Dome of the Rock: The Dome of the Rock is an Isamic shrine ocated on the Tempe Mount in the Od City of Jerusaem. It was initiay competed in 691 CE at the order of Umayyad Caiph Abd a-maik. Western Wa Tunnes: Archeoogists have uncovered ayers of the wa underground through years of excavation. The church containsthe two hoiest sites in Christianity: the site where Jesus was crucified,] at a pace known as Cavary or Gogotha, and Jesus s empty tomb, where he has been buried and resurrected; The tomb is encosed by the 18th-century shrine, caed the Aedicue (Edicue). Within the church proper are the ast four (or, by some definitions, five) Stations of the Via Doorosa (Way of the Cross), representing the fina episodes of Jesus Passion. The church has been a major Christian pigrimage destination since its creation in the fourth century, as the traditiona site of the Resurrection of Christ, thus its origina Greek name, Church of the Anastasis. St Annes: The Church of Saint Anne is a Roman Cathoic church, ocated at the start of the Via Doorosa, near the Lions Gate and churches of the Fageation and Condemnation, in the Musim Quarter of the od city of Jerusaem. Bethesda Poos: The Poo of Bethesda is a poo of water in the Musim Quarter of Jerusaem, on the path of the Beth Zeta Vaey. The fifth chapter of the Gospe of John describes such a poo in Jerusaem, near the Sheep Gate, which is surrounded by five covered coonnades. It is associated with heaing. Unti the 19th century, there was no evidence outside of John s Gospe for the existence of this poo; therefore, schoars argued that the gospe was written ater, probaby by someone without firsthand knowedge of the city of Jerusaem, and that the poo had ony a metaphorica, rather than historica, significance.in the 19th century, archaeoogists discovered the remains of a poo fitting the description in John s Gospe. Via Doorosa: The Via Doorosa (Latin: Way of Grief, Way of Sorrow, Way of Suffering or simpy Painfu Way ) is a street within the Od City of Jerusaem, beieved to be the path that Jesus waked on the way to his crucifixion. The winding route from the Antonia Fortress west to the Church of the Hoy Sepuchre a distance of about 600 metres (2,000 feet) is a ceebrated pace of Christian pigrimage. The current route has been estabished since the 18th century, repacing various earier versions. There have been fourteen stations since the ate 15th century, nine stations at the path and the remaining five stations being inside the Church of the Hoy Sepuchre. Cavary: Cavary, Gogotha, and aso Gaguta wasa site immediatey outside Jerusaem s was where Jesus was crucified. Gogotha is the Greek transcription in the New Testament of the Aramaic term Gagutâ. The Bibetransates the term to mean pace of [the] sku, which in Latin is Cavariæ Locus, from which the Engish word Cavary is derived. EinKarem: EinKarem is an ancient viage of the Jerusaem District and now a neighbourhood in southwest Jerusaem. According to Christian tradition, John the Baptist was born in EinKarem, eading to the estabishment of many churches and monasteries. Church of Visitations: The Church of the Visitation in EinKarem, Jerusaem, honors the visit paid by the Virgin Mary, the mother of Jesus, to Eizabeth, the mother of John the Baptist (Luke 1:39 56). This is the site where Mary recited her song of praise, the Magnificat, one of the most ancient Marian hymns.

It was buit at the site where Saint John the Baptist was born. Bethehem: Bethehem is a Paestinian town south of Jerusaem in the West Bank. The bibica birthpace of Jesus, it s a major Christian pigrimage destination. The birth is marked by an inaid siver star in a grotto under the 6th-century Church of the Nativity, which shares Manger Square with the 15th-century Church of St. Catherine and the 1860 Mosque of Omar. Shepherd s Fied: The Shepherds Fied Chape is the name given to a reigious buiding of the Cathoic Churchthat is in the area of BeitSahur southeast of Bethehem in the West Bank in Paestine. The chape marks the pace where, according to Cathoic tradition, the anges first announced the birth of Christ. Nativity Church: The Church of the Nativity is a basiica ocated in Bethehem, in the West Bank, Paestine. The church was originay commissioned in 327 by Constantine the Great and his mother Heena over the site that was traditionay considered to be ocated over the cave that marks the birthpace of Jesus. The Church of the Nativity site s origina basiica was competed in 339 and destroyed by fire during the Samaritan Revots in the 6th century. A new basiica was buit 565 by Justinian, the Byzantine Emperor, restoring the architectura tone of the origina. Mik Grotto: Christian tradition says is the pace where the Hoy Famiy found refuge during the saughter of the innocents, before they coud fee to Egypt. The name is derived from the story that a drop of mik of the Virgin Mary fe on the foor of the cave and changed its coour to white The space, which contains three different caves, is visited by some pigrims in hope of heaing infertie coupes. Mount of Oives: The Mount of Oives or Mount Oivet is a mountain ridge east of and adjacent to Jerusaem s Od City. It is named for the oive groves that once covered its sopes. CHANGES TO PROGRAMME We reserve the right to make changes to the tour programmes and conditions in our brochure before we enter into our contract with you. Any significant change made to a tour programme itinerary, or conditions, wi be advised to you at the time of booking or as soon as practicay possibe after we become aware of any change. Most changes are minor. Occasionay, we have to make a significant change. Significant changes are ikey to incude the foowing changes when made before departure; a change of accommodation to that of a ower standard (taking account of the oca star rating and our price categories) for the whoe or a major part of the time you are away, a change of outward departure time of 12 or more hours, a change of UK departure point to one which is significanty more inconvenient for you (except as between London airports Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton) and a significant change of itinerary missing out one or more major destination substantiay or atogether. We undertake not to cance your tour once you have received your confirmation invoice from us uness (1) the minimum number of persons enroed on a tour by 28 days before departure is not sufficient for us to operate it or (2) we have to do so as a resut of force majeure (see beow). If we have to make a significant change or cance, we wi te you or your trave agent as soon as possibe. If there is time to do so before departure, we wi offer you the choice of the foowing options:(a) (for significant changes) accepting the changed arrangements; or (b) purchasing an aternative tour from us, of a simiar standard to that originay booked if avaiabe. You must pay the appicabe price of the aternative tour. This wi mean your paying more if it is more expensive or receiving a refund of the difference if it is ess expensive; or (c) canceing or accepting the canceation in which case you wi receive a fu and quick refund of a monies you have paid to us. Pease note, the above options are not avaiabe where any change made is not a significant one. A change of fight time of ess than 12 hours, airine (except as specified under Fights ), London airport to another London airport, type of aircraft (if advised), destination airport or accommodation to that of a simiar category as defined by the oca star rating or our price categories wi a be treated as minor changes. If we have to make a significant change or cance, we wi, if appropriate, pay you reasonabe compensation depending on the circumstances and when the significant change or canceation is notified to you or your trave agent subject to the foowing exceptions. Compensation wi not be payabe and no iabiity beyond offering the above mentioned choices can be accepted where (1) we are forced to make a change or cance as a resut of unusua and unforeseeabe circumstances beyond our contro, the consequences of which we coud not have avoided even with a due care or (2) we have to cance because the minimum number of bookings necessary for us to operate your tour has not been reached (see above). No compensation wi be payabe and the above options wi not be avaiabe if we cance as a resut of your faiure to compy with any requirement of these booking conditions entiting us to cance (such as paying on time) or where a change is a minor one / not significant. If after departure we cannot operate the tour argey as advertised we wi offer aternative arrangements for you to compete your stay at the destination and where appropriate a refund for any difference in the services suppied and those contracted for. If this is not possibe or for good reason you do not accept the aternative you wi be informed at the eariest opportunity and we wi arrange for equivaent transport back to the departure point of your tour in the United Kingdom. FORCE MAJEURE Except where otherwise expressy stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept iabiity or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obigations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by, or you otherwise suffer any damage, oss or expense of any nature as a resut of, force majeure. In these booking conditions, force majeure means any event which we or the suppier of the service(s) in question coud not, even with a due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may incude, whether actua or threatened, war, riot, civi strife, terrorist activity, industria dispute, natura or nucear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and a simiar events outside our contro. TRAVEL DELAYS The airines, both schedued and charter, coach companies, trains and ferries we contract for our cients are a of good repute. However in the unikey event of a deay, howsoever caused, we cannot be hed iabe for any costs incurred or inconvenience suffered. We wi aways do our best to assist with passenger comfort if a deay occurs. We do not own any aircraft, coaches, ferries or trains. Any airine concerned may provide refreshments depending on the ength of the deay. FLIGHTS In accordance with EU Directive (EC) No 2111/2005 Artice 9, we are required to bring to your attention the existence of a Community ist which contains detais of airines who are subject to an operating ban within the EU. The Community ist is avaiabe for inspection. In addition, we are required to advise you of the actua carrier(s) (or, if the actua carrier(s) is not known, the ikey carrier(s)) that wi operate your fight(s) at the time of booking. Where we are ony abe to inform you of the ikey carrier(s) at the time of booking, we wi inform you of the identity of the actua carrier(s) as soon as we become aware of this. Any change to the operating carrier(s) after your booking has been confirmed wi be notified to you as soon as possibe. If the carrier with whom you have a confirmed reservation becomes subject to an operating ban as above as a resut of which we/ the carrier are unabe to offer you a suitabe aternative the provisions of Changes To Programme above wi appy. The fight timings shown in our brochure, on our website and/or detaied on your confirmation invoice are for guidance ony and are subject to ateration and confirmation. Fight timings are outside our contro. They are set by airines and are subject to various factors incuding air traffic contro restrictions, weather conditions, potentia technica probems and the abiity of passengers to check in on time. Specific instructions reating to departure and trave arrangements wi be sent with your air or other trave tickets approximatey 2 weeks before departure. You must accordingy check your tickets very carefuy immediatey on receipt to ensure you have the correct fight times. It is possibe that fight times may be changed even after tickets have been despatched - we wi contact you as soon as possibe if this occurs. Any change in the identity of the carrier, fight timings, and/or aircraft type (if advised) wi not entite you to cance or change to other arrangements without paying our norma charges except where specified in these conditions. CONDITIONS OF SUPPLIERS The services which make up your arrangements are provided by independent suppiers. Those suppiers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions. Some of these terms and conditions may imit or excude the suppier s iabiities to you, usuay in accordance with appicabe Internationa Conventions. Copies of the reevant parts of these terms and conditions and the appicabe conventions are avaiabe on request from ourseves or from the suppier concerned. COMPLAINTS If you have a compaint about any of the services provided to you, you must immediatey inform our oca representative and we wi take prompt action to rectify matters. If you fee a dispute is not satisfactoriy resoved, you must give detais in writing to our oca representative and the suppier concerned at the time and write to us giving fu detais of your compaint within 28 days of the return date of the tour. For a compaints and caims which do not invove death, persona injury or iness, we regret we cannot accept iabiity if you fai to notify the compaint or caim entirey in accordance with this cause CANCELLATION BY YOU A canceation by you wi take effect on the date we receive this in writing. Canceation of the whoe booking requires notification by the party eader. We wi appy the foowing scae of canceation charges based on the period before departure notice in writing is received and where appicabe, is expressed as a percentage of the tota tour cost excuding any insurance premiums and amendment charges which are non refundabe in the event of canceation. Period Charge Up to 56 days: Loss of Deposit 56-29 days: 50% of the cost (or deposit if greater) 28-15 days: 80% of the cost 14 days or ess: 100% of the cost Outine detais of insurance cover arranged by QuoVadis Hoidays which incudes canceation cover are shown in our brochure and on our website.

You may transfer your reservation to another tour provided this is done no ater than 42 days prior to your departure, subject to payment of the price of the appicabe tour. You may transfer your reservation to another person provided this is done at the time you inform us of your decision not to trave, the substitute person compies with the conditions appicabe to the booking and the transfer request is made no ater than 10 days before departure. An administration fee, not exceeding 50, may be made by QuoVadis Hoidays pus any airine or other suppier charges. A other changes are subject to avaiabiity and may require payment of an administration charge and the reevant suppier s charges, where appicabe. (1) We promise to make sure that the tour arrangements we have agreed to make, perform or provide as part of our contract with you are made, performed or provided with reasonabe ski and care. This means that, subject to these booking conditions, we wi accept responsibiity if, for exampe, you suffer death or persona injury or your contracted arrangements are not provided as promised or prove deficient as a resut of the faiure of ourseves, our empoyees, agents or suppiers to use reasonabe ski and care in making, performing or providing your contracted tour arrangements. Pease note, it is your responsibiity to show that reasonabe ski and care has not been used if you wish to make a caim against us. In addition, we wi ony be responsibe for what our empoyees, agents and suppiers do or do not do if they were at the time acting within the course of their empoyment (for empoyees) or carrying out work we had asked them to do (for agents and suppiers). REVISION OF TOUR PRICE AND CURRENCY Our pubished prices are based on contracted air fares, hote and transportation costs, existing airport taxes and current VAT rates in the countries concerned. A costs and charges are shown in our Booking Leafet. Currency costs are recorded on the 21st September 2017 and based on the foowing 1.13 = 1.00, $1.35 = 1.00. PRICE PROTECTION We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in advertised prices at any time before your tour is confirmed. We wi advise you of any error of which we are aware and of the then appicabe price at the time of booking. Once the price of your chosen tour has been confirmed at the time of booking, we wi ony increase or decrease it in the foowing circumstances. A surcharge or refund (as appicabe) wi be payabe, subject to the conditions set out in this cause, in the event of any change in our transportation costs or in dues, taxes or fees payabe for services such as anding taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports or airports or in the exchange rates which have been used to cacuate the cost of your tour. Even in the above cases, ony if the amount of any increase in our costs exceeds 2% of the tota cost of your tour (excuding insurance premiums and any amendment charges) wi we evy a surcharge. If any surcharge is greater than 10% of the cost of your tour (excuding insurance premiums and any amendment charges), you wi be entited to cance your booking and receive a fu refund of a monies you have paid to us (except for any insurance premiums and amendment charges) or aternativey purchase another hoiday from us as referred to in Changes To Programme. You have 14 days from the issue date printed on the surcharge invoice to te us if you want to cance or purchase another tour where appicabe. If you fai to do so, we are entited to assume you wi pay the surcharge. Any surcharge must be paid with the baance of the cost of the tour or within 14 days of the issue date printed on the surcharge invoice, whichever is the ater. A refund wi ony be payabe if the decrease in our costs exceeds 2% of the tota cost of your tour as set out above. Where a refund is due, we wi pay you the fu amount of the decrease in our costs. We promise not to evy a surcharge within 30 days of departure. No refund wi be payabe during this period either. (2) We wi not be responsibe for any injury, iness, death, oss (for exampe oss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or caim of any description whatsoever which resuts from any of the foowing: - the act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or - the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your tour and which were unforeseeabe or unavoidabe or force majeure as defined above (3) Pease note, we cannot accept responsibiity for any services which do not form part of our contract. This incudes, for exampe, any additiona services or faciities which your hote or any other suppier agrees to provide for you where the services or faciities are not advertised by us and we have not agreed to arrange them as part of our contract. In addition, regardess of any wording used by us in our brochure or esewhere, we ony promise to use reasonabe ski and care as set out above and we do not have any greater or different iabiity to you. (4) The promises we make to you about the services we have agreed to provide or arrange as part of our contract - and the aws and reguations of the country in which your caim or compaint occurred - wi be used as the basis for deciding whether the services in question had been propery provided. If the particuar services which gave rise to the caim or compaint compied with oca aws and reguations appicabe to those services at the time, the services wi be treated as having been propery provided. This wi be the case even if the services did not compy with the aws and reguations of the UK which woud have appied had those services been provided in the UK. The exception to this is where the caim or compaint concerns the absence of a safety feature which might ead a reasonabe hoiday maker to refuse to take the tour in question. (5) Where we are found iabe for oss of and/ or damage to any uggage or persona (6) Where any caim or part of a caim (incuding those invoving death or persona injury) concerns or is based on any trave arrangements (incuding the process of getting on and/or off the transport concerned) provided by any air, sea, rai or road carrier or any stay in a hote, the maximum amount of compensation we wi have to pay you wi be imited. The most we wi have to pay you for that caim or that part of a caim if we are found iabe to you on any basis is the most the carrier or hoteier concerned woud have to pay under the internationa convention or reguation which appies to the trave arrangements or hote stay in question (for exampe, the Warsaw Convention as amended or unamended and the Montrea Convention for internationa trave by air and/or for airines with an operating icence granted by an EU country, the EC Reguation on Air Carrier Liabiity No 889/2002 for nationa and internationa trave by air, the Athens Convention for internationa trave by sea and COTIF, the Convention on Internationa Trave by Rai). Pease note; where a carrier or hoteier woud not be obiged to make any payment to you under the appicabe internationa convention or reguation in respect of a caim or part of a caim, we simiary are not obiged to make a payment to you for that caim or part of the caim. When making any payment, we are entited to deduct any money which you have received or are entited to receive from the carrier or hoteier for the compaint or caim in question. Copies of the appicabe internationa conventions and reguations are avaiabe from us on request. (7) Pease note, we cannot accept any iabiity for any damage, oss, expense or other sum(s) of any description (1) which on the basis of the information given to us by you concerning your booking prior to our accepting it, we coud not have foreseen you woud suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you or (2) which did not resut from any breach of contract or other faut by ourseves or our empoyees or, where we are responsibe for them, our suppiers. Additionay we cannot accept iabiity for any expenses or osses which reate to a business (incuding sef empoyed oss of earnings).
