PHASE I OUR EW PARISH HOME Thanks be to God! Our prayers were answered! We now have a permanent home to celebrate the Traditional Latin rites of the Roman Catholic Church! We moved into St. Athanasius Chapel Hall on a 0 acre tract of donated land on October 9, 06. Fr. Van Vliet and Fr. Houck reside on the property in a temporary rectory. We built as much as we could afford in Phase I. We knew we would have to expand, but our parish is growing quickly. We need to build Phase II soon! Our eeds Meeting Room & Classroom Space Limitations As a personal parish, without territorial boundaries, Regina Caeli's parishioners come from a wide area. Our facilities bustle with activity every day of the week and especially on Sundays. In St. Athanasius Chapel Hall, every single room is used for classes or schola practice between Sunday morning Masses. Every one of its meeting spaces serve multiple functions. Sunday adult meeting space is outside or in the main hallway. The priests have no private meeting space on busy Sundays. Scarce weekday meeting space makes room scheduling difficult. There is no room to accommodate our home school families. Just as our forefathers and mothers sacrificed to make our church better, we are called to do likewise for those who will follow. Crowded gathering in the hallway. Taping the ursery windows to make a classroom. Setting up a classroom in the Sacristy. Pastor's Office used as a classroom. Chairs crammed together before class starts.

L L L L L L L L L PHASE II GROWIG FOR THE FUTURE & CL CAR SECOD FLOOR The time has come to look forward to the next phase of our parish and campus growth. God calls us to care for and cultivate all that He has given us not to be complacent, but rather, to constantly strive to be better, to build on and improve what we have always trying to realize our God-given potential. We are blessed to have our own worship place in the Traditional Latin rite. A phenomenal parish wide effort raised the funds to build St. Athanasius Chapel Hall, and many hours of volunteer labor completed the infrastructure requirements. Our Plans Parish The Gatehouse Complex Offices, Rectory, & Utility Connections Approx. $. million Gate House -- Second Floor Scale: /" = '- 0" Gate House -- First Floor The Gatehouse will be a grand welcoming entrance to the Regina Caeli Parish campus as well as provide much needed room and amenities. First floor: staff offices, conference room and kitchen. Second floor: pastor offices, reception area, elevator and porch with an exterior staircase. Rectory: a three bedroom, three bathroom, two-story living area will serve as rectory. When a permanent rectory is built, this will convert to meeting rooms, classrooms and offices. Utilities: water, sewer and electric lines will be extended to the Gatehouse. When the Gatehouse is complete, the office space in St. Athanasius Chapel Hall will be converted to meeting rooms and classrooms. When the future Regina Caeli Church is built, St. Athanasius Chapel Hall will become available for large gatherings like wedding receptions and youth events.
