And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; He descended into hell. The third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen. The Prayers of the People and Lord s Prayer Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen. The Offertory Invitation We are not our own. We belong to God. First Sunday Mission Offering Our First Sunday Mission Offering in March will benefit the Butler County Relief Initiative. BERI s mission is to compliment existing agencies in meeting the essential needs of Butler County residents whose lives have been affected by a significant emergency. BERI works with the United Way and the Center for Community Resources to address the heating and utility needs of low-income residents. Together, these agencies help clients become more selfsufficient and financially stable. For example, for every dollar contributed by BERI for utilities in 2013, clients paid approximately 40 cents against their bill. This commitment is vital to the client s long-term success. BERI is our mission recipient for March. Please designate your mission offering by writing BERI on your envelope or on your check. Thank you. Spring Cleaning Come one- come all! The Deacons will be doing a Spring Cleaning on Saturday, March 21, at 9:30 am in the Bethany Room. Bring your favorite bucket and cleaning supplies. Hope to see you there!
