She was a member of Outreach International and contributed to numerous other charities as part of her stewardship. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Elbert Moon her husband, Glenn; two daughters, Mary Joanne McMeins, Glenna Lee Smith; brother, John Moon; and sister, Erma Lee Green. This quiet unassuming lady was a loving wife, mother, friend and she was devoted to her Scripture reading. She was a great reader, loved poetry enjoyed music, and the beauty of the outdoors.
