We are inviting you to join us every Sunday for the NEW Foundational Discipleship Course! As we know, the mission of New Birth Church is to seek and save the lost, tear down denominational and racial barriers and make disciples for the Kingdom of God. In fact, in Matthew 28:19, Jesus commanded that we go and make disciples of all nations. With that in mind, this curriculum was designed to help equip and instruct the body of Christ in building disciples. You may be wondering, what is a disciple? By definition, a disciple is a follower, one who accepts and assists in the spreading of the Good News of Jesus Christ. No matter what your title is or how long you ve been a Believer, making disciples is part of our mandate, so let s get equipped, be fruitful, and multiply disciples in the Kingdom of God! Smiles for Trella ( Cleft Palate Surgery fundraiser) We raised $8,250 or provided 33 surgeries! On-going Children s Projects (each classroom raising funds for various projects: Purchasing goats, support for orphans, purchasing blankets, purchasing sports equipment, providing comfort and care moms for and babies, educational programs and more!! Water Well Projects raised funds to help build fresh water wells in multiple villages. (Total $$ to be published soon!) ONE REFLECTION MARRIAGE MINISTRY All Married and Engaged Couples, please join us on July 22 nd, for our monthly NBO Marriage Ministry meeting on Saturday evening at 6:30pm for a time of enrichment, fun, and a great time of fellowship. The purpose of this seminar is to provide a foundation of understanding and teaching for New Citizens pertaining to our Bishop, our Church s Strategy and Structure, Church Doctrine and our Vision. In addition, this training will also prepare and develop you for service in ministry for the advancement of the Kingdom. You must complete all four lessons of the training before you are eligible to participate as a Servant Leader at New Birth.
Kingdom Kids NBO Kingdom Kids closure July 2017: A friendly reminder that NBO Kingdom Kids will be closed for the month of July. This is a time of reflection, rest, re-energizing, and preparing for a successful new year (beginning in August)!! Please look out for more communications this summer! We are looking for volunteers to serve as lead teachers, registration leaders, or floaters. You are asked to only serve a minimum of once a month.
