The vehicle owner Jerry D. Sallee reported the incident. 03/27/17 12:59 1307 MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On March 27th, 2017 at approximately 1301 hours I was dispatched to 1307 North Mullen Avenue outside of Raymore, Missouri in reference to a disturbance in progress. I contacted Shawn Schuyler who stated he had been threatened with a gun. Three subjects were taken into custody pending charges multiple charges. 03/27/17 13:34 2501 MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03-27-2017 at approximately 1317 hours an inmate at the Cass County Jail attempted to hurt himself. 03/27/17 17:57 2501 MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/27/2017 at approximately 1755 hours, I made contact with Brown, William Earl at the Cass County jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. At this time, I made Mr. Brown aware of his Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR01128-01 for FTA/Passing Bad Check. Bond for this warrant was set to $25,000.00 cash only and a court date of 04/10/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 03/27/17 18:43 33206 WEST OUTER RD, ARCHIE On 03/27/17 at 1907 hours I was dispatched to 33206 W. Outer Rd in reference to an abandoned vehicle. The reporting party advised there was a trailer at her residence with 4 logs secured to it. Upon inspection of the trailer no license plates or identification numbers could be located. recognition evaluation. Upon arrival I contacted a female subject and administered the evaluation. Upon completion of the evaluation I determined the suspect is under the influence of Cannabis and unable to operate a motor vehicle safely. 03/28/17 03:13 813 CEDAR ST, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday March 28, 2017 I responded to 813 Cedar Street in Pleasant Hill, Missouri to conduct a free air sniff of a 2006 Black in color Chevrolet Malibu at the request of Pleasant Hill Police Department. The free air sniff was met with negative results. 03/28/17 06:53 NB 49/MM 152, ARCHIE On Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at approximately 0703 hours, I conducted an investigation in regards to a report of a disturbance that occurred at the residence of 104 South Texas in Archie, Missouri. The disturbance was found to be between two room mates and was found to be non-criminal in nature. A male subject, identified as Joshua T. Moritz Jr., white male was taken in to custody on several active misdemeanor warrants out of Harrisonville, Missouri. Mr. Moritz was taken in to custody and transported to the Cass County jail where he was served his warrants and was given no bond per the Harrisonville warrants. 03/28/17 07:15 CRAWFORD COUNTY KS, GIRARD On 04-01-2017 at 0854 hours, I responded to the Crawford County KS Jail reference a warrant service. Brooks was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/28/17 10:02 NB 7/315TH, GARDEN CITY On Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at approximately 1002 hours I conducted a vehicle check at State Route 7 north of 315th Street in rural Garden City, Missouri on a vehicle appearing to be abandoned. A check of the computer system revealed the vehicle was not on file and the license plate was not associated to the vehicle. Jack Parris stated someone had stolen miscellaneous items from his property. A suspect has been identified. 03/31/17 13:33 1800 GORE RD, RAYMORE On Friday, March 31, 2017 at approximately 1408 hours, I responded to the residence of 1800 East Gore Road in rural Raymore, MIssouri in regards to a report of a firearm that was found. Upon recovering the firearm, I found that it was a toy BB gun. The reporting party, Edward E. Wolford, white male stated the item did not belong to him. My investigation revealed the male subject was not suicidal. 03/31/17 19:35 33709 STATE ROUTE W, ARCHIE On March 31, 2017 I was dispatched to 33709 W highway in reference to several dogs biting a male subject. Upon arrival I contacted Timothy Setzer who had been bitten by approximately six dogs. Ms. Setzer was transported by ambulance. I served Cass County Warrant for Fugitive from out of State. 04/01/17 10:11 NB 49/MM 171, RAYMORE On Saturday, April 1, 2017 at approximately 1011 hours, I conducted a pedestrian check of a male subject, Christopher L. Caven, white male who was walking north on Interstate 49 near mile marker 171.4 south of Raymore, Missouri. Upon offering Mr. Caven a courtesy ride and conducting a search of his person, Mr. Caven was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. I served Cass County warrant 17CACR00260 for Non-Support. 04/01/17 23:47 NORTH LAKE, HARRISONVILLE On April 1, 2017 at approximately 2030 horus I responded to the area of the North Lake ramp in Harrisonville, Mo. Deputies assisted Harrisonville Officers with a search of the lake. Yaira Zelaya said her boyfriend became mad and tried to prevent her from leaving his residence with her child. Both subjects agreed to separate and a report was issued.

The driver, Darren Venneman, was placed into custody for driving while revoked. Everett Dickerson said a female subject was sleeping in his pool house and she had been told on previous incidents to stay off his property. A suspect has been identified. 04/02/17 16:17 2501 MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04-02-17 at approximately 1615 hours I met with James Rogers at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to found property. Mr. Rogers told me he had found a handgun and a wallet while riding his bicycle on State Route 2 near State Route DD outside of Harisonville, MO. 04/02/17 21:45 PLEASANT HILL PD, PLEASANT HILL On Monday April 3, 2017 at approximately 0101 hours, I was dispatched to Pleasant Hill Police Department, in reference to a prisoner transfer. I took custody of a white male subject, on an active Cass County warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail, where he was turned of to jail staff to complete the booking process. 04/02/17 22:23 1203 LYNNE RD, RAYMORE On April 2, 2017 I responded to 1203 N Lynne ave in Raymore, MO in reference to a disturbance in progress with shots fired. Upon arrival I contacted Roberta Horn, who stated that she had been assaulted by a male subject. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 04/02/17 23:46 2501 MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/02/17 at approximately 2204 hour, I responded to the booking area of the Cass County Jail in regards to an inmate trying to harm himself. Upon my arrival I and other deputy were able to stop inmate Willis from harming himself further.
