Good Morning and Welcome! Prayer before worship: Dear Father in heaven, though I run I cannot escape my problems. You call and I look to you, finding that you are my strength. I find rest in you. Blessings abound, in Jesus' name. Amen. This Week s Prayer List remember these in prayer: We pray for a portion of Zion s family and friends Robert Ische; Ben, Jenny, Mason, Ella, and Adeline Ische; Jim and Pam Ische; Muriel Ische; and James, Jean, Emmitt, Owen, Oliver, and Eddie Ische. We pray for those under the care of a physician, undergoing treatment and therapy; for all difficulties meeting obligations, and a strong faith for every need. Brand New Little Ladies! Congrats to the Rolf and Ghostley families, on the births of their brand new little ladies. Ryan and Jill welcomed Ruby Jane Rolf, while Kindra and Andrew welcomed Blaire Lorelle Ghostley, both arriving this past Sunday. God s Blessings to the Rolf and Boelke families on their additions! Scoops for Chance: Chance Outreach Int l is selling tickets for a hot dog and ice cream fundraiser on Father s Day. Tickets are $5 (all you can eat) and can be purchased in the narthex after church. VBS Updates: VBS is right around the corner. We will be having one of our last planning meetings on Thurs. June 14th at 6:00 PM in the meeting room. Please RSVP to Mrs. Rodman or Mrs. Morschen. If you would like to donate supplies for our upcoming week of fun, check out our list of items needed in the narthex. All of our requests are on sticky notes in the big VBS banner. Pull a sticky note or two if you would like to help out. Thanks! Thank you to Vickie, Martha, Mike, Jan and Jim, and Wally and Vivian for providing Fellowship treats, Nathan for his assistance in serving, and those that helped with set-up. A special thank you for all who joined us for a cup of coffee, treats, and fellowship. We will resume in September. Have a great summer. -The Raddes
