A small pick up truck struck the side of a semi trailer and ran off the left side of the roadway. The driver of the pick up truck was flown to an area trauma center by air ambulance. The white male driver was arrested for DWR, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 07/27/14 10:47 1607 STATE ROUTE 2, WEST LINE On 07-27-14 at approximately 1105 hours I responded to 1607 E State Route 2 outside of Cleveland, MO in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with a female subject, Jennifer Barker. Ms. Barker was transported by ambulance for treatment. Three was no apparent crime during this incident. 07/27/14 20:35 2501 MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 7-27-14, I arrested Rusty L. Barbarick w/m, at the Cass County Jail. He was transported from Pleasant Hill PD on Cass County Warrant 14CA-CR00691. 07/27/14 21:23 22414 HARPER RD, PECULIAR On July 27, 2014 I conducted an investigation of a check the welfare complaint at 22414 South Harper road Peculiar, Mo. Upon arrival I made contact with a female subject, identified as Dana Briggs. Ms. Briggs was located and contacted. There was no apparent crime during this incident.
