In this facilitated program we will learn how to grow from our grief, honor our loved ones and find hope in life once more. Share your grief, learn positive coping skills and how to create a new normal. 177 Project This fall, the 177 Project is bringing an evening of Eucharistic Adoration and music to every single diocese in the United States. Between Labor Day and Christmas, 22 different artists will help put on almost 200 evenings of Adoration for youth and young adults across the entire country! On Saturday, September 15, 6:45-9:00pm, they ll be hosting an evening at St. John Paul II Catholic Church (3521 Goldsmith Lane, Louisville), with two of those artists, Tom Young and Dana Catherine, and we would love for you to join us! The Sacrament of Reconciliation will also be available throughout the evening. Doors open at 6pm, Rosary at 6:45pm, Adoration & Reconciliation at 7pm, Concert at 8:15pm Tickets to the evening are completely free and you can get yours at the177project.com or www.itickets.com/ events/402230. All 50+ invited. Support Our Troops The Knights of Columbus are asking the parishioners of Immaculate Conception to help support the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. This organization supports the troops that return home with post action issues. The second collection at all Masses on September 8/9, will go to support these heroes. Music is an integral part of my life and I believe that the gift of music is divinely given. I am excited and to announce that we are starting a children s choir here at Immaculate Conception this year. Your child does not need to know how to read music or even know how to sing. The only requirement is that they have the desire to sing Gods praise!
