F.No.9-114/2010-S&F Government of India Ministry of Culture MINUTES OF THE ELEVENTH MEETING OF THE EXPERT COMMITTEE UNDER THE CULTURAL FUNCTIONS GRANT SCHEME (CFGS) HELD ON 10 TH FEBRUARY, 2011. A meeting of the above Expert Committee was held on 10 th February, 2011 under the Chairmanship of Shri Nihal Chand Goel, Joint Secretary to consider the proposals for financial assistance under CFGS.
