STEPHEN MINISTRY The holidays can be very difficult. Everything around you seems joyful and festive. Life can be very stressful at times. While everyone around you seems happy and hopeful, you find yourself facing a crisis. Perhaps it s the loss of a loved one, unemployment, illness or financial difficulties. You feel sad, lonely, depressed or anxious. Your heart aches and you have no one to walk with during this time. A Stephen Minister can provide extra support and a listening ear. You don t have to go through it alone. If you feel a need for this kind of care, consider the Stephen Ministry. Stephen Ministers are trained, compassionate, caring Christians offering Christian friendship and concerned listening to people when they need it most. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of Stephen Ministry. To find out more, or to receive a Stephen Minister s care, call Kimberly Bauer at 949-636-5353. This is a reminder that all Stephen Ministers are invited to join us for the 9 a.m. Mass on Monday, December 26, 2016, the Feast of St. Stephen, to receive a special blessing.
