Amen. Nick Delamater, a Life Scout of Troop 414, will be holding a bake sale after all Masses this Sunday to raise funds for his Eagle Scout project. His project is to build cubbies for a new cabin being constructed at Camp Allen to be used for campers to store their personal items when they are at sleep-over camp. He plans to build at least 6 cubbies that will look similar to the photo. PENTECOST SUNDAY Diocese of Manchester Prayer for Vocation On the first weekend of June we will be celebrating the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ. The Eucharist is the source and summit of our Christian life, but without priests there is no Eucharist. Many of us set aside this weekend to celebrate the ordination and first Masses of our newly ordained priests, but with the absence of ordinations this year, we feel a more pressing need to pray for vocations. On Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 9 to 10 am we will be having a Holy Hour for Vocations here at St. Elizabeth Seton. Saturday, May 26th, 2018 at 10:00 am Saint Joseph's Cathedral, 145 Lowell Street, Manchester Open to the public David attends seminary at St. John's Seminary in Brighton, MA and served at St. Elizabeth Seton for his pastoral assignment during the 2017-18 academic year. He is on track to be ordained as a priest in June of 2019. Please pray for David and Adrian as they make this very important step on their journey to priesthood, and please pray for all the men who are in priestly formation for our diocese! St. Andrew Dinners for men discerning their vocation St. Andrew was the first of the Apostles to hear Jesus call to follow him. We invite men who are considering a vocation to the priesthood or who would simply like some help hearing the Lord s call for their life to an evening of prayer, conversation with the Vocations Team, and dinner. These evenings will take place on Fridays from 6-8 pm at different locations around our state and for different age groups.
