Respect Life News Be Part of the Beginning of the End of Abortion: 40 Days for Life is a peaceful prayer vigil held outside of abortion facilities nationwide to pray for an end to abortion and to offer support and alternatives for women in crisis pregnancies. Approximately 2,000 abortions take place yearly right in West Ashley at the Charleston Women's Medical Center, 1312 Ashley River Road. Will you help us reduce this number by your prayers and presence outside the clinic? Our Spring Campaign begins 10 February and runs through 20 March. During this time, we need two prayer warriors every hour in order to keep the vigil going. (We're one of the few sites in the country that operates a 24-hour vigil!) Contact charleston40daysforlife@gmail.com with questions or visit https://40daysforlife.com/local-campaigns/ charleston/ to create a login and register for your time slots. February Rosary for Life Priests for Life has called for all Catholics to pray for the closing of abortion clinics in their communities. Please join Rev. Dennis B. Wiley, Pastor at Sacred Heart Parish and Christ the Divine Teacher Parish, for the Rosary on Saturday 20 February, 2016 from 8:00am-9:00am at the West Ashley Abortion Facility, 1312 Ashley River Road, at the corner of Hwy. 61 & Fusler St. For more information, call Stephen Boyle at 843-763-0681.
