Christ Church Chronicle June, July & August 2018 A FEW THINGS ABOUT OUR SUMMER AT CHRIST CHURCH 1. At Sunday worship, we are using alternative forms of the and from Enriching Our Worship, which contains texts intended to be explorations for the development of liturgical materials reflective of the diversity of the Church. 2. Also, at Sunday worship, we will sing hymns from The Hymnal 1982 and Wonder, Love, and Praise. 3. Please attend and participate in Sunday worship throughout the summer at Christ Church. 4. Please keep current with your financial pledge to the parish, so that Christ Church remains solvent. 5. If you are away from home on a Sunday, please join a faith community in worship. Please bring the bulletins to us, for Father Henry likes to read them. Thank you. 6. Remember to pray for our parish and for all faith communities in Albert Lea and Freeborn County. May the Spirit empower us to go forth proclaiming, sharing, and living the Gospel amidst all people. Very truly yours from my grateful heart, Father Henry

Henry.Doyle@s-sm.org Thank you. Be blessed and strengthened Father Henry **For security reasons, the door, which leads to hallway where the offices are located, must be closed when no authorized person is in the building. If you are the last person in the building, please close the door. The reason is that if an unauthorized person enters the church through the outside door that leads directly to the offices, he or she would not gain access to the parish hall or worship space upstairs. Thank you for helping us keep the church safe for all involved in the life of our beloved parish. Father Henry Please try to inform Cindi when there are prayer needs so she can include them in the weekly bulletins.
