I would ask that you invite a someone who you have seen in a while to an event. Lent is a great time to reconnect. This last month has remained true to being the busiest for our council. I would like to thank all those who helped with their time and dealt with all the challenges to make our Council s March s events successful. Also with Easter on the third Sunday of the month, Sunday Breakfast for April will not take place. As the Lenten Season progresses, I would offer Pope Francis s words from his Lenten message, May the Holy Spirit, through whom we are as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing everything, sustain us in our resolutions and increase our concern and responsibility for human destitution, so that we can become merciful and act with mercy. Elections for 2014-15 Officers Mother s Day Breakfast Elections for the 2014-15 Council Officers have been set for May 20th.
