At The Mailbox Club, our passion is to help children begin a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and grow in their daily walk with Him. Last year, over 3.2 million students were enrolled in TMC! As you know, we partner with many wonderful ministries around the world. In 1999, we began a partnership with Samaritan s Purse through their shoebox ministry called Operation Christmas Child (OCC). As a result, we experienced years of rapid growth which moved us into the global arena. We learned so much about discipling children, and gained both invaluable experience and treasured relationships. This growth peaked in 2009 when we reached over 3.24 million students, mostly children. Eventually, OCC decided to bring the follow-up program in house. It was an honor to serve the Lord with them for a season, and we take joy in knowing God used us to help them establish the OCC Discipleship Program, just as they helped us become a global ministry. Every church, ministry, and business goes through ups and downs. God used those challenges to teach us to trust Him and make major improvements in our organization. We refined our ministry methods, dramatically improved our Bible lessons and teacher training program. Old partnerships were strengthened and new ones have been established. We struggled at times to find our way, but God has been faithful and brought us to this celebration moment of reaching more than 3.2 million students! With God s blessing, along with your prayers and financial support, The Mailbox Club is on the verge of exploding! The following pages share a glimpse of what was accomplished for God s glory in 2017. Testimonies I have got Mailbox Explorers book as a real gift for me. In the beginning I neglected to read the book. I slowly kept reading the book and I found many things, which opened my eyes to see God s power in my dayto-day life. After reading the book, I found a great pleasure in it and read many times by now. This book helps me to know more about God and His purpose for my life. Testimonies In Eilabon village camp there was one Muslim child who accepted the Lord Jesus. He has a difficult family but he asked to be led to Christ and so I did and he prayed with me and when I finished he told me that he believe in the Lord Jesus who died for him. Adam, age 10, Israel We used The Mailbox Club lessons to evangelize children in a region called Sertão. We saw transformation in the lives of the children there and in the families of that community. Now they are new creatures in Christ, and a church was planted in that community. Teacher in Brazil We are so grateful for the Explorer Club 1 series of lessons we just received. Some of the members of (a ministry in Bogota) came to our camp and shared with us Bible lessons from the course A Country Called Heaven, in these lessons I learned that I m a sinner and that I need the Lord Jesus as my Savior. After living in the guerrilla camps in the jungle now I find out that God loves me and that He sent His Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for me.
