What Does This Mean? What is going to happen this year to my Taxes, as a Taxpayer? 1. Your values will (for the most part) be going down. 2. Taxes will either: Stay the same Go up Go down 3. Which (same, up or down) will depend on Spending on Budgets not on values.

Property Taxes are not about whether millage rates: go up go down or stay the same. Property Taxes are about whether Government is spending: more money less money or the same money as last year and the inequities created by SOH
