Joseph Kunert would like to let you know what God is doing in his life this summer and how you can play an important role. He has joined the summer staff at Twin Lakes Bible Camp. He is excited to see God work in amazing ways in his life and in the lives of the campers. You can help Joseph in two ways. The first is to pray for God to use him for His glory and pray for the kids. The second is financially. The Camp Board will allow paid staff members to independently raise missionary support to supplement their wages. Because the Board has established a maximum pay for their staff and will exercise control over any and all gifts, your contributions are fully tax deductible. Any gifts that exceed the maximum pay will go to the general operations or as designated by the Board. Please make checks to Twin Lakes Bible Camp and be sure to not Missionary Support Joseph Kunert in the memo section. You can find out more about the Camp by visiting www.twinlakesbiblecamp.com or by following their Facebook page, Twin Lakes Bible Camp. Please see Joseph s letter on the bulletin board in the Narthex. Holly Stockdale and Destiny Saathoff are the new head coaches of the Humboldt Swim Team. This year they came up with an idea to unify the team and bring them to a more current state. To become more professional their goal is to have all swimmers eleven and older purchase a team swimsuit. Also, the lane lines are over ten years old and are breaking so it is necessary to purchase new ones. The swim team does not have the funding so a sponsorship program called Swim Boosters has been created. Swim Boosters will include companies, families, and individuals who would like to sponsor the Humboldt Swim Team. Boosters are asked to donate the amount of money that they feel is suitable. Companies, families or individuals who choose to become a booster will be advertised on a poster at their home swim meets; if they choose. Sponsorships will be renewed annually. Please see Holly and Destiny s letter on the bulletin board in the Narthex. It s getting to be that time again! Cub Week at Camp Okoboji will be July 15 21 for students that have completed grades 3 rd -6 th. Camp scholarships are available through Zion (Sunday School) and Financial Assistance through Iowa District West. Please contact Dee Stern or the church office at 332-3279 or zion@goldfieldaccess.net. If you have changed your phone number or are now using only a cell number, have a new e-mail address, or have moved and have a new physical address, please contact the church office at zion@goldfieldaccess.net or 332-3279 with your new phone number, e-mail address, and physical address. CANS for CAMP OKOBOJI Please take all empty pop cans and bottles and put them in the container located outside on the east side of the Sunday school wing of the church building. Thank you.

Kiddie Cats Daycare: (Zion was asked to publish this information on behalf of the daycare). The Kiddie Cats Daycare is looking for donors for items to be used in the daycare. Current needs are: Cribs 20 $219.90 each Evacuation Cribs 4 $319.90 each Children s tables 6 $250 each 15 $179.80 each Children s Chairs 24 $64.20 each 48 $64.20 each Cots 18 $230 each Secure High Chairs 21 $145.70 each If you are inclined, please consider donating to this project. Camp Okoboji Omelet Brunches will be served the 1 st Sunday of every month, May to November. Memorial Day to Labor Day will have various Pastors conduct services in the Christian Life Center. Camp Okoboji has never had so few applicants for summer jobs this close to the start of summer. They are in great need of additional summer staff and are reaching out to all who may be interested in or know someone that would like the opportunity to serve the Lord in this special place. Camp has rewarding opportunities for college and high school students to serve their Lord this summer. Positions are open for lifeguards, for cabin cleaning, food service, store management, and Program Staff members. First year summer staff will be paid $250 per week. Staff members who stay for the entire summer (as agreed upon in advance) are paid an additional $25 per week served at the close of the season. All applications are to be made at nloma.org. Background checks are conducted on all applicants who are considered for employment. Staff may start as early as May 21 and have the opportunity to work through August 13. This is a great summer job for college and high school students and also a great way to serve their Lord. Questions may be addressed to the Executive Director or Program Director by calling 712-337-3325. Thank you for your consideration of this important part of Camp Okoboji.
