Hickory Grove Great Banquet and Awakening 2018 Weekends HG Awakening Boy s #17 June 8-10 HG Awakening Girl s #18 June 22-24 HGGB Men s #43 October 18-21 HGGB Women s #44 November 1-4 We are currently taking applications for the Summer and Fall Weekends. Please get your guest s application in early to avoid having them put on the waiting list. You MUST send in your Sponsor Form with the Guest Application. You can find the application and sponsor forms at www.hggb.org or call HGGB at 618-839-5330. Sponsorship Information The cost to sponsor a guest for a Great Banquet or Awakening weekend is $60. If finances are an issue for you, please don t let it stop you from sponsoring any guest that God has led you to invite. Send in the forms with a note stating you are requesting help with the financial sponsorship. Let God take care of the rest! Prison Candlelight Service Pizza Party All 4th day Community members are invited to share Christ s love for our prison team then share in some pizza after candlelight. LCC #3 Candlelight will be June 2nd 8:00pm and meal immediately following. RCC #8 Candlelight will be October 6th. 4th Day Community Opportunities Candlelight Service All 4th Day Community members are invited to come share Christ s love in our Candlelight Services. The Boy s service will be Saturday, June 9th, and the Girls service will be Saturday, June 23rd. The services will begin at 8:30pm at Wabash Presbyterian Church in Allendale, Illinois. Please remember to exit the service silently and to not congregate outside the church after you leave. Closing Service Keep Praying for God to move in big ways for the prison guests and the team. This ministry is a great opportunity. Let us not forget to cover it in prayer. Our Closing Services will be held on Sunday, June 10th (Boy s) and Sunday, June 24th (Girl s) at 3:30pm at Wabash Presbyterian Church. Come and listen to our guests as they share how they were changed by their Awakening weekend.

SET UP Please join us to help get everything ready for our Awakening weekends! 6:00pm Bliss Center Boy s Set up: Tuesday, June 5th Girl s Set up: Tuesday, June 19th CLEAN UP We will also need help cleaning up after our weekends! Clean up will immediately follow closing. Please stay and help. Many hands make light work. Servers Needed Want to help serve a meal during one of our weekends? Sign up is easy! Snacks & Desserts We love to feed our sleepers, prison team, and HGGB Guests!! If you can provide a snack for the weekends, please bring it to the Banquet Dining Hall once the weekend has begun.
