Our working is guided by vision and mission to safeguard the legitimate benefits of it s members i.e. Direct recruits executives of BSNL. As we know that our all the benefits are dependent on survival of BSNL and many on productivity and profitability of the company hence this association whole heartedly support/participate in the decision, implementation and execution of work in field which favors to achieve above for our beloved company. This association does not hesitate to oppose tooth and nail the policies which harm the interest of BSNL. Vision and Mission of AIGETOA: Our working is guided by Our vision: maintaining parity in social and future security with leading CPSEs of the country and achieving excellence in individual as well as company performance to remain market leader in telecom and in synch with global technology. And Our mission: to educate every member of the society about their legitimate benefits and their role & responsibilities for increasing the productivity and profitability of the company. Agenda of the AIGETOA: Prime Agenda points of the Association are as under: Implementation of 30% superannuation benefits. Finalization of standard pay scale of E2 and E3 to JTO and SDE equivalent respectively. Single executive feeder cadre and No lateral recruitment from among outside in the name of MT/DGM above JTO/JAO. At par social status and career enhancement as of leading CPSEs. Implementation of performance oriented time bound functional promotion. Uniform first time bound promotion in 4 years. One increment to all LDCE -2012 qualified SDEs. Contribution of EPF for the training period and resolution of other anomalies. Declaration of result of last LDCE for SDE (T) at the earliest and conduction of next LDCE till implementation of time bound functional promotion. Special recruitment of JTO/JAO in tenure circles to mitigate the hardship of executives of these circles. Transparent and fair transfer policy. Persuasion and Resolution of other issues as resolved in representatives meetings. Last but not least, sharing knowledge & information, providing feedbacks to decision makers at various levels, participation in development & decisions, ensuring implementation of all the revival plan for BSNL, putting all the efforts to become No-1 telecom operator and complete solution provider in the world.

Page 3 of 5 Activities during financial year 2014-15 To achieve the above agenda points association has performed following activities during the year: Association writes about 80 letters to various authorities and on various agenda points with full justification and supporting documents. Association held about 7 meetings with CMD and Director (HR) BSNL and discussed agenda issues. Association held about 20 meetings with the concern Sr. Level Management at BSNL CO and discussed agenda issues. Association submitted feedback on various policy matters like Merger of BSNL & MTNL, Staffing norms & HR plan, online exams in BSNL, creating a new tower subsidiary company by hiving off the tower business of BSNL etc. Association initiated and pursued some of the court cases e.g. DGM Recruitment case at Honorable PBCAT Delhi and Chandigarh, EPF contribution for training period at Honorable High Court of Madras, Finalization of standard pay scale case at Honorable CAT Chandigarh and MT case at Honorable CAT Chandigarh etc. Association has entered into the MoU with AIBSNLEA in the month of July-14 for joint struggle and conducted several joint meetings of representatives and also with management to achieve the resolution of agenda points. Association participated in the strike including parliament march on 25-Feb-2015 called by forum of Executives association and non-executives unions of BSNL. Association also conducted several meetings including joint meetings with AIBSNLEA at various part of the country. Achievements during financial year: Escalating and highlighting major and critical issue of Standard pay scale of E2 and E3 for JTO/JAO and SDE/AO equivalent, 30% Superannuation benefits in respect of direct recruits and implementation of CPSE cadre in BSNL and received support from all corners for resolution. Now resolutions of these three major issues are top priority of authority. Change of syllabus, Notification and Conduction of LDCE for SDE (T). JAO to AO promotion which includes direct recruits. Implementation of digital signature for EPF online services and timely implementation of EPFO decision in respect of EPS contribution on enhanced limit of Rs 15000/- Judgment in favor of EPF contribution for training period. Association meetings: 5 th and 6 th April-2014- Central Executives committee meeting at Delhi. 11 th and 12 th July-2014- Central Executives committee meeting including Circle representatives at Delhi. 22 nd and 23 rd Aug-2014- Annual General Meeting at Hyderabad, AP. 23 rd and 24 th Feb-2015- Central Executives Committee meeting including Circle Representatives at Delhi.

Page 4 of 5 Special events: On some of the occasions AIGETOA and it s branches convened the meeting with various dignitaries and raised the concern of the members: 21 st May-14 & 22 nd Sep-14: AIGETOA CHQ Meeting with Hon'ble MP Shri Jagdambika Pal Ji. 26 th Sep-14: AIGETOA CHQ Meeting with Honorable Minister for Communication & IT Sh Ravi Shankar Prasad Ji. AIGETOA is first and only association to have meeting with Honorable Minister. 27 th sep-14: AIGETOA Karnataka meeting with Hon'ble Railway Minister Shri Sadanand Gowda. 8 th June -14 AIGETOA Bihar meeting with Hon ble MOC & IT Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad Ji, at Patna. 22 nd April-2014: AIGETOA Gujrat meeting with CMD BSNL on his visit. 17 th MAY-2014: AIGETOA Rajsthan meeting with CMD BSNL on his visit. 21 ST Nov-14: AIGETOA CTD meeting with CMD BSNL on his visit. 28 th Jan-15: AIGETOA MP meeting with CMD BSNL on his visit.
