(7) I will bring them to my holy mountain and I will cause them to rejoice in my house of prayer; their sacrifices and peace-offerings shall be accepted on my altar, for my Temple shall be called a house of prayer for all nations. (8) Thus says YHWH, who gathers in the dispersed of Israel, I will gather to him others, to those who have already been gathered.
