid succession. 80 Post - 19/1/2017 Annoyance and Intolerance (1454) Short Tolerance Capacity Annoyance is like having a very short exposure limit to something. We can tolerate a few a few seconds of say someone chewing with their mouth open but not one whole minute. After a minute we will find ourselves in an annoyed state. Annoyance has much to do with pride and intolerance. It is usually very physical in nature and the strange thing is that when we get annoyed at others we are no better really, we do the same when the right moment comes. End (1454).

81 Post - 19/1/2017 Background Annoyance Has a Cause (1455) Sometimes There are times in our life where we become intolerable to others and ourselves because everything annoys us. There is a reason for that. It is usually because we are physically ill or something is not quite right in our life. An important relationship in our life may not be going well, our work may be stressful, our lust is out of control or our fear is out of control, we are in financial difficulty, or we are just not managing something well in our life and that mismanagement is making us to feel awful, in debt and anxious. Clean up You ll see as soon as you do away with the worry, the problem, the issue, or you feel physically better, the constant state of annoyance will disappear. Why of Background Annoyance We usually feel annoyed like this because the problems or worry is consuming a lot of our energy and attention and anything that takes our attention away from this problem or down plays or ridicules this problem causes us to get annoyed. End (1455).

82 Post - 19/1/2017 Stupid and Fat Pride Lurks Behind Cheap Annoyance (1456) Air of Superiority An air of superiority is present. The proof of this is that when we are in the same situation we do the same we slurp, burp, sneeze etc. So there is a lack of awareness here. Like a belief that it is ok for us to do it but not for others to do it. Why is that? Is there any real, valid grounds upon which we can say that it is ok for us but not ok for others? That is difficult to find right? It is only our pride that thinks that it is ok for us but not ok for others. If we go outside of our pride we will see that we are the same and there is no real reason for us to feel different. When we realise that we realise that they have an equal right to slurp, sneeze, make noises, speak loudly, sleep, eat, drink etc. then the cause for our annoyance is understood to not have any foundation and so our annoyance diminishes. How Can They Know? Another cause for annoyance is that because the other person doesn t know about what annoys us. The good question to ask is can they know and why are they really meant to know? It is as if we consider them to be inconsiderate (we are the ones who are inconsiderate), just because they don t follow protocol or manners or etiquette or that they disregard the small details of life (personality). It that case we are going to be annoyed with the people who are awaken because they are free from many of these protocols, manners and accepted ways of the personality. End (1456).

83 Post - 20/1/2017 Hang out with Dead or Dying (1457) One Good Thing One good thing that we can do for ourselves is to hang out with those who are dying or are dead. Why? This helps us a lot because through our interactions with them we can get to know how they think without the egos that we are trying to dissolve. We can also see how happy they are without the ego that we are trying to dissolve. They can also impart to us new points of view about how the ego we are trying to dissolve is inconvenient and unnecessary. Such a person does not strengthen the egos that we have but makes them weaker by giving us a concrete base upon which to deepen our comprehension and actually live out eh dissolution of the ego. By hanging out with them we can also see in real time how they deal with issues in practical life that would in us provoke the ego, but in them they solve or deal with the situation without the ego. If we Can t Hang Out If we can t hang out with anyone that is dying or dead we have to read and listen to people who are dying or who are dead or who have at least overcome a defect or bad habit or bad tendency or those who live out some virtue or quality that is the opposite of the ego we are trying to dissolve. Conclusion Doing this a big help for us in our work of mystical death and it also helps us to know or appreciate in a real and balanced way how mystical death is lived out. We can have some very strange concepts at times that are too sensational and exaggerated in nature. End (1457).

84 Post - 20/1/2017 Lust does not Allow a Person to Perceive who is Right for Him or Her (1458) When a person is very lustful, lust blocks their intuition and does not allow them to perceive instantly or close enough to it, who is right and who is wrong for them. A lustful person is very much clouded by fantasy and thinks via fantasy about whoever it sees. Of course in the fantasies of lust there is always something positive going on in relation to its interests. If we act by virtue of fantasy we are going to be disappointed always, because reality does not obey fantasy. There are those that go from one relationship to the next because of exactly this. End (1458).

85 Post - 20/1/2017 Transmutation Draws our Sexuality Closer (1459) Brings Our sexuality to Us Transmutation brings our sexuality towards us and more into us. Lust and the loss of the sexual energy do the opposite of this. Transmutation With transmutation we come to integrate with our sexuality and we come to possess it and make it ours and not dependent on others, that is we come to appreciate it, value it and give it a dignifying presence and value within us. It becomes then a power of inner creation for us. A clear direction of how to use it and what to use it for appears in us. Lust With lust exactly the opposite occurs. Lust makes one to believe that our sexuality can only be appreciated by us if another is involved, we don t use it to dignify ourselves, we don t appreciate it, we are not conscious of it, we instead cloud our vision of it with the daze of desiring pleasure, the desire to get pleasure ends up causing us to go against the sexual energy, That is why lust brings more lust and takes us further and further outside of ourselves. It takes us away from ourselves. And it is totally against self-observation, self-remembering, meditation and selfintrospection. Self-Contained Transmutation reinforces the truth that our sexuality is a self-contained system. Just like the Hermetic glass of the Alchemists. We have to align with that truth and not give to anyone in our mind. Chastity is a value that has inherent that truth that sexuality is a self-contained system. The opposite of chastity is to break that truth or principle that sexuality is a self-contained system. The truth always brings peace and the opposite of the truth brings the opposite of peace which is debt (have to repay), anxiety (unrest) and error (unbalance peace is balance).

86 A Way to Counteract Lust on the Spot A way to effectively counteract lust on the spot is to transmute for real on the spot, breathe in deeply and channel it to the brain and the heart, and understand that lust is something psychological and that by transmuting we are bringing our sexuality more into us and that integration is a tiny mini joy of completion, unity, strength (because you are uniting your forces).

87 Focus on your sexuality and sexual energy and appreciate it consciously, remind yourself of the truth that it is yours and your Being s and it is not to be appreciated through another person but directly by yourself. We can t make it dependent upon another, other s don t care about it only you can, because it is your job to. Know that if you go with lust you will lose yourself and disappointment will only result, you will lose some dignity, if you are a man you will get into trouble with the feminine force, because that is the karmic result, as you disrespected yourself using the feminine force the karmic result is that the feminine force will disrespect you. If you are a woman you will find your relationships with men troublesome for exactly the same reasons. Lust Counteracted with Action Lust was created and strengthened with action and so it must be weakened and dissolved with action. The above or something similar does exactly that. End (1459).

88 Post - 20/1/2017 Advice: Help those who want Help! Wait for those that Don t (1460) Why? Because when you help those who don t want help you are the one that ends up getting a rebound hit on the head. When someone doesn t want help they will reject it and somehow circumstances work out so that we end up worse off and it usually isn t so good for them either. Seems Cruel But in the End it is Not It seems cruel to not try but after we have gotten hit or received the rough end of the stick we see that it would have been kinder just to have not helped and said well if you need anything I am here.. It is silly to help someone who doesn t want to be helped. We have to use our perception and read the person when we ask them about whether they want help or not. Use your psychological knowledge and skills and the intuition that we have and follow it. End (1460).

89 Post - 23/1/2017 Ray of Art (1461) Introduction We make certain mistakes along the way in many things and some of the mistakes that we can make is to harbour wrong attitudes and incorrect understanding. One of those wrong attitudes that I had was to do with the ray of art. I thought that essentially it was something useless and weak. Thinking about it, such an attitude is against the Absolute, because it is after all an expression of the Absolute and it is something that emanates from the Absolute. The Absolute has a reason as to why there is a ray of art, and certainly there are big reasons as to why there is a ray of art. We will see some of these reasons later on in this post. Just something to take into account, when we think that the ray of art or anything that actually exists in creation is not needed (mosquitoes or flies, even a certain person), we are really believing in some way that we are wiser than the Absolute and that can't be. Ray of Art and its Function The ray of art encompasses many art forms such as painting, music, poetry, dance, orating, drama, theatre, writing, teaching, sculpture etc. Two Types of Art There are actually two types of art: subjective and objective art. Subjective art is difficult to understand at times and the meaning of the art piece tends to remain with the artist who created it. Objective art is very different, it is the art that has been created by the consciousness and speaks to the consciousness of all who come into contact with it. In summary we can say here, that there can be expressions of art that come from the personality, the ego and the essence. Art is an open medium that can be used by any element within the human being to express or manifest its ideas, desires, concepts, revelations or truths etc. It can be used to express the desires of the ego, the values of the personality and or the wisdom, truths, teachings, inspiration etc. of the essence within us. The creator of objective art is essentially the consciousness combined with the force and intelligence of the sexual energy. It is worth while understanding that art is a medium or a conduit though which truths can be conveyed but it is not the divine truth that is being conveyed. Important Function The ray of art is actually needed and is actually very important. This is because it reveals to people various cosmic truths. Art is used to convey the teachings of the Absolute, the Being and the consciousness. It can convey though various means cosmic truths and portrayals of the Divine nature, so that the essence can receive a glimpse of what the Divine is like and what the Divine attributes are about (how they function) and what they are like. We may even say that Master Samael's books are an expression of the ray of art within Master Samael. Remembering that the Being even though it may belong to a particular cosmic ray it also has all the

90 other rays within it. We would be severely disadvantaged if we did not have any of Master's Samael's books or if he did not give talks and lectures. Art finds its use to us on the emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. It may be of little use to us physically becasue it does not heal our physical body or create new devices and machines that make our life easier but it certainly can benefit our psychological and spiritual lives. It can heal us psychologically, inspire, move, generate positive emotion, teach, give hope and nourish the soul. It is an important source of impressions and as you may know the most important food for the human being from the Gnostic perspective are impressions. Aren't our homes and Gnostic centres filled with art? Don't those impressions somehow benefit us. Imagine what we would feel if those pictures, images, statues were not present. We would feel some sort of a lacking wouldn't we? A certain dryness and hunger? Art certainly feeds our psychology and essence. That is why it is important to be intelligent with the art that we expose ourselves to. Divine images work inside of ourselves teaching us and helping us. Principles of Art In relation to the art of the Essence or the Being there are some principles that are followed, the main one being the principle of the consciousness. The art of the essence or the Being uses consciousness and it is the consciousness expressed in art that speaks to the consciousness of others. This is how art becomes objective, because the language of the consciousness is the same for all, and it is understood by all, because the consciousness is all one. Royal Art Master Samael talks about there being a Royal Art, and this art in the internal worlds is art that is alive. He says that it has life and portrays epics of history, cosmic principles, and synthesises certain teachings and knowledge about creation and the Divinity etc. in a living form. Symbols are Art The art of the essence or the Being is even expressed in our dreams, our meditations and our internal experiences. The symbols that we see are after all a kind of visual art form. There appears to be some connection between art, the consciousness and seeing. It seems that real art expresses the consciousness graphically. Temples and Art The temples and the temple of our Being are an expression of art, and if art were not to exist neither would the temples and our internal temple. Art can even be used to express the beauty that exists in the Divine. It can also be used to inspire and evoke inspiration always for the essence and for the Being. Art and Science Art and science are related, as art conceals the science of things and practical art is the way of applying the science. Many disciplines are considered art forms, such as martial arts, Alchemy, craft, persuasion, magic etc. One becomes an artist when a mastery of the practical application of the science within the discipline is achieved. For example, in martial arts when all the techniques have been mastered one becomes a martial artist. One is then eloquent in applying the techniques and knowledge of the art. Every art has

91 its techniques and knowledge therefore science. At the bottom of art there are underlying principles - science. Mastery and Art Mastery and art go hand in hand. When one masters him or herself one becomes then an artist of one's life. It is only then that one can make of their life a work of art. Before then the art work we make is not incompletely in our hands. The egos, our karma and our recurrences interfere and dictate the art work that we paint or sculpt. An artist is one who has mastery of the science within the field in which the art belongs. If we are an artist of our life we have then mastered the science of ourselves and life. There are degrees and degrees of mastery and degrees and degrees of the perfection of mastery. The ultimate artist within us is our inner Being. Art Can Speak and it Can Ask Art can speak to the consciousness and sometimes it can ask a question. Art can be a trigger or it can inspire the essence to investigate so to acquire a certain truth. Sometimes art reveals a truth in a complete way, and at times it is incomplete and invites us to inquire so to find the complete truth. This is because some truths can not be stated they can only be really known or understood by discovering them within oneself. To this end some art pieces can be a question, requiring you to find the answer. This is what lunar humanity does not like, it wants everything to be given to it and now, it likes everything the easy way. Sexual Energy and Art The sexual energy is creative and art is always created, so art is a crystallisation of the sexual energy guided by consciousness or the personality or the ego. The sexual energy and the consciousness is what give art its force. What we create is always an expression of our sexual energy. Art that is the result of the transmuted sexual energy is of more coherent, organised and inspiring quality. Objective art uses the transmuted sexual energy. The rough and unrefined sexual energy contributes to the sometimes strange forms of subjective art. The stranger the art piece the more diverted the artist's sexual energy will be. Some artists have a terrible vanity and the worst thing that you can do is say that their piece of work is despicable, useless and meaningless. This is usually because they identify with their art, they are their art work and so making such comments is actually seen as being against their person, which naturally hurts and offends them and produces very aggressive defensive reactions. Sometimes artists have a tendency to be sexually wayward, this is because such artist's have a lot of sexual energy (this is where their creativity comes from) and they do not channel it correctly or don't know how to channel it. Their vanity and their sexual energy combine in a way that does a disservice to them. Ludwig Von Beethoven It is said that Beethoven belongs to the ray of Music and is a guardian of a temple in the Causal World. Master Samuel said that Beethoven was an initiate and was a very tough one. He, Master Samael said, passed a very difficult test known as the spiritual night. This tells us that the Masters of the Ray of Art are not sissies as we could conceive them to be.

92 I have met a few modern artists (subjective) and certainly they have very robust personalities, as well as strong egos. They do not fit into the category of being pansies in life. If they were to dissolve those strong egos they would be truly strong and robust in their essence, consciousness and Being. "Make your life a perfect work of art." - V.M Samael Aun Weor. End (1461).

93 Post - 23/1/2017 The Reference Point is Loose (1462) Why? Who says we have to have a particular reference point? In reality we all have our various particular weird and wonderful reference points, but reference points none the less, and in the end they are not so different they either bring pain or they don t. Another important thing to note, and this is the idea behind this post, is that we can really chose any reference point that we like. So then, if we can choose our reference point the wisest thing to do would be to choose a reference point that does not bring us suffering and helps us to awaken. I say the above because depending on the reference point we choose; we can have heaven or hell. Make a Wise Choice The wisest thing to do is to of course choose the right reference point. The way we know we have chosen the right reference point is because the right reference point brings us freedom, balance, peace etc. If the choice of reference point brings pain, tightness, regret, lament,

94 failure, resentment we have got it wrong and the good news is we then know that the right reference point is the opposite. So then we can change it consciously and voluntarily - no problems. Hypnotic Grip The problem is that the ego makes us to think that the reference point must be in a particular spot. It does not even allow us to know that there is as reference point. Furthermore, the ego does not like and resists us changing our reference point. But we don't have to think that the reference point is fixed, it is actually loose and moveable. We can choose it and so let s choose it at will. To be more awakened is to have the capacity to choose. Don't take the past as a reference point. The moment is a better reference point. Don't have closeness, or past closeness as a reference point. Don t have control as a reference point, that is if I can control the event, something or someone is good or I love that person or thing etc. End (1462).

95 Post - 24/1/2017 One of the Cores of Annoyance is a Lack of Intellectual Flexibility (1463) Introduction One of the cores of annoyance is a lack of intellectual adaptability. Behind this lack of intellectual adaptability is an intellectual resistance or laziness. It is very similar to the situation where we are relaxing and feeling lazy and then all of a sudden we are told to get up and do something and we get annoyed, but in the intellectual sphere. Intellectual Laziness Within annoyance there is a kind of intellectual laziness that does not want to make a mental effort to understand the person or put ourselves in their shoes or to try and work out what they are really saying or to see if there is really a problem. It is like an intellectual laziness that does not want to make the effort to think outside of its rigid patterns, likes and dislikes etc. This intellectual resistance contributes to arrogance and selfishness. What a Small Thing Can Do How interesting, sometimes behind such big and ugly egos or characteristics is a small thing and in this case it is the resistance to invest intellectual energy to be more conscious and actually focus on the issue at hand or on the person and leave our comfortable intellectual patterns, likes and dislikes etc. Perhaps someone says something in a way that is different to the way we are use to hearing it. For example, someone tells us the time in 24 hour time and we like the time in the am/pm format and because we don t want to make an effort to adapt to what is being said we get annoyed. Pride is behind that resistance to invest intellectual energy to understand the new time format because we believe our way of am/pm time is better.

96 The Essence is Light and Allows Energy to Flow The consciousness is light and it does not impose any sort of resistance and so it allows us to freely and easily use our energies. The ego on the other hand is heavy, inert and blocks us from using our energies whether it be our intellectual, emotional or motor energies. End (1463).

97 Post - 24/1/2017 I Have Not Worked On Myself Today Then Demand it of Yourself! (1464) Oh no! Sometimes we say to ourselves Oh no I have not done anything today! and we feel like we have wasted the day and a kind of loss - lamenting type of feeling enters our emotional centre. Then we get side tracked again. Demand Work from Yourself The way to avoid that is to then demand work from yourself. Demand that you observe something, demand that you comprehend something new or something a little deeper and demand that you pray to the Divine Mother and ask for eth elimination of something.

98 It is just like you are at work and you look at the time and you realise that it is late in the day and you haven t done much, so what do we do? We just demand work of ourselves! If you are in Australia: you just get cracking and if you are in America: you get it done. Conclusion In conclusion, we have to be regularly demanding of ourselves. Say to yourself come on, give me work, give me death. That is real rest and peace! Why? It seems like it is hard work, it may be, it may not be, but what it is for sure is peace, because when we don t work we are uneasy, regretting, a little lost, a little empty, and longing always to the future to do work and that is not relaxing or peaceful. Is it? End (1464).

99 Post - 24/1/2017 We Need to do the Opposite of what we Commonly do with the Elements! (1465) Introduction In our physical world we have the four elements, and what is common is for us human beings to do with them is to use them to live. We live on the Earth and off the Earth, we live in the air and breathe the air, we drink water and we use fire to fulfil to help us the essential tasks and duties of our lives. It would be good if we stopped there but we go further, we pollute the elements and misuse them, sometimes against their own inherent nature. We Pollute and Misuse the Elements We pollute the waters, we pollute the air and we pollute the earth. We trap and stop the natural flow of water and we excavate on a grand scale the earth. Fire is used to do all of these things, to pollute the air and the damn the water and dig up the Earth.

100 Our Inner Elements We also have the elements within us and the ego does the same outside of ourselves as it does inside of ourselves. That is pollute and misuse, meaning that we have to purify and reassign their use. The ego pollutes our inner air with negative thoughts (especially lustful and ill-willed ones), the ego also pollutes our inner waters making them dark and heavy, the ego through inferior emotions causes our fire element to burn emitting heavy dark smoke and the ego tenses and stains our earth element with all its various strains and tension. Purify and Use Correctly The best thing that we can do by the elements is keep them clean and use them in accordance with their nature. Allow water to flow, air to expand and move, fire to energise and transform positively and earth to stay firm, stabilise and keep practical. The ego produces a lot of refuse within us and so it has to go somewhere. Just as in our physical world it goes into the elements it goes into our elements as well. That is why just before the minor initiations there is the Hall of the Fire where the elements are purified relatively in us so that our Divine Mother in the form of the Kundalini when it is time for her to awaken can be nourished by relatively purer elements. End (1465).

101 Post - 25/1/2017 Everyone Understands the Teachings in Accordance with their Level of the Being (1466) Unavoidable This is something unavoidable, whenever someone listens to someone teaching or reads something from someone, the listener or reader will process that teaching in accordance with their level of the Being. So for some it may just be meaningless because their level of Being is way too low or for others it may be spot on or for others it may very interesting and correct but not relevant to them because they have already absorbed such a teaching and understand it well. There is always that gamete of variations, where some may remain indifferent, others impacted profoundly and others in agreement. Conclusion If a teaching goes over the top of our head or just does not seem relevant or does not make sense it could be that our level of the Being is not quite up to understanding it deeply just yet. In that case we have to keep working and one day soon it will impact us profoundly. I think we experience this a lot with Master Samael s works. At one point it just flies over our head but some years later it goes in deep and causes a mini revolution. The level of being also reflects states of consciousness, so there are higher states of consciousness at higher levels of being which allow us

102 more comprehension encompassing the new and deeper comprehension of that which we already know. End (1466).

103 Post - 25/1/2017 What s Wrong with Pleasure? (1467) I ll Tell You It only becomes is wrong or generates negative consequences when it crosses over a line. Before that it is ok in the sense that it does not generate negative consequences. Eating a chocolate is a pleasure, eating another one is and another is but the fourth one makes us to feel a little queasy and if we keep going we end up feeling sick, don t sleep well and put on some weight, all negative consequences in most people s appreciation (if we are overweight already or are watching our weight but not if you are not overweight). Line Crossed As soon as the line is crossed pleasure turns to regret or pain. The trick is always to know where this line is. Sometimes we have to discern where it is and other times our own body tells us where it is. Sometimes our own psychology tells us where it is, when we begin to feel uneasy and anxious that is the line for us. Sometimes we don t know and have to be told or taught. But we have to know, to not know is to be disadvantaged, but what is worse still, is to know and not follow through, not obey that knowledge of not crossing that line that we know exists. Conclusion There is a Line Everywhere in Creation This applies to everything in creation, that is with everything that is within relativity and duality. This only does not apply within the unity or within the absolute where there is no relativity and duality. The reason why this is, is because as an inherent property of relativity and duality is that one thing is good and stays good until the reference point changes and then it goes to the other side of duality, that is it becomes bad. The reference point is the line. In conclusion, know well all the lines that there are in creation! It may take many lives to learn but that is what is essential to have a complete knowledge of creation and to know the bad in the good and the good in the bad. End (1467).

104 Post - 25/1/2017 Expand the Dimension of the Consciousness (1469) One Dimension We normally have our consciousness occupying one dimension only: ourselves. Others To be more awake we need to expand our consciousness. Starting by bringing others into our state of consciousness. This will help to add a new dimension to our consciousness. To do this though we must divide our attention. Half inside and half outside surveying the physical people and their physical actions and the other part trying to feel what they are feeling. End (1469).

105 Post - 25/1/2017 The Desire of Possessing (1468) Don t Desire The best thing to do is to not desire. It turns out that sleeping people desire things, and many things, an almost innumerable number of things. The awakened or the wise work to receive things based on the merits of their work my marvellous missionary says. Possess without Desire It is better to possess something without desire. If there is desire there are many others factors introduced into the equation, with some of them being: pain, obsession, regret, need, loss etc. Freedom To possess without desire is real freedom. Need, want and desire are three factors to consider and differentiate between. Possession through desire is slavery, and possession without desire is freedom. End (1468).

106 Post - 25/1/2017 Moments of Fragility (1470) There are those Moments of Fragility There are certain moments of fragility that now and then, we may all pass through. I say this, because I have seen it within myself and within others who have been sincerely studying Gnosis and working on themselves for a very good number of years. Such Moments Feel Like... Such moments tend to all feel very similar, in that one feels as Bilbo Baggins said to Frodo before his last farewell speech to the shire (in the book: "Fellowship of the Ring"): "I feel thin, sort of stretched, like butter scraped over too much bread." One feels tired and fragile, where our normal capacity of tolerance seems to not be there, our patience is low, and our strength and 'fight' all seem low. Or we could just feel extra weak in relation to a particular ego. We may feel overcome by anger, selflove, lust, annoyance etc. It does not always have to be that we are weak, tired and incapable. There is also a typical kind of fear or anxiety that is commonly felt as well. This anxious feeling culminates with the thought: "if we feel like this for long we may not be able to keep going and we may fail, everyone else is so strong and I am not". We will look into this thought a little later. The Truth is... The truth is though, that such moments pass and if we hold true (don't do anything crazy or out of the norm) we always end such moments feeling normal again and even renewed. These moments of course have a reason and we really do ourselves an immense favour in knowing how to deal with ourselves in such moments. These moments can be quite intense and scary, and if one lacks some experience one may get a little depressed, unnecessarily worried and perhaps do something detrimental. There are moments of fragility every day, when an ego reacts, that is a fragile moment, a moment of weakness, and we don't really get worried by this. Fragile moments, while we still have the ego alive and have a physical body and are under karma are normal and to be expected. No way should we get disappointed or depressed for having a fragile moment. Some moments are more fragile than other moments, some moments are taken within our stride and other moments may stop us in our tracks. Either way we should not at all be worried or depressed by them. Just pass through them that it is all. Then later overcome their cause. It is all how we deal with these moments that really matters. There are Causes There are causes of course behind these moments of fragility. These moments do not appear out of nowhere, even though at times it may seem that way. Some of the causes behind these moments we may know and some we may not know. Despite the cause we have to know how to get ourselves through them.

107 First Thing to Know The first and most important thing to know is that it will pass. It is a matter of just hanging in there and waiting for it to subside. Because these moments are characterised by some sort of 'being worn out', we need some kind of rejuvenation that can come from repose or going somewhere that rests, relaxes and rejuvenates us. You know this can even be a half an hour walk on the beach at sunset or a leisurely stroll through a market place or a walk through the city on a Sunday afternoon, not a week away or a weekend away camping or fishing. Don't Give Up! Keep Your Line! Just Do Less or Someone Else within Your Gnostic Line! The best thing is to not give up! No way! but just know that you are needing some rest, some regeneration and strengthening. For this you may even just chant a mantra, meditate or practice some Runes, which bring us energy, healing and positive forces from the cosmos and the superior worlds. The Rune 'Man' combined with the prayer for healing from the Solar Logos is great for this. Ask your missionary about this if you are not sure. Find the Cause It is important if you can, later on do an in-depth retrospection to find out how this moment of fragility appeared. It will be very interesting to know what brought it on. With this knowledge we can avoid future recurrences of it. For relationships this is very valuable knowledge and it is worth sharing this with your partner so that they can understand what has happened and can help you to avoid it and if it happens again they will know what is going on and they will be in a better position to understand and help. Major Lesson The major lesson is whatever you feel in the moment of fragility do not GIVE UP! Rest, rejuvenate, refresh and strengthen. Whatever the body feels it is not you. We are not what the body feels, we and you are the consciousness. The consciousness will piece our system back together and harmonise it returning our strength. Know it will pass, your strength will return! It will! DO NOT DOUBT IT for a SECOND!!! Once you are strong again get back to the work of the dissolution of the ego! End (1470).

108 Post - 25/1/2017 A Good Key to Work Annoyance is: "We are the Same" - (1471) Introduction In every annoyance we can observe that we are the same or the opposite. The element in us that does not ever want to recognise this is "arrogance". One definition of arrogance is to depreciate others when we are the same or susceptible to being the same. When we get annoyed at an old person, we forget that we will be there soon. And the harsh treatment that we give an older person will one be what we receive when we are old from a younger person. Arrogance is stupid! Burn $100 when there are people without food? A Little about Arrogance (Come On Dissolve it Yesterday!) In arrogance there is always some kind of rejection, unfortunately it is rejection that ignores our reality, and this is where we lack humility. Humility is not to be under, it is to see the truth and be balanced with the truth. Arrogance ignores reality as does false humility, just in opposite ways. One ignores and soars above reality and the other ignores and drops below reality. Price of Arrogance is Humiliation That is why as my marvellous missionary says: "the price of arrogance is humiliation". This has to be this way, because when we are arrogant we reject unjustly and we veer away from reality soaring incorrectly above reality (always of course, sometimes in the negative way if you know what I mean: like rejecting help because we want to be more of a martyr). So when we veer away from reality the

109 result is always pain and so the inherent karma in arrogance is humiliation because we humiliated when we rejected someone or somebody, we are humiliated. Want to Avoid Humiliation? If you want to avoid humiliation in your life, don't think, feel and act with arrogance. I suffer seeing people being arrogant because I know humiliation is coming to get them. No matter who we are arrogant with, humiliation does not care, it will still get us. If we are arrogant to those who care for us and love us, all the worse will be our humiliation. I say this not because of theory but because of a reality lived. Looking into Annoyance If we look into what annoys us we will find that we are the same or that we do the same. Even our act of getting annoyed speaks volumes: it actually is saying that we have something just as strong as what they have. We get annoyed because we have a habit or a way of doing something that is different to their's but just as rigid, intense, imposing, etc. etc. So we are the same, just with a different face. Annoyances and the Hidden Side of the Psychological Moon We may get annoyed with others because they exhibit the same things as we do, but we don't recognise it, and we don't accept it either. Annoyances work with the hidden side of our psychological moon, meaning that we are not aware of them, and as soon as we are, they begin to weaken. Arrogance works for the dominion of the hidden side of our psychological moon by making us think that somehow even if we do the same it is not as bad or it is somehow different. But in reality and karmically speaking it is no different! This is one of the hypnotic defences of arrogance and the hidden side of the psychological moon. Don't be fooled by your own arrogance!

110 Annoyance is Transformed into... Annoyance of course is replaced with the conscious awareness that we are the same or susceptible to the same. This, in turn brings a degree of understanding, tolerance and patience. It is also awareness of the real difficulties that people face. Less annoyance is a state that is more aware of reality, especially the reality of people. It is also more acceptance of ourselves which extends to others. End (1471).

111 Post - 25/1/2017 Life in Debt (1472) Introduction One way to not live, is to live a life in debt. Not financial debt but all the other kinds of debts. Unfortunately, the way of living with the ego is a way of living in debt. The ego creates debt after debt. The work of the dissolution of the ego is to clear debts and to dissolve the cause of the debt. Everyone s goal in life is to be debt-free, but they only consider debt as something financial. None the less it just goes to show us that it is in our nature to want to be without debt and that is the more natural thing, to be without debt. Because the Being in us originally was without debt and it wants to return to that state! The Key to clear debts is to work focusing on the side of action, actually changing in facts and act using compensation (paying off the debt to the right person) so to make concrete the changes that we are working for. If you have been breaking promises for example and have disappointed many people, use every promise as a chance to actualise the change of not breaking promises. This makes psychological death within us real. Maybe an Interior Push There maybe one day a push from within ourselves to look into this aspect of our physical, psychological and esoteric life. We have physical debts essentially with people and we have psychological and esoteric debts with people as well. We also have debts in relation to the parts of our inner Being. This push from inside has to come one day because all of our debts hinder and hold back our interior progress and more than that it holds back our inner Real Being in His work. The ego causes us to incur in many financial debts, debts of resentment, debts against eh Holy Spirit, debts against order and cleanliness, debts against the word (broken promises), debts against Love, and in general debts against the many values and qualities of our Real Being.

112 Work Only Work Work on ourselves and all kinds of other work is the one that takes us out of debt. Laziness certainly does not help. There is no other way but to work. No other way! The part of dissolving the ego is to work on also clearing these debts. When we work retrospectively on the ego we are working on the debts that we have created. Much of the work is to balance out debt. The work frees us from our debts in a life time if we allow it to. End (1472).

120 Post - 25/1/2017 Stop Fantasy and Deal a Mortal Blow to Lust (1479) Why do we Go Red, Feel Awkward or Comb our Hands through Our Hair? All Because of Fantasy! When we look at a person without any mental process going on in our mind we are seeing what is. That is neutral that is ok. We are seeing the physical body of a Monad in creation. We may perceive certain things about that person and that is ok. As soon as the mind begins to think about what has been perceived or the mind simply begins to think then there arises the trouble. If we observe what arises in our mind very carefully we will see that what appears is fantasy, or more fantasy than anything else. It is precisely fantasy that makes us to then feel awkward and blush. Because we are subconsciously embarrassed about having projected a fantasy, even if subconsciously. No Thought No Awkwardness! How can we feel awkward and blush and get nervous when we are seeing a reality, a human being, like us, no more than that a human being? Impossible! We feel awkward and embarrassed because a silly or embarrassing thought entered our mind. It may not have even been an elaborate or involved fantasy, it may even be a decent kind of a fantasy, but none the less it is something that is not real and is out of context with the physical event and we feel ashamed, embarrassed or silly about that. IT just goes to show us that our real nature is made of truth or what is real. No person is a problem, what is the problem is our fantasy. Stop the fantasy and you will see how everything changes. 121 Post - 25/1/2017 Eye for an Eye Working Principle (1480) Apply Justice to the Ego! The law of karma tends to work that way in most things: an eye for an eye, but we know there exists negotiation and pardon. This post is not about that really. It is good to say anyway that if something really big an unfair happens in your life or just something unfair happens, leave it in the hands of the Gods to amend. Don t take things into your own hands. The Principle So if the ego takes ten minutes of your life in dreaming, fantasy or fascination and identification, take those ten minutes back by working on it for 10 minutes. Tell it: Alright mate you took ten minutes from me I am going to take 10 minutes from you concentrating on that which you most detest!. If you lost energy through identification transmute or do runes to get that energy back. If it made you to be distracted, concentrate on it studying it to regain focus. If we suffered some harm then go against it and be happy, reward yourself by going to your essence. And so on Conclusion This is not a bad way to create discipline of working on the egos that we have. It is quite simple and sometimes simple things are best. A student use to always tell me: KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid). End (1480).

122 Post - 30/1/2017 Use Sexual Energy Carefully Don t Agitate it Too Much! (1481) Careful Use the sexual energy carefully not in a way that upheaves everything taking ages to settle down. The sexual energy is a lot like water and fire. It can be agitated and then once agitated it takes time for it to settle down and regain the glassy surface calm condition again. In that agitated state is where we can run into some difficulty. The egos can also take advantage of this situation! But in the calm condition there are really no problems or difficulties. It is a lot like the mind in that regard, no mind no problems. Calm sexual energy or sexual waters no problems. Use it and Leave it Turned Off The key is to use concentration, imagination and will more than any other means to transmute the sexual energy. It is good practice to agitate calmly and to the sufficient level and then the settling time is much quicker. To have dreams of rough waters is an indication that we are agitating our sexual waters too much and we need to have them in a calm and more in control state. End (1481).

123 Post - 30/1/2017 Consciousness is the Now As Well as the Past and the Future! (1482) How is that I thought it was just the now! Try it is the now because that is what is real! The consciousness magically integrates the past and the future into the now. It knows the lessons from the past and uses those to correct the present to create a different better future in the now! It also knows that the future is created now and so it acts wisely know using the wisdom gained from yesterday! See all three aspects of time integrated into one! Just Live In the Now is Not all that Awakened it is Incomplete! There are those people that don t want to look into the past or the future and just want to live in the now. They are not quite all awakened. The typical person that does that are often those hippie slackers that end up living off others. They always just went with their impulses in the moment and never looked to the future or corrected the present based on the past to prepare themselves for the future. And then they wonder why they find themselves in present difficulties. Live in the moment or not live in the moment we always sow what we reap! End (1482).

124 Post - 31/1/2017 Ego of Gambling is Ignorant of the Divine Law (1483) Ignoramus The I of gambling is one hundred percent ignorant of the Divine Law. I ll explain why in this post. Coincidently, understanding this point about gambling and the I of gambling, we can undo its logic. Undoing the logic of any ego is like delivering a bomb to its front door. Boomba!!! Logic of Gambling The logic of gambling is: You have to be in it to win it, You never know your luck, I could win it, it s my lucky day! and Just try once!. All of these statements stemming from the logic of the I of gambling can be undone by knowing about the Law of Karma. The Law of Karma says there is no luck, we have what we deserve and the law always finds a way to bring to us what we deserve good or bad. So if there is legitimately speaking, money owing to us, the Divine Law will find a way to get it to us. Nothing comes to us for free and if does, it disappears from us as quickly and as easily as it came. So in the sections below I am going to destroy the logic of gambling using what Gnosis teaches us about the Divine Law. You have to be in it to win it! Very compelling and based on this reality, you buy a lotto ticket or you enter a draw to win the prize. The I of gambling just believes and dreams. It does not know anything. It is a huge ignoramus. We are asleep when we think or believe we can win. Because the awakened one knows what is owed to him or her and knows that he or she will win or even better still will trust in the law and will just wait for the owed compensation to come to him or her.

125 Really you don t have to be in anything to receive your dharma, it will come to you by itself. Because that is the Law, the law finds a way to do it because that is justice and the Law works magically to balance things out. A lotto ticket may be an instrument of the Law but someone else can always by it for you. We win nothing because nothing is owed to us, we are the ones that owe. You never know your luck! There is no luck! Everything happens in accordance with the Law, that is in accordance with what we owe and what we are owed. That is a reality that we don t know what we owe and what we are owed. But for sure there is no luck! Once again if we are owed, it will come to us by itself. We are mostly in debt and owe the Law and so it is to dream soundly thinking that we are going to win big time. Master Samael says that if it happens that we win the lotto and receive a few million dollars it is the Divine Law paying us out for everything that is owed to us before we go to the abyss. Sometimes even there may not be anything to be paid to us before we are sent into involution. I could win it, it s my lucky day! and Just try once!. Once again there is no luck. One way to know that we can have money owing to us is if we have worked hard for a few years and have given this money to help others, then we have luck as it is known conventionally and we could win something. But you know our Inner Being may have other plans for that dharma and so we don t win anything. If you have worked hard and have spent your money on yourself there is no money to be won! To just try once is crazy, because what happens is that we end up just getting being caught trying and trying and getting lost in it all and then we are $250 shorter than when we started. Where was our luck then? This is sad case of the large majority of gamblers they usually always lose. The just try once logic is based on the dream that we think we are have money owing us or that we are lucky and all that is needed is to try once. Once again there is no luck and our dharma if our Being and the Law wish it, it will come to us by itself when needed! Conclusion If we use the teachings of the Karma and the Divine Law we can come to understand how absurd the I of gambling is. This brings us to a very interesting teaching and it is that many of the egos are based on the ignorance of Divine laws and principles. So if we understand very deeply the laws and principles related to the area in which the ego is situated in, we can largely dissolve the ego. For example, understanding very profoundly the laws and principles of the creative energy and sexuality, we when greatly weaken the I s of lust. End (1483).

126 Post - 31/1/2017 Casinos and Gambling (1484) A Work of the Abyss If you have ever been in a casino (don t go there you are not going to benefit one bit) you ll notice how unpleasant it is. The I of gambling always takes people to rotten places, either physically and internally or both. Casinos and gambling venues are the places where there is the loss of hard earned honest money. In short casinos and gambling wastes honest hard work. The I of gambling when out of control can ruin a family and a life honestly and decently earnt. The things of the abyss are always like that they ruin honest and decent things and bring a person to ruination. The consciousness does not do that, it dignifies, restores, harmonises, balances and regenerates! In fact, Master Samael says that all these gambling places are related to the 6 th sphere of the abyss because they are all a kind of fraud. Master Samael says that Sanagabril is the demon from within the abyss that controls all the currents that move through the casinos and all the gambling venues and activities on the Earth. Sanagabril is the antithesis of the generosity, altruism and balanced ruling and distribution of Jupiter. Master Samael said that he saw met with him internally and all he spoke of was money and he gave Maser Samael the numbers to win the lotto. Master Samael refused because he knew that was the way to caught by him. Atmosphere Thick with Dreams How much fascination and sleep of the consciousness there is there. How much dreaming there is in the atmosphere, the atmosphere is thickly charged with dreaming and it makes one get a little cloudy and dizzy in the head. Take Take Take! There is much desire there, the desire to take. The patrons want to take money and the casino wants to take money, no one wants to give! There is little balance there, there is no give and take for mutual benefit. It is a civilised savage environment of take take take! Internally how does everyone appear? Like savages wanting to ravish each other? A Deceiving and Insulting Luxury In the casinos there is a great deal of luxury that hides the real underlying rottenness of the place and what s more this luxury serves to insult all those who enter with hope of winning a little and end up

127 leaving having lost a lot. All those who leave a casino always smirk and curse at the luxury as they hit themselves for not having remembered the truth: the house always wins. It is luxury built off the misery of and loses of others, and of having defrauded others. It is a malign luxury that seduces, insults and deceives. It is nowhere near the luxury found in the temples which is just and serves as a reflection of the greatness of our creator and as a way to honour him. The luxury of the casinos deceives people thinking making one to think that it will be pleasant and relaxing and that it will share of its abundance with people. All that is entirely false. One leaves in misery having only experienced a head ache, stress, anxiety and disappointment amidst its clutches. Anxiety and Control How much anxiety and how many dark currents of interest and control move through such places. There is video surveillance covering every angle, serious supervisors dressed in dark suits at every corner, everything is monitored and intensely watched, protecting every cent. Downward Combinations There is drinking, sex, fleeting elation and thrills that combine with the I of gambling accelerating one into out of control degeneration. I of Gambling Deceives With gambling one seeks a thrill, entertainment, the feeling of being proud in thinking one s mental powers are so good to be able to predict the future. The I of gambling makes one to think that they can control their thrill, their elation and their winnings. However, how deceived it is, the casino is the one that knows the outcome and it is the one that is in control. You may say no! It is all random, but casinos never go out of business showing us that in the long term they always win and they know the outcome. End (1484).

The story of the Argonauts places his home on the coast of Libya and rationalized by Diodorus Siculus as "then ruler over Libya." While Neptune is popularly associated with the sea, he occultly signifies the albuminous part of the great egg of Jupiter. 132 Post - 1/2/2017 Desire Declutter (1486) Suffer, Hesitate, Vacillate, Procrastinate and are Inefficient Because we have so many desires we suffer, we are inefficient, we hesitate, we vacillate and procrastinate. Suffer Desire makes us to suffer. If we have no desires we feel free and we are free. Hesitate, Vacillate, Procrastinate and Inefficiency These four things are due to having too many desires in our system. Our mind s role is to organise desires so that they can be fulfilled. Mind the Organiser When we have two or more desires our mind naturally tries to make plans so that they can be fulfilled. This means that our mind has to do a lot of careful prioritising and deciding and in general organising. The more desires there are the more organising our mind has to do. Organising Requires Much Thinking This requires a lot of thought on our part and this thinking takes time and this makes us slow. If our mind was really excellent at organising it would quickly create a plan and we would be on our way, but what happens with us in a real world is that our mind is not that good and there are always complications. Difference Between Minds The difference between people is that some have a good mind to organise things while others don t have a good organising mind and when they have many desires they just collapse. To decide between desires takes us time and so we become hesitant, because both desires are equal in strength we then vacillate between one and another. Because we know that we have to decide between to many desires and it is going to be difficult we don t know where to start and so we procrastinate. If there was one desire or none we would not procrastinate because we would know exactly what to do.

133 This whole process of hesitating, vacillating and procrastinating makes us terribly inefficient. Conclusion Declutter desires and receive great benefits for our mind and overall wellbeing. Letting go of desires saves much mental effort, because there is not much to organise. End (1486).

134 Post - 1/2/2017 Transmutation is Communication and Healing with and of the Sexual Centre (1487) Consciously Transmute When we consciously and mindfully transmute our sexual energy we actually do something remarkable and it is to communicate and commune with our sexual centre. When we transmute mindfully we actually connect our awareness then our mind and heart to our sexual centre. Then a channel of communication is established. There we can perceive our sexual centre and perceive the way it reacts and behaves in response to our thoughts and feelings. We can also perceive how the energy being moved and transmuted. We can perceive how our sexual changes when we send positive thoughts and feelings to it. We can perceive how it is benefited with our positive intentions and conscious waves of communication. This for anyone is a like a certain joy of integration. This can be single or married and perhaps as a practice it is best done by oneself. Because then one can concentrate fully on one s sexual centre while transmuting using a mantra or prana yama etc. Converse With a channel of communication, we can then converse with our sexual centre and this is very beneficial. Our sexual centre has a marvellous intelligence and so when we converse with it silently with awareness to awareness with our benevolent exchange of emotion we bring our sexual centre into line and into co-operation with our yearnings and aspirations. With communication to our sexual centre we make our sexual centre an ally and we can heal it. It has an atomic intelligence and we can connect to it with our consciousness.

135 Heal Your Sexual Centre This Way This way is a marvellous way to heal our sexual centre. Because of wrong uses our sexual centre can need some healing. This communication heals the sexual centre. It opens many subtle channels for blockages to be channelled to the correct spots, it activates certain self-healing processes within the sexual centre and it incites the sexual centre to work correctly and correct functioning produces health and is health. Read more below about how our sexual centre can be ill-affected. Opposite There is no communication or communion when people engage in the opposite activity. People just demand from their sexual centre, they put pressure on it and they are not aware of it at all. They do not even know that they are damaging it. They strain it, they extinguish it, they cause tremendous blockages to form there amongst the sexual organs, for example in the testicles and ovaries. These tensions and blockages can be healed through transmuting mindfully and communicating consciously with our sexual centre. Conclusion Transmute (single or married) always as consciously as possible. It is a transformative, healing, integrating and consciousness generating process and experience. End (1487).

136 Post - 1/2/2017 People are so Mean to their Sexual Centre (1488) Introduction People have a really unconscious relationship to the centres of their human machine in general and especially to their sexual centre. People are usually so mean to their sexual centre. It is like they are divorced from it, yet still recognise that it is part of their constitution. There, in short is not a unitotal acceptance of and responsibility for it. If there were the sexual behaviour of the human being would very different. Obviously this lack of acceptance and responsibility rests in ignorance or in the sleeping consciousness. Accept Yes but then No! People relate to others this way. One part of them likes their spouse because they bring in the money for a comfortable and secure life, yet another part does not want them husband because they are a bit boring, a bit lazy at home and just want to stay at home all the time. The truth though is such types of relationships that are like yes and no, yes and no in equal amounts end up in a no and end badly. The exact same thing happens with our relationship with the sexual centre. When we have lust the result is that we don t really like our sexual centre and that is big time wrong! I ll explain why this is. Relationships to the Sexual Centre People are like the above example with their sexual centre. One of part of lust likes the sexual centre because of the sensations that it can produce. However, what really happens is that people abuse their sexual centre they demand of it, pressurise it, extinguish it etc. and these demands turn into violence of infra-sexuality where sexuality and violence get mixed. Then there is the other part of lust that gets bothered by the sexual centre, because it sees that something has to be done with it because the sexual energy has accumulated and it has become a bit of a bothering, distracting problem. There can be even a part of the sleeping essence inside lust that dislikes or resents the sexual centre because that sleeping essence feels that the sexual centre has it trapped into a duty of having to always

137 do something with it. This piece of sleeping essence may also know that it has become embottled because of the sexual centre. But it was not the sexual centre that gave rise to the I it was the wrong use of by the essence that gave rise to the I. So some parts of lust can hate the sexual centre and the sexual energy, that is normal. This is what we have to change or transform. Above Accept and Reject The conscious sexuality is very different, it respects profoundly the sexual centre and accepts it and is responsible for it in a very unitotal way. It integrates with it and does not see it as a problem, but rather sees it as an ally. It s intelligence controls the sexual centre for the benefit of the whole person in all three dimensions of physicality, psychology and spirituality. Two Sides of Lust Accept and Reject A part of lust apparently likes the sexual centre but really it doesn t, it abuses it, it divorces from it and only wants sensations from it to add various interpretations to it so to make us feel better or good or powerful or great or liked or loved or cared for or handsome, pretty or desirable or whatever it is we lack! Conclusion We can deal another strong blow the egos of lust, and fornication (egos that lose the sexual energy) by making our relationship with our sexual centre more conscious and lifting it out of duality, that is above the two poles of accept and reject. It is a part of us! This is to have a more conscious sexuality which is the what lust is not and this gives us solid and true grounds for repentance. Because we can repent once we see how bad our relationship has been to our own sexual centre. How we have mistreated it etc. and how this mistreatment has had an effect on our whole system End (1488).

138 Post - 1/2/2017 Probable Philosophical Cause of Cancers in the Sexual Centre (1489) Introduction This is not a scientific or technical cause and it may not even be right. It is just a reflection based on the principles present within the way the law of karma works. If it does not smack even close to being worthy of consideration, please feel free to send it into the wind from where it came. Bad Relationships with our Body No wonder why there is prostrate, testicular, ovarian and cervical cancer etc. Because of our bad relationship to our sexual centre we cause some disordered and destructive growth to form in those parts which slowly begin to take control laying down a destructive path within those parts. This can happen because our abuse and dislike or overt hatred of our sexual centre has been controlling our sexual centre for years. Karma Uses the Laws of Correspondence then Duality to Bring Balance Karma is the law of correspondence and duality in action. The law of balance works with correspondence and duality. I ll explain how! First we get what we have given, this is the law of correspondence in action. For example, if we give resentment how the hell can we expect to have love come to us (but when we are asleep we do, don t we?). Only resentment and more resentment will come to us. When we receive what we have been given then we come to realise what we have been doing and then we understand that the right way is the exact opposite way. Thus the law of duality kicks in! This is then when our karma teaches us and how or what we have to do to come back to balance and restore our health. Karma teaches us using duality and we correct via duality to restore balance.

139 The pain of cancer in our sexual centre causes us to change our relationship to our sexual centre. Why? Because in pain there is the spark of love. Pain takes us to love. This is a principle of pain. We then concentrate on healing it instead of it abusing it more and more. We come to accept and love our sexual centre. Thus balance is then restored. End (1489).

140 Post - 1/2/2017 Degrees in Death of the Egos that are Dead (1490) Introduction There are degrees and degrees of everything. Even in the death of the ego once it is dead. When Dead There Are Even Degrees When an ego is dead, true it is dead, but how dead is the question. If an ego is dead but has not been dead for very long it can resuscitate, all that is needed is to identify with certain impressions etc. Just as Master Samael said once, while he was giving a talk in Mexico and was remembering one of his past lives in Rome where he was relating how he fell and suddenly stopped and said: I am not going to go further because I can create lust.. In such cases when the ego has not been dead for very long the ego can symbolically seen to be dead in a coffin. The body of the ego is intact but dead. When an ego has been dead for a very long time, the body of the ego is seen as being in a state of decomposition. There is a difference in death between a recently dead corpse and a corpse that has been dead for a year or more. One is still intact but the other is just a mess of rotten flesh and bones. Sexual Energy The sexual energy creates the solar bodies and it also creates the bodies of the egos or metaphysical forms so that the essence can become trapped within. Conclusion I had no idea about this (and still don t from practical experience) but it makes a lot of sense. There are degrees and degrees of nearly everything. End (1490).

141 Post - 1/2/2017 About Self-Worth and the Ego of Self-Importance (1491) Introduction Self-worth actually exists. It exists in a relative form and in an absolute form. The relative form is the one that is at the core of the ego of self-importance. It is also the one that brings pain to us. The absolute form is the better one. I tis the one generated from inside and it is the one that independent of people and circumstances and does not make you suffer. Being Ignored When someone ignores you or does not pamper you, the sentimental voice of self-importance says don t you know what I am worth to you? I am this and this to you, I am important to you, how can you treat me like this?. The Self-Worth that We Have Here our self-worth or the worth that we have of ourselves waits to be validated by others. When it is validated we feel that we can then allow ourselves to feel that we are important to others and that we are valued and have a place in the lives, minds and hearts. Sounds nice doesn t it? But to have that setup inside of ourselves is pure bitterness, from my point of view it has to go!

142 When Ignored or Treat Badly Straight to the Worth that you Generate by Yourself for Yourself When you are ignored or given a low worth or are rejected or told to go away then we have to go to our worth that we generate and the worth that we generate is based on the fact that we have a Divinity dwelling within us and that we are an essence. That divinity dwelling within is the only thing that can ever complete us and it is the only thing that we really belong to. We don t belong to others and others can not complete us or give to us what we lack. Only our Being can! Please note, this true self-worth is not in relativity and duality and it does not end up making you to be better than anybody. If you feel like that you have got it wrong mate! Back to the drawing board!

143 Our Self-Worth We can have an exaggerated self-worth or under-estimated self-worth or a realistic one. The realistic one is better. In such an appraisal of ourselves we have our virtues and our faults and we have the knowledge that we have a real Being or a Divinity dwelling inside of us and that is what gives us value and that is what makes of the same value of others, not more or less. I find that this is the best self-worth to have and this self-worth must always be drawn upon in all the occasions of life. Especially when dealing with others. Honestly Being is Ignored is Not Too Bad is it? I am learning that it is not bad at all that bad to be ignored. No one reprimands you, or tells you that you are not doing very well and need to change this and that. You are left there in a quiet room with your thoughts or if you are smart, not to waste a good moment you are left alone so that you can practice, pray, look deep inside, chant a mantra, etc. The Conscious Appreciation of Self-Worth is Powerful If we really appreciate our inner Being, that respect and appreciation for our inner Being will naturally give us the force and awareness to say to hell! with some egos that will make us to suffer and make our life difficult or even degenerate us. The more we work the higher our real self-worth will go, because we see more and more of our inner Being and the more force we will have to send the heavy egos and their plans and intentions far away from us.

145 Post - 1/2/2017 What is Your Self-Worth? (1492) You Probably Don t Know We probably don t know within ourselves what our self-worth is yet. This is because we have not thought about it just yet. This is because we havn t as yet asked ourselves the question: What am I worth? and honestly searched for a deep and sincere answer just yet. When we ask and sincerely search for an answer, something new arises in us. Answering the Question: What is our self-worth? When we ask ourselves the question and search for an answer, we may find that we are worth $250,000 in new sales to the company that we work for, we may also find that we are worth all the bills paid, food on the table, household chores being done on time, support to our family when needed, a reliable tax payer, etc. But is that really our self-worth? No! That is more our external value to others and society. What is the value of yourself to yourself? That is more what self -worth is. Some people may just answer immediately: a rubbish bin or a demi-god. Both answers of course are not right. We have to go beyond these two extremes and look for the truth of the matter. We may start by becoming aware of all of our good points, virtues or values and then being aware of our lacks and defects. You may also explore your inherent value, which is you in life as a person, as a citizen, and then you in the spiritual field: you as an essence and you as a vehicle of a Divinity (a Monad). What is that value of you as an essence connected to a Divinity? It maybe be hard to know but it is very different to the value that you give yourself or makes you to give to yourself when someone rejects you or does not smile at you or treats you badly, isn t it? Our Self-Worth Holding Steadfast in the Storm Why do we give ourselves a low value when we are rejected when we already have our value or selfworth set as an essence who has a Divinity? Maybe because we havn t established our true self-worth yet.

146 If we have established clearly to ourselves what our true self-worth is it is difficult that we so easily accept from ourselves and from others a value or a worth that is different to this true self-worth that we have set up inside of ourselves. Whether ourselves (another ego) or someone else gives us a value or worth that is greater or less than what our true self-worth is! Conclusion We have to reflect on that of our self-worth and establish the correct view of it or appreciation of it. If we don t reflect on it we will continue to be a victim of our own egos of pride, self-love and of course self-importance. End (1492).

147 Post - 1/2/2017 When there is No Love Amongst Human Beings Look to the Cosmos! (1493) When When we receive a large number of negative impressions from others or just one person a strange internal state can develop. WE can feel very pessimistic and prone to error. Then To counteract this negative internal state, it is very very positive to look up and realise all the love that there is streaming in from the cosmos. See the love that there was in the Beings that created our body, to make it work so well and reliably. See the love in creating such beauty in the world. See the love in the Absolute in providing everything for us that we need to have life in abundance. See the love that there is in the sun being there non-stop providing us with life, see the love that there is in water, the love that the Absolute has for us in sending us avatar after avatar to teach us how to free ourselves from suffering and the entrapments of life, nature and creation. See that this is all for us so that we can return to the place where infinite of all we lack dwells. End (1493).

148 Post - 6/2/2017 Some Work Aids (1494) An Aid Sometimes it can be quite useful to have a procedure very present in our mind about how we can effectively deal with certain egos that pop up within us. This post is about giving you some of these short procedures summarized in the form of a more or less easy to remember acronym. Short Procedures If you have these acronyms that represent very short procedures of how to counteract the ego, very present within you especially when an ego is about to react they can be of enormous help. Effectiveness Can Depend on the Person Once again it depends on the person, such things may be useless to one person but helpful to another. Create Your Own Work Aids Even a particular acronym maybe not be helpful to a particular person, however in such a case one may take the idea and create based on their own observations and work, new acronyms that are more effective as an aid to help them to counteract the ego on the spot. What Experience has Showed Me What experience has showed me, is that if we don t have knowledge of how to counteract the ego on the spot we end up being a victim of the egos. S.W.A.T Anger S: Stop W: Wait A: and T: Think

149 This is so handy for to deal with anger. If you just stop and wait for a short while and begin to think creatively about the solution, you will see how much this helps. Only one to know and that is to give it a try. Unfortunately you have to get angry to see how effective it is. S.C.A.L Confusion, Procrastination, Hesitation, Inertia, Laziness etc. S: Stop C: Collaborate A: and L: Listen This is a verse from a song that is not very constructive for the consciousness, however it can be helpful in dealing with such internal states as confusion, procrastination, hesitation, vacillation, inertia, laziness etc. By collaborate I mean to work with the work or work with the Being in you and think based on the work or for the benefit of the Being and then go inside of yourself and listen to what you really want to do. What comes from the depths of your Being or what comes to you to do from a place that is deeper than the personality, mind and the egos. This more authentically you and is more of what you truly want to do. S.I.T Lust S: Stop I: Inhale T: Transmute This is extraordinarily helpful. We get into trouble because we just don t do anything. We have to do something and when we do we will reap the benefits of having done something. So that s the key with lust, physically transmute the sexual impulse or drive and then also psychologically transmute seeing that the sexuality is a unifying factor it connects us to ourselves and to the Being and therefore to the cosmos. It enhances us and dignifies us when we transmute. Conclusion Feel free to give these or your own work aids a shot. This is a very good way to teach beginners in the work on the ego. It presents them with a concrete method of counteracting the ego and once they have some experience they can drop the work aid. Even though a person has been studying Gnosis for a long time, there are times where one is like a beginner when it comes to working certain egos that have not been worked on before. And so having such a work aid for a while is helpful. End (1494).

150 Post - 6/2/2017 This Will be the Last Time is a Trick of the Ego (1495) Total Trick! It is a total trick. We actually when we are hypnotised by the ego we see the opposite of what is true. If the ego thinks that just do what it wants one more time and we believe that it really will be the last time oh no! It Actually is a Continuation of its Life No Where Near Anything of an Ending! Doing what the ego wants one more time just makes it stronger and it is actually just another continuation of its life. The ego says this because it knows that it will continue on with this action and no ego will ever promote its own death. It has been created to live for ever and so self-termination has not been programmed into its functioning. Conclusion Don t be tricked by this. I tis logically, fundamentally and actually in reality wrong. It has the opposite effect of the effect that it pretends to impart upon us. End (1495).

151 Post - 6/2/2017 Find an Answer as to Why You are Doing that or are Like That! (1496) Gnosis Inspires Profound Investigation Gnosis tells us to be profound. Not too be superficial and accept superficial reasons. Gnosis wants that we know things about ourself with our consciousness. When our consciousness knows something we can transform, change and be different which is more profound than to just change. If there is Something Investigate If we are a certain way or we are doing something and we want to know why we have must investigate. Search and search until we find an answer as to why we are like that. It may take days or weeks but we must arrive at that precise knowing. Otherwise any intent on changing will be eventually come undone. Don t Accept Nonsense Shut Up and Find it! Don t accept any nonsense from yourself that you can t find the answer. Shut up and find it! It is yourself and no one else can find the answer but you! Only you can master you or know you so take it up and find the answer. Focus and concentrate deeply on yourself perceiving deep from within yourself the reason as to why you are like this or are doing this or that. Darkness Yields to the Light! By Law the darkness always yields its secrets to the light. In this case the darkness is our subconsciousness or our unawareness and the light is our consciousness. As soon as the light hits the darkness all is always revealed. Darkness is always always dispelled in our bedroom for example when we turn on the light. End (1496).

152 Post - 6/2/2017 How can we be Controlled? (1497) If we have a Subconscious we can be Controlled The subconscious in us is the agent through which we can be controlled by elements within us and elements outside of us. This post is about why this is. Controlled Through the Subconscious If we can be controlled, it is our subconscious that allows it. Our own karma works through our subconscious and it in fact controls us by controlling our will through the subconscious. Our own egos control us through the subconscious or through the part of the subconscious that they have dominion over. If our egos did not have a subconscious part, they would not be able to control us. Because we don t know what is going on in our subconscious and because it is greater than our consciousness it can control us. Because we don't know what processes are going on in our subconscious we can't radically modify them, we can only observe them operating in our mind and feel their effects on our body. Because we can't radically modify it because we don't fully know what the subconscious is thinking we can't control it either. It in fact controls us. Everyone has had this experience, read on for an example. This is actually scary and this is another huge reason to awaken. Power of the Subconscious Have you ever felt anxiety or anger and you honestly didn t see a valid enough reason to be so anxious or angry and no matter what you do it just did not shift? If you have, then this shows you the power of your subconscious.

153 Hypnotised Because of Subconscious Hypnotism all the other subliminal techniques send command directly to our subconscious and from they from within our subconscious issue commands for us to obey. Because the subconscious is so powerful we just end up doing the No subconscious no possibility of being able to be hypnotised, by our own egos or by something or someone else. Can t Control an Awakened Person An awakened person can not be controlled, precisely because there is no or very little of subconscious in such a person. There in an awakened person all is seen, heard and known, there is nothing unknown to him or her about him or herself. So the subconscious is non-existent and if there is no subconscious or little subconscious the power of the subconscious is just as non-existent to very little. So nothing can control him or her without him or her knowing about it. And if you know about it you can avoid it and even ignore it and turn it off. So if you are a conspiracy theory nut then just work to transform your subconscious into consciousness through the awakening of consciousness and then you will be totally free from any conspiracy to control you. Conclusion We have to work in the awakening very hard! Even if another person has us under their thumb it is because of our subconscious. It is because of fear working through our subconscious. Basically we are controlled for as long as it takes us to awaken that area of our subconscious that is controlling us and then decide to break from it. So no one can control you in the end. It is always us that gives them the agent to do it. Love does not control and control is not love. End (1497).

154 Post - 6/2/2017 What would it be like in your case to be Awakened? (1498) A Bit Hard but Worth a Try It is pretty hard to imagine because we are not there yet and we have many wrong concepts. However, we may not be so far off. Imagine Imagine what it would be like to know all that is going on inside your will, mind and emotion. Imagine that you could not fall under the spell of our own self-deception or under the hypnotic grip of any ego. Imagine being in touch with reality inside and outside of ourselves. Imagine you know nearly everything about why you do the things that you do and don t do. Imagine you can perceive any ego trying to manifest in your human machine from the internal bodies or dimensions. Imagine that you know the priorities of your life at hand. Imagine that when you are falling asleep you can see all that is being projected by the mind and you can choose what to follow or not follow. Imagine that you can create the right internal state in the face of many of life s events. Imagine that you can transform many impressions by consciously bringing your consciousness to the forefront for it to intercept the impressions. Imagine that you can separate any negative thought and feeling from our psyche at will. Imagine that you can freely chose what to accept and not accept in your psychology. And much much more Conclusion I think that it is good from time to time to use our imagination in this way, to strengthen our sight on the goals of our own work. End (1498).

155 Post - 7/2/2017 Some Learnings About Consciousness (1499) Our Ideas: A Sun Shining Ever Brightly? We may think that when the consciousness is awakened or when we have a large amount of consciousness awakened it will constantly shine like the sun does in space. Forever resplendent. This is wrong. I am learning this not from myself but from the teachings of another. The consciousness is subject to the ebb and flow of things. There are moments when it glows with less intensity than other moments. This means that there are moments when the consciousness is more awake than in other moments. The consciousness too pulsates, as do the worlds and the galaxies. The consciousness can also get tired and needs a certain repose. Conscious Decides Always By Itself? We may think that when the consciousness awakens it works by itself all time whether we want it or like it or not. This is wrong too. The consciousness as Master Samael says is ray of light where it is up to us (the human being) to decide on what and how we focus the light. We may decide to focus it on what the ego wants or on the consciousness itself or something else, good or bad. All Immune? We may think that the consciousness is immune, that it is a blazing sun that dissolves all that falls under its rays. This is wrong too.

156 The consciousness can be worn down if not exercised often enough and not isolated enough from the darkness and from the more lunar type of impressions. Conclusion When the masters awaken consciousness this is where they have to be more careful than ever not to allow it to become bottled again or worn down or subjected too many impressions of a negative type. 157 Post - 8/2/2017 Science of the Psychological Gymnasium (1500) Introduction In this post I thought to write about the psychological gymnasium and explain a bit about the science involved in it. As it certainly seems that way, that there is a science involved in it. It may perhaps be an offshoot of the Science of Probity, which is the science of tests on the initiatic path. Definition A gymnasium is something typically referred to as a set of circumstances that provoke a person s I s. These circumstances attempt to provoke a person s egos into physical manifestation, providing the person with a tangible means to observe the provoked egos and the opportunity to evaluate one s comprehension as well as to develop further and exercise one s ability and capacity to counteract it. Some may see the psychological gymnasium as something odious, painful and difficult or some may see it as something liberating, a bearer of new life and therefore as something beautiful. It is up to us always to ponder carefully and choose wisely. Important Point All Relative Each psychological gymnasium is relative, meaning it depends on the individual. In other words, it is relative to the individual. A certain gymnasium for one is terribly difficult but for another it is a walk in the park. The main thing is that the gymnasium provokes into tangible manifestation certain egos. Gymnasiums only exist in relativity, that is in relation to something else. Gymnasiums exist in relation to being in an event, a circumstance, with a person, with people, in a country, on the Moon, in space on the space station, in a relationship, being in a certain condition such as being sick etc. We can not have a gymnasium where we are not in something. This means that fundamentally while we are in creation there can always be a gymnasium. This is something for us to accept. Creation equal the possibility and high probability of the appearance of psychological gymnasiums. Two Types There are really two types of gymnasium. There are those that come to us and then there are those that we can chose.

158 In regard to the gymnasiums that come to us there are a few more classifications. I will explain each of these different types a little later on. No matter what type of gymnasium, whether it be one that we chose to one that comes to us each gymnasium has the same purpose and the same way of ending. Purpose Of The purpose of each gymnasium is to work a certain psychological defect ( I ) or concept or attitude or habit or way of thinking etc. until the difficulty, problem, inconvenience, suffering present in those circumstances is dissolved. This may not mean the elimination of an ego, in most cases it doesn t but it can do. A Didactic, An Order These circumstances are usually set according to a certain didactic or order established by our inner Real Being and are done so in accordance with His will. There are mechanical gymnasiums like school holidays and Christmas that are naturally busy times and tend to provoke our egos more but they are not those set forth by our inner Real Being. Our Inner Lucifer or Typhon Baphomet and Divine Mother can also play major roles in setting up certain psychological gymnasiums for us. Ending Every gymnasium ends as soon as we overcome the central issue (ego or I ) that made those circumstances into a psychological gymnasium. As soon as the required level of psychological work is complete the need for those circumstances ends and new circumstances usually appear. Karma Certainly all the gymnasiums are karmic, and are they are all opportunities for us to cancel the karmic debts created by the egos central to that gymnasium. A Help Psychological gymnasiums are a help. It is very much like you are at work and the boss gives you some work to do. This work allows you to get paid, increase your skills and learning and keep your job. If your boss does not give any work to do, the opposite happens. We don t learn, our skills don t improve

159 and if we are not doing anything it won t be long before we are axed. So to be given a psychological gymnasium is to be helped and be considered worthy of work Thank God! Unfolding Where Gymnasiums usually unfold in one of our environments at a time. It is really difficult when there are gymnasiums unfolding in all of our environments. For example, at home is one environment, at work is another environment and at Gnosis is another environment. We usually have a gymnasium in one environment at a time, perhaps some have gymnasiums in two environments at the same time. If work is fine, then Gnosis is difficult, if Gnosis is fine, then home life is difficult etc. etc. It always tends to process this way. When our Being has to pay more karma or our work needs to be accelerated gymnasiums appear in more than one environment at a time. A Gymnasium and Not a Gymnasium A circumstance or event is a gymnasium when there is specifically something in us to overcome there. When we know that we have to conquer a particular virtue or behaviour or psychological understanding then that is a gymnasium. When something is just difficult and there is nothing that specific to acquire or work towards then that most likely is not a gymnasium. Remember gymnasiums have a defined purpose and reason for existing. Every Gymnasium and the Level of Being Every gymnasiums presents certain impressions to transform and every gymnasium is about certain values that need to be transformed into a state that by possessing them in their transformed state, elevates us to a new level of Being. Every gymnasium wants to elevate us to a new level of Being. There are gymnasiums that are to conquer a new level of the Being and then there are gymnasiums to consolidate that new level of Being. Gymnasiums and the Path There are tests on the path that server to show us the truth about ourselves and to formalise how our work is going and to allow us access to more advanced stages. They essentially confirm and present to a greater and wider set of witnesses that one is ready to progress. The tests may also teach and they may also allow us to pay a certain amount of karma. Gymnasiums can also do this in that they can prepare us for the tests, and they can also help us to clear karma and they can also teach us certain truths about life and the path. They can also teach us how certain principles operate in life and on the path. Gymnasiums are the circumstance from which we extract and generate our own wisdom about life and about the path and our essence and consciousness. They may also teach us what is standard for everyone to know and experience when walking the path.

160 Gymnasiums are for the Consciousness Every gymnasium is for our consciousness. It is there to help our consciousness develop. So logically if we take it with our consciousness or with the work we will send the gymnasium directly to the place where it was intended to reach and we will obviously accelerate our trajectory through the gymnasium. Types of Gymnasium That Come to Us Short Term There are those that come to our life for a short period of time only and are often not repeated. These are special circumstances in our life where something unusual happens. It could be that a parent who never gets sick, gets sick and you are the only one home to look after him or her. It could be that someone is sick at work and you have to assume his or her duties for a short time until they are better. These gymnasiums usually catch us by surprise. Long Term These are the more difficult gymnasiums. Where heavy egos are involved and much time is required for us to work those egos making those difficult circumstances for that ego to be transformed into joy. This could be in a relationship for example where a person remains angry, cold, aloof and resentful with you for a long time and you can t escape that person or circumstances with that person.
