Dear One Year Bible Intercessors... Thank you for praying that from now on and forever, God will not be mocked in America, or in Israel or throughout the whole world that He has created...may He receive all honor, praise and respect that is due Him. "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap." ("Be Generous and Do Good" Galatians 6:7 NKJV) May God as He promised, bless those who bless Him and curse those who curse Him...and the Apple of His Eye, Israel... "Now the Lord had said to Abram: Get out of your country, from your family and from your father's house, to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed." ("Promises to Abram" Genesis 12:1-3 NKJV) *******

Prayers for America... Our prayer for America is that she will once more honor God through her actions towards Him and His people, wherever they live, in the Jewish Diaspora or in the Land, Eretz Yisrael. We also pray that American governmental and military leadership will love God and their own people; and protect, lead and treat them in the way that God would like for them to be treated, through a servant's heart with kindness and humility... We ask that through His Holy Spirit, He will allow America to be indwelled with His Presence and that there will be an outpouring of His Holy Spirit that will result in America having God-fearing people and leadership in all of our Fifty States and protectorates. We ask God, creator of America, that our nation will again be Israel's protector, Her Kinsman Redeemer! We ask that America again will be the world's refuge and hope against religious persecution! We ask that America will always be the Home of the Free and the Home of the Brave! We Thank You Lord, in advance for Your blessed answers to our prayers for our country. And we humbly ask You to

have Your Holy Spirit lead us in prayer strategies and thoughts, now and always, for our nation and for each other. Dearest Father, Please Bless and Save America for Your Purposes and for Your Glory! We gratefully ask all of this of You, in the Name of Jesus, the Son of God. Amen. ******* Thank you for praying the Lord's Prayer for His Blessings to be upon our nation, Israel and for the whole world that He has created... Our Father, who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will Be Done, on Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the Kingdom, and the Power and the Glory forever and ever. Amen. *******

Prayers and News for Israel... Dear HaShem...At this time of Sukkot, the week-long remembrance of the Israelite's divine exodus from Egypt, we pray for Israel in her time of testing, that she may turn to You...God Jehovah; to Yeshua, Your Son and their Savior; and to Ruach HaChodesh Your Holy Spirit, for wisdom, guidance and protection from all of their enemies... We rememberyour Words to Moses, establishing Sukkot, The Feast of Tabernacles: "On the fifteenth day of the seventh month you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work, and you shall keep a feast to the Lord seven days." (Numbers 29:12 NKJV) As Israel observes Sukkot and remembers how You saved them from pharaoh, we pray that Israeli's and their leadership...governmental, judicial, military and spiritual, will seek Your Face and Guidance during this time of nations assembling against her. May Israeli's not feel alone as David did in his wanderings in the Judean Wilderness, escaping the wrath of King Saul. Please encourage and refresh Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, his Cabinet, the

Knesset and Israel's Military Leadership in their greatest time of need for a true Savior and Divine Commander-In-Chief. The Judean Wilderness...A place of refuge for David We ask that Israel be saved unto Your Son, Yeshua HaMasiach, their One and True Savior! In Yeshua's Name we pray these and the following prayers for Israel; and we humbly ask for Your immutable presence in all of Israel's future, events that only Your Holy Spirit knows are yet to come. Amen. *******

This month, the month of Tishrei, G-d has given Israeli's and their friends and supporters, many observances to enjoy, reflect upon and pray about! Tishrei is the Jewish month with the most holidays. We have already observed: *The Feast of Trumpets "Yom Teruah" or Rosh Hashanah/Jewish New Year, 5774. *Ten Days of Awe," or Yamim Noraim. These "Days of Awe" also included Rosh Hashana/Jewish New Year 5774, Tzom Gedaliah, or the "Feast of Gedaliah," and Yom Kippur Eve and Yom Kippur or "Day of Atonement," the most solemn eve and day of the Jewish calendar. This week, beginning Wednesday, September 18th: Is Erev Sukkot, or "Eve of the Feast of Tabernacles," the beginning of a seven-day feast called in Hebrew "Sukkot,"September 18-September 25. Sukkot is named after the "huts" or sukkot/shelters the Jews built to rest in until they arrived in the land God promised them. Sukkot also used to be a holiday for fruit gathering, and that is why the huts are decorated with real or hand-made fruits. Prayers during Sukkot feature the Four Species/Arba Minim, the four different kinds of growing things, which are supposed to represent all growing things God created in the world....the Four Species/Arba Minimof Sukkot:

Lulav (בלול) a ripe, green, closed frond from a date palm tree Hadass (סדה) boughs with leaves from the myrtle tree Aravah (הברע) branches with leaves from the willow tree Etrog (גורתא) the fruit of a citron tree The reason for featuring and waving these fruits and greenery during Sukkot is found in the Book of Leviticus... "And you shall take for yourselves on the first day the fruit of beautiful trees, branches of palm trees, the boughs of leafy trees, and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before the Lord your God for seven days." (Leviticus 23:40 NKJV) The definition of Sukkot or the Feast of Booths/Feast of Tabernacles is that it is a Jewish holiday celebrated on the 15th day of the month of Tishrei, late September to late October. It is one of the three biblicallymandated "Shalosh Regalim" or three pilgrimage festivals: Pesach/Passover, Shavuot/Feast of Weeks and Sukkot/Feast of Tabernacles, on which Jews made pilgrimages to the Temple in Jerusalem. The holiday lasts seven-days, including its days of Chol Hamoed, or "Weekdays of the Festival," and is immediately followed by another feast day known as Shemini Atzeret, or "Eighth Day of Assembly." The Hebrew word sukkōt is the plural of sukkah. The sukkah is intended as a reminder of the type of fragile dwellings theisraelites dwelt in during their 40-years of wandering in the desert during their Exodus from Egypt. Throughout Sukkot, the sukkah/booth becomes the living area of the house, and all meals are eaten in it. On each day of the holiday, members of the household recite a blessing over the Etrog, Myrtle, Willow and Lulav, or the Four Species/Arba Minim. According to Zechariah 14:16, in the Messianic era, Sukkot will become a universal festival and all nations will make annual pilgrimage to Jerusalem to celebrate the feast there... "And it shall come to pass everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem

shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles." (Zechariah 14:16 NKJV) Immediately following Sukkot, is Shemini Atzeret, or "Eighth Day of Assembly,"next week on Thursday, September 26. This minor feast focuses on God's special relationship between Him and the Jewish people. Jerusalem "Sukkas" or Huts... Note Sukkas built for both upstairs and downstairs apartments. Simchat Torah, or "Rejoicing of the Torah," is Friday, September 26, the day following And, The following day, Friday, September 27th, is Simchat Torah or"joy of God's Teaching and Instruction." This day is when Jews annually celebrate the completion of the yearly cycle of Torah reading and begin Torah readings, anew, with Bereishith, which means Genesis "In the Beginning." The first Torah Reading of the year begins with the first chapter of the Book of Genesis.

"Sefer" or Handwritten Torah Scroll in Cologne, Germany Scriptures for Israel at Sukkot...May God's Promises Always Guide, Protect and Encourage Her! "Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses. From the wilderness and this Lebanon as far as the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and to the Great Sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your territory. No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you." (Joshua 1:3-5 NKJV)

Dearest God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob...We humbly ask at Sukkot, that You would once more provide Your promise of divine protection for Israel: "The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways." (Deuteronomy 28:7 NKJV) We claim and pray these promises found in Your Word for Israel: "No weapon formed against you shall prosper. Ad every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me." (Isaiah 54:17 NKJV)...We ask Father, that Israel knows her true allies and that America will once more be her kinsman redeemer. We pray that You will remove any and all traitors and spies within the Israeli executive, legislative and judicial systems. We pray that You will strengthen and protect Israel and that no weapon formed against her will prosper. Please guide and protect her political parties; her leadership, her military, and their families and friends. Especially protect Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, as he works alongside President Shimon Peres, Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon, IDF Commander in Chief Benny Gantz, Israeli Air Force Commander Amir Eshel, Israeli Naval Commander Ram Rothberg, the Israeli Cabinet, the Israeli Supreme Court; and the Knesset, Israel's Legislature. May they seek Your Face in all that they do. May Israel, her leadership, military and people follow You and prosper forever! May their eyes, hearts, minds and souls be unblinded so that they may fully know You as their Yeshua, their Savior! In Your Son's Mighty Name we pray. Amen.

"Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised "Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in His holy mountain. Beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, is Mount Zion on the sides of the north, the city of the great King. God is in her palaces; He is known as her refuge." ("The Glory of God in Zion" Psalm 48:1-2 NKJV ) "Mount Zion"...The Hinnom Valley borders the Mount's southern and western sides. Thank you for Praying for Israel as the Holy Spirit Leads You... We ask that YWHW will grant Israel a blessed Sukkot/Feast of Tabernacles that will remind her that Jehovah divinely brought the Israelites out of Egypt and that He will protect them in the same way today as He did against the spirit of pharaoh, now, and of the Exodus. ******* Note: To find daily prayer points for Israel, you can go to Arutz Sheva Israeli National News at: http://www.israelnationalnews.com/ or Debka File at www.debka.com...

7, next week. Note: We will continue the readings for Sukkot, Days 4- ******* For Those New to Our One Year Bible and Readings...Welcome! For our faithful intercessors and readers, we have developed a "One Year Bible and Torah Readings Letter," with an attached amplified weekly Sunday-Saturday "One Year Bible" Word document that includes One Year Bible Scripture references, as well as their chapter headings. Our history is that to learn more about our Judeo-Christian roots, over three years ago, we added into the existing "One Year Bible" weekly letter, the traditional Shabbat Torah/Old Testament and Haftarah/Prophets Readings read by observant Jews worldwide. We have also included the Brit Chadashah or New Testament Readings read by Messianic Jews. This easy-to-use format gives us a "heads-up" for daily Scripture readings, and tells us what the weekly Shabbat Torah readings are for Friday and Saturday. We can read and pray through the Bible and Torah readings, and compare their teachings to world, national, state and local headlines; as well as to situations in our daily personal and business lives! Again, attached to this letter is this week's "Word" document of One Year Bible Readings amplified with chapter headings. As the Lord leads, I have highlighted key verses in purple...his color of royalty. God Is So Good! *******

In closing, I pray that you will be blessed as you read God's Word in His "Amplified One Year Bible" and in His Messianic Torah, Haftarah/Prophets and Brit Chadashah/New Testament Readings. I pray that our combined prayers, covering America, Israel and the Whole World that He has Created, will help establish God's Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven! I ask that God will richly bless all who read and pray with God's Word. I ask God to bless the faithful who pray for America, Israel and the Whole World that He has Created, in the Day and Night Watches! And I pray, that God will bless all who follow His Leading and His Word... May many be added to His flock daily, for His Glory, until Jesus Returns! In Jesus' Name we pray. Amen.
