This term seems to have flown by. Thank you for your support of our school community throughout Term One. Yesterday we gathered to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus. This was a beautiful celebration and we are very proud of the participation of our students. Many students gave up their lunch times to assist in the presentation of the Stations of the Cross and to present a liturgical dance. These liturgies were beautifully lead by Mrs Aspinall and the students. Term Two will begin on Monday April 11 th. There are a number of public holidays next term, and the school calendar is already filling up with extra events. Our Year 5 and 6 classes will go on camp during Term 2, the Life Education van will visit us and our school Feast Day are a few of the events already locked in. A more detailed calendar will be provided early next term. As the one week break approaches, it is a timely reminder about the use of video games and other online games. Some of these games have classifications deeming them unsuitable for primary age students. More about these classifications can be found at www.classification.gov.au We look forward to seeing you at the P & F Family Disco tomorrow evening. The evening begins at 6pm and finishes at 7.30 pm. Pizza and drinks will be for sale and prizes for the best Easter bonnet. Entry will be by a gold coin donation. Bring the family along for some dancing and games and to celebrate the end of Term One. The P and F will also draw the Easter raffle before the end of the week with prizes available for pick up on Friday. May you have a relaxing week next week, and we look forward to working with you all next term.
