Describe the steps of the gathering - each week our group will pray and sing together consider a portion of the Gospel and what it means for us as missionary disciples talk with each other about how we encounter God in our lives choose some missionary action for the coming week Prayer for the V Encuentro (Song suggestion: Alma Misionera) Offer to each person one of the blindfolds Propose the missionary action(s) give time for everyone to decide on their plan explain that you will start next week with sharing about their missionary action. Welcome Take time to greet each person as they arrive, recall their names, ask them how they are doing (maybe mention something you really appreciate about their participation in the group, and invite them to bring friends for the Parish V Encuentro Day) Prayer for the V Encuentro (Song suggestion: Santa Maria del Camino) Propose the missionary action(s) this week it is mainly to go out and share their joy in being renewed in Christ, and also to invite friends and neighbors for the Parish V Encuentro Day hopefully you will have flyers to send home with everyone with the details of the day. Closing Prayer (prayer on handout at the leader s invitation, each person writes the signs of life and resurrection they have experienced in these five weeks, then tape each paper cross to the larger cross while you sing: Guiame, Senor o Porque Me Ha Ungido) Continue the prayer on the handout, ending with a blessing and sign of the cross offered to each other.
