Greetings and Congratulations for being here in the Great State of California to participate in this Historic Event of Celebrating the Tri part Expansion of the Great Sixteenth Episcopal District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of The World, Inc. and we are more than honored that you have chosen our Diocese to fellowship with on this Most Glorious Occasion! Therefore, we are more than delighted to serve you and yours in our own Unique Agape Mode of Five Star Pentecostal Apostolic Western Service and know for certain that "Because He (Jesus) Cares and Shares, We Are Here For You." I Peter 5:7 Selah. Also, be aware that this final California District Council was designed with her legacy in mind acknowledging that this venue will fluctuate between some "Bitter Sweet" and Joyous moments. Nevertheless, we'll embrace it and not erase the reality of this marvelous experience knowing that we'll understand it better by and by! Therefore, as your Chairman and Servant Leader, it is my personal desire that each and every attendee capitalize and benefit from all of our worship activities and theological presentations as we journey ahead in this fresh God ordained Mission of Recruiting New Souls into the Kingdom. So, on behalf of The Honorable Interim Diocesan and Presiding Prelate, and our CDC Region 3 family, we unite in Agape Harmony inviting our Registered Delegates, Visitors, Friends and Well wishers to "...Come Go Thou With Us And We Will Do Thee Good..." Numbers 10:29. In Pursuit of the King's Favor, Bishop Robert T. Douglas, Sr., Ph.D. California District Council Servant/Chairman Pentecostal Assemblies of The World, Inc
